Abstract: Social identity is the individual’s knowledge that he belongs to certain social groups together with some emotional and value significance to him of this group membership. Social Networking Sites (SNSs) have gradually penetrated into people's daily life. Previous studies showed that SNSs had changed the traditional environment of social identity, which is mainly reflected in five aspects: extend personal relationship networks, improving information exchange, providing a new presentation platform, giving people more privacy choices. SNSs play a vital role in the construction, expression, management, reconstruction of social identity. Further, SNSs may help the individual to create a sense of belonging. More attention should be paid to the research methods, research contents, and practical applications in this area.

Abstract: Due to the high power distance culture, most Chinese employees have a wait-and-see attitude towards voice behavior. Managerial voice solicitation may be the key to solve this problem. Based on the communication element model, we analyze the structure of voice solicitation, and propose that there are different forms and contents of voice solicitation. Based on the theory of planned behavior, we further propose that managerial power distance, the perception of change climate and managerial self-efficacy will affect voice solicitation through the intention of voice solicitation. In addition, the perception of change climate and managerial self-efficacy will moderate the form and content of voice solicitation. In a word, we change our focus from employee voice behavior to managerial voice solicitation, which provides a new perspective for exploring the voice behavior in the context of Chinese culture.

  • 亲组织不道德行为的负面效应及其作用机制

Abstract: In recent times, various tragedies caused by unethical pro-organizational behavior (UPB) — that is, unethical behavior with the intention to potentially benefit the organization, but harm the interests of external stakeholders instead—are proliferating. The existing studies on UPB predominately focus on identifying its antecedents and pro-organizational aspects, ignoring its potential negative outcomes. Given this theoretical gap, the negative effects of UPB from a multilevel perspective are explored. First, the effect of UPB on exhaustion is explored; the moderating effect of moral identity and mediating effect of guilt are examined as well. Second, a firm-level UPB definition is created, and its negative effect on the firm’s long-term performance as well as the mediating role of corporation reputation are examined. Finally, the influence of the firm’s and employees’ UPB on customers' voluntary performance is analyzed, as well as the mediating effect of customer identification on the company and the moderating role of the perceived corporation agent role of employees. The results of this project will not only enrich the theoretical study related to UPB, but also help to discourage the practice or escalation of this kind of unethical behavior.

Abstract: In order to improve the positioning accuracy of wireless sensor networks, so make further improvements on the basis of Grid-Scan algorithm. Firstly, the second raster scan determines the initial location point and generates the reduced location area. In the reduced area, by converting the distance between the neighboring anchor node and the initial location point to the theoretical signal strength value and comparing the signal strength of the neighboring anchor with that of the unknown node, and the neighboring anchor node is conditional. Reducing the grid scan rule of the descending anchor node and determining the position estimation of the unknown node. The simulation results show that the localization algorithm improves the positioning accuracy to a certain extent.

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of exenatide on chemotactic migration of adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) and confirm that Rho GTPase is the downstream effector protein of SDF-1/CXCR-4 migration pathway. Methods ADSCs were isolated, cultured, identified by flow cytometry and induced to differentiate in vitro. RTCA xCELLigence system was used to analyze the effect of exenatide on ADSC proliferation. The effects of exenatide at different concentrations, AMD3100 (CXCR-4 antagonist), and CCG-1423 (Rho GTPase antagonist) on chemotactic migration of ADSCs were tested using Transwell assay. The expression of CXCR-4 in exenatide-treated ADSCs was measured by flow cytometry and Western blotting. Active Rhopull-down detection kit was used to detect the expression of Rho GTPase. Laser confocal microscopy was used to observe the formation of stress fibers in ADSCs with different treatments. Result Exenatide treatment for 24 h had no significant effect on ADSC proliferation. Exenatide obviously promoted chemotactic migration of ADSCs in a concentration-dependent manner, and this effect was blocked by either AMD3100 or CCG-1423. Both flow cytometry and Western blotting showed that exenatide dose-dependently up-regulated CXCR-4 expression in ADSCs. Western blotting showed that the expression of Rho GTPase was related to SDF-1/CXCR-4 pathway and laser confocal microscopy revealed that the formation of stress fibers in ADSCs was related to SDF-1/CXCR-4/ Rho GTPase pathway. Conclusion Exenatide promotes chemotactic migration of ADSCs, and Rho GTPase is the downstream effector protein of SDF-1/CXCR-4 pathway.
