Abstract:随着互联网的发展,用户获取新闻资讯不再仅依靠新闻客户端,浏览器资讯、社交媒体阅读等新兴的资讯方式正在抢夺着新闻APP的用户资源。面对竞争,新闻客户端如何保持竞争力?除了加快信息发布速度、优化内容质量,能够直接抢夺用户注意力的新闻信息推送功能也不容忽视。目前传统的精准新闻推送方式并没有做到真正的精准,新闻APP可以借助电信运营商的信令数据提高新闻推送的精准度,吸引用户,提升竞争力。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] During the duration of the pandemic, how to timely perceive, effectively quantify and continuously track the impact of the government's containment policy combination on public cognition and sentiment is an urgent problem to be solved in monitoring and emergency response. [Method/Process] Based on the emotion as social information theory, we propose a new method combining the BERTopic model with Multiple Linear Regression(MLR) and Regression Discontinuity in Time (RDiT) to carry out causal inference on more than 310,000 high-frequency user comments on COVID-19 on SINA MicroBlog in 2020, in order to reveal the impact of the combination of containment policies on the public sentiment. [Results/Conclusion] The findings are as follows: (1) The implementation of the COVID-19 containment policy combination around February 20, 2020 caused a significant decrease in the values of sentiment by 0.07-0.12 units, and around April 28, 2020, also caused a significant increase in the values of sentiment by 0.06-0.08 units; (2) The combination of containment policy has a heterogeneous impact on public sentiment, and policies involving individuals and coercive policies are able to arise heated discussions and significantly reduce the values of public sentiment; (3) The causal chain of policy intervention → user's hot topic → public sentiment constructed based on analysis can play a role of retrospective inference of policy implementation effectiveness. This study not only opens up new ideas for containment policy evaluation, but also adds new means for public oriented real-time pandemic prevention monitoring.

Abstract: Wuhan lockdown has affected individual psychological status while effectively curbing the epidemic. It is difficult for traditional questionnaire method to acquire individual psychological assessments in large scale timely, which makes it hard to propose time-effective psychological services. In this study, we extracted the linguistic features of Weibo posts from January 20, 2020 to February 16, 2020 among 41 105 active users, and identified the changes of Wuhan citizens’ psychological status nonintrusively. The results indicated that Wuhan citizens have been in a high state of negative emotions such as anxiety, anger, hostility, and disappointment in short term. Meanwhile, the lockdown had induced more fear, psychological pain, and stress experience to some extent. In addition, the lockdown reduced the usage of leisure words and increased the frequency of working words in Wuhan residents’ language expressions. The results suggest that we should take targeted services according to the different negative emotions raised, and arrange long-term service for negative effects of stress, and incorporate online public psychological detection and service into national emergency management system.

Abstract: In this paper, we study the linear complementarity problems on the monotone ex#2;tended second order cones. We demonstrate that the linear complementarity problem on the monotone extended second order cone can be converted into a mixed comple#2;mentarity problem on the non-negative orthant. We prove that any point satisfying the FB equation is a solution of the converted problem. We also show that the semi#2;smooth Newton method could be used to solve the converted problem, and we also provide a numerical example. Finally, we derive the explicit solution of a portfolio optimisation problem based on the monotone extended second order cone.

Abstract:0.618法是一维线搜索中针对一维单峰函数,应用最为广泛的一种方法。具有良好的收敛性,但其收敛性太慢,因此,本文基于函数在搜索区间端点和区间内任一点函数值的基础上,给出了一种普适性的线搜索加速策略,每步迭代都可以在较大程度上缩小函数值的不确定性区间。数值试验结果表明,其收敛速度较0.618法有所提高,尤其是当初始区间两端函数值相差较大或很大的情况下,本文改进算法可以很大程度上减小区间范围。

Abstract: " Game map is an important human-computer interactive content-bearing platform in major games. With the application of cellular automata(CA) and Procedural Content Generation (PCG)in map generation, the spatial scale and data volume of current game maps are increasing greatly, while in game map test procedure, automatic methods such as interactive test script are inadequate both in depth and application breadth, especially in the lack of game map evaluation from player experience perspective. This research proposes an automatic game map test method based on agent reinforcement learning. By establishing agents’ interactive action models standing for different types of players’ behaviors in the map, universal evaluation of the map environment is enhanced through agent actions, which can optimize game map design from the perspective of player experience with quantitative value of inferiority. Finally, our campus scenes in Minecraft were used as the experimental environments to verify the effectiveness of the method.

Abstract:定位技术具有广泛的应用场景。现有的定位技术,如卫星定位、惯性定位、蜂窝定位、图像定位、WiFi/RFID/Bluetooth/UWB 等短距离无线定位技术各有优缺点。多模定位技术融合可提供室内外全空间平滑定位导航,是定位技术的发展趋势。本文在对各种定位技术进行简要介绍基础上,综述了多模融合定位技术的研究现状,并介绍了我们在定位技术研究方面的一些进展。
