Abstract： [Purpose/significance] A social Q&A community information credibility evaluation method based on online reviews was proposed, aiming to provid an effective methods for information governing.[Method/process] The paper constructed the evaluation system of online community information reliability based on online reviews, and the indicator weight was determined by improved AHP theory. The LSTM model was used to classify the reviews emotion, and the improved D-S evidence theory model was used to fuse the emotion classification data. Taking ZhiHu Community as an example, the credibility of network information content was calculated from three perspectives:screened online reviews with credible opinion evaluation, all online reviews and questionnaires.[Result/conclusion] The experimental results showed that the ranking of the credibility value of this method was basically the same as that of the ranking obtained by the questionnaire. It showed that it is feasible to evaluate the credibility of the network information by online review.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The self-operation and circulation system of public opinion has come into being between opinion leaders and audience communities in social media environment. It's beneficial for the government's supervision of network public opinion to study the identification of opinion leaders and the evaluation of their influence.[Method/process] Combining with the theories of OCA extension, intergroup relations, public opinion field potential and the social identity construction, this paper analyzes the roles of opinion leaders, antecedent variables and efficient cause mechanism with the system dynamic methods. In addition, this paper constructs a general framework for the evaluation system of opinion leaders' impact. Meanwhile, it also puts forward the leader opinion identification algorithm based on the variable weight grey correlation degree. Finally, an empirical study is proved with the case of "11.3 Murder of Girl Studying in Japan".[Result/conclusion] "Butterfly Schema" builds the causal relationship and feedback loop between opinion leaders and antecedents and reveals the inherent mechanism of the co-evolution of community ecology and opinion leaders in public opinion system. The theoretical model proposed in this paper has the characteristics of multi-dimensional measurement, scientific weight set and superior algorithm performance, which is suitable for the dynamic process of opinion leaders formation in social networks.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The pursuit of high-quality content production or knowledge payment context construction is always an important judgement that knowledge payment platform needs to face. This study is to provide guidance for the construction of knowledge payment platform and the optimization of knowledge marketing strategy.[Method/process] It explored the main factors and antecedent configuration that affect online users' knowledge payment behavior, and analyzed the complex influence mechanism of "content", "context" and users' "identification" on users' knowledge payment behavior by qualitative comparative analysis.[Result/conclusion] According to the typical path of empirical analysis, we found:①configuration of "content context identification" (CCC) linkage matching can activate the research framework and drive online users to choose to generate "behavior";② the "content quality * content utility * legalization" in paid products is the core condition of users' demand response, and the "group norms" in paid situations is a sufficient condition for users' knowledge diffusion behavior;③ there are 5 kinds of complex solutions with high explanatory power, which have different effects and the overall benefits on the behavior of knowledge payment between online transaction researchers' perspective and this paper's;④ different from the conclusions of many literatures, limited cognition can be the supporting factor of user behavior decision, while involved cognition can be the variable of coordination in configuration, which needs to be combined with specific situational factors to facilitate user selection; ⑤there is an equivalent substitution effect of "results are equal but benefits are not equal" between the collocations of different participation conditions, and the specific conditions and their combinations can promotes the behavior of knowledge payment over equivalent substitution.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] By combing related researches of Internet knowledge payment in China, this paper aims to comprehensively understand the research status of it, reveal the hot issues and future research directions in this field.[Method/process] After combing, analyzing and integrating 228 literatures on Internet knowledge payment in China by using content analysis method, four literature clusters of the knowledge payment concept, influencing factors, business models and network ecology were formed. On this basis, this paper put forward the possible development direction of domestic IKP research.[Result/conclusion] The research finds that:①Different research concepts have been formed from the perspectives of electronic commerce,behavioral science and knowledge management; ②The researches on relevant influencing factors are mainly based on knowledge users, knowledge products and knowledge platforms, in order to improve the experience, product quality and platform services of domestic Internet knowledge payment users; ③The research on the business model of Internet knowledge payment in China needs to be enriched by case analysis and discussion; ④Based on the internal and mutual disputes among knowledge producers, knowledge consumers and knowledge platforms, six kinds of research topics caused by network ecological problems are summarized. Based on the above analysis results, this paper puts forward some development suggestions on the Internet knowledge payment research in China.

Abstract：本试验旨在研究低鱼粉饲料中补充蛋氨酸对军曹鱼(Rachycentron canadum)生长性能、体成分及肌肉氨基酸组成的影响。在低鱼粉饲料中添加DL-蛋氨酸，配制蛋氨酸水平分别为0.72%、0.90%、1.00%、1.24%、1.41%、1.63%和1.86%的7种等氮等脂饲料。选取初始体重为(9.79±0.04) g的军曹鱼840尾，随机分为7组，每组3个重复，每个重复40尾鱼，进行为期16周的饲养试验。结果表明：0.90%和1.00%组的成活率显著高于0.72%组（P0.05）外，显著低于其余各组（P0.05）外，显著高于其余各组（P0.05），但1.00%组肌肉中苏氨酸、缬氨酸、异亮氨酸、组氨酸含量显著高于1.63%组（P<0.05）。由此可见，在低鱼粉饲料中补充蛋氨酸可提高军曹鱼的生长性能和体蛋白质含量；以增重率作为评价指标，经二次回归分析可知，军曹鱼对饲料中蛋氨酸的需要量为1.12%（占饲料蛋白质的2.43%）。
