    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This study aims to examine the relationships among knowledge management practices, the customer value creation, the employee job satisfaction and the market performance of firms in mainland China. [Method/process] Data was collected by questionnaire survey and the hypotheses were tested by structural equation modeling approachin this research. [Result/conclusion] It reveals that knowledge-oriented human resource management plays a significantly positive role in the customer value creation, the employee job satisfaction and the market performance of firms.

  • Recycling of Critical Metals in a Green and Low-carbon Transition: Strategies and Countermeasures

    Abstract: As green and low-carbon transition has gained world-wide recognition and become the inherent requirement of fully building a modern socialist China, the consumption of critical metals will increase drastically in the next decades. Meanwhile, this will mean a continually increasing potential of critical metals recycling. Facing changes and pandemic unseen in a century and increasing geopolitical conflicts, it has become a strategic consensus on the national security level for Western countries like the United States and Europe Union to acknowledge and enhance the role of recycling in secure provision of critical metals. Here, in this article, we have discussed the future potentials and major challenges of critical metals recycling and reviewed the strategies proposed by the main industrialized countries. Based on this, we aim to help formulate China’s national strategies and countermeasures regarding critical metals recycling and thus contribute to supporting the achievement of China’s “dual carbon” ambition and its green and low-carbon transition in the next decades.

  • Strategic Thinking on China’s Food System Transition from Perspective of Sustainable Development Goals

    Abstract: Food system is the foundation of human society, thus the sustainable transition of food system is one of the key topics towards global sustainability. Facing the global climate crisis, regional conflict, and pandemic that unseen in a century, it becomes critical to build a sustainable food system in line with the Chinese context for ensuring its grain and food security, national nutrition and health, social justice, ecological balance, market effectiveness, and system resilience. To address these focuses, this study analyzed the main issues and challenges faced by China’s current food system, and decoded the relationship between food system and sustainable development goals of the United Nations from supply, demand, and security guarantee mechanism perspectives. Based on these, this study developed a conceptual framework for sustainable food system from life cycle, global, and system perspectives. This study further identified six key dimensions, including security, health, justice, greenness, economy, and resilience, for constructing the strategic framework of China’s sustainable food system, and proposed paths ahead for implementation. We hope to provide some system reflections on how to ensure China’s food security in the new era and further to contribute to sustainable global food system transition with Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions.

  • Preparation and Properties of Superhydrophobizted Sprayed Zn-Al Coating

    Abstract: A superhydrophobic ZnAl coating was prepared by the electric arc spraying technology and then surface modification by stearic acid/ethanol. The surface wettability, morphology and chemical structure of the ZnAl coating before and after modification were characterized by contact angle measurement (OCA-20), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and artificial FTIR spectrometer (ATR), respectively. The impedance spectrum and polarization curves of the coatings were measuared by electrochemical workstation (Solartron Analytical) with three electrodes system. The results show that the as sprayed ZnAl coating consists of irregular micro- and nano-sized alloy particles and pores, and exhibits clear hydrophilicity, which may be ascribed to the high surface energy of metallic coating. After the surface modification with stearic acid, the static contact angle of the coating reached 153.8� with a rolling angle less than 10� , because there exsited a large number of hydrophobic long alkyl chains on the surface of the modified ZnAl coating. In addition, the surface modification could significantly enhance the corrosion resistance of ZnAl coating due to that the thin hydrophobic film plays an important role in supression of the fall off and dissolution of corrosion products on the ZnAl coating, leading to the increase of charge transfer resistance and the corrosion current density.

  • Low-temperature Siliconizing of Silicon Steel Thin Strip with a Nanostructured Surface Layer and Effect of Treatment Parameter

    Abstract: Silicon steel thin strip was firstly surface shot peened, then cold rolled and finally siliconized by pack cementation process, The microstructural evolution was examined of the steel with the treatment processing. Results show that shot peening can induce the formation of noncrystalline (about 10nm in size) in the top surface layer, the grain size of the noncrystalline increases slightly after cold rolling. A compound layer can be obtained after siliconizing at 500oC in Si powder+halide on the shot peened and cold roll steel strip, its thickness increases with the increasing temperature and holding time, however on which the halide content exhibits little effect. After siliconizing at lower temperature the compound layer consists of single phase Fe3Si, and the increase of temperature, holding time and halide content is helpful for the formation of FeSi phase.

  • Automatic Measurement of Multi-Posture Beef Cattle Body Size Based on Depth Image

    Abstract: Beef cattle in the farm are active, which leads the collection of posture of the beef cattle changeable, so it is difficult to automatically measure the body size of the beef cattle. Aiming at the above problems, an automatic measurement method for beef cattle's body size under multi-pose was proposed by analyzing the skeleton features of beef cattle head and the edge contour features of beef cattle images. Firstly, the consumer-grade depth camera Azure Kinect DK was used to collect the top-view depth video data directly above the beef cattle and the video data were divided into frames to obtain the original depth image. Secondly, the original depth image was processed by shadow interpolation, normalization, image segmentation and connected domain to remove the complex background and obtain the target image containing only beef cattle. Thirdly, the Zhang-Suen algorithm was used to extract the beef cattle skeleton of the target image, and calculated the intersection points and endpoints of the skeleton, so as to analyze the characteristics of the beef cattle head to determine the head removal point , and to remove the beef cattle head information from the image. Finally, the curvature curve of the beef cattle profile was obtained by the improved U-chord curvature method. The body measurement points were determined according to the curvature value and converted into three-dimensional spaces to calculate the body size parameters. In this paper, the postures of beef cattle, which were analyzed by a large amount of depth image data, were divided into left crooked, right crooked, correct posture, head down and head up, respectively. The test results showed that the head removal method proposed based on the skeleton in multiple postures hads head removel success rate higher than 92% in the five postures. Using the body measurement point extraction method based on the improved U-chord curvature proposed, the average absolute error of body length measurement was 2.73 cm, the average absolute error of body height measurement was 2.07 cm, and the average absolute error of belly width measurement was 1.47 cm. The method provides a better way to achieve the automatic measurement of beef cattle body size in multiple poses.

  • Goals, Key Technologies, and Regional Models of Smart Farming for Field Crops in China

    Abstract: Smart farming for field crops is a significant part of the smart agriculture. It aims at crop production, integrating modern sensing technology, new generation mobile communication technology, computer and network technology, Internet of Things(IoT), big data, cloud computing, blockchain and expert wisdom and knowledge. Deeply integrated application of biotechnology, engineering technology, information technology and management technology, it realizes accurate perception, quantitative decision-making, intelligent operation and intelligent service in the process of crop production, to significantly improve land output, resource utilization and labor productivity, comprehensively improves the quality, and promotes efficiency of agricultural products. In order to promote the sustainable development of the smart farming, through the analysis of the development process of smart agriculture, the overall objectives and key tasks of the development strategy were clarified, the key technologies in smart farming were condensed. Analysis and breakthrough of smart farming key technologies were crucial to the industrial development strategy. The main problems of the smart farming for field crops include: the lack of in-situ accurate measurement technology and special agricultural sensors, the large difference between crop model and actual production, the instantaneity, reliability, universality, and stability of the information transmission technologies, and the combination of intelligent agricultural equipment with agronomy. Based on the above analysis, five primary technologies and eighteen corresponding secondary technologies of smart farming for field crops were proposed, including: sensing technologies of environmental and biological information in field, agricultural IoT technologies and mobile internet, cloud computing and cloud service technologies in agriculture, big data analysis and decision-making technology in agriculture, and intelligent agricultural machinery and agricultural robots in fireld production. According to the characteristics of China's cropping region, the corresponding smart farming development strategies were proposed: large-scale smart production development zone in the Northeast region and Inner Mongolia region, smart urban agriculture and water-saving agriculture development zone in the region of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and Shandong, large-scale smart farming of cotton and smart dry farming green development comprehensive test zone in the Northwest arid region, smart farming of rice comprehensive development test zone in the Southeast coast region, and characteristic smart farming development zone in the Southwest mountain region. Finally, the suggestions were given from the perspective of infrastructure, key technology, talent and policy.

  • Advances and Challenges in Physiological Parameters Monitoring and Diseases Diagnosing of Dairy Cows Based on Computer Vision

    Abstract: Realizing the construction of intelligent farming by using advanced information technology, thus improving the living welfare of dairy cows and the economic benefits of dairy farms has become an important goal and task in dairy farming research field. Computer vision technology has the advantages of non-contact, stress-free, low cost and high throughput, and has a broad application prospect in animal production. On the basis of describing the importance of computer vision technology in the development of intelligent farming industry, this paper introduced the cutting-edge technology of cow physiological parameters and disease diagnosis based on computer vision, including cow temperature monitoring, body size monitoring, weight measurement, mastitis detection and lameness detection. The introduction coverd the development process of these studies, the current mainstream techniques, and discussed the problems and challenges in the research and application of related technology, aiming at the problem that the current computer vision-based detection methods are susceptible to individual difference and environmental changes. Combined with the development status of farming industry, suggestions on how to improve the universality of computer vision technology in intelligent farming industry, how to improve the accuracy of monitoring cows' physiological parameters and disease diagnosis, and how to reduce the influence of environment on the system were put forward. Future research work should focus on research and developmentof algorithm, make full use of computer vision technology continuous detection and the advantage of large amount of data, to ensure the accuracy of the detection, and improve the function of the system integration and data utilization, expand the computer vision system function. Under the premise that does not affect the ability of the system, to improve the study on the number of function integration and system function and reduce equipment costs.

  • 基于多特征的跨语言剽窃检测技术研究

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of bilingual plagiarism, this paper constructed a multi-feature-based cross-language plagiarism detection model. This paper firstly analyzes and summarizes the research status of single and double language plagiarism, and proposes a multi-feature-based cross-language plagiarism detection model. The model includes multi-feature-selection-based cross-language plagiarism classification and multi-feature-correspondence–based cross-language plagiarism detection. The results of plagiarism filtering two times is mainly based on the correspondence between translation features and structural features. Finally, the last plagiarism is confirmed by WordNet. In this paper, the transcendental plagiarism model is established, and the results of the classification and the test results are verified by experimental comparison and experimental analysis. The validity and scientificity of the model are proved.

  • 精液细菌感染对精液参数及细菌耐药性的影响—附74376例男性不育症患者分析

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of semen bacterial infection on semen parameters in male infertility patients and analyze of the drug resistance profile of the bacterial isolates. Methods According to the results of bacterial culture, the semen samples of 74376 infertile men collected between April, 2016 and April, 2017 were divided into infection group and noninfection group, and the infertility type and semen parameters were compared between the two groups. The bacterial species and the drug sensitivity of the isolates were analyzed. Results Bacterial infections were detected in 1.38% of the total semen samples collected. The positivity rate of semen bacterial infection was 1.41% in normal semen group, 1.55% in asthenospermia group, 1.18% in oligospermia group, 1.57% in asthenospermia/ oligospermia group, and 0.17% in azoospermia group. The positivity rate was lower in azoospermia group than in the other groups. Bacterial infection mainly affected sperm motility (P< 0.05), sperm density and forward motile sperm ratio (P<0.01). The most common bacterial species causing the infections included, in the descending order of frequencies, Escherichia coli (63.59%), Klebsiella pneumoniae subspecies (19.80%) and Proteus mirabilis (13.22%). Drug susceptibility tests showed that the isolates of Escherichiacoli, Pneumonia Klebsiella pneumonia subspecies and Citrobacter koseri were commonly resistant to amoxicillin; Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates were resistant to Bactrim and ampicillin/sulbactam; Staphylococcus aureus isolates were resistant to penicillin. Conclusion Male infertile patients have a low bacterial infection rate in the semen. Bacterial infection severely affects the sperm fertilization process by causing impairment of sperm motility and lowered sperm density. Escherichia coli is the most common pathogenic bacterium for the semen infection. With the exception of Staphylococcus aureus, the other bacterial strains isolated were found to be sensitive to imipenem and meropenem.

    Abstract: Cross-language plagiarism has always been the hardest hit for academic misbehavior. It is also a behavior that is extremely difficult to spot. Cross-language plagiarism detection and identification technology is the most urgent technology that needed to be developed. It is also the biggest technical difficulty in the field of plagiarism. Based on the summary and analysis of current researches on the monolingual plagiarism detection and cross-language plagiarism detection, aiming at the existing problem of cross-language plagiarism detection, this paper proposes a cross-language plagiarism detection technology based on fingerprint fusion. This paper also carries out experimental verification on the plagiarism set of artificial building. Through analyzing and comparing the result of experiments, it can be concluded that the method is indeed effective.

  • 高通量测序技术在野生动物食性分析中的应用

    Abstract:食性研究是动物生态学颇受关注的一个重要内容,而食性分析方法由于受到技术和适用范围的限制,也在不断改进和更新。随着高通量测序技术的发展,该技术逐渐扩展到野生动物的食性分析,使食性分析的效率得到极大提升,并拓宽了食性分析的应用范围。尽管高通量测序应用于食性分析在数据量、灵敏度和分辨率方面的优势较为明显,但由于涉及到的步骤较多,受到的影响因素较为复杂,目前高通量测序应用于食性分析还属于研究比较薄弱的领域。概述了高通量测序技术应用于食性分析的基本流程,总结了该技术在食物组成分析、种内和种间食性关系、食物与栖息地、行为关系方面的研究动态,分析了PCR、污染和定量分析对该技术应用性的影响,提出了相应的解决对策和建议,并对其应用前景进行了展望。

  • 小鼠DNAJB13与HK1 的相互作用

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the presence of interactions between DNAJB13 and HK1. Method The open reading frame of Dnajb13 gene was amplified from mouse testis cDNA by PCR. The PCR products were then inserted into pGEX-4T-1 vector after double digestion and identified by sequencing. The recombinant plasmids were transformated into competent DH5a cells, and the fusion protein was expressed with IPTG induction. SDS-PAGE Coomassie brilliant blue staining and Western blot analysis were used to detect the fusion protein expression. The protein precipitated by GST-DNAJB13 in GST pull down assay was detected by Western blotting. Results The recombinant plasmid pGEX-4T-1-Dnajb13 was successfully constructed and verified. E.coli transformed with the recombinant plasmid expressed abundant fusion protein. GST pull down assay showed interactions between DNAJB13 and HK1. Conclusion DNAJB13 interacts with HK1 in mouse testis and probably participates in spermatogenesis and the regulation of sperm motility.

    Abstract:随着养猪业集约化、工厂化的发展,为了方便管理和降低成本,实际生产中常常扩大饲养密度,导致猪生存空间和食物等不足,诱发猪心理和行为方式等的改变。此外,高饲养密度加大了猪舍内环境负担,使舍内有害气体含量增多,增加了呼吸道和消化道疾病发生的概率,严重影响着猪群的健康并制约猪生长性能的发挥。本文就饲养密度对猪群健康和猪舍环境的影响做一论述。

    Abstract:色氨酸是一种具有调节机体免疫功能的必需氨基酸。色氨酸的代谢产物吲哚-2,3-双加氧酶(IDO)、犬尿氨酸、喹啉酸和褪黑激素等,可通过抑制T淋巴细胞增殖、增加血液免疫球蛋白含量和促进组织的抗原递呈等,来提高机体免疫力、抗炎症反应和影响肿瘤细胞免疫逃逸。本文就色氨酸及其代谢产物对畜禽免疫功能的调控作用和机制进行简要叙述。

  • 同源过表达BglR对嗜热毁丝霉β-葡萄糖苷酶活性的影响

    Abstract: Objective: This study focuses on the influence of overexpression of β-glucosidase regulator BglR on beta-glucosidase activities in Myceliophthora thermophila ATCC42464 by cloning bglr gene and constructing Mtbglr overexpression vector. Methods: The SLIC was adopted to construct Mtbglr overexpression vector and the promoter of MtPpdc and terminator of MtTpdc was used for overexpress bglr gene. The gene expression and β-glucosidase activities were observed by protoplast transformation, real-time quantitative PCR and enzymatic determination. Results: The bglr gene was overexpressed in M. thermophila successfully. The result showed that the β-glucosidase activity and secreted protein concentration of transformant strain Mt8 were 1.7 and 1.9 fold higher, respectively, than that of wild type WT. Conclusion: The expression of bglr increased the β-glucosidase activity in Myceliophthora thermophila under the inducing condition, which laid the theoretical foundation for the regulation of β-glucosidase gene of thermophilic fungi.

  • 以大肠杆菌为底盘细胞构建XylR-Pu线路检测2,4,6-三硝基甲苯

    Abstract: Objective: The XylR-Pu is a classic toluene catabolic pathway, which is from TOL plasmid of Pseudomonas putida. In the presence of toluene, the XylR regulatory protein can activate Pu promoter and thus induce expression of corresponding metabolic genes. To detect 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT),the significant environmental pollutant, the pathway was optimized and put into Escherichia coli to construct whole-cell biosensor, which was based on the idea of synthetic biology. E.coli was chosen as chassis cell due to its genetic background was clear and it was simple to operate. Methods: pETDuet-1 was used as backbone to construct gene circuit of XylR-Pu, XylR was inserted in first multi cloning site . The second T7 promoter was substituted by Pu promoter and reporter gene of green fluorescent protein was under the control of Pu promoter . The fluorescent values can indicate the strength of the activation of XylR protein to Pu promoter. Then four series terminator was inserted between XylR and Pu to minimize background expression. Finally, the receptor domain of XylR protein was randomly mutated using sequential error prone PCR to construct a mutant library and to identify XylR mutants, which can be more sensitive and specific to TNT. Results: The four series terminator can effectively prevent read-through and decrease background fluorescent. After selection, one mutant protein named eX0-4 displayed better induction intensity, sensitivity and specificity to TNT. Conclusions: As Nitrobenzene was not XylR natural inducer, so XylR showed no obvious response to TNT. But the method is feasible to modify the A domain of XylR protein to obtain non-natural but better protein components. The mutant of eX0-4 enriched the reservoir of TNT-sensing elements, and provided a more applicable toolkit to be applied in genetic routes and live systems of biosensors in future. It can be a common method to identify biological elements to use error prone PCR to construct mutant library.

  • 热加工对Z3CN20-09M双相不锈钢组织及热老化冲击断裂行为的影响

    Abstract:铸态Z3CN20-09M双相不锈钢经1200℃热锻后,采用400℃热老化100,1000,3000h处理. 研究发现经热加工后铁素体晶粒的取向呈现无序态, 奥氏体晶粒由粗大的柱状晶经再结晶后变成细小的等轴晶. 随热老化时间延长,铸态和锻态材料的冲击功都呈现下降趋势. 热老化前期, 铸态和锻态材料均呈现微孔聚集型断裂, 断口出现大量韧窝花样. 热老化3000h后, 铸态和锻态材料均呈现准解理断裂, 铁素体发生脆性解理断裂, 奥氏体以撕裂或微孔聚集型断裂. 铁素体区域内取向不相同导致锻态材料冲击断口解理特征明显少于铸态材料.

  • Cu系纳米金属多层膜微柱体的形变与损伤及其尺寸效应

    Abstract:纳米金属多层膜材料已成为目前高性能微元器件以及互连结构的核心材料体系,其服役过程中的变形损伤与断裂是导致系统失效的关键因素。以本课题组近年来的研究结果为基础,结合当前国内外有关金属多层膜微柱体塑性变形行为研究的最新进展,阐述了金属多层膜微柱体微观结构-尺寸约束-使役性能三者之间的关联性,揭示了金属多层膜微柱体变形模式与界面损伤的内在规律,归纳了晶体/晶体与晶体/非晶两类层状结构材料加工硬化/软化行为的微观机理,并对纳米金属多层膜研究的发展趋势进行了展望。
