  • Research on the Propagation Features and Guidance of the Mid-class Verified User Based on the Microblog——Taking the Case of Yixiao Luo as an Example

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The verified users of microblog are more likely to become the opinion leaders, but researchers are likely to focus on the top-class verified users and there lacks studies about the mid-class verified users. This paper analyzes the mid-class verified users' propagation features and abilities in public opinion guidance, and provides some suggestions for administration. [Method/process] The Yixiao Luo incident is taken as an example. First, related microblogs are divided into several phases by time. Meanwhile the users are divided into several groups by their verified reasons. With these two steps, we can conduct a thorough research of users' propagation features from two different viewpoints. Then a matrix of verified users' basic attributes along with public opinion guidance ability which is based on sentiment analysis is built to evaluate the mid-class users' ability in public opinion guidance. [Result/conclusion] After researching, we find out the mid-class verified users have four significant features:their abilities in public opinions guidance are relatively strong, their opinions are more professional, they are comparatively rational and their followers are relatively homogeneous. With our findings, we propose some management suggestions for the mid-class verified users.

  • A SKOS-based Multi-granularity Semantic Annotation Method for Academic Journal Text Resource

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Semantic annotation for academic journals is facing two major problems which are how to embody all the concepts in oneontology and mostannotation methods are single granularity semantic annotation models. This paper proposes a SKOS-based multi-granularity semantic annotation method for academic journal text resource, which holds great significance to the development of semantic annotation and provides a method to meetusers' academic information demands. [Method/process] With the SKOS description of thesaurus,this paper takes academic journal text for example to achieve a multi-granularity semantic annotation method and carry on an empirical study.[Result/conclusion] By setting up the experimental group and the control group respectively, the paper evaluates the annotation effect of the SKOS-based multi-granularity semantic annotation method.

  • Development Trend of LIS Education in iCaucus

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The research summarizes the development trend of high-level LIS education, in order to provide reference for promoting the reform and innovation of LIS education.[Method/process] Firstly, we get the relevant information about LIS education from 36 iCaucus colleges and universities, through the method of network survey. Secondly, we used qualitative and quantitative research methods to deeply analyze the main characteristics of LIS education in these colleges and universities, and excavated the development trend of LIS Education under the current environment. The specific analysis dimensions include educational programs, curriculum and faculty.[Result/conclusion] iCaucus colleges and universities offer multi-disciplinary, multi-level and multi-channel degree education and non-degree education, focusing on modular and personalized personnel training from the aspects of LIS basic knowledge, core competence and practical application. Their curriculum have comprehensive system and clear subject classification. Their teaching staff have reasonable structure, diverse subject backgrounds, and frequent internal flow.

  • An Exploratory Posts Detecting Method for MOOC Forums Based on Deep Learning

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) forum is an important source to acquire user review data. Automatically detecting exploratory dialogues with high knowledge density from large amounts of unlabeled data and mining its potential value has a significant impact on the improvement of teaching quality and students’ mastery of knowledge. [Method/process] We proposed a new auto-detecting model based on deep learning, which firstly uses GloVe algorithm to train word embedding to reinforce semantic understanding for texts and then adopts Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to automatically learn text features and make classifications on exploratory dialogues. An empirical and comparative study was done on the annotated dataset from the online course Introduction to Psychology on the platform of Xuetang. [Result/conclusion] Experiment result shows that using the word embedding pretrained by GloVe and fine tune it while training can improve the performance of our model. Our model gets the F1 score of 0.94, which is greatly improved compared with Naive Bayes model (0.88), Logistic Regression model (0.89), Decision Tree model (0.88) and Random Forest model (0.88) and exhibits great practicality with low learning costs.

  • Research Progress in Exploratory Search

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Analyzing the research status and development trend of exploratory search to promote academic innovation and application innovation in the field of exploratory search.[Method/process] This paper used the literature review method and comparative analysis method to introduce the research situation of exploratory search at home and abroad from the aspects of conceptual research, theoretical research and process research of exploratory search, and reviewed it from three dimensions:research purpose, research content and research method, including the influencing factors of exploratory search, the optimization of search results and the construction of exploratory search system research, on the basis of this, the research trend of exploratory search was prospected.[Result/conclusion] In the big data environment, exploratory search will develop along the direction of multi-technology integration and cross-device search. In terms of research methods, combined with quantitative and qualitative hybrid research methods has become the mainstream; in the research content, multi-technology and cross-device exploratory search, exploratory search learning mechanism research and collaborative exploratory search are hot topics with great research value in the future.

  • Rethinking Knowledge Measurement in Library and Information Science from the Perspective of Citation Content Analysis

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The research of knowledge measurement in Library and Information Science can not take the knowledge element as measurement unit, and always stays at measurement level of knowledge carrier and knowledge attribute. This paper puts forward a research idea of knowledge content measurement from the perspective of citation content analysis, which is a research direction worthy of exploration.[Method/process] This paper summarized the core advantages and key issues of knowledge measurement in Library and Information Science on the basis of combing research status of knowledge measurement in different fields, put forward the main ideas and implementation path of knowledge measurement from the perspective of citation content analysis, and looked forward to the innovative application and development direction of this research idea.[Result/conclusion] From the perspective of citation content analysis, the research of knowledge measurement can break through the long-standing limitation in Library and Information Science, truly penetrate the measurement unit from the knowledge carrier to the knowledge content, and realize the quantity, quality, value and relationship measurement of knowledge element.

  • Research on Network Public Opinion Emergency Recognition Method Based on Syntactic Features and Syntactic Similarity

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This study aims to identify events from the text of sudden network public opinion quickly and accurately.[Method/process] This paper proposed a method to identify network public opinion emergencies by integrating syntactic features and syntactic similarity. An event oriented syntactic feature extraction method was proposed based on syntactic features. Event syntactic feature database was constructed by using event semantic annotation and syntactic feature extraction methods. The network public opinion emergencies were identified by calculating the syntactic similarity between the text to be tested and the syntax database.[Result/conclusion] Taking the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic as an example, the optimal similarity of the network public opinion emergency identification method proposed by the author is 0.93 in this public opinion. 160 events and 30 non events are identified from a new text under this similarity, and the F1 value reaches 0.848. Through the method evaluation, it is proved that the proposed method is effective in using syntactic similarity to identify events and merge the same adjacent parts of speech.

  • Research on the Construction of the Evaluation Index System of the Document Resource Guarantee Level in Chinese Universities in “Double First-Class” Construction View

    Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] In the view of "double first-class" construction, the evaluation of the level of document resource guarantee in universities is related to the improvement of teaching and scientific research. By analyzing the participating subjects and the specific guarantee process of document resource guarantee in first-class disciplines in universities, the evaluation index system is constructed to provide references for improving the level of document resource guarantee in universities.[Method/Process] This paper established an evaluation index hierarchy model from three dimensions, document resource construction, document resource utilization and users' satisfaction in first-class disciplines. Based on the AHP-CRITIC model, the evaluation indicators were combined and weighted. Finally, the study took 7 "double first-class" initiative universities in Hubei Province as the research objects to conduct the empirical research.[Result/Conclusion] The established evaluation index system of document resource guarantee level of "double first-class" universities is composed of 3 primary indicators and 9 secondary indicators. Through analysis of the evaluation results, the study summarizes the current problems in the work of document resource guarantee in domestic universities and put forward relevant suggestions.

  • A Review on Document Information Resources Guarantee System in China

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The importance of the document information resource guarantee system has aroused increasing attention from the academic community, but the current study lacks a systematic review of the research results. This paper summarizes the relevant research on the document information resource guarantee system in China, and points out the direction for the development of further relevant research.[Method/process] This article used grounded theory research method to code and analyze the research contents of the original literatures, and explored the research progress of Chinese document information resource guarantee system under the background of the new era. This paper obtained 129 primary codes and 14 categories, and refined 4 research topics, discussed the deficiencies of the document information resource guarantee system research, and proposed feasible future research directions.[Result/conclusion] The study of the macro-environmental dimension should combine the characteristics of the current new era, and the research on the main body of the construction of document information resources needs to be strengthened; The study of system construction and structural modes needs to discuss the flow and transmission of document information between various guarantee levels, and provide relevant technical parameter standards to realize the co-construction and sharing of document information resources; In terms of resource construction and services, it is necessary to solve the problems of long-term preservation and sustainable use, and to guide and promote users to consume documents resources through technical means.

  • 基于情境感知技术的移动数据自动采集系统设计与实现

    Abstract:【目的】为移动环境下数据采集与分析提供一种基于情境感知技术(Context Awareness)的设计框架, 以优化移动数据自动化采集过程。【应用背景】尽管基于移动端的情景感知数据采集较之传统网络环境下的人工与半自动方式有所发展, 但利用移动端底层传感器直接获取实时用户信息, 实现实时、动态、全面的数据采集与挖掘进而达到主动提供服务的目的, 这方面的应用仍处于发展阶段。【方法】利用Android 自带的众多传感器, 设计了客户端自动采集、服务器主动接收的数据采集框架。在实证与评价方面, 设计了一个通过动态情境感知推荐高层服务的实例。【结果】实证结果表明: 该系统能够针对某一情境采集移动用户数据, 为高层推荐服务提供良好支持。【局限】采集到的数据具有较大的冗余度, 未进行多角度、全面、深度的情境推理, 需要在以后的研究中针对用户数据进行深入分析。【结论】基于情境感知的移动数据自动采集系统能够进行移动数据的主动采集, 并依据采集结果对个体或群体进行推送服务, 对移动环境下用户行为研究与情境计算研究都起到较好的支撑作用。

    Abstract:【目的】对已有专家检索与专家排名方法进行评述, 为后续研究提供理论基础。【文献范围】从Web of Science (WOS)、CNKI 等数据库中分别以“专家检索(Expert Retrieval)”、“专家排名(Expert Ranking)”、“排名融合(Ranking Fusion)”等为检索词搜集获得相关文献65 篇。【方法】针对专家检索覆盖面不足及专家特征计算量大两方面问题, 从专家检索评测和排名融合两个角度梳理并评析现有的研究进展。【结果】融合关系属性是目前专家检索方法的主流, 检索结果可信度研究主要依据用户满意度和文档可信度开展; 专家排名采用友邻推荐模型、PageRank、D-S 理论、社交网络与复杂网络分析等实现排名及排名融合, 融合结果总体优于基准排名。【局限】不同排名融合方法间的横向对比研究较少。【结论】相关研究可为构建信息融合视角下的专家会诊平台提供参考,具体体现在专家信息组织、专家遴选和专家意见融合环节。

  • LOD 的网络结构分析与可视化

    Abstract: [Objective] This paper aims to analyze the structural features of Linked Open Data (LOD), and the results can be used to guide the organization of linked data in practice. [Methods] Describing LOD network with degree distribution, average path length, clustering coefficient and other indexes, this paper compares scale-free network and small-world network in the complex network theory. [Results] The structure of LOD network shows a power-law distribution, approximate the scale-free network. The Publication subnet of LOD shows a relatively homogeneous exponential distribution. Two networks both have a short average path length and high clustering coefficient. [Limitations] Lack of assigning key nodes to more weight. [Conclusions] Small-world phenomenon of LOD can optimize the retrieval efficiency, and scale-free feature will reduce the stability of the entire network.
