  • Research Progress on Application of Patient Decision Aidin the Medication of Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

    Abstract: Elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus often face the problems of multimorbidity and multiple medications,and these conditions often lead to irrational or inappropriate medication use,significantly affecting patient outcomes and quality of life,making early and effective medication decisions particularly important. As an important supplement to medication support information,decision support tools,including electronic health record-based systems,mobile applications,online health platforms,etc.,provide personalized,evidence-based medical information to help patients understand medication regimens,assist patients and healthcare professionals in making more rational medication decisions,enhance the appropriateness and safety of medication,and reduce the risk of drug interactions,thereby improving the overall treatment of patients and reducing the risk of drug interactions. The application of medication management in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus has made significant progress,thus improving the overall outcome and quality of life of patients. This article summarizes the current situation of medication use in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,the influencing factors,types,application methods and their roles of decision aids,aiming to provide reference for the development of medication decision aids for this population in China.

  • The Design and Implementation of Workflow-driven and Context-sensitive Resource Discovery System

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Today, great changes have taken place in the library information service environment, this paper aims at providing the design and implementation methods for constructing the workflow-driven and context-sensitive resource discovery system. [Method/process] By analyzing the characteristics and the changes of information services environment and demands in current information service institutions, investigating the current application status of domestic academic resource discovery system, we summarized the shortcomings of the resource discovery system introduced by domestic information service institutions, and these shortcomings appear in the user authority control function and the service workflow design. Then, we put forward the idea of constructing a workflow-driven and context-sensitive resource discovery system, and the specific implementation methods are also introduced. [Result/conclusion] The design and implementation methods introduced in this paper have been successfully applied in the integrated services environment of Guangdong Science and Technology Library. It can be a reference for building a practical academic resource discovery and delivery system with similar application environment and requirements in China.

  • Preparation and Performance of a Phase Change Heat Storage Composite of Paraffin/Different Particle Sized Expanded Graphite

    Abstract: As phase change heat storage material (PCM), composites of paraffin/expanded graphite of different particle sizes (DPS-EG) were prepared by melt blending method, which were then characterized by means of XRD, FT- IR, SEM, DSC and LFA. The effect of mass fraction of DPS-EG on performance of the composite PCM was studied. Results show that the thermal diffusivity of the composite PCM increased first and then decreased with the increasing mass fraction of small particle sized EG. When the ratio of mass fraction for large sized ones to the small ones of the DPS-EG was 9:1, paraffin may be allowed to fill fully into the free space of the mosaic structure of DPS-EG. The thermal diffusivity of the composite PCM was up to 1.964�10-6 m2/s, 22 times higher than that of pure paraffin, while its latent heat was 144.2 J/g.

  • 唐古特白刺抗旱优良家系早期选择研究

    Abstract:为选择抗旱优良的唐古特白刺家系,本实验于2015、2016年和2018年分别对来自兰州和武威试验点的31个唐古特白刺家系进行可溶性糖(SS)、可溶性蛋白(SP)、游离脯氨酸(Pro)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)以及叶绿素(Chl)含量测定,运用主成分分析法和隶属函数法对家系抗旱性进行综合评价选择出抗旱优良家系并进行对比分析。结果表明:运用2种综合评价方法结果重合率在80%以上,以20%入选率选择抗旱优良家系,2试验点的j3-9、jc-8、w3-15、w3-12等4个家系在2015年、2016年均入选,在2018年抗旱性明显优于其他家系,入选家系在不同年份不同试验点的抗旱性表现一致,说明唐古特白刺抗旱优良家系在不同生理阶段不同环境下抗旱性表现稳定,对其进行早期选择具有可靠性。

  • 抗旱优良红砂家系的早期选择与评价

    Abstract:本实验于武威市凉州区育苗建立试验地,分别在2014、2015、2016、2017、2018年7月,以红砂家系(2a、3a、4a、5a、6a生红砂)叶片为试验材料,测定叶片中可溶性蛋白(SP)、可溶性糖(SS)、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)、叶绿素a(Chl a)、叶绿素b(Chl b)、总叶绿素(Chl a+b)、叶绿素a/b(Chl a/b)和叶绿素荧光等16个指标,连续5 a研究红砂家系抗旱性早期选择可行性及性状表现稳定性,选择和综合评价抗旱优良红砂家系。结果表明:可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、脯氨酸及叶绿素荧光相关指标在77个红砂家系间存在较大的差异,为抗旱优良红砂家系选择创造条件;通过5 a连续观察及测定,2 a、3 a、4 a生红砂家系综合排序逐年表现稳定,重合率逐渐增加至83.33%,5 a、6 a生各层次红砂家系表现稳定,重合率大于83.33%;经过综合分析筛选出小甘沟-3号(XGG-3)、巴彦浩特3-4号(BYHT-3)、乌达-1号(WD-1)、泉眼山-2号(QYS-2)、海石湾-1号(HSW-1)等5个优良抗旱家系,入选率为6.49%。

  • 1980—2017年天山山区不同降水形态的时空变化

    Abstract: 利用1980-2017年天山山区35个气象站点的逐日降水资料,分离出3种主要降水形态后,运用线性倾向估计、Mann-Kendall ( M-K)突变检验、滑动t突变检验、Morlet小波分析等方法研究了天山山区降水日数及降雨日数、降雪日数和雨夹雪日数的时空分布及变化规律。研究表明:(1)在空间上,天山山区降水日数和降雨日数表现为“北多南少,西多东少”的分布格局,降雪日数“北多南少”明显;降水日数呈现“西快东慢,北快南慢”的增长趋势,西段增长幅度明显,降雨日数普遍增多,大部分地区降雪日数减少,雨夹雪日数也有减少趋势。(2)近38 a来,天山山区降水日数表现为缓慢增长趋势,降雨日数显著增加,降雪日数减少,雨夹雪日数变化并不明显。(3)天山山区降水日数突变年在1986年前后。(4)降水日数、降雨日数、降雪日数及雨夹雪日数均存在明显的10a左右的振荡周期,此外,降水日数、降雨日数和雨夹雪日数18}22a周期波动也比较明显。
