Abstract： Purpose/Significance In recent years, the national leadership has attached great importance to the inheritance and innovation of China’s excellent traditional culture, and the concepts of creative transformation and innovative development are constantly evolving. The Ministry of Science and Technology of China, among six departments, jointly formulated the Guidelines for Promoting the Deep Integration of Culture and Technology , proposing to form a cultural and technological integration innovation system covering key areas and critical links, to achieve the goal of in-depth integration of culture and technology . Intangible cultural heritage (ICH), as an essential part of China’s excellent traditional culture, plays a crucial role in consolidating the sense of the Chinese national community and enhancing cultural self-confidence. This paper discusses the research paths for the creative transformation and innovative development of ICH in the context of culture and technology integration, emphasizing the significant role of modern technology in promoting the transformation and development of ICH. Method/Process The paper first interprets the connotation of creative transformation and innovative development in ICH, and clarifies the theoretical foundation and guiding principles of creative transformation and innovative development in ICH. It then analyzes the significant contributions of creative transformation and innovative development in ICH to society, economy, and cultural diversity, as well as the categorized scenarios of technology empowerment in creative transformation and innovative development of ICH. It discusses six types of common key technologies that enable technology-driven creative transformation and innovative development in ICH, including digital technology, virtual and augmented reality, big data analysis, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things. It summarizes a three-tier framework system for technology-driven creative transformation and innovative development in ICH, namely the method layer, technology layer, and object layer, forming a progressive relationship from theory to technology and then to specific practices. Finally, by integrating the specific example of the traditional craft of Wuhu iron painting, it demonstrates the facilitating role of modern technology in the creative transformation and innovative development of ICH and its impact on the protection, inheritance, and innovative development of ICH. Results/Conclusions The findings suggest that technological means can effectively protect and inherit ICH, facilitating its creative transformation and innovative development. However, it also requires careful consideration and precautions against the potential risks and challenges that modern technology poses to ICH projects in terms of intellectual property rights, the digital divide, and the indirect nature of experiences. Looking to the future, with the emergence of more innovative technologies, modern technology will not only help to protect and pass on traditional culture but also give new connotations and expressions to traditional culture, ensuring that its unique value and charm continue to play out in an ever-changing world.

Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] Online reputation is an important regulating mechanism to maintain the order of online medical care. Through exploring the internal mechanism of online reputation feedback mechanism on doctor-patient interaction, this paper provided strategies for improving the supervision and management of online medical community. [Method/Process] The finite rational evolutionary game model between doctors and patients was constructed. The dynamic equation was calculated, the equilibrium and stability strategy was solved, and the Matlab software was used for simulation analysis to find out the key influencing factors and influencing paths of promoting doctor-patient online positive interaction. [Result/ Conclusion] The results show that the degree to which negative evaluation behavior can alleviate patients’ dissatisfaction, the cost of doctors’ positive response, and the frustration of doctors’ enthusiasm being depressed have a negative effect on doctor-patient interaction. The information gap reduced by correct information feedback of patients and doctors’ mental incentive to be recognized have a positive effect on doctor-patient interaction.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The verified users of microblog are more likely to become the opinion leaders, but researchers are likely to focus on the top-class verified users and there lacks studies about the mid-class verified users. This paper analyzes the mid-class verified users' propagation features and abilities in public opinion guidance, and provides some suggestions for administration. [Method/process] The Yixiao Luo incident is taken as an example. First, related microblogs are divided into several phases by time. Meanwhile the users are divided into several groups by their verified reasons. With these two steps, we can conduct a thorough research of users' propagation features from two different viewpoints. Then a matrix of verified users' basic attributes along with public opinion guidance ability which is based on sentiment analysis is built to evaluate the mid-class users' ability in public opinion guidance. [Result/conclusion] After researching, we find out the mid-class verified users have four significant features:their abilities in public opinions guidance are relatively strong, their opinions are more professional, they are comparatively rational and their followers are relatively homogeneous. With our findings, we propose some management suggestions for the mid-class verified users.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The profound changes in the information environment require the library and information education institutions to cultivate professional and applied talents for a broader employment channel. Based on this, the East China Normal University (ECNU) has explored a set of systematic solution in the development of master's practical ability.[Method/process] Taking the training of masters in East China Normal University majoring in library and information as an example, the paper systematically introduces how to construct a training system for masters in this discipline from the perspective of training orientation, capability development, realization mechanism and etc.[Result/conclusion] The constructed progressive practical ability training system for Master of Library and Information Studies(MLIS) is oriented by post competency. The training orientation and customized capability modules are elaborated and embedded in the system. According to the path of "Case/Experiment → Practical training/Practice → Professional internship", it integrates the "Instance situation perception → Practice situation embedding → Practice situation construction" into every parts in MLIS program, effectively realizing gradual and systematic improvement of masters' practical ability.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper comprehensively combs the present situation of the digital practice of cultural heritage and long-term preservation of digital resources, and puts forward the relevant promotion strategies for the concrete problems existing in the practice of digital long-term preservation of cultural heritage, in order to achieve the cultural heritage digital resources in a wider range of transmission, and further improve its construction and service quality.[Method/process] This paper points out the need to achieve digital and long-term preservation of cultural heritage resources with the goal of development and utilization, and analyzes the project of Venice Time Machine in depth, which is the best case of international digitization long-term preservation and development and utilization. Based on this, the paper puts forward the long-term preservation strategy of our country cultural heritage digitization.[Result/conclusion] Based on the foreign excellent practical experience, this paper takes the development and utilization as the guidance, constructs the long-term preservation strategy of Chinese cultural heritage digitization from three aspects:resource coverage, technology integration and service mode.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Citation shows the link between citing articles and cited ones, which reflects the reference and affirmation of successors. Derived from the traditional keyword network, this paper has innovated keyword network based on citation context. The constructed knowledge map can not only reveal the deep information of the literature, but also reflect the knowledge-based process by which the readers actively select and utilize the literature. [Method/process] In this paper, digital humanity was established as the research field.Three literature sets and two citation text sets were collected to build two non-direction keyword-sharing networks and two directed keyword networks based on citation. The co-occurrence network showed the absorption and diffusion of the knowledge of digital humanities while the citation keyword network illustrated the formation and transformation of digital humanities. [Result/conclusion] After visualization of the constructed network, the research obtained core domain and core technology of digital humanities, which provided reference for the future research of digital humanities from the perspective of information recipients.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The online medical community is one of the main ways for the public to query health information. Aiming at the problems of few faceted dimensions, simply system level, unreasonably search terms of the faceted system in the online medical community under the current Web2.0 model, this paper puts forward the network health faceted type framework, in order to improve the faceted navigation of the online medical community, and better its information services quality. [Method/process] This paper, from the perspective of UGC,obtained 18 categories of network health information faceted type framework, which combines with the user's attention to the health information topic and the evaluation of the network health information quality, and constructed a prototype of the healthy information faceted system that data sources comes from the QuanBuWenTi area of YouWenBiDa website. [Result/conclusion] The experimental result shows that the prototype of the faceted system constructed in this paper can effectively improves the shortcomings of the current faceted systems, and provides a feasible solution for building faceted system of the online medical community under the Web2.0 mode.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Through the comparative analysis of the post abilities of foreign data librarians and subject librarians, this paper provides development strategies for the personnel training of data librarians in China. [Method/process] This paper investigated the recruitment information of some foreign university libraries, compared and analyzed the differences between subject librarian and data librarian from the five aspects of position name, education background, post responsibility, skill requirements and comprehensive ability, and pointed out the qualifications that data librarian should have. [Result/conclusion] Summarized the post ability of data librarians in foreign university, pointed out the necessity of changing the role from subject librarian to data librarian, and provided reference suggestions for domestic university library to train data librarian.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Trying to build a thematic database of World China Studies to fix the problems including hard to get the knowledge of China from overseas, paying insufficient attention to public opinions and correlation of scholars in World China Studies. [Method/process] Introduce the design of the World China Studies thematic database in the aspects of data acquisition, data processing and integration, as well as data retrieval and utilization. And then did a case study of the World China Studies Thematic Database in East China Normal University. [Result/conclusion] Building the thematic database of World China Studies can greatly facilitate the locating of important scholars, important institutions, hot fields, as well as correlations among scholars. In addition, the database could also provide data resources for other in-depth and multidimensional research.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The period of the Republic of China is a rare active period of academic development in Chinese history. There are many literature databases of the Republic of China at present, but these databases are almost based on the subject. The thematic database of scholars in the Republic of China upgraded the database based on the field and the subject to people. It reflects the characteristics of academic exchanges in this way. [Method/process] This paper introduced the academic community in the Republic of China from the overall framework, functional design and implementation of the database. Then, it revealed the characteristics of academic community in the Republic of China from multiple dimensions, such as academic organization, co-authoring and citation behavior. Finally introduced time-series analysis methods to explore the characteristics of scholars’ scientific research behavior over time. [Result/conclusion] The result shows that the changes in the academic community during the Republic of China were affected by the external political atmosphere and internal organizational changes. Through the time-series analysis methods to analyze the co-authors and citation relationships of scholars, it’s been found that the scholars continued to increase their enthusiasm for academic research of the Republic of China. During the period of the Republic of China, the scholars tended to create academic works independently, the scholars’ cooperative behavior became more and more frequent in the later period.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Policies that giving clear guidance and regulations on the management, sharing and utilization of scientific data have been issued by China in recent years. However, architectures of current data management platforms focus on the scientificity of data management, not the efficiency of data sharing and utilization. Based on systematically expanding the data management functions of existing platforms, this study focused on solving the problems of sharing and using scientific data. [Method/process] Based on the investigation and literature review, this study first clarified the necessity and predicament of the construction of a management platform for humanities and social sciences research data. Second, from the perspective of full life cycle, the study systematically designed the core functions and explained the characteristics of the platform. Then, the study described the details of the realization of key functions by a real case. [Result/conclusion] Aimed at open and interconnection, development and utilization, and self-service analytics, a basic framework of research data management for full life cycle was established. Based on the framework, a management platform for humanities and social sciences research data was actualized. The platform can be a characteristic case and a reference for related practices and studies.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Under the background that data has become a key factor of production and basic strategic resources, this paper reviewed the research status of data data-related research in the field of humanities and social sciences, reveals the research trend of data problems, and provided a window for the perspective of humanities and social sciences research driven by data. [Method/process] Taking the National Social Science Fund Project about "data" of 2010-2019 as the research object, this paper based on the external characteristics and content characteristics of the fund project, analyzed the distribution of data-related research institutions and disciplines, keyword and topic clustering in the field of humanities and social sciences, compared the commonness and differences of research hotspots between fund projects and project achievements, and explored the research trends of humanities and social sciences empowered by data. [Result/conclusion] The research on data issues in the field of Humanities and Social Sciences focuses on the long-term theme of big data environment, information behavior and information service, government data and scientific data research, the secondary hot topics are database construction and system design, media platform and service and international issues research, and the integration of multiple environment, open data management, extension of knowledge organization and wisdom humanities service are the research development trend.

Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] Intangible cultural heritage, as a typical representative of excellent traditional Chinese culture, have extremely high social value and cultural value, and the current intangible cultural heritage digital resources development work has made some progresses. However, the distribution of resources is fragmented, displaying the resource "island" phenomenon, and the developers are difficult to form a synergistic effect, user's requirements and live condition, input and output are difficult to balance, leading to the outcome are affected. Therefore, we use the NFT to organize intangible cultural heritage digital resources development, which can better realize the dissemination and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage. [Method/Process] According to online survey and literature research, this paper analyzes the deep problems of the intangible cultural heritage digital resources development, introduces the key technology of NFT, which including smart contracts and blockchain, discusses the feasibility in intangible cultural heritage digital resources development. At the subject level, the development based on NFT integrates the strength of various institutions, promotes the multi-developer cooperation. At the method level, the development meets the three needs of users and realizes the live development. At the economic level, the balance between input and output has been achieved, and economic and social values are unified. In addition, this paper puts forward the development architecture based on NFT according to the characteristics of intangible cultural heritage digital resources, which can be divided into network layer, consensus layer, contract layer, resource layer and user layer from bottom to top. Then we expound the application processes and implementation strategies. [Results/Conclusions] The NFT has many advantages in transactions. For example, digital collection transactions record ownership and its flow on a blockchain, the whole transfer process is open and transparent, solving the problem of authenticity of the collection. What's more, NFT brings a new confirmation model, in the new model, the entire blockchain recognizes the sole ownership of the owner, which has revolutionary significance for intellectual property protection. Based on the blockchain, we introduced the NFT into the intangible cultural heritage digital resources development, which is conducive to the copyright protection and develop traceability, provides a reference path for the fine-grained intangible cultural heritage digital resources development. In addition, the architecture has a certain universality, and it needs to be combined with the specific intangible cultural heritage project, resource type, digital format and other personalized requirements. With the maturity of the Meta-Universe ecology, intangible cultural heritage digital resources, as a potential cultural resource, can be further innovated and developed, and derive more forms.

Abstract：[目的/意义]针对我国当前“大众创业、万众创新”（双创）的社会氛围，解析创新创业的社会需求，为其知识供给提供一个有针对性的智库知识库的建设方案。[方法/过程]本文通过政策文本分析和案例研究的方法，对创新创业智库知识库的建设进行分类，以分类案例对创新创业智库知识库的建设进行分析讨论。选择杜克大学创新创业中心、Google内部孵化器Area 120、企业家中心和NOVUSENS 4个机构的创新创业智库知识库，从面向外部和内部、营利性和非营利性不同维度分析不同创新创业智库知识库的构建要求，并从创新创业智库知识库的内容分类，从4个方面10大子库的角度分析了当前创新创业智库知识库建设的需求。[结果/结论]针对我国当前现实，提出了平台贯通、线上线下协同、行业库等创新创业智库的建设参考。

Abstract： 食品安全一直是全世界公众健康的关注焦点。环介导等温扩增（Loop-mediated isothermal amplification，LAMP）技术是一种特异性强、灵敏度高、快速简便的等温核酸扩增技术，近年来在核酸检测领域有着广泛的研究和应用。将LAMP技术应用到食品安全检测领域，可以快速准确的监控一些食品安全问题对人类健康所构成的危害。因此针对LAMP技术在食品安全检测方面的优势进行分析，并结合LAMP技术与新兴诊断技术平台的联合运用进行了展望。
