  • Forecast of China’s economic growth rate in 2024 and policy suggestions

    Abstract: In 2023, China’s economy maintained a recovery trend after the epidemic. However, the economic recovery showed the characteristics of wave-like development, and it is expected that China’s economy will grow steadily and rapidly in 2024. This study introduces a comprehensive approach to forecasting annual GDP growth, integrating input-output models, econometric models, prosperity analysis, expert insights, and scenario analysis. Reviewing China’s economic performance in 2023 and the prevailing global and domestic conditions, it is projected that China’s GDP growth rate will be around 5.3% in 2024. Based on this analysis, several policy recommendations are suggested, namely, intensifying macro-control policies for both cyclical and counter-cyclical phases; elevating the industrial chain’s modernization to enhance its resilience and competitiveness; and providing steady support to the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.

  • Research on the Sharing Mechanism of Health-Code Information Resources in Public Health Emergencies

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper aims to explore the formation mechanism of the difficulty in sharing health-code information in public health emergencies, so as to improve the epidemic prevention efficiency. At the same time, it puts forward measures to build the government digital resource sharing mechanism, which can provide reference for sharing management. [Method/process] Taking the health-code product in the COVID-19 epidemic as a typical case, using grounded theory research method, this paper analyzed the policy documents, media reports and public comments related to health-code sharing, and constructed a model of the formation mechanism of health-code information sharing problem and the countermeasures. [Result/conclusion] Under the influence of the public health emergency situation and the driving factors of the health-code product, there are many factors in the four steps that influence the sharing. The collection methods and contents in the information collection step, the code processing and update & error correction in the information processing step, the terminal display and accurate judgment in the information application step, and the preservation and safety management in information storage step are all different among many local governments. Meanwhile, all these steps combined together lead to the formation of information sharing difficulties. From the three perspectives of policy norms, technical platforms, and organization management, a systematic countermeasure is proposed to promote the construction of government digital resource sharing mechanism.

    Abstract: Water-rock (soil) chemical interaction (CWRI) is of special significance in the formation process of rainfall induced landslide. On the one hand, rain erosion will cause damage to rock and soil mass, on the other hand, it will generate a large number of secondary clay minerals. The main reason for the formation of the sliding surface is the decrease of the shear strength of the sliding surface caused by the corrosion damage and the enrichment of secondary clay minerals in the sliding surface. In this paper, a high pressure open flow system is used to simulate the chemo-mechanical environment of the sliding surface. Taking calcite and montmorillonite as examples, the rate and controlling factors of the dissolution reaction of the minerals on the sliding surface are studied, so as to reveal the formation mechanism of the sliding surface and its chemo-mechanical process. The results show that: 1) the dissolution rate of minerals increases with the increase of pressure, but the response of different minerals to pressure is different; 2) with the decrease of pH value of solution, the H + activity increases gradually, and the dissolution rate of minerals increases significantly; 3) the flow rate effect of mineral dissolution is very complex, which is related to pressure, pH and mineral species; 4) the dissolution of minerals does not meet the stoichiometric relationship. The above experimental results show that the dissolution on the sliding surface is closely related to the damage of soil and the evolution of the strength of the sliding surface. The depth of the sliding surface, the types of minerals and the acidity and alkalinity of groundwater jointly determine the dissolution rate and transformation characteristics of the minerals on the sliding surface. The increase of the depth of the sliding surface or the increase of the soluble minerals accelerates the formation of the sliding surface. The increase of the acidity of groundwater will accelerate the water rock reaction rate, and thus accelerate the decrease of the strength of the sliding surface.

  • 青少年特发性脊柱侧凸术后快速康复管理方案及效果评价

    Abstract:目的总结青少年特发性脊柱侧凸术后快速康复(enhanced recovery after surgery, ERAS)综合措施,评价其对术后康复的影响。方法2007年1月至2017年1月在北京协和医院骨科住院接受外科矫形治疗的青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者连续队列中最初100例(第1一100例,传统组)和最后100例(第1193-1292例,ERAS组)患者人选本研究。ERAS组围手术期采用包括术前、术中及术后的快速康复诊疗方案,回顾性比较两组术后康复情况,包括总住院日、术后住院日、异体输血量、出院时疼痛评分、30 d内并发症发生率及1年内非计划再手术发生率。结果两组患者一般临床资料及1年内非计划再手术率无统计学差异,传统组患者的总住院日及术后住院日均显著长于ERAS组[总住院日:传统组} 17. 18士2.67) d, ERAS组(11. 35士1. 49) d,尸< 0. 05;术后住院日:传统组(9. 34士0.52) d, ERAS组(7. 19士0.71) d, P<0.05];传统组异体输血人数[传统组41% }41/100),ERAS组20 %( 20/100),P< 0. 05]及异体红细胞输血量[传统组(1. 43士0.39) U, ERAS组(0. 59士0. 12) U,尸<0. 05〕均多于ERAS组;传统组出院时疼痛评分[( 3. 40士0. 63)分]略高于ERAS组[( 3. 00士0. 47)分〕,差异无统计学意义。结论青少年特发性脊柱侧凸围手术期实施加速康复诊疗方案,可在不增加患者并发症和非计划再手术发生率的情况下,减少住院时间及输血量,加快患者康复。

  • 玉米籽粒的传质干燥模拟及实验分析

    Abstract:为了解干燥过程中玉米籽粒内部水分的扩散过程,优化干燥工艺参数,本文采用模拟研究和实验研究方法分析干燥过程中玉米籽粒内部水分分布随时间的变化规律。玉米籽粒由种皮、角质胚乳、粉质胚乳和胚四组分组成,四种组分水分扩散系数各不相同,本文分别假设玉米籽粒由单组分均质体和多组分非均质体组成,分别建立了玉米籽粒的干燥数学模型,利用COMSOL Multiphysics模块模拟研究了玉米籽粒内部的水分变化情况,并通过玉米籽粒的薄层干燥实验进行了实验验证。研究结果表明,建立的两个模型均可有效模拟玉米籽粒薄层干燥过程;80℃的模拟值与实验值的差异较70℃的小;玉米籽粒多组分模型精度优于单组分模型精度。
