  • Research on the Construction of Clinical Medicine Course-knowledge Topic Graph

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] From the perspective of knowledge topics, this paper try to solve the problems of overlaps and "information island" between courses in the existing curriculum system design and teaching by establishing a comprehensive curriculum knowledge system. Thus, the professional knowledge services can be carried out effectively.[Method/process] This study takes the main courses of clinical medicine as the research object, based on medical thesis vocabulary, electronic textbooks, electronic lesson plans and other medical education data, through the LDA model to deeply explore the knowledge topics in courses, and then using the correlation analysis method to reveal the fine-grained relationship between courses, knowledge topics and the courses and knowledge topics. Thus, a clinical medical course-knowledge topic graph is constructed.[Result/conclusion] The study constructs domain knowledge graph from the perspective of professional curriculum system and knowledge subject. The results will help teaching managers, teachers and students master the professional knowledge system, and carry out knowledge-oriented teaching activities. Furthermore, It can promote the development of knowledge organization and services in the medical field and the development of smart medical education.

  • Coral Reefs: Potential Blue Carbon Sinks for Climate Change Mitigation

    Abstract: Coral reefs are one of the most productive, and yet most vulnerable marine ecosystems. The global decline of coral reefs induced by climate change and human activities has already affected the processes of coral calcification and carbon cycling in the reef ecosystem, intensifying the long-standing CO2 “source-sink” debate over coral reefs. Despite the fact that coral calcification is accompanied by the release of CO2 to the atmosphere, the significance of coral reefs as a carbon sink cannot be ignored, given the complex biogeochemical processes in the reef ecosystem and the characteristic mixotrophic lifestyle of the reef-building corals. From the perspective of increasing coral resilience to climate change, this study attempts to clarify the controversy over the coral reef CO2 “source-sink” debate, explore the possible ecological regulations and pathways to transform coral reefs from a carbon source to a carbon sink, and provide theoretical framework and technical support for the deployment of ocean negative carbon emissions and the implementation of the national carbon neutrality strategy.

    Abstract: :[Purpose/Significance The librarian professional qualification certification system has not been es-tablished in China for a long time, based on such background, this research combines theoretical exploration andpractical research to explore a librarian professional qualification certification system that suits our national conditions. [Method/Process] Using the methods of literature research and grounded theory , this research analyzed thedomestic and foreign development of the librarian professional qualification certification system, and expounded orthe necessity and feasibility of the establishment of the system in China: collected supply and demand data from thejob market and college training programs for qualitative research, and refined factor models based on the current state of practice. [Result/Conclusion] On this basis , this study constructs a realization path of librarian professional qualification certification svstem in China, including the contents of goals, principles , mplementation strategies anccertification mechanisms. lt is hoped that the theoretical achievements can appeal to the attention of all walks of lifehelp librarian professional qualification certification system to be established in China as soon as possible. and promote the sustainable development of the library industry in China.

  • 纤枝金丝桃化学成分研究

    Abstract: The purpose of this paper was to study the material basis and the bioactive chemical components of Hypericum lagarocladum. The aerial part of this species was extracted with 80% ethanol, and then the crude extract was isolated and purified by HP-20 macroporous adsorption resin column chromatography (CC), silica gel CC, Sephadex LH-20 CC and semi-preparative HPLC. The structures of isolated compounds were deduced by the spectroscopic data, as well as comparison with the previous literature data. Fifteen compounds were purified from H. lagarocladum. They were identified as attenuatumione G (1), uralodin B (2), chipericumin C (3), 2,5-dihydroxy-1-methoxyxanthone(4),1,7-dihydroxyxanthone(5),1,7-dihydroxy-4-methoxyxanthone (6), quercitrin (7), apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8), apigenin-7-O-β-D- (6''-O-acetyl)-glucopyranoside (9), luteolin (10), quercetin (11), betulinic acid (12), betulinic acid methyl ester (13), betulonic acid (14), and β-sitosterol (15). Compounds 1-14 are isolated from H. lagarocladum for the first time. In vitro cytotoxic activity of compounds 1-14 were evaluated using MTT method against MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cell lines. And only compounds 3, 6 and 13 showed weak cytotoxic activity with IC50 values ranging from 48.6 to 123.5 μg·mL-1. These research results provide a scientific theoretical basis of H. lagarocladum for its comprehensive development and utilization.

    Abstract: In order to improve the robustness and efficiency of video retrieval for human activity, this paper proposed a fuzzy weighted method for human activity video retrieval. This method used 3D Harris operator to detect the spatio-temporal interest points in the video, and extracted the gradient information of these points to construct feature vector to describe video. Then it used fuzzy clustering method to construct uses fuzzy clustering feature vector, to improve the ability of anti-interference of feature vector. And then, it matched pair of gradient vector in the fuzzy clustering feature vectors to construct fuzzy weight matrix, and calculated the similarity between the query video and each video in the database. Finally, it carried out the video retrieval experiment on the KTH database, and carried the evaluation out with three metrics of accuracy, recall and retrieval time, which proved that the performance of this method is the best.
