    Abstract: [Purpose/significance]With the promotion of science and technology, libraries have made significant progress, but the development of libraries also has its own development laws and value realization. Studying the evolution laws of library development and predicting future trends is of great significance for library construction. [Method/process]The article divides the development of libraries into traditional libraries, digital libraries, and smart libraries in the chronological order of their own development and evolution. It summarizes the basic situation of these three stages of libraries, analyzes and summarizes their development and evolution laws, and predicts the future development trend of libraries.   • Failure Analysis of Flakes Fell from Small Gear Surface in Wind Power Gearbox

    Abstract: Flakes fell from the tooth surface of the small gear in the gearbox of a 1.5 MW wind turbine in service. The design lifetime of the gear is 20 a. However, it failed 5 a later since it was installed into the gearbox. The material is 20CrNiMo and the gear was carburized and quenched during the manufacturing process. Macro- and micro- observation of the fracture surface as well as some necessary physical and chemical analysis were applied to analyze the cause for the failure of the small gear. Besides, results from the macro-observation showed that only two teeth failed, on the one of which flakes fell from the tooth surface only left some pits, and on the other tooth surface some cracks can be observed obviously. The results also showed that pits and cracks could be attributed to the same reason. Tool marks on the tooth surface increases the risk of cracking. In addition, the abnormal load introduced by emergency braking led to cracks occurred along the machining marks on the tooth surface. Then, fatigue cracks nucleated at the tip of the crack and extend slowly driven by the working load. Finally, the hardened layer fell from the tooth surface and left some pits. It was suggested that the machining quality and the braking technology should be improved in order to avoid the cracking of the teeth surface under the abnormal impact load.

  • Strategic Thinking on Strengthening Construction of National Emergency Prevention and Control System of TCM for Major Infectious Diseases

    Abstract: COVID-19 epidemic is still raging globally, while China has not only controlled the spread of the epidemic in time, but domestic production and life have gradually recovered. China’s epidemic prevention and control work achieved strategic results, and the full participation of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has become the highlight of the works. However, confronting of sudden major infectious diseases, the emergency reserves and emergency capabilities of TCM are insufficient, especially in the rapid emergency response mechanism, emergency treatment system, professional personnel training, emergency scientific research system and platform construction, and emergency strategic resource reserve. Strengthening the construction of the TCM emergency prevention and control system for major infectious diseases can not only improve the emergency prevention and control capabilities of major public health emergencies in China, but also an inevitable demand to protect the people’s personal safety and health. Here we referred to the practice of TCM fighting against COVID-19, analyzed the problems to be solved or improved, consequently suggested on how to strengthen the national emergency prevention and control system of major infectious diseases.

    Abstract: As an act guiding employees to take the initiative to change jobs, job crafting intervention has become an important research topic in organizational behavior research in recent years. Based on the current research, a systematical literature review has been conducted according to the conceptual aspect and categorization. Meanwhile, on the basis of the Role-resource Approach-avoidance Model, the results of job crafting intervention are summarized and refined in this thesis. Based on this, using the AOM theory, it presents the internal influence mechanism of job crafting intervention in the context of individual and organizational interaction respectively from the perspective of crafting ability, motivation and opportunity, and then proposes an integrated theoretical analysis framework, which can provide a reference for the development of research on job crafting intervention. Therefore, further research should pay more attention to the influencing factors and mechanism research in the Chinese context.

  • GROWTH MODE EVOLUTION AND SUBSEQUENT MAGNETIC PROPERTIES OF Fe FILMS WITH DIFFERENT GRAIN SIZES UNDER A HIGH MAGNETIC FIELD

    Abstract: In order to increase the magnetic properties and realize the essential applications in magnetic recording and spintronics devices, it is significant to control the growth mode and grain size of Fe films. In this work, the effects of a high magnetic field (HMF) on the growth and magnetic properties of Fe thin films with different grain sizes by using physics vapor deposition were explored. The decreased grain sizes are obtained by increasing the evaporation source temperatures. It is found that when the evaporation source temperature is 1440 ℃, the grains of film are fine. The growth mode is changed from layered to columnar by HMF. And HMF effectively reduces the defects of Fe film. When the evaporation source temperature is 1400 and 1350 ℃, the grains of films are large. HMF does not change the columnar growth mode of films. However, the width of columns is improved by a HMF. Additionally, HMF increases the average particle (composed of the grains) and grain size of Fe films with different grain sizes.

  • 大豆黄酮对产蛋后期地方蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和血浆激素指标的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加大豆黄酮对产蛋后期地方蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和血浆激素指标的影响。试验选用体重及产蛋率相近的55周龄如皋黄鸡蛋鸡192只,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复16只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲粮中添加60 mg/kg大豆黄酮的试验饲粮。预试期2周,正试期14周。结果表明:1)试验组产蛋率显著高于对照组(P0.05)。2)试验组鸡蛋哈氏单位显著高于对照组(P0.05)。3)试验组血浆雌二醇(E2)含量显著高于对照组(P0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加60 mg/kg大豆黄酮能改善产蛋后期地方蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质以及血浆激素指标。

  • 聚合酶链式反应-变性梯度凝胶电泳技术分析1只死亡野生川金丝猴胃肠道菌群多样性

    Abstract:本试验旨在对1只死亡野生川金丝猴的胃肠道菌群多样性及其克隆测序条带的系统进化树进行分析。取死亡野生川金丝猴胃肠道内容物,进行聚合酶链式反应(PCR)-变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)分析,结合条带的克隆测序、聚类分析和主成分(PCA)分析检测菌群多样性并构建系统进化树。结果显示:1)野生川金丝猴整个胃肠道栖息着大量细菌,且来自胃、小肠的样品聚为一大簇,来自大肠的样品聚为一簇,而来自粪便的样品单独聚为一簇。2)从DGGE图谱上共回收18个条带,细菌种类鉴定主要是5个菌门,分别为变形菌门(Proteobacteria,38.89%)、厚壁菌门(Firmicutes,22.22%)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes,5.56%)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria,5.56%)、疣微菌门(Verrucomicrobia,5.56%)和不可培养菌(uncultured bacterium,22.22%)。其中,变形菌门和厚壁菌门分布于整个胃肠道。3)菌群的系统进化树分析表明,仅有1种不可培养菌与已鉴定的粪肠球菌进化分类相似,而其他不可培养菌与已知的菌种进化分支差异较大,说明在野生川金丝猴的胃肠道中仍有大量的菌群信息未被鉴定。结果提示,本试验测定的1只死亡野生川金丝猴的胃肠道优势菌群为变形菌门,菌群多样性随着胃肠道由前至后的顺序呈现高-低-高的趋势。

  • 植物乳杆菌和苦荞黄酮及其复合物对断奶仔猪生长性能、营养物质消化率及血清指标的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加植物乳杆菌和苦荞黄酮及其复合物对断奶仔猪生长性能、营养物质消化率及血清指标的影响。选取(35±3)日龄、平均体重为(7.85±0.67) kg断奶仔猪50头,随机分为5个组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头仔猪。负对照组(NC组)饲喂基础饲粮,其他各组分别在基础饲粮中添加40 mg/kg硫酸黏杆菌素(正对照组,PC组)、1×109 CFU/kg植物乳杆菌(LP组)、40 mg/kg苦荞黄酮(BF组)和1×109 CFU/kg植物乳杆菌+40 mg/kg苦荞黄酮(LB组)。试验期28 d。结果表明:1)BF组1~28 d仔猪的平均日增重显著高于NC组和PC组(P<0.05),分别提高了52.74%和34.14%。2)NC组仔猪的各营养物质消化率显著低于其他各组(P<0.05);LB组仔猪的总能、干物质、有机物和磷的消化率显著高于其余各组(P<0.05)。3)BF组仔猪的血清总蛋白、白蛋白、尿素氮、葡萄糖、游离脂肪酸、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白M含量显著高于NC组(P<0.05)。LP组仔猪的血清总抗氧化能力、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性显著高于NC组和PC组(P<0.05),而血清丙二醛含量显著低于NC组和PC组(P<0.05)。由此可见,苦荞黄酮提高了断奶仔猪生长性能和免疫功能,而植物乳杆菌改善了断奶仔猪机体抗氧化能力,二者联合应用还改善了饲粮营养物质消化率。

    Abstract: Aiming at the single description and the noise sensitive problems of the local binary pattern(LBP) , a multi-scale adaptive threshold local ternary pattern(MSALTP) algorithm is proposed. The algorithm first enlarges the original images . Secondly, divides the images into several regions equally and calculates the mean value of the pixels. Then calculates the deviation between the center and the mean pixel value of each region. Finally, extract the ALTP features and the resulting statistical features histograms are used to classify the images. Experiments show that the proposed algorithm recognition rates are higher than the current anti-noise algorithms under different noise.

  • 巨菌草留茬沙障防风固沙效益 及其适宜模式研究

    Abstract:基于对乌兰布和沙漠刘拐沙头黄河沿岸相近株距(10~15 cm)、不同行距(1 m、2 m)、不同留茬高度(10 cm、30 cm)巨菌草的防风阻沙试验的观测数据分析。结果表明:① 巨菌草留茬沙障的防风固沙效益与沙障的高度和行距有直接关系,高度一定,行数越多,带距越小,防护效果越好,但所需材料增加。② 巨菌草留茬沙障内输沙量主要集中在地表15 cm以下,近地表0~5 cm处沙障对风沙流的阻碍能力较强。沙障行距为1 m、2 m时,高10 cm的沙障分别经9 带、12 带后风速降至起沙风速以下;高30 cm的沙障对风的阻碍能力增强,分别经7 带、9 带后地表无流沙运动。③ 沙障的设置应在保证高效的前提下降低成本。行距2 m、高30 cm的巨菌草留茬沙障,气流经过9 个条带(18 m宽)后,风速可降至起沙风速以下,此设置模式宜在干旱地区推广。

  • 一种局部二值模式图像特征点匹配算法

    Abstract: This paper researched Image matching issue and proposed a feature point matching algorithm to improve the BRIEF algorithm. The proposed algorithm generated the feature point description operator according to the difference signs and the difference magnitudes relation between the random point and the feature point. BRIEF was sensitive to noise because the small difference magnitude is more susceptible to the noise. To solve this problem, This paper determined a small pixel difference threshold by the neighborhood mean value of the BRIEF. Comparing the Hamming distance between descriptions realizes the feature points matching. Compared with BRIEF and ORB algorithm, the experiments proved that the operator has higher discriminant, simple calculation and good noise suppression performance. And the matching accuracy is higher.

  • 巨大芽孢杆菌1259制剂对比丝兰素、枯草芽孢杆菌对产蛋鸡生产性能及排泄物中氨氮含量的影响

    Abstract:本文旨在比较饲粮中添加巨大芽孢杆菌1259(BM1259)制剂与丝兰素、枯草芽孢杆菌对产蛋鸡生产性能及排泄物中氨氮含量的影响。选用384只300日龄健康、产蛋率相近的海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复16只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加100 mg/kg BM1259制剂、丝兰素和枯草芽孢杆菌。预试期14 d,正试期42 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,BM1259组极显著提高了总产蛋重、产蛋数、产蛋率和平均蛋重(P<0.01),极显著降低了料蛋比(P<0.01),其结果与枯草芽孢杆菌组相近,优于丝兰素组。2)与对照组相比,BM1259组极显著降低了蛋鸡排泄物中氨态氮、尿酸、尿素氮含量和脲酶活性(P<0.01),其结果与丝兰素组相近,优于枯草芽孢杆菌组。3)饲粮中添加BM1259制剂相对于添加丝兰素或枯草芽孢杆菌能够获得更大的经济效益。由此可见,在蛋鸡饲粮中添加BM1259制剂能提高生产性能、增加利润并具备较优的除氨除臭作用。

  • 饲料脂肪水平对大鳞副泥鳅幼鱼生长性能、消化酶活性及抗氧化能力的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究饲料脂肪水平对大鳞副泥鳅幼鱼生长性能、消化酶活性及抗氧化能力的影响。选用初始体重(0.15±0.01) g的大鳞副泥鳅幼鱼1 620尾,随机分成6组,每组3个重复,每个重复90尾鱼,分别投喂脂肪水平为2.50%、4.49%、6.48%、8.47%、10.46%和12.45%的试验饲料,养殖时间为60 d。结果表明:大鳞副泥鳅幼鱼的特定生长率(SGR)在饲料脂肪水平为8.47%时最高,为4.99%/d,除与10.46%组差异不显著(P>0.05)外,显著高于其余各试验组(P<0.05);饲料系数(FCR)在饲料脂肪水平为8.47%时最低,为1.09,除与10.46%组差异不显著(P>0.05)外,显著低于其余各试验组(P<0.05)。通过二次多项式回归分析可知,大鳞副泥鳅幼鱼SGR、FCR最优时饲料脂肪水平分别为9.18%、9.00%。随着饲料脂肪水平的升高,大鳞副泥鳅幼鱼肝胰脏及前肠蛋白酶、脂肪酶活性均呈先升高后降低的变化趋势,且均在8.47%组达到最高值,除与10.46%组差异不显著(P>0.05)外,显著高于其余各试验组(P<0.05);肝胰脏和前肠淀粉酶的活性则呈先下降后逐渐趋于稳定的趋势。随着饲料脂肪水平的升高,肝胰脏超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶活性均呈先升高后降低的变化趋势,且均在8.47%组达到最高值,除与10.46%组差异不显著(P>0.05)外,显著高于其余各试验组(P<0.05)。由此得出,适宜的饲料脂肪水平可促进大鳞副泥鳅幼鱼的生长,提高其蛋白酶与脂肪酶活性和抗氧化能力。本试验条件下,综合考虑大鳞副泥鳅幼鱼生长性能、消化酶活性和抗氧化能力,其饲料的适宜脂肪水平为8.47%~10.46%。

  • 钛合金切削用Ti1-xAlxN涂层的制备及其切削性能研究

    Abstract:采用磁控溅射法制备了不同Al含量的Ti1-xAlxN涂层。经XRD、SEM、EDX和纳米压痕仪分析发现,Al含量在0.50-0.58之间时,Ti1-xAlxN涂层为(111)择优生长的面心立方结构。当Al含量增加到0.63时,涂层中有六方纤锌矿结构的AlN生成,涂层硬度降低。另外,随着Al含量的增加,涂层表面颗粒尺寸变大,涂层变疏松。钛合金切削实验表明,涂层刀具的磨损形式主要为粘结磨损和崩刃。在低速切削(65 m/min)时,Ti0.50Al0.50N涂层刀具的切削性能略好于无涂层刀具,并且都好于Ti0.42Al0.58N和Ti0.37Al0.63N涂层刀具。在高速切削(100 m/min)时,Ti0.50Al0.50N涂层刀具有最好的切削性能,比无涂层刀具提高4倍多。这主要因为Ti0.50Al0.50N涂层表面致密,硬度高,在钛合金切削时形成的切屑瘤致密而整齐。因此,在高速车削钛合金时推荐使用(111)择优取向、表面致密、低Al含量的Ti0.50Al0.50N涂层。
