Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] Exploring the influence factors of electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) and user purchase behavior after the epidemic, so as to better attract users in the post-epidemic era, which is crucial for promoting the economic recovery of the online short-term rental industry. [Method/Process] This research obtained public data in Beijing area on Airbnb, and constructed a measurement index of eWOM based on BERT. Then based on the ELM, a model of influencing factors of online short-term rental users’ purchase behavior was constructed with 4 listing attributes and 6 landlord attributes. Finally, the empirical research was carried out. [Result/Conclusion] Using the average sentiment score of reviews calculated by the BERT model to measure online short-term rental eWOM provided ideas for confirming its substitute variables. Apart from the impact pathway of describing the surrounding environment of the listing, eWOM plays an intermediary role when other attributes of the listing and the landlord influencing user purchasing behavior. However, contrary to the research hypothesis, the number of listings held by the landlord will negatively and significantly affect the eWOM and sales of the listing, which may be due to the lower involvement of the landlord in a single listing. And the farther the listing is from the city center, the better the eWOM is, which is associated with the post-epidemic peripheral travel. Finally, based on the results of this study, we proposed relevant operational suggestions for landlords and platforms. In the post-epidemic era, listing descriptions should focus more on epidemic prevention measures, check-out policies and indoor activities, as well as avoiding redundancy with the description of the surrounding environment. At the same time, the peripheral travel boom can be seized to turn the challenges of the epidemic into development opportunities and enhance the competitive strength and business volume of online short term rental listings.

Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] The purpose is to explore the predetermined behavior of resource demanders based on the information generated from the perspective of multi-layer trust on the shared service platform, so as to facilitate the recovery and sustainable development of the sharing economy in the postpandemic era.[Method/Process] Combined with the trust information of the supply and demand sides on the platform, between the supply and demand sides and the demand side on the shared products, based on the “3P+3I” theory from the perspective of multi-layer trust, a research model of consumer purchasing behavior of the shared service platform is constructed. Taking the shared short-term rental platform as an example, this paper obtained the public data of Airbnb in Beijing area, used Bert algorithm to construct the reputation index of housing products, and preliminary speculated the internal mechanism of user reservation behavior based on causal discovery algorithm in causal inference, and used Poisson regression to conduct empirical analysis.[Result/Conclusion] The trust variables of both parties to the platform, between the two parties and the demander to the shared product had a significant positive promoting effect on housing sales. The trust characteristics generate by hosts had the largest positive effect on tenants’ booking behavior. It is suggested that hosts should make great efforts to establish the reputation of hosts and disclose more information appropriately. In order to obtain the badge of “super host”, they can give priority to not providing “direct booking” service so as to screen out users who may have malicious comments. It is suggested that platforms strictly check the personal qualifications of users. More attention should be paid to improve the identity information authentication mechanism and comment incentive system for users, so as to reduce the uncertainty in users’ decision-making.

Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] At present, the popularity of “involution” has become a cultural phenomenon, and the social reality it reflects deserves attention. Clarify the concept and characteristics of “involution” and measure it from a quantitative perspective, which helps to quickly seek the formation mechanism of “involution” and the path to solve it. [Method/Process] At first, the study explained the evolution of the concept of “involution”. Secondly, the evaluation index of “involution” is constructed in relation to the competition scenario of university students. Finally, we analyzed the experimental results, and gave corresponding suggestions from the three dimensions of individual and group. [Result/Conclusion] As the randomness in the network topology decreases, the degree of competition for the “involution” of the system increases. The cooperative strategy can improve the total output of the system, while the total system input of the competitive strategy is high, but the total output of the system is low. On the whole, the value evaluation under the global mode is outstanding in the characteristics of high investment, low return and diminishing marginal utility, and the “involution” is serious.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Synchronous online courses are widely adopted as an important method in online education. In order to improve the teaching quality and increase students’ satisfaction in synchronous online courses, this paper based on the transactional distance theory, explored the mechanism of the impact of dialogue, structure and interaction distance on student satisfaction in synchronous online courses, and whether the different course types would lead to different results. [Method/process] For an empirical test of our research model, we collected data from individuals via online channels. Our questionnaires were distributed to students from Wuhan University and other universities. [Result/ conclusion] The results show that in synchronous online courses, dialogue and structure both have a significant impact on satisfaction. Among them, the interaction distance plays a partial mediating role between dialogue and satisfaction, and the course types play a moderating role in the relationship between dialogue and interaction distance. Therefore, designers and teachers of online learning platforms should pay attention to the importance of interaction in the dimension of dialogue and structure. Platform designers should promote the user’s use of interactive functions by enhancing the convenience and flexibility of using interactive functions in the platform. Teachers should consciously strengthen interactions in the course. At the same time, they should also focus on the development of two interactions in the dialogue dimension in different types of online courses.

Abstract： Resilience, a cross-disciplinary construct, develops along the psychological and systematic trajectories. Along with those two independent trajectories, this paper summarizes the types, definitions and measurements of resilience, draws the outline of developing paths based on the Conservation of Resource Theory, and then interventions are presented. Future research could try to explore the inducing mechanism of positive events on resilience and the relationships among cross-level resilience, and carry out local empirical research based on two trajectories above.

Abstract： Abstract: Purpose/Significance The central and local digital countryside policy coordination is important for policy implementation and optimal policy effect, so that digital countryside policy can become a powerful aid in agricultural upgrading and transformation and rural economic development. Method/Process Based on the central digital rural policy and four major regions digital rural policy sample data from 2018-2021, the entropy value method and coupling coordination model are used to quantitatively measure the coupling coordination degree between central and local digital rural policies. Single-factor detection and multi-factor interaction detection are conducted using the geographic detector model to analyze the impact of each policy tool indicator on the central and local policy. The degree of influence of each policy tool indicator on the level of synergy are different. Result/Conclusion The overall level of central-local policy synergy among the four regions is continuously optimized. The development of synergy level of different policy tools is uneven, and the regional differences of synergy level tend to strengthen. Among the influencing factors, science and technology innovation policy is the main driver of the coordinated development of central digital rural policy and local digital rural policy. The two-two interaction effect between the influencing factors is stronger than that of individual influencing factors."

Abstract：【目的】探讨协同创新环境下知识型团队的交互对团队绩效的影响。【方法】采用多智能体建模仿真方法, 从知识管理微观层面构建知识供需系统, 将时间成本和资金成本作为工作绩效的评价指标, 基于 Python NetworkX 实现该系统。【结果】大规模的组织在降低创新成本上比小规模的组织有优势; 无标度结构的组织完 成任务耗时长并且成本高; 组织中个体的连接邻域数增加并没有单调地提升组织的创新效率, 当平均领域数超 过某个阈值后创新成本开始增加。 【局限】未考虑人与人之间的互动在协同创新中的优化设置。【结论】基于多 智能体建模的知识供需系统从微观层面对知识型团队的知识整合过程进行模拟, 有助于认识团队内部知识的管 理, 为组织提升知识利用效率, 降低创新成本提供新的视角。
