Abstract： Background Aortic dissection is one of the most critical cardiovascular diseases, and effective and rapid treatment and referral are the prerequisite for ensuring the life of patients with aortic dissection. At present, the development of Aortic dissection diagnosis and treatment system in China has not been perfect. And the research types on ad patients and their families at home and abroad are mostly investigative studies, the real experiences and diagnosis and treatment needs of AD patients and their families in the process of treatment and referral deserve attention. Objective The purpose of this study is to understand the experiences and feelings of patients with aortic dissection and their families in treatment and referral process, explore the needs and problems, and provide references for improving the treatment system of aortic dissection in China. Methods Purposive sampling was used to recruit 15 patients with type A aortic dissection and their families treated in cardiac macrovascular surgery in a tertiary A hospital in Shanxi Province from September 2021 to December 2021. The semi-structured interview method was used to collect the data, and the 7-steps analysis of Colaizzi's method was used to refine the theme. Results The treatment and referral experiences of patients with type A aortic dissection and their families can be summarized into three themes: the experiences of medical treatment and referral (Confusion at the time of onset; Complex inner activities of the medical treatment and referral; Inner conflicts before the surgery); Problems with the aortic dissection medical treatment system ( The quality of diagnosis and medical treatment needs to be improved; Deficiency of medical procedures); Real demands (Demands for knowledge and access to the disease; Economic-related demands). Conclusion Patients with Stanford A aortic dissection and their families have complex inner experiences and multiple needs, and the treatment process has multiple difficulties. It is suggested that the treatment and referral system of aortic dissection in China needs to be improved. Future clinical practice should focus on conducting standardized diagnosis and treatment training, forming a AD treatment green channel, strengthening the popularization of AD-related knowledge, and improving the funding system, in order to provide reference for improving the quality of AD first aid and improving the AD diagnosis and treatment system in China.

Abstract：海量观测数据及次生数据的高效存储与检索，天文大数据的快速及时处理，加速天文学研究的科学产出等问题，已成为天文观测和天文研究迫切需要解决的难题。以信息技术为支撑的天文大数据的高效分析和处理，帮助天文学家重新审视和了解宇宙。虚拟天文台的出现为全球范围内研究资源的无缝透明连接提供了协议、标准，以协议为基拙规范了天文数据的发布与检索方式。以国内外现有的观测设备为基拙，综述目前主流天文机构的数据发布与检索相关情况。

Abstract：新疆天文台数据中心的海量数据星表在线交又证认服务可实现远程URL、本地上传带有UCD信息的VOTabI。格式文件两种星表数据输入方式，可实现对数据中心已发布的天文数据进行交又证认。证认得到的结果可以通过SAMP协议发送到标准虚拟天文台工具中进行数据可视化等相关处理，并支持HTML, CSV, FITS Table, JSON等多种数据输出方式。通过并行计算技术与伪球面天区划分技术大大提高了海量星表数据的交又证认速度。
