Subjects: Library Science,Information Science >> Library Science submitted time 2023-08-27 Cooperative journals: 《图书情报工作》

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] From the perspective of knowledge fusion, this paper try to solve the contradiction between the scattered and massive information resources on government websites and the integrated and precise knowledge needs of the public, so that can provide decision support for users and improve the utilization efficiency of information resources on government websites. [Method/process] Firstly, this paper explained the connotation and value requirements of government website information resources, and reviewed the research progress of knowledge fusion. Then, it analyzed the knowledge fusion process of government website information resources. Finally, based on the process analysis, it designed a knowledge fusion system architecture of government website information, which involves several levels included "data level fusion-concept level fusion-decision level fusion", and we also built appropriate operational framework for each specific level. [Result/conclusion] The knowledge fusion system architecture of government website information we designed provides theoretical and referential support for scalable and in-depth research subsequently.

Subjects: Library Science,Information Science >> Library Science submitted time 2023-08-26 Cooperative journals: 《图书情报工作》

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In view of the realistic problems of cultural heritage institutions' user service channel blocking, insufficient contact with target users, low utilization rate of collection resources existing in libraries, museums and archives, based on "Internet + traditional collection information service", this paper explores the feasibility of online to offline service mode.[Method/process]The paper uses literature review to analyze the drawback of traditional mode, and O2O mode's application in the field of LAM theoretically, illustrates the present situation of internal cultural heritage institutions' application of O2O service method, puts forward traditional collection O2O information service mode, explains its connotation, elements and forms, and discusses the practical operation and service process.[Result/conclusion]Cultural heritage institutions are adapting to the changes in digital age. The traditional collection O2O information service mode accords with this tendency, and is helpful to user service development and transformation of LAM.

Combing and seeing through his vision for thinking will help inspire the juniors, and also promote the steady progress and innovative development of information science research.[Method/process] By means of interview and literature research, this paper studied and sorted out Mr. Jing jipeng's academic research results and management practice. Finally, from the four aspects of scholarship, education, management and running the journal, this paper summarized and discussed the ideological contributions of Mr. Jing jipeng.[Result/conclusion] Mr. Jing's four perspectives reflected the rich philosophical thinking of organic holistic view, sustainable development view, scientific view, practice view, syncretic view, systemic view, historical view and role view. This is of great significance for related research.

  • Art expertise modulates aesthetic processing of Chinese paintings: An fNIRS study

Subjects: Psychology >> Cognitive Psychology submitted time 2020-10-04

Abstract: " Background. Aesthetic judgement ability of art appears to change with artistic training. Previous studies have already been demonstrate some differences between experts and laypersons when it comes to the appreciating of aesthetic stimulus (music, movies, and western oil paintings). However, to date, there has not yet been systematic research on whether art expertise modulates aesthetic processing of traditional Chinese paintings, especially the neural mechanisms is lacking. Method. The current study set out to investigate whether and how aesthetic evaluation of Chinese paintings are modulated by art expertise. To this end, thirty participants, 15 art experts and 15 laypersons (mean age = 22.3 ± 2.46 years old) were enrolled in the experiment to assess 20 Chinese paintings with different types of aesthetic qualities (10 high-beauty vs. 10 low-beauty ones). Participants were asked to accomplish Chinese paintings for beauty and liking judgment tasks on 5-point scales, as well as oxygenated hemoglobin concentration (Hbo) responses were recorded in prefrontal cortex (PFC) and right temporo-parietal junction (r-TPJ) by functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS). The inter-subject correlation (ISC) and intra-brain functional connectivity (FC) were calculated in two groups during free viewing of the Chinese paintings. Results. Behaviorally, all participants showed more positive response to high-beauty Chinese paintings than low-beauty paintings and this founding both for beauty and for liking ratings. However, few differences in ratings were observed between experts and laypersons. Nevertheless, profound differences in fNIRS parameters were observed in aesthetic processing between experts and laypersons. Firstly, a higher ISC in experts than laypersons was observed in appreciating low-beauty paintings, including the left middle frontal cortex (CH14) and right superior parietal gyrus (CH24). This groups discrepancies indicated that experts seem to consistently pungent the fatal flaws of low-beauty paintings than laypersons. Moreover, there was a lower ISC during experts appreciating high-beauty paintings than appreciating low-beauty paintings in the CH14. Importantly, our results detected that the ISC in CH14 was significantly negatively correlated with experts’ beauty ratings. These findings suggested that experts’ neural activity allows to distinguish the quality of Chinese paintings. Conversely, laypersons’ ISC was failed to separate the good from the bad on Chinese paintings because we did not find an ISC difference between high-beauty paintings and low-beauty paintings, neither did any correlate with aesthetic rating detected. Secondly, experts showed a stronger functional connectivity in right TPJ compared to the laypersons. Proposed explanation for this is that the experts could conjure up more associative thoughts and try to understanding the intentions of painters during appreciating paintings, which was accompanied by enhanced connectivity in the brain areas related to theory of mind. Conclusion. Considering the art-related expertise on aesthetic appreciation discussion in aesthetic psychology, the present study achieved to combined traditional Chinese paintings concerning expertise difference with neurophysiological correlates. Our results further extend the evidence of art expertise knowledge help to aesthetic evaluation, with experts significant increased ISC in left middle frontal cortex and intra-brain FC in right-TPJ. • 胆碱与帕瑞昔布钠的协同镇痛作用及其机制

Subjects: Medicine, Pharmacy >> Preclinical Medicine submitted time 2017-12-21 Cooperative journals: 《南方医科大学学报》

Abstract: Objective To investigate the synergistic analgesic effect of choline and parecoxib sodium and study its mechanism. Methods In male Kunming mice with acetic acid-induced writhing, the ED 50 of choline and parecoxib sodium (administered via the tail vein at 2 h and 30 min before modeling, respectively) and their combined use were determined. In saline (control) group, ED50 choline (C) group, ED 50 parecoxib sodium (P) group, and 1/2ED 50 choline and parecoxib sodium (1/2[C+P]) group, blood samples were collected from the eyeball 10 min after intraperitoneal administration of acetic acid to detect the levels of IL-1, TNF-α, PGE 2 , NF-kB, and I-kB levels using ELISA kits. Results In the acetic acid-induced writhing model, the ED 50 of choline and parecoxib sodium was 8.64 and 6.33 mg/kg, and when combined, their ED 50 was 2.13 and 1.56 mg/kg, respectively. The isobolograms of parecoxib sodium and choline showed that the measured ED 50 of the two drugs combined was below the theoretical ED 50 value (P<0.05) with a combination index (CI) of <0.9. Compared with the control group, C group, P group, and 1/2 (C+P) group all showed significantly lowered IL-1 and TNF-α levels (P<0.05), especially in 1/2 (C+P) group (P<0.05). PGE 2 level was significantly lower in P group and 1/2 (C+P) group compared with the control group (P<0.05). NF-κB and I-κB levels were significantly lowered in C, P, and 1/2 (C+P) groups (P<0.05), and the reduction was the most obvious in 1/2 (C+P) group (P<0.05). Conclusion Choline and parecoxib sodium has a synergistic analgesic effect, and their interactions may involve the in vivo expression of NF-κB.
