  • An effective method for identifying decay events in storage rings and its application in 94mRu44+ lifetime measurement

    Abstract: The Lanzhou Heavy Ion Accelerator Cooling Storage Ring(HIRFL-CSR) is an ideal device for studying the decay of highly charged and short-lived isomers. In the lifetime measurement experiment of the short-lived highly charged ion 94mRu44+, we directly observed the decay of 94Ru from 8+ isomer to the ground state, and identified 49 decay events in the observation time window of (20 μs, 180 μs). In order to identify more decay events, a method based on spectral amplitude was studied in this paper. Based on the simulation results, this method can effectively identify decay events within (15 μs, 185 μs). By applying the new identification method to the experimental data processing, 54 decay events were identified within (15 μs, 185 μs). Based on these 54 decay events, the lifetime of 94mRu44+ in the rest frame was calculated to be 194(121) μs. The new lifetime result is within the error range of the previous result 218(148) μs, with higher precision.

  • Application of acupuncture therapy combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing for patients with postherpetic neuralgia

    Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of acupuncture combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing for patients with postherpetic neuralgia (PHN). Methods A total of 124 PHN patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 62 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment, acupuncture treatment and conventional nursing mode, and the patients in the observation group were given acupuncture treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode on the basis of conventional treatment. The pain visual analog scale (VAS), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) were compared between the two groups after 1 week and 2 weeks of intervention. Results The VAS score decreased in both groups after intervention, and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). The overall effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (95.16% vs. 79.03%, P<0.05). Scores of SAS and PSQI decreased in both two groups after intervention, and scores of SAS and PSQI of the observation group was lower than those of the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with TCM nursing can effectively relieve pain, relieve anxiety symptoms and improve sleep in patients with PHN.

  • 南美天胡荽及其根际土壤水浸提液化感成分分析

    Abstract: In this paper, the biological indexes included the relative germinating rate, the index of allelopathic were selected to investigate the effects of different extract solutions of Hydrocotyle vulgaris on seed germination of three test plant species. The chemical constituents extracted by water from the plants and rhizospheric soils of Hydrocotyle vulgaris were analyzed by GC-MS and LC-MS, to explore the main chemical constituents of Hydrocotyle vulgaris which may affect the other plants. The results were as follows: (1) Chemistry components of Hydrocotyle vulgaris in different extracts solutions all inhibited the seed germinating rate of Raphanus sativus, Brassica chinensis, Cucumis sativus, and the inhibition effects were significant for Raphanus sativus. (2) 35 and 17 compounds were identified from waters extracts in plants and rhizospheric soils of Hydrocotyle vulgaris by GC-MS. The common organics included Dibutyl phthalate, 10,15-Octadecane diacid and 2,4-Di-tert-butylphenol in water extracts of plant. The common organics included Oleic acid amide, N-hexadecane and Ethyl palmitate in the water extract of rhizospheric soil. (3) 109 and 93 compounds were identified from water extracts of plant and rhizospheric soils by LC-MS. By ESI+, The relative content of L-phenylalanine and Luteolin were the main components in water extract of plant, and the relative content of L-phenylbutyric acid and Palmitamide were the main components in rhizospheric soil. By ESI-, the relative content of L-phenylpropyl dextro-quinic acid and Chlorogenic acid were the main components in water extract of plant, and the relative content of L-phenylpropanoid octadecanoic acid and Sucrose were the main components. (4) Butyric acid, Octadecanoic acid, Glycolic acid, Oleic amide, Palmitamide, Ethyl hexadecanoate, Benzoic acid maybe affect the growing and surving of companion organism directly, which belonged to fatty acids, amides, esters and aromatic acids. Oleic amide, Palmitamide, Ethy hexadecanoate, Benzoic acid may originate in plants or transformed from secretion of plants by soil organisms, and the input pathways of Butyric acid, Octadecanoic acid, Glycolic acid include plants, micro-organisms and soil animals.
