    Abstract: Cancer patients frequently experience pain as a result of their cancer treatment. opioid-induced constipation (OIC) is a highly prevalent side effect in cancer pain sufferers that hurts their quality of life and enhances their risk of developing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disorders. The effective prevention and treatment of OIC have vital clinical implications. This study summarized advances in the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) etiology of cancer pain OIC and recent developments in external TCM treatment, and anticipations to assist as a reference for optimizing TCM interventions, as well as the cancerous pathogenesis provided by OIC, conduct a scientific investigation of pain.

    Abstract: COVID-19 plague outbreak is accelerated due to the large amount of population movement just as at the time of Chinese traditional Spring Festival. As the heaviest plague region centered around Wuhan city, some measures such as urban-rural joint defence must be taken in whole Hubei province to guard against the even further deterioration. And in the level of whole China, such metropolis as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and others which have very close contacts with Wuhan and big population flow after the Festival need to more precisely monitor population movement and identify potential infection areas and potential infected population to prevent to be sub-centers of plague outbreak by using modern big data technologies like mobile phone trajectories of the infected and potential infected people.

    Abstract: Abstract:A three-dimensional model of rectangular anchor plate was further constructed on the base of theexisting unified mechanical models of horizontal drawing of vertical strip plate and square anchor plate.The spatial slip body was used to describe the drawing failure surface , which was formed by the wedge-shaped soil core in front of the plate squeezing the soil in four directions. A mechanical equilibrium analy-sis was carried out on the four parts of spatial slip body separately to calculate the resultant soil pressureacting on the four faces of the soil core.'The shape of the soil core was determined in accondance with itsvertical limit equilibrium conditions and the unified calculation method of the ultimate pullout capacity wasthen deduced from the horizontal limit equilibrium conditions.Comparison with the large-size anchor plate tests and other calculation methods showed that the method in this paper was insensitive to size effect ofanchor plate and had no obvious tendency to different buried depth. Moreover , the variation range of the ra-tio of the calculated bearing capacity to the measured value , which was close to the 1:1 line , was narrow.The calculation accuracy and dispersion degree indexes were superior to those of the other three methods,and had overall good performance.

  • 三维不等直径串列圆柱绕流的双涡脱落流态频率特征研究

    Abstract: The large eddy simulation method is used to simulate the three-dimensional flow past tandemcylinders with unequal diameters ( d/D≤1 ) at Re=2 x 10'. In co-shedding regime, with tandem cylinderspacing increasing ,dimensionless vortex shedding frequency of upstream cylinder ( St,) keeps rising , andthe dimensionless vortex shedding frequency of downstream cylinder ( St,) has the change of first fallingand then rising.At small spacing,St , decreases with increased spacing, and dimensionless vortex sheddingfrequency ratio , diameter ratio and spacing ratio are in quantitative power exponent relation ,St,/St, oc (LD) "1"( d/D). At larger spacing, the time-averaged streamwise velocity between cylinders rises and ap-proaches the main stream , and St , increases with increased spacing.In tandem cylinders with smaller diam-eter ratio, St , moves to a lower inflection point , resulting in“ sub-harmonic lock-in” phenomenon.

  • 金缕半枫荷多酚提取及其抗氧化抗菌活性研究

    Abstract: 摘要:为了为进一步开发和利用金缕半枫荷,以超声时间、液料比、乙醇体积分数和超声温度为考察因素,以金缕半枫荷总多酚提取率为评价指标,采用单因素和正交试验优化提取工艺,确定最佳工艺,以最佳工艺制备金缕半枫荷多酚。进一步采用DPPH和羟自由基清除法,评价金缕半枫荷多酚的抗氧化能力;以抑菌圈和最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为指标,采用牛津杯和肉汤稀释法考察其抗菌活性。结果表明,最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度为70%,料液比1∶16,提取时间为60 min,提取温度60 ℃;金缕半枫荷多酚清除DPPH自由基的IC50为 5.22 gmL-1,与阳性对照维生素C的IC50值4.31 gmL-1无显著差异,羟自由基清除率IC50为105 gmL-1显著低于维生素C的IC50值180 gmL-1;对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌具有抑制作用,抑菌圈直径分别为(13.7 1.2) mm和(10.0 1.3) mm,MIC分别为0.393和0.785 mgml-1。研究结果表明,金缕半枫荷多酚具有抗菌和显著抗氧化能力,为开发利用金缕半枫荷资源提供理论依据。

  • 蒸煮酶解羽毛粉的营养价值及其在肉鸭上的能量和氨基酸利用率评定

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究采用真代谢能(TME)法评定3种蒸煮酶解羽毛粉对于肉鸭的能量和氨基酸营养价值,为合理开发和利用羽毛粉蛋白质资源提供基础数据。3种羽毛粉(Ⅰ~Ⅲ)分别为42日龄樱桃谷肉鸭羽毛粉、550日龄罗曼蛋鸡羽毛粉和100日龄三黄肉鸡羽毛粉。试验选取20只7周龄樱桃谷肉鸭,随机分为4个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复1只肉鸭,单笼饲养。处理1(T1)为测定羽毛粉Ⅰ,处理2(T2)为测定羽毛粉Ⅱ,处理3(T3)为测定羽毛粉Ⅲ,处理4(T4)为饥饿处理。试验期为7 d。结果表明:1)以干物质(DM)为基础,3种羽毛粉的总能(GE)分别为21.31、21.02和20.18 MJ/kg,表观代谢能(AME)分别为13.71、12.29和12.10 kJ/kg,TME分别为14.83、13.42和13.22 MJ/kg。2)以DM为基础,3种羽毛粉的粗蛋白质(CP)含量分别为91.05%、87.31%和91.06%;3种羽毛粉的总氨基酸(TAA)含量都在80%以上,但不同羽毛粉的氨基酸含量差异较大。3)3种羽毛粉的TAA表观可代谢率为别为81.51%、73.07%和76.85%,TAA真可代谢率分别为85.09%、76.89%和80.43%。3种羽毛粉的表观可利用氨基酸和真可利用氨基酸含量也存在显著差异(P<0.05)。由此可见,利用TME法测定毛粉能量与氨基酸的营养价值,发现3种羽毛粉的代谢能(ME)、表观可利用氨基酸和真可利用氨基酸存在明显差异。羽毛粉Ⅰ的GE、ME、CP及TAA代谢率均高于羽毛粉Ⅱ和羽毛粉Ⅲ。
