  • Intervention strategies for health rumors: An overview based on the information lifecycle theory

    Abstract: Intervening in the proliferation of health rumors presents a significant challenge in the era of social media. This paper delves into the multifaceted aspects of health rumor dynamics, identifying driving factors at the intersection of information and information processing entities. Utilizing the Information Lifecycle Theory, we delineate this phenomenon into three distinct stages: generation, evaluation, and dissemination. A systematic exploration of intervention strategies is undertaken across these stages. During the generation phase, a preventative approach takes precedence, emphasizing activities such as instilling psychological resilience in the public and enhancing individual health literacy. Shifting to the evaluation stage, the focus sharpens on individual agency, with particular attention to information accuracy and the promotion of analytical processing. In the dissemination phase, precision in debunking is achieved through bolstering the credibility of refutation information, effectively employing refutation texts, and regulating individual emotional states. Future research endeavors are encouraged to further innovate intervention strategies under the framework of the information lifecycle. This involves a meticulous examination of refined intervention methods tailored to diverse rumor types and susceptible populations. Additionally, emphasis is placed on the synthesis and validation of real-world application effects, leveraging insights from behavioral science and online platforms to establish enduring mechanisms for effectively intervening in health rumors.
     

  • Initial Orbit Determination Based on Intelligent Optimization Algorithm

    Abstract: Classical methods for initial orbit determination (IOD) include Laplace method, Gauss method and their variations. In addition to this, based on the characteristic of optical observation data nowadays, experts propose some other IOD methods, like Double-$r$ method and admissible region method. One of the ways to determinate the orbit through double-$r$ method is to guess distances of the target from the observer at two epochs---usually at the first and the last one. By doing so, we can solve the Lambert problem and use its solution as the initial guess of the orbit. Furthermore, we can improve the initial guess by iterations to reduce the root mean square (RMS) of the observations. The admissible method is based on the concept of attributable (longitude, latitude and their rates). With some conceptions, the admissible region described by the range and range rate from the observer is characterized. Using triangulation we can find the nodal point that makes the RMS minimal. In our work, we apply one intelligent optimization method---the particle swarm optimization method to the two methods, based on simulated and real data, and compare the results with that of modified Laplace method. At last, we briefly discuss the possibility of applying the double-$r$ method to the orbit link problem.

    Abstract: This paper summarized the experience of clinical nursing of a patient with multiple osteochondromas-induced pseudoaneurysm. Key issues of nursing included risk assessment, prevention of hemorrhage, psychological care, body position management, prevention of complications and functional exercise. Diversified nursing based on multidisciplinary team ensures the success of surgical treatment and shows a positive effect on prevention of complications.

  • 基于组合赋权VIKOR方法的网络节点重要性评价

    Abstract: In complex networks, identifying important nodes is an important part of network reliability analysis, which is of great significance in practical applications. The importance of nodes was determined by multiple factors. This paper extended the VIKOR method in multi-criteria decision theory to the process of node importance evaluation. Based on the AHP method and TOPSIS method, it comprehensively considered the weights of the evaluation indicators from both the subjective and the objective dimensions, and given an optimized combination weighting strategy. Then this paper proposed the combination weighting VIKOR (CW-VIKOR) method. Simulation experiments were carried out in four different types of real networks. The results show that the CW-VIKOR method can effectively identify important nodes in the network and has better performance in terms of node influence ability and network efficiency.

  • 大豆不同生育期根际土壤细菌群落结构的变化

    Abstract:定植于大豆根际的细菌群落结构多样性的变化对植物的生长和作物的生产力起到重要作用,然而关于大豆生长过程中细菌群落结构变化的研究较少。本实验采集大豆苗期和成熟的根际土壤作为研究材料,采用Illumina高通量测序技术测定细菌16S rRNA V3+V4区序列,探究大豆不同生育期根际土壤细菌群落结构的变化。经原始数据的拼接、过滤、去除嵌合体序列和聚类分析等数据处理过程,并对OTU进行分类学注释。在此基础上运用ANOVA分析物种组成变化,Alpha多样性指数研究细菌多样性变化。结果表明细菌丰富度和多样性在不同生育期有显著变化,其中成熟期土壤中的细菌丰富度和多样性指数均明显高于苗期;变形菌、放线菌、酸杆菌是大豆根际的优势菌门,其含量在不同生育期也有显著变化;假诺卡氏菌属、糖丝菌属、鞘氨醇单胞菌属是大豆根际的优势菌属,这些菌属中的部分菌群属于根际促生菌,具有潜在的促生效应。这些结果证实大豆的生育期对根际土壤细菌群落结构有重要影响。这些研究结果为了解大豆根际细菌群落结构多样性及根际细菌群落结构的变化提供了理论依据。
