    Abstract: To achieve organizational goals, Internet companies often stimulate continuous innovation of employees by cultivating a happy and joyful work environment. However, the link between playful climate and employees’ innovative behaviors is still underdeveloped, primarily focusing on theoretical analyses and lacking empirical support. Building on the prior findings of playfulness in the field of organizational management, the present study explores three important issues. Based on the theory of organizational climate and the characteristics of playfulness, study 1 develops a scale to measure team playful climate in Chinese Internet firms. Standing on the team level study 2 discusses the cross-level mechanisms underlying the relationship between playful work environment and employees’ innovation from the perspective of Conservation of Resources Theory. Based on the Componential Theory of Individual Creativity, study 3 introduces individual thinking styles and multiple identities to explore the boundary conditions that stimulate employees’ innovative behaviors. Our findings have developed the concept of team playful climate in Chinese Internet companies, enhanced playful climate theory. And the implications for practice in the context of Internet companies are discussed.

  • NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF HEAT TRANSFER AND FLUID FLOW IN DOUBLE ELECTRODES TIG ARC-WELD POOL

    Abstract: Based on a developed unified three dimension (3D) mathematical model including two tungsten electrodes arc and weld pool for double electrode TIG arc heat source, the temperature, velocity, current density, magnetic flux and Lorentz force of the double electrodes TIG arc and the weld pool are obtained for SUS304 stainless steel. The simulated results are in fair agreement with the experimental results available. Buoyance, Lorentz force, plasma drag force, Marangoni shear stress and turbulent effect are taken into account to formulate the weld pool behavior and the effects of the each force on the flow of the weld pool are studied respectively. The heat flux and shear stress at the weld pool surface are analyzed as well. A dimensionless number Pe is used to compare the relative importance of convective heat and conductive heat in the weld pool. It is shown that non-axisymmetric double electrode arc results in the non-axisymmetric characteristics of the current density, heat flux, plasma drag force and Marangoni shear at the weld pool, and thus produces non-axisymmetric weld pool profiles. The evolution of the weld pool has little effect on the arc behavior. The plasma drag force of the double tungsten electrode TIG arc decreases significantly compared with that of the TIG arc. The Marangoni stress determines the weld pool flow and the heat convected dominates the heat transfer in the weld pool, their combination effect determines the heat transfer in the weld pool, which is the essential reason for the formation of the different weld pool profiles.

    Abstract: To study the chemical constituents of China endemic plant Rubia oncotricha, the compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20, and their structures were elucidated by modern spectroscopic techniques. Fifteen anthraquinone compounds were isolated and identified from Rubia oncotricha, they are 2-methyl-1,3,6-trihydroxy-9,10-anthraquinone-3-O-(6'-O-acetyl)-α-rhamnosyl(1→2)-β-glucoside (1), 2-methyl-1,3,6-trihydroxy-9,10-anthraquinone-3-O-α-rhamnosyl(1→2)-β-glucoside (2), 2-methyl-1,3,6-trihydroxy-9,10-anthraquinone-3-O-(3'-O-acetyl)-α-rhamnosyl (1→2)-β-glucoside (3), 2-methyl-1,3,6-trihydroxy-9,10-anthraquinone-3-O-β-glucoside (4), 1,3,6-trihydroxy-2-hydroxymethyl-9,10-anthraquinone-3-O-(6'-O-acetyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), 2-methyl-1,3,6-trihydroxy-9,10-anthraquinone-3-O-(6'-O-acetyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), physcion-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7), emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8), digiferruginol-11-O-β-gentiobioside (9), 2-methyl-1,3,6-trihydroxy-9,10-anthraquinone-3-O-(6'-O-acetyl)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-Dglucopyranoside (10), 6-hydroxyrubiadin (11), 1,2-dihydroxyanthraquinone (12), chrysophanol (13), 6-hydroxyxanthopurpurin (14), 1,3-dihydroxyanthraquinone (15). Compounds 7, 8, 14 are isolated from the genus of Rubia for the first time, compound 1~6, 9, 10, 12, 13 are isolated from Rubia oncotricha for the first time.

    Abstract: In this paper, we give a method to express the descending degree sum of squares of univariate positive semi-definite polynomials, and give an algorithm to get the descending degree sum of squares from known positive semi-definite polynomials. In the fourth section, we apply the idea and algorithm of the descending degree sum of squares to multivariate polynomials successfully.

  • 抗乙肝病毒药物市场分析

    Abstract:乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)是引起病毒性乙型肝炎的主要病原体,依然是影响人类健康的全球性问题。干扰素和核苷(酸)类似物是国内外获批上市的主要抗乙肝病毒药物。替诺福韦和恩替卡韦在国外抗乙肝病毒药物市场上占据巨大的份额,而早期推出的拉米夫定和阿德福韦酯因其耐受性和安全性等原因所占市场份额逐年减少。国外有39种抗乙肝病毒新药正处于临床阶段。国内临床上使用更多的是口服核苷(酸)类似药物,尤其是恩替卡韦近年来占近一半抗乙肝药物市场。抗乙肝病毒药物城市零售前10的企业市场份额占整个零售的91.8%,市场集中度较高。虽然国内乙肝新药研发水平与欧美还存在较大差距,但是在国内创新政策推动下,出现了东阳光、正大天晴等20余家从事研发企业,并取得一定的成效。基于我国抗乙肝病毒药物发展困境,提出了继续完善抗乙肝病毒药物医保政策、部署和实施乙型肝炎重大专项等研发项目、推进产学研用深度融合等对策建议。

    Abstract: Delsi-Tanisagua Hydropower Station is a large-scale hydropower project abroad,which is constructed and managed by using the Chinese technology and European codes,respectively. Though the interface of CATIA,Itas CAD,Bochao STD and other professional design software,a collaborative digital design platform is set up to implement the standardized design,collision analysis,calculation analysis engineering drawings,and etc. All engineering project data sources are integrated and a unified project data center is built,to provide effective support for the high efficiency and fine management for the whole life cycle of the project.
