  • Influences of polyamines on callus proliferation and somatic embryogenesis in Litchi chinensis

    Abstract: To explore the effect of exogenous polyamines (PAs) on embryogenic callus (EC) proliferation and somatic embryogenesis of litchi, the morphology, structure, endogenous PA content and related enzyme activities were systematically investigated using the ‘Feizixiao’ ECs as materials subcultured on the medium supplemented with various PAs. The results were as follows: (1) The exogenous putrescine (Put), spermidine (Spd), and spermine (Spm) treatment significantly increased the EC proliferation rate and reduced the amount of induced somatic embryos and regenerated plantlets. The proliferated embryogenic cells after exogenous PA treatments were more consistent in size and stained deeply and evenly. Furthermore, multicellular proembryos in EC were reduced, and fully differentiated early cotyledon embryos could be seen. (2) All the exogenous PA treatments significantly increased the endogenous PA content in EC. Among them, Put treatment had the highest content of each endogenous PA component and total PA. When the EC proliferated on the medium containing exogenous PAs was transferred to the medium without exogenous PAs (M3) for proliferating, the Put content in the EC was still significantly higher than the control, however, the endogenous Spd and Spm were significantly decreased. (3) Exogenous Put treatment significantly increased the activities of ornithine decarboxylase (ODC), arginine decarboxylase (ADC), and diamine oxidase (DAO) in EC, while exogenous Spd and Spm treatments significantly reduced the activities of ADC and DAO in EC, and exogenous Spd significantly increased PAO activity. When transferred to the M3 medium, the ADC and DAO activities of newly proliferated EC were significantly lower than those of EC cultured with exogenous PAs, but there was no significant difference in ODC and PAO activities. In summary, the exogenous PAs can affect endogenous PA content by regulating the activity of enzymes related to polyamine metabolism, thereby affecting EC proliferation and somatic embryo induction in litchi. These results would provide a basis for further study on the mechanism of PAs regulating litchi regeneration in vitro.

  • Framework Construction and Implementation of Internal Control for Literature Resources in University Libraries

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The paper meets the requirements of internal control in higher education, builds an internal control framework system applicable to literature resources, so as to improve the internal control level of literature resources, and consolidate the scientific management foundation of libraries.[Method/process] In view of importance and current situation of internal control in university libraries, the paper clarifies the internal control objectives of literature resources. Based on the life cycle management of literature resources, the internal control framework system of literature resources is constructed. Taking Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library as an example, the implementation and measures of the internal control system of literature resources are introduced.[Result/conclusion] The paper formulates the strategic objectives, operation objectives, compliance objectives and assets objectives of internal controls of literature resources in university library. This framework system is constructed from seven major parts, including management system and mechanism, planning and allocation, use and maintenance, disposal, information management, performance evaluation and supervision and evaluation. And it forms a closed-loop quality management of "planning-execution-evaluation-improvement", to promote dynamic management and improve management quality of literature resources.

    Abstract: Thematic role assignment refers to the on-line processing of assigning semantic roles, such as assigning agents or patients, to arguments (i.e., nouns) related to the verb. Linguistic information provided by arguments (e.g., word order, or case marking), as well as lexical argument representation of the verb is used for assigning thematic roles. The Extended Argument Dependency Model (eADM) suggests that argument cues utilized to assign semantic roles vary across languages. For rigid word-ordering languages (e.g., English) with case marking, readers adopt a position-based assignment, according to which the initial argument is usually analyzed as an agent. By contrast, thematic role assignment in unrestricted word-ordering languages (e.g., German, Italian, Japanese, and Turkish) with case marking exhibits a morphology-based strategy. The eADM model also predicts a reversal of thematic role assignment when the verb’s argument representation contradicts with the argument cues, which is based on verb information and induces additional processing costs. Considerable evidence has demonstrated the language-specific weight on argument cues. However, it is unknown whether word order strongly affects thematic role assignment in Chinese (a rigid-ordering language with case marking) reading. In addition, the reanalysis of thematic roles proposed by the eADM model has only been tentatively explored in Spanish. Whether such reanalysis processing exists in other languages, especially in non-alphabetic languages like Chinese, is still lack of evidence. The present study examined the reliance on word order information in the existence of case marking information and the reanalysis of thematic roles when argument representation of the verb was in contradiction with cues of arguments in Chinese. The sentence structure (centered or preposed) and the type of control verb (subject-control or object-control) were manipulated. Sentences in the centered structure provided information of word order and case marking, while sentences in the preposed structure only provided case marking information. Argument representation of object-control verbs incompatible with the information of arguments would lead to a re-assignment of semantic roles. The argument representation of subject-control verbs compatible with the argument cues would cause no reanalysis. Fifty-four pairs of control verbs were selected, each of which was embedded into a centered-structure sentence and a preposed-structure sentence. Eye movements of 24 native Chinese speakers were recorded by the Eyelink Ⅱ eye tracker. Each participant read 54 experimental sentences, followed by a comprehension question. The results showed that the preposed structure sentences caused longer second-pass reading time and more total incoming regressions in the first noun, longer first-pass reading time in the second noun, and longer regression path duration in the verb region than the centered-structure sentences, which suggested the strategy of position-based assignment for Chinese readers. There were robust main effects of the types of control verb, in that longer first pass reading time, regression path duration, and total incoming regressions were observed in the verb region, and longer second-pass reading time and total incoming (outgoing) regressions were found in the post-verb region in the object control verb condition than in the subject control verb condition. These results indicated that the mismatch of verb argument representation and argument cues contributed to an extra processing load. In addition, interactions between sentence structure and types of control verb were also observed, with longer second-pass reading time and total incoming regression in the second noun and longer second-pass reading time in the verb region in the centered-structure sentences containing object control verbs than those containing subject control verbs. There were longer first-pass reading time and regression path duration in the post-verb region in the preposed-structure sentences in the object-control verb condition than in the subject-control verb condition. In conclusion, these findings indicate that Chinese readers depend on word order information heavily to assign thematic roles even when there is case marking; also, the mismatch between cues of arguments and the argument representation of control verbs in Chinese reading causes reanalysis of thematic roles. Such findings are in line with the claim of the eADM model.

    Abstract: It has a research on the efficiency of processing large data sets with K Nearest Neighbor method, and then a distributed exact fuzzy KNN classification algorithm based on the Spark framework was proposed. The method innovatively combines the Spark framework distributed map and reduce processes with the fuzzy KNN. Firstly, the training sample category information in different partitions is processed to obtain the class membership degree. The training set is converted into a fuzzy training set with adding membership degrees, and then the KNN algorithm is used to calculate the k nearest neighbor of the previously calculated class member test set. Finally, it is classified by distance weight. Experiments on mega-scale dataset samples and comparison experiments with other algorithms show that this method is feasible and effective.

  • 自适应不同条件的车牌检测算法

    Abstract: The license plate detection (LPD) was the main step of automatic license plate recognition (ALPR) . According to the problem of slow license plate detection and low detection accuracy under different conditions, this paper proposed an improved adaptive morphological closed and open operation to improve the license plate detection algorithm. The algorithm first used the local histogram to equalize the license plate image. The adaptive morphological closed operation was used to smooth all grayscale regions, and then introduced the local adaptive threshold processing to get the smooth image and the separated license plate. Finally, the morphological open operation was adopted to separate the connection parts between the external region and the number of the license plates. The experimental results show that the detection accuracy of the proposed method is higher than other algorithms. At the same time, the average detection time is less than other algorithms. The proposed method is suitable for real-time license plate detection under different conditions.

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of energy efficiency in mobile wireless sensor networks, this paper proposes a mobile wireless sensor network (WSN) routing protocol based on active region. This method uses the relative positions of the source and the Sink node to form the active region for routing. The mobile node in the network uses use a sleep-wakeup pattern to conserve energy. The motion vector information, such as current position, direction and speed and the remaining energy of the node are used to select the neighbors that can provide the maximum connection retention time. The motion vector information is also used to wake up the mobile node in the active area. Experiments show that compared with other routing protocols, this method has higher reliability in packet transmission process.

  • 云制造环境下对称型企业制造资源共享演化博弈分析

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of manufacturing resources sharing and collaboration in complex manufacturing, the thesis builds an evolutionary game model concerned with manufacturing resource sharing under the circumstance of cloud manufacturing. The model reveals the evolutionary relationship of manufacturing resources sharing between (Resource Service Provider) RSP and (Resource Service Demander) RSD. Meanwhile, it compares and analyzes the influence of parameter variation on the evolution result on the basis of (System Dynamics) SD model built by a system dynamics software. The result demonstrates that there are a series of factors which can exert obvious influences on strategic evolutionary result of both sides of game businesses . These factors include initial share ratio, platform management ability coefficient, resource transformation ability coefficient, resource collaboration coefficient, information efficiency coefficient, technical loss risk coefficient, channel cost efficient, penalty cost coefficient, trust coefficient and incentive coefficient. Therefore, solutions can be taken from the above-mentioned aspects so as to promote information mutual communication and resources sharing.

    Abstract: As for the analysis and suppression of rumor propagation in social networks, the existing rumor propagation models can’t describe the effect of different nodes on the probability of rumor propagation. Thus, the existing rumor propagation models can’t truly describe the spread of rumors in the real social network. Thereby, it affects the suppression of rumor propagation in social networks. To solve this problem, this paper studies the rumor propagation probability between different nodes based on the SIR propagation model, and analyzes the impact of different nodes on the propagation probability. The rumor propagation model that considering the influence of nodes is proposed for the social networks. Finally, the rumor propagation model proposed in this paper is compared with the commonly used SIR model. The experimental results show that the improved model proposed in this paper can quickly suppress the rumor propagation in network.

  • 广义延拓法在GPS精密星历内插和外推中的应用

    Abstract: 利用精密星历解算卫星坐标是实现GPS高精度差分定位的首要基础,受限于GPS精密星历的采样时间间隔,为了得到任意时刻的卫星坐标,需要对全球定位系统精密星历数据做内插和外推处理。分析卫星位置随时间变化的规律后,采用广义延拓法对卫星的一段轨道构造以时间为坐标的内插和外推模型,在不引入较大位置误差的同时简化了卫星坐标的计算过程,并与拉格朗日插值法进行对比实验。研究结果表明,利用广义延拓法内插时误差小于5cm,且在外推30min内仍然能维持精度,明显优于拉格朗日插值法。

    Abstract: To research that the manufacturer entrust the third party to recycle products. This paper studied the reciprocal preference characteristics between manufacturers and retailers. It analyzed the effect of mutual preference characteristics for profit and utility of the closed-loop supply chain members. It used the Stackelberg game model to analyse the decision of members. Finally, it used numerical simulation to prove it. Research shows that the reciprocal preference behavior between the manufacturer and the retailer is favorable for the profit of closed-loop supply chain, and there are a negative correlation of reciprocal preference behavior of manufacturer to products’ selling price of retailer, and there are a positive correlation of reciprocal preference behavior of manufacturer to the recovery rate of third party. The effect of the retailer's reciprocal preference on the whole system is not obvious.

    Abstract: Based on the establishment of sequential game model, this paper analyzed the situation of trading technology and service on cloud manufacturing platform, studied the sharing efficiency and sharing mechanism of cloud manufacturing platform, obtained the equilibrium solution of the model, carried out the stability analysis, used cases to discuss the optimal pricing strategy of cloud platforms and enterprises under different costs, compared the difference of technology sharing between cloud manufacturing environment and traditional manufacturing environment. The research shows that the cloud platform can effectively promote technology sharing, but there is also an unfair distribution of income distribution. Therefore, some policy suggestions are put forward for the problem.

  • 利用GPS测速估算接收机载体运动方位角

    Abstract:运动载体的方位角信息对导航定位十分重要。一般认为,全球定位系统(GlobalPositioning System, GPS)等卫星定位系统无法利用单接收机进行角度测量,因此也就无法直接获得单接收机载体的相关角度信息。全球定位系统等本身虽然无法对用户终端进行测姿,但却能够在测速的基拙上解算获得运动中接收机载体的实时方位角。对这一原理进行了研究和阐述,并对其精度水平进行了分析。通过基于车载定位的实测试验,与磁力计传感器的角度测量结果进行对比,对方法的可行性和精度水平进行了验证。结果表明,利用全球定位系统测速的方法虽然无法进行接收机测姿方位角的估算,但对接收机运动方位角的估算是切实可行的,其精度与载体运动速度有关;当接收机载体达到一定的运动速度时,即能获得较高的精度水平。由此估算获得的方位角信息亦能作为一项状态量作用于定位结果的卡尔曼滤波等模型中,进一步提高滤波模型的精度。

  • 一种速度平滑高程的增强定位方法

    Abstract:为提高全球导航卫星系统定位精度与连续性,提出结合使用高程坐标分量与速度分量,设计构成一种组合滤波器。利用速度测量值不断对用户高程进行平滑与修正,获得高精度的高程坐标值,并由此对测量方程组形成高程约束条件,进而提高全球导航卫星系统三维定位精度及接收机钟差解算精度。同时,由于滤波器处理后的高程值序列具有较高的精度和良好的平滑性,因此特别适于拟合与外推,从而更好地辅助卫星信号缺失的非完备星座情况,实现连续三维定位。最后,通过全球定位系统实测实验对方法进行了分析,验证了其可行性与实用性。
