    Abstract:【目的】越剧如何更好地适应跨媒介场域内的传播机制并利用其进行有效传播。【方法】文章以“B站越剧视频的受众接触动机调查”问卷和高点击量的越剧相关视频的统计数据为基础进行媒介受众分析。【结果】强互动性和碎片化的弹幕促使新时代的戏评体系得以建立,评论主体、体裁、载体都实现了下沉。同时借助B站跨区域联动的优势,“闯入者”与“破圈者”有机会里应外合,实现媒介效率的最大化。交叉分析发现越是了解越剧的观众对越剧融合创作的态度却越消极。【结论】戏曲传播要重视“长尾效应”中头部戏迷和长尾群体对视频需求的矛盾,利用“圈层”实现“靶向宣传”。这样才能充分发挥B站优势,更好地为越剧的跨媒介传播助力。

  • Classical Particle Dynamics Equation with Causal Symmetry

    Abstract: In this paper, firstly, the real empirical law based on a large number of mechanical experiments is restored, from which the causality of the particle dynamics is obtained. Secondly, a symmetric new equation of particle dynamics is introduced in the framework of Newtonian dynamics using the basic idea of causal symmetry and consistency. The symmetric new equation is directly applicable to an arbitrary translational reference frame and is symmetrical because the investigated object and the reference object are placed on exactly equal status. The symmetric new equation degenerates to Newton's second law when the real force acting on the reference object is constant zero, and just at that time, the reference frame corresponds to an inertial frame of reference. Since the acceleration of any reference frame depends directly on the acceleration of its reference object, and the acceleration of the reference object depends directly on the forces acting on the reference object, the nature of the inertial force is revealed to be the real force acting on the reference object after the mass equalization. This qualitative interpretation of the inertial force is universal. As for the translational reference frame, the qualitative interpretation of the inertial force can be further demonstrated by a specific theoretical computational expression. The theoretical analysis shows that the symmetric new equation can also be naturally integrated into the theoretical framework of classical mechanics and is more in line with experimental and empirical laws than Newton's second law, as long as the total force acting on the investigated object is replaced by the relative force between the investigated object and the reference object. Finally, on this basis, we demonstrate the advantages of the symmetric new equation in practical applications through seven specific examples in a comprehensive manner.
     

  • Relativistic Spacetime Based On Absolute Background

    Abstract:

    Based on the consideration of naturalness and physical facts in Einstein's theories of relativity, a nontrivial spacetime physical picture, which has a slight difference from the standard one, is introduced by making a further distinction on the absolute background of spacetime and the relative length or duration of base units of spacetime. In this picture, the coordinate base units in gravity-induced spacetime metric are defined by the standard clock and ruler equipped by the observer, and duplicated onto the every position of the whole universe. In contrast, the local intrinsic base units of spacetime in gravitational field are defined by the length and duration of physical events intervals in the same-type standard clock and ruler which are really located at every position of the universe. In principle, the reading number of the standard clock is counted by the undergone times of unit intervals defined depending on a certain kind of local intrinsic events. But the size of the base units of spacetime is essentially depicted by the length of the line segment, which is cut from the absolute background of spacetime by the local intrinsic events of unit interval. The effect of gravitation is just to change the length of this segment for base spacetime units. On the basis of such a physical picture of spacetime, in a fairly natural way we re-derive a new classical dynamical equation which satisfies a more realistic and moderately general principle of relativity. To further examine this physical picture including of gravitation and spacetime, we finally reinvestigate the physical picture of spacetime in cosmology and propose a more general and rensonable  form for cosmological metric.

  • 基于目标成就评量的社区慢性颈肩痛人群中医健康管理服务实施效果评价研究

    Abstract: Background The global total economic burden of neck and shoulder pain ranks 21st. Effective intervention measures can effectively relieve pain and treat the disease. The goal attainment scaling method overcomes the degree of standardization and more targeted. It is of great significance for the update of intervention effect evaluation tools and the improvement of community traditional Chinese medicine health management service capabilities. Objective Analysis of the effect and associated factors of the implementation effects of comprehensive intervention measures for Traditional Chinese Medicine health management in community health services center in Hangzhou. Methods From August to September 2020, a total of 244 patients with chronic neck and shoulder pain from 3 community health centers in Hangzhou were selected for a baseline survey. The included survey subjects were randomly divided into a control group (n=122) and an intervention group (n=122). The control group received pure acupuncture treatment, and the intervention group added comprehensive Chinese medicine health management services on this basis. In November 2020, an intervention effect evaluation survey was conducted. The survey content includes basic data, Changhai Pain Ruler and goal attainment scaling method. Results After the intervention, the total GAS scores of the control group and the intervention group were (42.94±7.57) points and (51.20±7.81) points. In the control group, 44 (36.1%) patients met or exceeded expectations, and 92 (75.4%) patients in the intervention group met or exceeded expectations. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that TCM physique, self-rated health status, drink alcohol in the intervention group had effects on the GAS formula score(P<0.05). Conclusions Comprehensive intervention measures of traditional Chinese medicine health management can greatly improve the sleep quality, proprioceptive function and pain relief of patients with chronic neck and shoulder pain, thereby improving the quality of life,comprehensive interventions of traditional Chinese medicine based on health management can be implemented in primary medical institutions.
