  • A multi-scale network-based approach for optical imagery ship detections

    Abstract: In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for higher detection and classification accuracy of ship targets to enable safe ship navigation, driving the development of ship intelligence. However, the performance of deep learning-based ship target detection algorithms is affected by the optical imaging process of ship targets, which can be easily disrupted by environmental factors such as wind, current, rain, and fog. Additionally, the diverse range of ship types, morphologies, and sizes pose challenges for accurate detection and identification of ship targets. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a multi-scale neural network-based target detection method for improving the accuracy of ship target detection in optical images. The proposed method employs a Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) to extract image features. The improved backbone of CSPDarkNet and multi-scale network is used to realize the accurate detection of the ship-borne optical camera on the water ship target, and the detection accuracy of the model for small targets and dense targets is improved. Furthermore, label smoothing to prevent overfitting, and non-maximum suppression to reduce repetitive detections. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model achieves accurate detection of ship targets on water and can be used for the detection of small and intensive targets. The mean average precision (mAP) of the proposed method on the Ship-Detection dataset reaches 84.80, which outperforms previous research methods such as Faster-RCNN, DINO and offers greater potential for practical applications.

  • Research of Influencing Factors of Library WeChat Official Account Using Intension of Aged Teacher Readers

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The low intention of the elderly teachers has seriously affected the development and progress of the WeChat public platform in university libraries. Therefore, it is necessary to study the factors affecting the use of the elderly teachers in the WeChat public platform of the university library. [Method/process] In order to deal with these problems, a novel research model and some hypothesis are proposed based on SEM(structural equation model), TAM(technology acceptance model), and regulating variables, including sexuality, age, and so on. Then, 692 aged teacher reader questionnaires are provided by Sichuan library to validate and analyze the above model and hypothesis. [Result/conclusion] The research results show that practicability perception and group influence have significant positive effect on using intension of aged teacher readers, of which practicability perception get the most significant effect.

  • 留茬高度对不同品种全株玉米青贮品质的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究留茬高度对全株玉米青贮品质的影响,并探讨对于不同特性的玉米品种应如何选择留茬高度,为合理生产和利用全株玉米青贮提供理论支持。选取黑龙江省广泛种植玉米品种,高淀粉品种阳光1号、高蛋白质品种中原单32和高产量品种龙福208 3种不同特性的全株玉米为试验材料,采用单因素试验设计,设置19、49 cm 2个留茬高度,共6个处理,每个处理2个重复。测定规营养成分含量、发酵品质及24、30和48 h瘤胃降解率。结果显示:1)对于全株玉米青贮营养成分含量,留茬高度由19 cm增加到49 cm后,3个品种的粗蛋白质(CP)、淀粉含量显著提高(P0.05),且该品种在19 cm留茬高度下48 h瘤胃NDFD最大。由此可见,增加留茬高度可提高全株玉米青贮的DM、CP、淀粉含量,但会降低其NDF含量,以及减小发酵过程的缓冲性,从而对发酵指标影响较小。因此,对于高淀粉低纤维类玉米品种如阳光1号,可选择较低留茬高度,以获得质与量最大化;而高蛋白质或高产量玉米品种如中原单32、龙福208,可适当提高留茬高度,改善青贮品质。

  • 疏水纳米材料修复酞酸酯污染土壤及水体

    Abstract:新疆农田土壤及周边河湖沉积物中酞酸酯污染非常严重,由于干旱的气候条件,现有微生物修复技术往往难以适用治理新疆地膜造成的酞酸酯污染。因此,迫切需要研发酞酸酯污染土壤及水体的修复技术及材料。基于应用材料表面的强疏水性对酞酸酯的优异吸附性能的原理,采用多巴胺聚合将3种纳米颗粒(BN、SiO2、Fe3O4)改性得到疏水性良好的材料,并通过SEM-EDS、ATR-FTIR光谱、Raman光谱、N2吸附脱附曲线等对改性材料进行表征。以新疆地膜污染土壤中常见的酞酸酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯作为目标污染物进行吸附性能实验,结果表明:所研发的改性材料对邻苯二甲酸二丁酯具有良好的吸附效果,平衡吸附量可达218.63 mg·g-1;吸附可以在220 min内达到平衡,吸附动力学符合准二级动力学方程;吸附等温线用Langmuir与Freundlich模型均能良好的拟合,后者的相关性更好;并在pH(2~12)与氯化钠盐度 (高达4%)下,材料就能保持良好的吸附效果。该材料在修复干旱区酞酸酯污染土壤、沉积物及水体中具有广阔应用前景。

    Abstract: To assess the short-term outcomes of staged hybrid coronary revascularization performed using robotic-assisted off-pump coronary bypass grafting followed by percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in a non-left anterior descending (LAD) coronary artery lesion. Methods From January, 2007 to May, 2013, 35 patients (32 male and 3 female patients, mean age 56.7 �9.6 years) underwent staged hybrid coronary revascularization. Ten patients had double-vessel and 25 patients had triple-vessel coronary diseases, and the lesions involved an average of 2.7 �0.5 coronary vessels. Coronary artery bypass grafting was completed in robotic-assisted left internal thoracic artery (ITA) harvesting and LITA to LAD bypass. Coronary angiography or 64-MSCT was performed to evaluate the patency of the ITA and stents at 6 months and at 1 to 5 years postoperatively. The patients were followed for major adverse cardiac events (MACE) including cardiac death, acute myocardial infarction and target lesion revascularization. Results Staged hybrid revascularization was completed successfully in all the patients without complications. The LITA to LAD anastomosis was completed in minimally invasive direct coronary bypass grafting (MIDCAB) or totally robotic coronary bypass grafting on beating heart (TECAB) with the assistance of da Vinci Surgical System. The mean artery graft flow was 36.0�2.5 ml/min, and the graft had a 100% patency before discharge. A total of 49 stents were deployed in 35 patients within 2 weeks after robotic coronary bypass grafting, with a mean of 1.34�.6 stents per case (1 stent in 23 cases, 2 stents in 11 cases, and 3 stents in 1 case). The patients were followed up for 17.5�1.6 months, and 1 patient had artery graft occlusion and another had in-stent occlusion at 6 months. All the other 33 patients had patent LITA-to-LAD anastomosis without angina or MACE. Conclusion Staged hybrid revascularization strategy has acceptable angiographic patency results for both LITA-LAD grafts and PCI interventions.

  • 饲粮玉米油与棕榈酸配比对冬毛期蓝狐生产性能、营养物质消化率及氮代谢的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究饲粮玉米油与棕榈酸配比对冬毛期蓝狐生产性能、营养物质消化率及氮代谢的影响。选取120日龄体重相近的健康雄性蓝狐60只,随机分成6组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只蓝狐。各组分别饲喂玉米油与棕榈酸配比为0:12(Ⅰ组)、3:9(Ⅱ组)、5:7(Ⅲ组)、7:5(Ⅳ组)、9:3(Ⅴ组)和12:0(Ⅵ组)的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期67 d。结果表明:1)饲粮玉米油与棕榈酸配比对冬毛期蓝狐平均日增重有极显著影响(P0.05)。随着饲粮玉米油添加比例的升高,平均日增重逐渐升高。饲粮玉米油与棕榈酸配比对冬毛期蓝狐体长、针毛长度和绒毛长度均无显著影响(P>0.05),Ⅵ组鲜皮长显著高于Ⅰ组(P0.05)。3)饲粮玉米油与棕榈酸配比对冬毛期蓝狐食入氮、粪氮、尿氮、氮沉积、净蛋白利用率和蛋白质生物学价值均无显著影响(P>0.05)。然而,氮沉积随饲粮中玉米油添加比例的升高呈上升趋势,Ⅰ组最低,Ⅵ组最高;净蛋白质利用率和蛋白质生物学价值均以Ⅴ组最高。综合各指标,从保证蓝狐生产性能和营养物质消化率考虑,冬毛期蓝狐干饲粮中玉米油与棕榈酸的适宜比例应当维持在9:3(即亚油酸含量为3.76%)。

  • 地顶孢霉培养物对奶牛粗饲料瘤胃降解参数和微生物区系的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究地顶孢霉培养物(ATC)对奶牛粗饲料瘤胃降解参数和微生物区系的影响。试验选用体重650 kg左右,装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的健康荷斯坦奶牛3头,采用3´3拉丁方试验设计。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂基础饲粮分别添加15(低剂量组)和30 g/(d·头)ATC的试验饲粮(高剂量组);试验共3期,每期27 d,其中预试期15 d,正试期12 d。测定羊草、玉米青贮、苜蓿的瘤胃降解参数和瘤胃微生物区系的变化。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,高剂量组能够显著提高玉米青贮干物质的有效降解率和慢速降解部分的降解速率(P0.05)。2)与对照组相比,高剂量组显著提高了瘤胃中原虫数量及黄色瘤胃球菌、白色瘤胃球菌和普雷沃氏菌的相对含量(P<0.05),试验组显著提高了反刍兽新月单胞菌的相对含量(P<0.05),但高剂量组显著降低了产琥珀酸丝状杆菌的相对含量(P<0.05)。因此,本试验条件下,ATC能够调节奶牛部分瘤胃微生物的菌群数量并提高粗饲料的瘤胃降解率,其中以30 g/(d·头)添加量为宜。

  • 饲粮亚油酸水平对育成期蓝狐生长性能、营养物质消化率及氮代谢的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究饲粮亚油酸水平对育成期蓝狐生长性能、营养物质消化率及氮代谢的影响。选取(90±5)日龄、体重相近的健康雄性蓝狐60只,随机分成6组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只蓝狐。6组蓝狐分别饲喂亚油酸水平为0.11%(Ⅰ组)、0.52%(Ⅱ组)、0.92%(Ⅲ组)、1.33%(Ⅳ组)、2.14%(Ⅴ组)和3.36%(Ⅵ组)的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正式期63 d。结果表明1)饲粮亚油酸水平极显著影响育成期蓝狐的平均日增重和料重比(P0.05)。饲粮亚油酸水平在时,随饲粮亚油酸水平由0.92%升高到3.36%,平均日增重逐渐升高,料重比逐渐降低,但上述指标Ⅳ和Ⅴ组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)饲粮亚油酸水平极显著影响蓝狐的脂肪、碳水化合物及干物质消化率(P0.05)。脂肪和碳水化合物消化率均以Ⅵ组最高,干物质消化率以Ⅴ组最高,但上述3个指标在Ⅳ和Ⅴ组间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)饲粮亚油酸水平显著或极显著影响粪氮、尿氮和蛋白质生物学价值(P0.05)。粪氮以Ⅵ组最高,与Ⅱ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组差异不显著(P>0.05)。尿氮以Ⅱ组最高,与Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组差异不显著(P>0.05)。Ⅵ组蛋白质生物学价值最高,显著高于Ⅱ组(P0.05)。从降低环境污染以及保证育成期蓝狐生长性能的角度综合考虑,饲粮亚油酸水平为2.14%较适宜。

  • 秦岭典型林分夏秋两季根际与非根际土壤微生物群落结构

    Abstract:本试验主要以秦岭山脉锐齿栎(Quercus aliena var. acutidentata)、油松(Pinus tabuliformis)、华山松(Pinus armandii)、云杉(Picea asperata)4种典型林分为对象,利用BIOLOG微孔板法研究4种林分夏、秋两季根际与非根际土壤微生物群落代谢多样性。研究表明:(1)夏、秋季土壤根际与非根际的平均颜色变化率(AWCD)值截然不同,除秋季云杉外,其余处理均表现为非根际>根际,且AWCD明显受到季节的影响。(2)夏秋两季4种林分根际与非根际土壤微生物功能多样性之间差异显著,其中锐齿栎林夏秋两季均表现为根际小于非根际,而其它3种针叶林则是夏季根际小于非根际,秋季根际大于非根际;锐齿栎林根际与非根际均为秋季低于夏季,其他3种针叶林则是非根际土秋季低于夏季,而根际土秋季高于夏季。(3)主成分分析显示各土壤微生物功能多样性具有显著差异,且4种林分夏秋两季根际与非根际主成分综合得分也有所不同,4种林分非根际土综合得分锐齿栎最高,其次是华山松和云杉,油松最低;根际土夏秋规律不同,夏季华山松和油松较高,云杉最低,秋季油松和云杉较高,锐齿栎最低,且综合得分与多样性指数达到显著或极显著的正相关。(4)冗余分析表明土壤理化性质的综合作用对土壤微生物群落功能多样性有显著影响。
