  • Progress of Research on Data Elements in China: Connotation Interpretation, Value Release, Operation Mechanism and Governance System

    Abstract: Purpose/Significance As a new type of production factor, data factor, together with other factors, constitutes a total factor and provides an important driving force for global economic and social development. Data factor is a major theoretical innovation proposed for the first time in China, and it is important to systematically collect, sort out and analyze the representative results of data factor research in China, so as to build a knowledge framework system of data factor with Chinese characteristics, which will provide reference and inspiration for the theoretical research and practical exploration of data factor worldwide. Method/Process It mainly adopts network survey, literature research and content analysis method to summarize 56 representative literature contents, 14 policy reports and experts’ opinions on data element research in China, and comb and analyze them in four aspects, namely, connotation interpretation, value release, operation mechanism and governance system. Result/Conclusion China’s data elements research results are fruitful, the knowledge framework system is basically formed, and certain progress has been made in the realization of value and market cultivation, but there is still much room for improvement in the effective operation of data elements and the governance of data elements, and future research needs to focus on coordinating and promoting the construction of the governance system of data elements and promoting the combination with the application scenarios so as to play the multiplier effect.

  • The Idea of Kidney Tonifying Therapy for Spermatogenesis Disorder in Type 2 Diabetes Based on the Hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal Axis

    Abstract: Diabetic hyperglycemia in males is a significant contributing factor to the development of spermatogenesis disorder. The hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal(HPG) axis serves as a crucial center for autonomic sexual function and the neuroendocrine network within the human body. It dominates physiological prominence in human reproduction,growth,and development,while also being susceptible to hyperglycemia,which is one of the key mechanisms in the development of spermatogenic disorder in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). This mechanism involves kidney deficiency,which is a common etiology and pathogenesis of both spermatogenesis disorder and T2DM. The kidney storing essence,which encompasses the functions of "dominating reproduction,manufacturing marrow to fill up the brain," bears similarities to the HPG axis. Kidney tonifying therapy can regulate and improve the function of HPG axis,thereby establishing a theoretical basis for the use of kidney tonification therapy in the treatment of spermatogenesis disorder in T2DM. The traditional formula of tonifying the kidney can serve as a complementary treatment for both DM and spermatogenesis disorder. This approach offers a conceptual framework and methodology for the prevention and treatment of T2DM-induced infertility through kidney tonification.

  • Research on flow characteristics of staggered three circular cylinders under subcritical Reynolds number

    Abstract:
    Based on the commercial software Fluent,the large eddy simulation(LES)method is used to numerically study the three-dimensional flow around three circular cylinders in a staggered arrangement at Re=3 900.In order to verify the correctness of the numerical method,a case involved in the single cylinder is selected to verify the relevant parameters.Subsequently,the key parameter of the spacing ratio(L/D)is analyzed on the influence of the flow characteristics of the staggered three-cylinder array.Within the range of the small spacing ratio(1.5≤L/D≤2.0),the time-averaged drag coefficient of the middle and downstream cylinders is smaller than that of single cylinder; when the spacing ratio is 3.0,the time-averaged pressure coefficient distribution of the upstream cylinders is quite different from the results of other cases; the formation of skewed flow in the wake of the three cylinder array can found at L/D=1.5; the distribution characteristics of the boundary vortex flux of the three-cylinder array are given.It shows that the streamwise vortex is mainly generated on the surface of the midstream cylinder and enters the flow field with deforming and stretching.

  • 国内外科学数据管理FAIR原则研究进展及应用综述

    Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] With the development of data-intensive scientific research paradigm, the effective discovery and reuse of scientific data is of great significance to the sharing of research results. In order to promote scientific data utilization and improve the scientific value of data resources, the international academic community proposed the FAIR principles in 2016, aiming to promote data openness, which has so far attracted widespread attention from scholars at home and abroad. Many exploratory studies have been carried out around the FAIR principles, such as GO FAIR, and RDA, CODATA and other international organizations have been established to be devoted to open science and data sharing practices; the European Union, as the representative advocate of open science, has strongly promoted the implementation and promotion of the FAIR principles by establishing the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) and introducing data policies, etc. The purpose of this paper is to provide a systematic and comprehensive overview of the academic achievements of FAIR principles, with the aim of providing references for the promotion and implementation of the principles and scientific data management practice in China. [Method/Process] This paper combines literature research and online research, and through content analysis, provides an in-depth analysis of literature on FAIR principles in terms of content interpretation, assessment methods, domain application, discipline application and regional application. It includes five perspectives of organization guarantee on FAIR principles, four basic principles of FAIR, practical exploration, disciplinary implementation and regional practice of FAIR principles to review the research progress and implementation of FAIR principles at home and abroad, focusing on exploring the practical value of FAIR principles, and systematically summarizing the research status and existing achievements. [Results/Conclusions] International research on FAIR principles focuses on theory, implementation strategies, and evaluation methods, For example, at the level of FAIR content, the four basic principles have been explored and discussed in practice; at the level of implementation strategies, many stakeholders have taken different measures to ensure the implementation of FAIR principles, and different organizations have developed evaluation methods. In addition, FAIR principles have been explored in the fields of medicine and other disciplines and are widely used in Europe and other regions. In contrast, domestic research is still in its infancy and national policy support and follow-up by relevant organizations is needed for further study and implementation of FAIR principles in China.

    Abstract: 目的/意义 数据故事化是一种更高效、更全面、更新颖地展示数据分析结果的方式,通过分析我国数据故事化研究的代表性文献,对现有研究成果进行系统梳理,并对研究势趋进一步展望,为后续研究提供借鉴和启示。 方法/过程 主要采用内容分析法归纳我国现有的有关数据故事化研究的21篇文献内容,从概念内涵、基本流程、相关模型以及应用实践4个方面对我国数据故事化的研究进展进行梳理和分析。 结果/结论 数据故事化研究在我国尚处于起步阶段,在内涵、流程、模型、方法、工具等理论研究以及实践应用领域存在较大提升空间,未来研究注重构建我国数据故事化研究的自主知识体系和应用实践体系。

  • 基于CloudSat卫星资料对中亚低涡暴雨个例的诊断分析和数值模拟

    Abstract:利用ECMWF再分析资料作为初始场和边界条件,用WRF (eather esearch and orecasting model,WRF)模式对新疆地区中亚低涡暴雨个例进行模拟,结合区域自动气象站每小时降水数据、CloudSat卫星2B-CWC-RO数据产品和FY-2E卫星TBB资料评估Lin方案、WSM 6方案、Thompson方案和WDM 6方案在新疆地区的适用性。结果表明:Thompson方案在小雨(0.1~5.0 mm)和中雨(5.1~10.0 mm)的12 h累积降水模拟中占有优势。4种云微物理参数化方案模拟的云顶亮温分布图均与FY-2E卫星观测十分相似,但在数值上均低于观测。从CloudSat剖面平均的冰水含量的垂直分布情况看,Thompson方案模拟冰水含量在数值和高值区的高度上模拟的最好,Lin方案的模拟效果最差。从3 km区域平均冰水含量的垂直分布情况看,Thompson方案模拟的云冰含量最高,WSM 6方案与WDM 6方案模拟的云冰含量次之,且两者的冰水含量-高度廓线图几乎重合,Lin方案模拟的云冰含量最低。

  • 新疆及周边中亚地区中亚低涡背景下云中液态水分布研究

    Abstract:利用2003—2014年5~9月中亚低涡发生时的AIRS Version 6 Level 2卫星资料,分析中亚低涡活动规律以及云中液态水空间分布。结果表明:(1) 北涡型中亚低涡共发生97次,南涡型共88次。中亚低涡中心更易向南移动。(2) 整体来看,云中液态水呈现山区多盆地少的趋势,在帕米尔高原、天山和昆仑山脉的山区以及咸海附近均大于100×10-6 kg·m-2。在准噶尔盆地、哈密盆地和塔里木盆地东部地区小于1×10-6 kg·m-2。(3) 中亚低涡发生路径越偏南,云中液态水柱越低。关于云中液态水柱,北涡路径较南涡路径更多。研究结果将为进一步认识中亚低涡强降水天气系统提供参考。

  • 新疆三大山区可降水量时空分布特征

    Abstract:利用美国宇航局(NASA)发布的2003年1月~2015年12月的AIRS Standard Physical Retrieval Edition 6.0中的level2的反演数据,对新疆及其周边地区--特别是三大山区近13 a的可降水量的时空分布特征进行了研究。结果表明,从空间分布看,可降水量高值区主要集中在盆地地区,尤其在塔里木盆地、准最低值达1.92 mm;新疆及其周边地区可降水量所有格点13 a平均值来看,总体上,夏季最高,冬季最低。从时间分布看,对新疆及其周边地区、天山、昆仑山和阿尔泰山四个研究区域分别进行区域平均,发现以个区域年变化呈单峰型,从1~7月的可降水量逐渐增加,8~12月份的可降水量逐月减少;可降水量的整体年际变化趋势是一致的,2003—2010年呈上升趋势,2010—2015年呈下降趋势。
