  • <p>A case report of intraoperative insulation nursing in a patient with thoracoscopic lobectomy</p>

    Abstract: Thermal insulation nursing is effective in preventing hypothermia in patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy. As a minimally invasive treatment, thoracoscopic lobectomy is an effective method for the clinical treatment of lung cancer with less surgical trauma. Intraoperative hypothermia is one of the adverse conditions that greatly affect the surgical effect and postoperative recovery. In this case, the intraoperative treatment and nursing intervention such as thermal insulation blanket, heated intravenous infusion and liquid flushing, and respiratory tract heating were applied. Meanwhile, the factors causing intraoperative hypothermia were actively evaluated, and nursing intervention was carried out according to the influencing factors, so that the hypothermia of the patient could be effectively controlled and improved. No adverse events related to hypothermia occurred, and the patient successfully passed the perioperative period.Conclusion Thermal insulation nursing can effectively maintain the constant intraoperative body temperature and play an important role in the prevention of hypothermia in thoracoscopic lobectomy.

  • Nursing experience of one case of endoscopic thyroidectomy through oral vestibular approach

    Abstract: This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient undergoing oral vestibular endoscopic thyroidectomy, including preoperative visits, intraoperative cooperation, postoperative care, and surgical cooperation. Endoscopic thyroidectomy via oral vestibular approach through oral endoscopy has advantages such as less bleeding, small incision, fewer complications, safety, and convenience; Moreover, this surgery avoids surface scars and has obvious cosmetic advantages. At the same time, nurses take good psychological care, accurately transfer instruments, and strictly aseptic procedures are crucial for the smooth completion of the surgery

  • Study on the Performance of a Prototype of Time-of-flight Detectors for HIAF-HFRS Facility

    Abstract: In this work, we presented the test results for a prototype of plastic scintillation detectors for time-of-flight measurement, aiming to provide preliminary research for the future development of time-of-flight detectors for HIAF-HFRS facility. Each timing detectors was composed of a fast scintillating plastic and four fast photomultiplier tubes coupled to its four sides. The time performance of the detectors was tested using pico-second pulsed laser, For two plastic scintillation detectors with different sizes, a pico-second pulsed laser was used to simulating the actual ion-beam situation by changing laser’s parameters including spot size, repetition rate, light intensity and hitting position. The data was processed utilizing CAEN-DT5742 digitizer and Mesytec-MCFD16+MTDC32 electronics. When the focused laser hit at the center of the plastic scintillators, the time-of-flight (ToF) resolution of two small-sized (7 cm×7 cm) plastic scintillation detectors could reach 8 ps, whereas the ToF resolution of the small and large (26 cm×10 cm) detectors could achieve 12 ps. After varying the parameters of the laser, the corresponding ToF resolutions were found to be in the range of 10–16 ps and 19–46 ps, respectively. The ToF resolutions from the test meets the timing-resolution requirement of the HFRS beamline, thereby establishing a solid foundation for further optimizing the time-of-flight detectors.

  • Design and Analysis of a Heat Pipe Molten Salt Reactor Tower Thermal Power Generation System

    Abstract: Molten salt reactor, as one of the important reactor types of the fourth generation advanced reactor, uses high boiling point molten salt as nuclear fuel, thus having the characteristics of high temperature output and normal pressure operation. The heat pipe molten salt reactor based on thermoelectric power generation has the advantages of molten salt reactor, heat pipe and thermoelectric power generation, that is, high output temperature, high thermoelectric conversion efficiency, simple structure, safety and reliability. Therefore, the reactor has great advantages in the field of energy system, which is an ideal energy source for outer space and deep-sea exploration missions. However, the dense arrangement of heat pipes due to the low thermal conductivity of molten salt in the core brings difficulties to the heat transfer design of thermal power generation in the condensing section of heat pipes. According to the design requirements of the reactor, this paper proposes a heat pipe-thermal power generation coupling system structure suitable for molten salt reactors and conducts heat transfer analysis. The condensing section of the core heat pipe is designed with the tower thermoelectric power generation system. There is a thermoelectric generator between the outer wall of the hot side tower and the inner wall of the cold side tower, and the gap between the generator is made of insulating material to reduce heat leakage. The heat transfer simulation of the four-layer tower thermoelectric power generation system suitable for the heat pipe molten salt reactor was carried out by Ansys Workbench. The analysis shows that when the system is running, the temperature distribution of the overall tower is uniform, the effective heat utilization rate is more than 96%, the system leakage heat is less than 4%, and the temperature difference between the two sides of the generator is greater than 490℃, which is conducive to improving the thermoelectric conversion efficiency. The design is feasible, which is conducive to promoting the application of thermoelectric power generation in the heat pipe molten salt reactor.

  • Study on the influence of preoperative confidence care for fear and self-efficacy state of patients with surgery of local anaesthesia

    Abstract: Objective:To investigate and analyze the influence of preoperative confidence care for fear and self-efficacy state of patients with surgery of local anaesthesia. Methods:120 patients with surgery of local anaesthesia from October 2020 to December 2022 were divided into control group 60 cases and observation group 60 cases according to the random number table.The control group were treated with routine nursing for surgery of local anaesthesia,the observation group were treated with preoperative confidence care on the intervention of control group.Then the fear situation(FVAS score)and self-efficacy state(GSES scale)before and after the intervention,patients′ satisfaction with nursing (HCAHPS scale)of two groups were compared.Results:The FVAS score and GSES score of two groups before the intervention were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the FVAS score of observation group after the intervention were lower than those of control group,the GSES score were higher than those of control group,the HCAHPS score were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The preoperative confidence care can significantly improve the fear and self-efficacy state of patients with surgery of local anaesthesia,the clinical satisfaction is higher,so its application value in the patients with surgery of local anaesthesia is relatively higher.

    Abstract: Risky choice (RC) and intertemporal choice (IC) are two types of common decisions that are vital to human’s everyday life. RC and IC share similarities regarding theoretical development, behavioral effects, and neural basis. One critical challenge is that, although previous studies have revealed that RC and IC involve similar cognitive processes, results are mixed regarding what the exact mechanism might be. The mainstream discounting model hypothesizes that both RC and IC follow a compensatory and alternative-based rule. However, other models suggest that RC and IC commonly involve non-compensatory and attribute-based processing. Moreover, prior studies primarily based their findings on outcome data and few have attempted to determine whether RC and IC shared a common decision process at the cognitive computational level. To fill this gap, the present study adopts a systematic approach to disentangle the exact mechanism of RC and IC. We considered two well-studied behavioral effects, namely, certainty effect of RC and immediacy effect of IC, respectively, and compared their underlying local and holistic process characteristics by using eye-tracking technique. Besides, we employed hierarchical Bayesian modeling to assess whether alternative- or attribute-based models better fit both RC and IC. We designed a 2×2 within-subject paradigm, with the choice task (RC vs. IC) and the construct of decision options (with vs. without certain/immediate option) as factors. Thirty-three postgraduate students participated in our study. As we were particularly interested in two pairs of decision rules, i.e., compensatory/non-compensatory rules and alternative-based/attribute-based rules, we included a series of decision attributes that reflected them, based on the local and holistic process characteristics derived from eye-movement data to test our hypotheses. Our entire set of analyses aimed to (1) determine whether the decision processes of RC and IC are similar and (2) identify the best computational model that is more suitable for both decisions. For the first aim, results show that RC and IC indeed share comparable decision processes, albeit having a few differences in other aspects. Specifically, RC and IC differ in process characteristics, such as complexity and holistic eye-movement dynamics, and IC is processed in a relatively more deliberate, deeper fashion than RC. However, they are similar in other characteristics, such as search direction, which is more relevant to making decisions. For the second aim, computational modeling of process characteristics suggests that both types of decisions are consistent with non-discounting models. In particular, results of search direction, in light of Bayesian model comparison, reveals that participants are more likely to follow the non-compensatory, attribute-based rule rather than the alternative-based/attribute-based rule when deciding for both RC and IC. Furthermore, different task constructs of decision options, i.e., with or without certain/immediate option, show distinct process characteristics, such as direction, complexity, and depth in both RC and IC.To conclude, the present study shows that although differences exist between RC and IC, they indeed have shared cognitive mechanisms at the core of the decision processes. In both types of decisions, contrary to classic discounting models, individuals seem not to follow compensatory, attribute-based rules, which undergoes a “weighting and summing” or “delay discounting” process. Instead, they are more likely to use simple heuristic rules hypothesized by non-discounting models. Moreover, when including certain or immediate options, individuals tend to follow less compensatory and non-dominant (neither attribute-based nor alternative-based) rules. In sum, our findings not only provide a theoretical and empirical basis for the establishment of a common framework for RC and IC, but also provide a novel direction for thorough theoretical and methodological comparisons between variant decision tasks.

    Abstract: The full span wind tunnel test is an important test for validating the aerodynamic performance ofthe aircraft. As the most commonly used support system, the cantilever sting has the advantages of simplici-ty in structure ,convenience in assembly , and low support interference , but it also has the characteristics ofsmall support stiffness and low structural damping , which is prone to the model support system vibration.This phenomenon happens frequently in large size and cryogenic wind tunnels and may give rise to an in-terruption of the polar. Aiming at this problem,this paper first reviews the historical development and tradi-tional vibration suppression methods in full span wind tunnel tests.'Then it analyzes the vibration problemof full span wind tunnel tests.Furthermore , various principles on the piezo-based vibration-suppression andcorresponding structure configurations are introduced , and research at home and abroad on the active vi-bration control algorithms is reviewed. Last , the paper summarizes the influences of the vibration-suppres-sion system on the aerodynamic coefficient and discusses the results regardig the expansion of the angle ofattack.

  • Application of no-touch isolation technique in endoscopic surgery and related nursing for a patient with ovarian cancer

    Abstract:

    This paper summarized the experience of no-touch isolation technique in endoscopic surgery and related nursing for a patient with ovarian cancer. Operating room nurses should fully evaluate the illness condition of the patient before surgery. Based on the principles of tumor-free techniques, several key points of nursing should be followed throughout the operation: non-touch isolation of surgical instruments, shortening time of pneumoperitoneum with carbon dioxide, peritoneal irrigation and others, in order to reduce the cancer cell metastasis and recurrence.

  • Application of auricular acupoint massage combined with psychological nursing for a patient undergoing breast mass resection under local anesthesia

    Abstract:

    This paper summarized the application effect of auricular acupoint massage and related psychological nursing measures for a patient undergoing breast mass resection under local anesthesia. Based on the analysis of the psychological characteristics of the patients before, during and after the surgery, corresponding psychological nursing and auricular acupoint massage were carried out. The Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing technology combined with psychological nursing is effective to reduce the psychological burden, relieve the anxiety, fear and other psychological discomfort, improve the tolerance and cooperation of patients to the operation, and ensure the success of operation and postoperative recovery.

    Abstract: With the increasing number of private vehicles, people urgently need a safe, comfortable and convenient transportation environment. Internet of vehicles is a network that provides efficient and safe information services by building a network topology among communication entities such as vehicles, pedestrians and roadside units. The Internet of vehicles can effectively meet people's growing demand for the traffic environment, but it is vulnerable to attack because of its mobility and openness. Among many threats, the privacy disclosure of Internet of vehicles users may cause irreparable losses. Therefore, the privacy protection of Internet of vehicles has been widely concerned by researchers. This paper studies the privacy protection of the Internet of vehicles, summarizes the four basic properties of the Internet of vehicles according to the architecture of the Internet of vehicles, and analyzes the existing Internet of vehicles attack model. Through the investigation and summary of the privacy protection schemes of the Internet of vehicles in recent years, the methods commonly used in the existing research are classified. Then, the research on privacy protection of Internet of vehicles is divided into three categories according to the protection objects, and each scheme is analyzed and evaluated. At the same time, the views and challenges of the existing research are summarized. Finally, the full text is summarized and the prospect of future research is given.

  • 雅丹共基座现象对雅丹形态测量的影响

    Abstract:雅丹形态特征吸引人们的长期关注,对其形态的定量描述至今仍讨论热烈且众说纷纭。通过对罗布泊地区风蚀地貌的野外调查和无人机测量,发现普遍存在雅丹共基座现象。分布在同一个基座体上的风蚀残丘称之为共基座雅丹,属于雅丹与基座体的复合。对共基座雅丹和基座体开展雅丹形态参数的测量及分析,结果表明:共基座雅丹长宽比比值集中分布于3∶1~5∶1区间,与鲸背状等流线型雅丹形态表现相似,显示单一风向侵蚀残留特征;雅丹共基座现象是风蚀切穿深一层抗风蚀相对较强的地层形成的风蚀垄岗现象,厚度不等的不同抗风蚀强度地层在垂向上交替出现和受单一风向的风蚀作用是形成该现象的重要因素;通过对雅丹共基座现象的阐释和定量分析,对完善雅丹形态测量、深化雅丹形态变化的理解以及认识差异性风蚀过程具有重要意义。

  • 直流电缆主绝缘与屏蔽层界面形貌对电场畸变的仿真研究

    Abstract:高压直流电缆中,主绝缘与屏蔽层的界面形貌,引起界面附近主绝缘内电场的畸变,是造成电缆绝缘故障的原因之一。这种界面形貌形成的机理与屏蔽层中掺杂的炭黑颗粒有关,在生产过程中,这些颗粒进入主绝缘内,形成局部凸起,引发电场集中。本文从该机理出发,基于随机过程建立界面形貌的几何模型,有限元仿真计算界面附近的电场分布,从统计的意义上,研究该界面形貌对电场畸变的影响。结果表明,为降低界面形貌引起的电场畸变,最有效的方法之一是增大屏蔽层中掺杂炭黑颗粒的粒径和减小这些颗粒进入主绝缘的深度。若屏蔽层中有不可去除的小粒径颗粒,则可以掺杂大颗粒炭黑从概率上减小电场畸变。

    Abstract: Privacy breaches have become an obstacle to the further development of location-based services (location-based services, LBS) . Concerns that when a LBS user sends a query, the user's personal privacy may be disclosed to an attacker. This paper proposed a scheme called grid-based genetic privacy protection algorithm (short for GAGP) that based on the conception of weighted optimal genetic algorithm. This scheme involved two basic procedures: map segmentation and pseudonym generation. Map segmentation algorithm uses genetic algorithm to assign values to each grid, and then uses the method of adjacent grid expansion to ensure that the query frequency of each partition area is basically equal. Kana generation is a way for users to use a pseudonym each time they send a query in response to a long-term statistical attack. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is better than the other three algorithms, so the proposed scheme can effectively protect the privacy of users.

  • 基于多蚁群同步优化的多真值发现算法

    Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy of truth discovery in multi-truth scene, this paper proposed a multi-ant colonies synchronization optimization based multi-truth discovery (MAC-SO-MTD) algorithm. It modeled the multi-truth discovery problem as the subset problem, which goal was maximizing the weighted sum of similarity between the set of observations provided by each data source and the set of true values of the object. On this basis, then designed ant colony algorithm to solve the problem. It set ant colonies according to the number of objects. Based on the subset problem’s structure graph, this paper used routes’ probability transition equations to search for truths synchronically. After one cycle, the best route of this cycle updating and no updating were two instances of updating pheromone, which improved the convergence speed. Finally, the analysis of algorithm complexity and contrast experiment on the real data set validated the superiority of the algorithm.

  • 基于潜在标签挖掘和细粒度偏好的个性化标签推荐

    Abstract: To further improve the performance of personalized tag recommendation, this paper argued that traditional methods ignore the potential and informative tags hidden in the context of users and items. Aimed at this, this paper proposed a novel personalized tag recommendation method BPR-PITF-P based on potential tag mining and fine-grained preference. Firstly, BPR-PITF-P leverages the context information of both users and items to mine potential and useful tags, and gets three kinds of tags: positive tags, potential tags, and negative tags. Based on the above, it translates the traditional pairwise preference into fine-grained preference relationship among user-item post and tags. This kind of treatment helps alleviate the sparse problem of tagging data. Second, combined with pairwise interaction tensor factorization method to predict preference value, BPR-PITF-P models the preference relationship based on the optimization criteria of Bayesian personalized ranking, and develops a personalized tag recommendation model followed by optimization algorithm. The comparison results show that our proposed method could improve tag recommendation performance in the premise of guarantee convergence speed.

  • 融合领域专家信任与相似度的协同过滤 推荐算法研究

    Abstract:【目的】利用领域专家信任和相似度相结合的优势, 弥补传统协同过滤推荐算法在推荐准确度以及挖掘长 尾商品方面存在的不足。【方法】选取 MovieLens中稀疏度为 0.9605 的数据集, 由评分记录较多的 1 102 个用户 对 2 920 部电影的评分记录构成, 利用分阶段实验法求得优专家用户数量及推荐权重系数值, 并结合对比分 析法对算法的性能进行评测。【结果】实验结果表明, 本算法的推荐结果准确率和覆盖率均受到专家用户数量的 影响, 且当推荐权重系数为0.6时推荐准确度明显优于传统算法, 同时专家用户比例由2%上升至20%时, 覆盖率 上升了 0.21, 说明算法在一定程度上显著提高了推荐系统挖掘长尾商品的能力。【局限】未考虑到不同领域类别 之间可能存在的相关性。 【结论】该算法能够有效地克服数据稀疏性和冷启动问题, 显著提高推荐系统的推荐质 量和准确度。
