  • Construction of Optimized Treatment Plan of Acupuncture for Migraine Based on Entropy Weight-TOPSIS Method

Subjects: Medicine, Pharmacy >> Clinical Medicine submitted time 2023-07-04 Cooperative journals: 《中国全科医学》

Abstract: Background With the accumulation of high-quality evidence, the clinical effectiveness of acupuncture for migraine has been increasingly recognized. Numerous acupuncture clinical studies in China highlight and validate various acupuncture intervention schemes through clinical trials. Integrating and selecting these advantageous schemes to guide clinical practice has become a new focus in acupuncture research. Objective To conduct multicriteria decision making(MCDM)by using technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)method based on meta-analysis,screen OPT of acupuncture for migraine and explore the ideas for constructing OPTs of acupuncture. Methods Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,VIP,CNKI,SinoMed,PubMed,Web of Science, and Embase were searched by computer for randomizedcontrolled trials(RCTs)on acupuncture treatment for migraine published before April 2022. Two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted basic characteristics of literature〔author, year of publication, sample size, cure rate, efficiency rate and visual analogue score(VAS),etc.〕,and assessed the quality of the RCTs by using modified Jadad scale. Acupuncture treatment plans for migraine were summarized based on the characteristics of the included RCTs,andmeta#2;analysis was performed. The relative risk(RR)of cure rate and efficiency rate, and the mean difference(MD)of VAS scores for each plan were extracted based on the meta-analysis results. The treatment frequency and score of the modified Jadad scale were calculated for each plan using sample size as the weight. The data were all included in the MCDM analysis, the weights of different decision criterion were determined using the entropy weight method. The TOPSIS method was finally used to select OPT of acupuncture for migraine. Results A total of 17 RCTs were included and categorized into 8 types of treatment plans of acupuncture for migraine(Tongyuan acupuncture,six-spirit points,bone-nearby acupuncture, conventional acupuncture,Gallbladder Meridian acupoints, head acupoints, penetration needling method and Siguan acupoints)according to the results of meta-analysis. The TOPSIS evaluation indicated that the treatment plan of acupuncture focusing primarily on head acupoints is OPT,involving needling the head acupoints of Fengfu,Tiantu,Head Yingxiang,Taiyang,Shuaigu, and Fengchi once daily or every other day, with an average treatment number of 11,with the main advantages of shorter treatment time and significant reduction in VAS pain scores. Conclusion The OPT of acupuncture for migraine screened and constructed in the study can provide reference for clinical application. The utilization of the entropy weight-TOPSIS method based on meta-analysis presents a novel approach for constructing the OPTs of acupuncture for migraine.

  • Does the cover paper help to enhance the influence of academic journals? ——An Empirical Study Based on Four Core Journals of Journalism and Communication

Subjects: Library Science,Information Science >> Library Science submitted time 2023-07-02

Abstract: [Purposes] To explore the differences in academic influence between cover papers and non-cover papers in core journals of journalism and communication science in terms of download volume, citation volume, etc., in order to provide reference for improving the communication and influence of academic journals of journalism and communication science. [Methods] An empirical study was conducted on the download and citation of 450 cover papers and 821 non cover papers published in four core journals of journalism and communication science, including journalism and communication, including Journalism & Communication, Chinese Journal of Journalism & Communication, Modern Communication (Journal of Communication University of China), and Journalism Research, in 2018 and 2019. [Findings] The four journal cover papers were generally significantly higher than non-cover papers in terms of download volume, total citation volume, citation volume by core journals, and citation volume by core journals from other disciplines. There was a positive correlation between download volume and various indicators of citation volume. [Conclusions] Cover papers can help enhance the influence of academic journals. Journalism and communication journals should pay attention to selecting cover papers, enhancing cover integration design, striving to expand the communication channels of cover papers, increasing social media communication efforts, exploring full media integration publishing, and enhancing the academic influence of cover papers and journals.

  • 国家有组织科研:迎接世界三大中心转移的中国创新生态系统探讨

Subjects: Management Science >> Science ology and Management submitted time 2023-06-15 Cooperative journals: 《中国科学院院刊》

Abstract: The coordinated development of education-S&T-talent integration (ESTTI) has pointed out the direction for promoting China’s construction of a world science center, a world higher education center, and a world talent center. The study proposes the concept of “stateorganized research” (SOR) based on the trend of “100-year change of centers” of the world’s three major centers and the strengths and weaknesses of China in building the world’s three major centers. The study suggests that the implementation of SOR is the way to transfer the world’s three major centers into China, and puts forward relevant suggestions to build the national innovation eco-systems for the implementation of SOR in China.

  • Spatial Information Common Platform of Smart Cites: Root of Urban Data Value Blooming

Subjects: Other Disciplines >> Synthetic discipline submitted time 2023-03-28 Cooperative journals: 《中国科学院院刊》

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of various types of sensing technology, humans have achieved unprecedented high-frequency monitoring of various types of urban data. The collection, aggregation, sharing, management, integration, analysis, application and service of multi-source data can effectively reduce the energy consumption of urban resources and improve the efficiency of urban management. It becomes the core concern of urban managers and the public. Taking the construction and related applications of the spatial information common platform of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city as an example, this paper systematically introduces the core role of the spatial information common platform in the construction of smart cities. Furthermore, the urban data system and the aggregation, collating and fusion is elaborated. Based on this common platform and these multi-source urban data, a set of single-index and comprehensive-index urban pulsation analysis methods are proposed. Finally, the future development directions of smart city practice in data sharing, analysis and application services are prospected.
