  • Trends of Topics and Methods in Data Fusion Research

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance]Data fusion is an important way to realize multi-source data value.Comprehensive analysis of the overall topics of global data fusion research has an important scientific and technological information value for the current data fusion research. [Method/process]The hot topics and research methods of 16053 literatures from Web of Science core collections were analyzed by word-frequency and co-word analysis. [Result/conclusion]The data fusion research has shown a significant growth trend, and after more than 30 years development, core research hotspots and methods of data fusion have been formed. In the research, the data fusion of sensors (including wireless sensors) is the core research direction in this field. Fault diagnosis, remote sensing, security and smart grid are the hotspots of the data fusion scenario. Kalman Filter, Neural Network, Dempster-Shafer Evidence Theory and Machine Learning(including Deep Learning, Support Vector Machine, etc.) are the main methods in data fusion, and the synergy network of methods have been formed in data fusion.

  • Research on the Construction of Data Management and Intelligence Analysis Platform for Subject Information

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In order to meet the subject information service needs of multi-disciplinary and multi-type users, we construct a data management and intelligent analysis platform. Creating an intelligent analysis flow and managing different types of subject data that reflect experts' wisdom, the platform aims to enrich the service model and improve the service speed.[Method/process] On the basis of investigating existing relevant research and practice, we proposed the design idea and construction framework of the platform, and analyzed the main functions and key technologies.[Result/conclusion] The platform has been completed. It integrates multiple sources and multiple types of data, opens up the service chain from data to analysis, embeds a variety of information analysis methods and deep learning algorithms, realizes multi-dimensional analysis services. It can manage analysis process data and history data from information analysts, and then realize data sharing and reuse.

  • 基于生命周期模型的科技文献数据管理体系研究

    Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] Scientific and technical (S&T) literature data resources are characterized with wide coverage, large quantity, many types, fast update and strong timeliness. In order to improve the effect and security of S&T literature data management, this paper studies the S&T literature management system based on the data life cycle model. [Method/Process] This paper explores the management mode of S&T documents, constructs the life cycle system of S&T documents based on the data management process, and expounds the data management tools and methods from the stages of data creation, data storage, data pre-processing, data calculation, data service, data archiving and data destruction. In the data creation stage, specific data access forms are formulated for different sources and data types, and personalized data creation tools are built to receive data completely. In the data storage stage, a unified document metadata storage system is developed by analyzing the characteristics and shortcomings of various types of data, so as to better explain and organize scientific and technological document data. In the data pre-processing stage, various tools are built to realize the formatting pre-processing, parsing, conversion, structuring and other operations of various types of data. In the data computing stage, data enrichment processing, entity relationship extraction and knowledge graph construction are mainly completed. Data provides services through a unified service interface. Data archiving completes data archiving and saving. In the data destruction phase, unnecessary data is safely destroyed. [Results/Conclusions] In this paper, the management and practice based on the life cycle of S&T literature were first carried out based on the core data set Web Of Science BP data , and then explored from the seven phases of creation, storage, pre-processing, calculation, service, archiving and destruction. Finally, based on the DAMA data quality evaluation principle, the comprehensive evaluation and evaluation of the data management effect were carried out from the six dimensions of integrity, uniqueness, real-time, validity, accuracy and consistency. The receiving integrity of data was 100%, and the non-null integrity of data was 59.75%. The uniqueness of data reached 99.23%. The real time of data was controllable. The validity of data met the constraint conditions. The accuracy of the data reached 100%. The consistency of data reached 90%. It basically solved the problem that data can be effectively managed and applied in each life cycle stage. Finally, the management model was verified to take effect and achieve desirable service effect.

  • Study on the current situation of service continuity of primary medical institutions in a city under the background of family doctor contracted service

    Abstract: Background The continuous service of primary medical institutions can effectively promote the rational utilization of medical resources and reduce medical costs, but the current research on it still needs to be strengthened Objective To evaluate the current situation of service continuity of primary medical institutions in a city under the background of family doctor contract service, explore the influencing factors and put forward improvement strategies Methods Using the Chinese version of the Primary Care Assessment Tools (PCAT), a household survey was conducted on 1193 contracted residents in 9 community health service centers and 9 township health centers in a city in January 2021 to understand the service continuity of primary medical institutions. Descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA and multiple linear regression were used for data analysis. Results 1098 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective recovery rate was 92%. The service continuity score of primary medical institutions in the city was 3.38. Contracted institution, age, education level, marital status, occupation, whether to diagnose chronic diseases are the influencing factors of service continuity score of primary medical institutions. Conclusions The service continuity of primary medical institutions in the city is generally good, but there is still room for improvement. It is suggested to further strengthen the talent team construction of primary medical institutions, strengthen doctor-patient communication, guide residents to form the concept of "first diagnosis at primary level", develop and utilize mobile reservation and consultation platform and reasonably expand the scale of family doctor contracted service, so as to provide residents with long-term, continuous and stable basic medical services.
