  • Relationship between Serum Liver Transaminase and Metabolic Syndrome based on Restrictive Cubic Spline Model

    Abstract: Background Metabolic syndrome(MS) has become a global health problem,and most studies have focused on the correlation of MS and its components with alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST),but whether there is a dose-response relationship of ALT and AST with MS needs to be further explored. Objective To explore the relationship of ALT and AST with the risk of MS in the elderly,and provide a reference basis for the prevention and control of MS. Methods A health examination with multi-stage sampling method was conducted to residents(≥ 60 years) from 162 townships(streets) under jurisdiction of 18 cities of Henan Province in 2022. The investigation was performed with physical examination and laboratory test. Logistic regression model combined with restricted cubic spline model was recruited to analyze the relationship of ALT and AST with the risk of MS. Results Totally,112 605 research participants were enrolled,of whome the prevalence of MS was 18.6%(20 935/112 605),ALT abnormality was 5.4%(6 132/112 605),and AST abnormality was 6.8%(7 661/112 605). The MS group showed a higher level of ALT and a lower level of AST than the non-MS group(P<0.05). The Logistic regression analysis and trend test results showed that the risk of MS increased with increasing ALT levels in both the total population and gender stratification,with a “U” shaped trend with AST level after adjustment for confounders(P<0.05). Restricted cubic spline model results showed a positive linear dose-response relationship between ALT and the risk of MS in both total population and gender stratification(P for overall<0.001,P for nonlinear>0.05),and a nonlinear dose-response relationship between AST and the risk of MS(P for overall<0.001,P for nonlinear <0.001),with an approximate “U”-shaped curve. Conclusion ALT,especially the elevated ALT level,and AST are conductive to be predictors for the development of MS.

  • A Scoping Review of Frailty Assessment Tools for Elderly Orthopedic Inpatients

    Abstract: Background With the aggravation of population aging in China,the number of elderly perioperative orthopedic patients is increasing,and the growing prevalence of frailty in older patients undergoing orthopedic surgery has attracted increasing attention. Early preoperative assessment and intervention of frailty are of great significance for improving postoperative prognosis and reducing the occurrence of complications in this population. Objective To perform a scoping review of frailty assessment tools for elderly orthopedic inpatients,and to provide a reference for the selection of frailty assessment tools for this group. Methods Seven databases(PubMed,CINAHL,PsycINFO,Scopus,Embase,CNKI and Wanfang Data)were searched for studies on frailty assessment tools for older orthopedic inpatients from January 2006 to December 2021. Two researchers independently screened the literature and extracted the basic characteristics of the literature(publication time,country,basic information,research tools and outcome indicators)and the basic characteristics of involved frailty assessment tools(name,study country,study type,scale dimension,number of items,assessment cut-off value,assessment time,etc.). Results A total of 1733 studies were retrieved,and 25 of them with 12 frailty assessment tools were included. The analysis showed that there are a variety of assessment tools,and different studies have used different frailty assessment tools. Frailty Phenotype and Frailty Index are the two common tools. The application of accurate and effective tools for frailty screening is crucial to improving preoperative risk stratification and postoperative prognosis. Frailty assessment using the Reported Edmonton Frail Scale,FRAIL Scale,PRISMA-7 Questionnaire or the Groningen Frailty Index can be completed without the use of additional measuring equipment and surveyors with an experience of training,so they may be practical and simple frailty tools for elderly orthopedic patients. But the measurement performance of these tools still needs further validation. Conclusion The selection of an optimal frailty assessment tool for elderly orthopedic inpatients should be in accordance with patient features,clinical resources and the performance of the tool. However,there is still lack of a gold standard for frailty assessment. Future studies are needed to assess the reliability and validity of existing frailty assessment scales or to develop frailty assessment tools applicable to Chinese older orthopedic inpatients.

It is of great significance to evaluate the frailty status of the elderly as early as possible before surgery and carry out early intervention. Objective To review the range of frailty assessment tools used by elderly orthopedic inpatients, and to provide a reference for the selection of frailty assessment tools for elderly orthopedic inpatients. Methods The Chinese and English databases were searched systematically to extract the frailty assessment tool information (name, study country, study type, scale dimension, number of items, assessment cut-off value, assessment time, etc.) from the literature. Results A total of 1733 articles were retrieved, and 25 studies with 12 frailty assessment tools were finally included. The analysis results show that there are a variety of assessment tools at present, the use of accurate and effective tools for frailty screening is very important to strengthen preoperative risk stratification and improve postoperative prognosis. Conclusion For orthopaedic hospital elderly patients, assessment tools need to consider when the choice of features and clinical factors such as environmental resources condition, the performance of the tool to choose the best breakdowns, assessment tools, there is still lack of breakdowns, assessment of the "gold standard", the future more research is needed to research and development for orthopaedics hospitalized elderly patients with debilitating assessment tools in our country.

  • 1966—2018年河西走廊春季寒潮频次 及影响因子分析

    Abstract: 基于甘肃河西走廊15个国家基准基本站点提供的1966年1月1日~2018年12月31日春季(3~5月)逐日最低气温值数据,利用线性回归分析方法、Spline空间插值法和Mann-Kendall趋势和突变检验法,探讨了河西走廊地区1966—2018年春季(3~5月)寒潮频次变化及其影响因子。研究表明:(1)1966—2018年河西走廊地区春季(3~5月)单站寒潮频次总体呈现下降趋势〔-0.098次·(10 a)-1〕,其中1980—2010年寒潮频次呈显著下降趋势,2010年之后下降趋势变缓,未通过显著性检验;区域寒潮53 a来频次总体呈缓慢下降趋势〔-0.015次·(10 a)-1〕。(2)近53 a河西走廊地区春季三个月中,单站寒潮总量4月>3月>5月,其中4月、5月寒潮频次下降不明显,3月频次下降显著。(3)空间上,大致以北大河和黑河干流为界,两河中间区域春季寒潮频次低,而北大河以北和黑河干流以东区域则是寒潮高值区,走廊外围地区寒潮频次较高,且大多呈显著下降趋势,寒潮频次与气温距平存在明显负相关关系,内部地区变化趋势不明显。(4)河西地区春季寒潮频次受气候变暖、地形和大气环流的影响,寒潮频次变化趋势存在地区差异。研究可提高对甘肃河西走廊寒潮演化过程的认知,为河西走廊气候变化的进一步研究奠定基础。

  • 太阳高分辨观测图像与全日面像的高精度配准方法

    Abstract: In the research of the Solar observation, the registration between high-resolution observation images and full-disk Solar images is a greatly meaningful work. However, it is difficult to register with high accuracy due to the rotation, scaling and translation between them. This paper presents an image registration method combining local statistical information and control point matching: At first, between the high-resolution observation image and the full-disk Solar image is preliminary estimated about the orientation, scale, and positional parameters. Then the images are pretreated based on the estimated parameters. And then the pretreatment of the field of view is divided into a large number of overlapping local regions equally. Each corresponding local area is determined by the Correlation matching on the full-disk after preprocessing. Next, the sub-pixel offset between each pair of local regions is then measured, and the coordinate positions of the feature point are determined according to the sub-pixel offset between each pair of local regions, which is used as the feature control point in the point matching. Finally, the conversion equations of the affine transformation are established according to the control point, then use the least squares to solve the entire field of view of the transformation parameters. The image is reiterated according to the parameters to be solved, and the transformation parameters are obtained after the final iteration to register images. By registering the high-resolution observation images and the full-disk Solar SDO/HMI continuous spectrum, the deviation of fitting results is within 0.25 arc-seconds.

  • 基于直方图规定化的太阳图像增强方法

    Abstract: 太阳图像中包含了各种不同尺度、不同结构以及不同亮度的活动现象,它们都是实测太阳物理的研究目标。这些活动现象经常会使图像显示的跨度过大,导致图像暗弱细节结构被隐藏。对于地基望远镜,由于地球大气对观测数据的影响,也造成图像整体对比度下降。这些都不利于人们直观地从图像中发现感兴趣的太阳活动现象或结构特征。针对这些问题,运用直方图规定化的方法对实测太阳物理中常遇到的几类观测目标图像(太阳极紫外像,太阳光球黑子像,色球活动区像以及色球日珥像)进行处理,通过瑞利分布、双高斯分布以及三重瑞利混合分布等直方图形式实现对这几类图像的显示对比度增强。通过对空间望远镜SDO的极紫外太阳像和1m新真空太阳望远镜(New Vacuum Solar Telescope, NVST)的色球和光球像的处理展示了该方法的处理效果。结果表明,方法可以有效提高各类太阳活动现象的显示度,便于人们在研究初期发现感兴趣的活动现象。

  • 太阳高分辨观测图像与全日面像的高精度配准方法

    Abstract:在太阳观测研究中,高分辨图像与全日面像的配准是一项非常有意义的工作,但由于他们之间存在着旋转、缩放和平移,因此很难高精度地进行匹配。提出一种结合局部统计信息和控制点匹配的图像配准方法,核心思想为将视场等间隔划分为大量重叠的局部区域,通过相关匹配在全日面像上寻找对应的局部区域,然后计算每一对局部区域间的亚像元偏移,根据偏移量确定每一对特征点的坐标位置,据此作为点匹配中的特征控制点;最后根据控制点建立仿射变换的转换方程,采用最小二乘求解整个视场的转换参数,根据解出的参数重新对图像进行迭代,得到收敛后的结果并进行配准。通过对高分辨观测图像和全日面SDO/HMI连续谱图像进行配准,拟合结果的偏差在0.25” 以内。
