  • Legal Risk Prompt and Evasion of Digital Resource License: Interpretation of Licensing Digital Resources by ECUP

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper aims to get enlightenment of licensed risk prevention in China on the risk aversion principle of Licensing digital resources made by European copyright user platform. [Method/process] Licensing digital resources have made the risk tips to monopoly advantage of licensor, statutory exception, licensing rights, contract terms nonstandard and dispute solution. Licensing digital resources takes a series of effective control measures and refines the writing standard of license to avoid the risk clause of monopoly that created by copyright holder, and provide reference for library to avoid legal traps. [Result/conclusion] In order to avoid legal pitfalls in digital resources license agreement rationally. China should strengthen the awareness of anti-monopoly rights, develop the legal risk prompt framework for the use of digital resource licensing agreement, and apply Chinese law to the jurisdiction of the Chinese courts.

    Abstract: Early research focused on the prevention and improvement of negative body image, but with the rise of positive psychology, researchers realized that positive body image and negative body image are not polar parts of body image. Positive body image is an important protective factor for an individual's mental health, and it is a multifaceted structure that includes but is not limited to body appreciation. In order to guide researchers to change the positive perspective of body image research and promote people's physical and mental health and self-improvement, this study summarized positive body image, sorted out the influencing factors, protective effects, and promotion strategies of positive body image, and looked forward to future research directions, so as to provide some theoretical reference for the research on the Sinicization of positive body image.This study believes that positive body image refers to the individual's cognitive acceptance of his own body, and the appreciation of the uniqueness and function of the body, as well as the active processing and protection of body evaluation information, which has the effect of internal and external gain on the individual. Taking the biopsychosocial model and the operational definition of body image as the theoretical framework, the study found that positive body image is affected by biological factors such as gender, age, and body mass index, psychological factors such as personality factors, cognitive mode, and interoception, as well as socio-cultural factors such as important others, mass media, and values, and has a protective effect on individual physical cognition, emotional experience, and behavior regulation, among which the body mass index, neuroticism, and perception of pressure from important others and mass media are prominent. Psychological and sociocultural factors have a greater influence on an individual's positive body image than biological factors. At the same time, functional-focused intervention and self-compassion-based intervention have become the two most commonly used promotion strategies, the former is more effective, while the latter has more advantages in the application and promotion. Specifically, existing studies have mostly focused on women, but ignored the gender differences in positive body image and the influence of men on women's positive body image construction. At the same time, positive body image is developmental, and current cross-sectional research cannot elucidate in detail the mechanism of transition from negative body image to positive body image and ignores the content integrity and object applicability of positive body image enhancement strategies, especially the influence of important others (especially parents) on individual positive body image. In addition, due to cultural differences in positive body image, the development of Sinicized measurement tools is particularly important.Future research can enrich the theoretical model of positive body image based on intersection theory, and deepen people's understanding of its antecedents and consequences by constructing the biopsychosocial model of positive body image. We can further explore the age characteristics of body image and its relationship with executive function through longitudinal tracking design combined with the recall method, such as recalling and retelling the experience of body image transformation, and clarify the occurrence mechanism of positive body image. Based on the complete characteristics of positive body image, future research should consider family factors and demographic differences of intervention targets to ensure the comprehensiveness, applicability, and timeliness of promotion strategies. At the same time, based on the cultural background of our country, we should construct the structure and assessment tools for positive body image with Chinese characteristics, guide the public to form healthy body image and promote the study of positive body image in China.

  • EFFECT OF DISCHARGE CHARACTERISTICS OF TARGET ON IONIZATION AND DEPOSITION OF DEPOSITED PARTICLES

    Abstract: Magnetron sputtering ion plating (MAIP) is limited by the low density and low ionization of target atoms, which results in that the films deposited by MAIP have poor compactness, low adhesion and the quick decreasing in thickness along the target-to-substrate distance, so this disadvantages of the film quality and property can not satisfy the harsh need of modern society. Based on the physical gas discharging plasma theory, the gas discharge could be introduced into the glow-arc discharge section between the glow discharge and the arc discharge by increasing the target current density. By means of the collision kinetic energy of Ar+ and the Joule heating effect of electrons, the electrons and atoms could be spontaneously induced to emit by overcoming the surface work function. Thus the deposited particles with a high density, a high energy and a high ionization can be obtained. Two groups of the Ti films were deposited in glow discharge and glow- arc discharge sections respectively. The film thickness at different target- to- substrate distances was measured by the CLSM. The microstructure of films was characterized by XRD, SEM, AFM and TEM. The adhesion between the film and substrate was determined by the microscratch tester. The results showed that the Ti film deposited in the glow-arc section of gas discharge had nanocrystal size, dense structure, uniform thickness, high deposition rate and excellent adhesion.

  • FRICTION STIR WELDING AND LOW-TEMPERATURE SUPERPLASTICITY OF 7B04 Al SHEET

    Abstract: Annealed 7B04 Al sheets in thickness of 2 mm were subjected to friction stir welding (FSW) under three rotation rate and welding speed parameters of 1600 r/min, 200 mm/min; 800 r/min, 200 mm/min and 400 r/min, 400 mm/min, respectively. The effect of welding parameters on the tensile property and microstructure of the FSW joints were investigated, with more efforts focusing on the low-temperature superplasticity of the nugget zones (NZs). The results showed that FSW joints with high quality could be produced by controlling welding parameters, with a joint strength coefficient of 100% being obtained. Dynamic recrystallization took place in the NZs with fine and equiaxed grains generated. The grain size of the base material was about 300 μm, while it was significantly decreased in the NZs with decreasing the rotation rate: about 2, 1 and 0.6 μm for the above three samples, respectively. The fine grain structure of the NZs could facilitate their superplastic deformation. The NZs exhibited superplastic elongations ranged from 160% to 590% at 300 ℃ at strain rates of 1×10-3 and 3×10-4 s-1. The maximum superplasticity of 790% was obtained at 350 ℃ at the strain rate of 1×10-3 s-1. The ability to superplastic deformation disappeared in the NZs at 400 ℃.

  • RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE EVOLUTION OF PHASE PARAMETERS OF GRAIN BOUNDARY M23C6 AND EMBRITTLEMENT OF HR3C SUPER-HEATER TUBES IN SERVICE

    Abstract: The relationship of the evolution of the phase parameters (area fraction ϕM23C6 and equivalent width W ) of grain boundary M23C6 plates with the embrittlement of HR3C super-heater tube samples in service was studied. Based on the ASTM E112 standard charts, the total length of two dimensional austenite grain boundaries (Lgb) corresponding to each grain size number (GL) was determined in the observed area of the metallographic images and expressed as Lgb (GL). Making use of the SEM-SE images of the samples, the ϕM23C6 and W were determined. The relationships of W with GL and ϕM23C6 were established as W(GL, ϕM23C6). Combined with the result from a Charpy impact test, the function of the impact value (aKV) as the W was obtained. In addition, the grain boundary elastic modulus (Er) was measured by a nano-hardness test. The result shows that intergranular fracture occurred on all the room temperature impact test specimens taken from the super-heater tubes exposed under the operating conditions. The W was increased with the decrease of GL and the increase of Er at a constant ϕM23C6 , causing a corresponding decrease of aKV, and hence promoting the embrittlement of the HR3C super- heater tubes. The related mechanism for the intergranular fracture caused by the increase of the equivalent width W of grain boundary carbides (carbide coarsening) can be explained through the application of the proposed method.

    Abstract: 随着巡天观测计划的进行,传统数据库技术无法满足海量天文数据的存储以及检索性能的需求。本文针对海量天文数据存储以及锥形检索时的高并发、高性能问题,采用数据库中间件技术,当海量数据到达传统数据库存储的阈值时,能够通过中间件技术以分库分表的形式存储到数据库集群中,充分整合关系性数据库和分布式技术的优点。在本文中,利用MySQL数据库集成DIF插件,在分布式数据库中建立伪球面索引,能够满足海量天文数据中锥形索引需求。

  • 需求不确定的电动汽车换电站选址鲁棒模型

    Abstract: The users’ charging demand is important input parameters in the battery swap stations location problem of electric vehicles. The demand is influenced by technological development, the number of electric vehicles and the relevant policies, and it is often difficult to predict accurately. This research examines the robust battery swap stations location problem with flow uncertainty. Supposing the users’ demand on the traffic network path is uncertain, the cardinality constrained robust approach is employed to formulate the robust battery swap stations location model. The model can be transformed to a linear optimization problem. We use the Nguyen-Dupius network as a numerical example. The results show that when the robust level of the solution is low, the robust level can be improved greatly by appropriately increasing the location cost. In addition, the sensitivity analysis is conducted for important parameters of the model. The results show that, the location cost is increasingly sensitive to the fluctuation of path flow with the improvement of robust level. The change of driving range has a great impact on the location strategy.

  • 地空信道基于OFDM/OQAM系统的波形自适应算法

    Abstract: The conventional adaptive waveform design of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing / offset quadrature amplitude modulation (OFDM/OQAM) system are mainly for the channel model of non-exponential-type delay power spectrum and non-U-type Doppler power spectrum. However, waveform adaptive design results in different channel matching criterion coefficients due to different channel models in practice. Therefore, this paper discusses the characteristics of ground air channel model and extended Gauss function and proposes a new OFDM/OQAM waveform adaptive algorithm based on the traditional SINR-adaptive waveform design. In this algorithm, a matching coefficient β is introduced into the traditional waveform matching criterion, which establishes the relation between the time-frequency domain and the maximum multipath delay-Doppler frequency shift of the waveform. Combined with the traditional optimization function of SINR, the parameters of the pulse shaping filter are optimized and then fed back to the transmitter to adjust the filter banks at the transmitter and receiver. Simulation results show that, under the modulation of 4QAM and 16QAM, the channel matching coefficient β has an improvement of 1.0 dB or more in the system error performance.

    Abstract: The target network information which intruder learn will gradually increase in the intrusion process. According to the new information , intruder will find a better intrusion path than before and adjust strategy. This paper presented a method which can more accurately predict intrusion path. First, it established a dynamic defense graph based on hypergraph theory and proposed the method to update dynamic defense graph. Second, it established incomplete information multi-stage game model. Finally, it designed the dynamic defense graph path predictive algorithm based on game. The experiment gives a concrete example about the model of predicting intrusion path. The reasonableness and accuracy of the model are illustrated by the analysis of the example results.

  • 一种多带多Chirp基调制解调技术

    Abstract: The multi-band Chirp-BOK modulation is based on Chirp signal, which has problem of non-related items self-interference in traditional detection scheme——matching filtering method(MF) . The MF has lower bit error rate performance in the case of a larger number of sub-bands or smaller Chirp-based bandwidth. This paper established a mathematical model with multi-band Chirp signals and proposed a simple modulation block diagram. Based on the model, it could use the least square(LS) method to solve the self-interference problem of matched filter. LS method can provide a better SNR gain compared with the MF. Further, we propose a multi-band multi-chirp-based modulation technique (MMCM) by analyzing the multi-band Chirp-BOK technique. MMCM technology can flexibly adjust the relationship between code rate and spread-spectrum gain. MMCM has the same frequency band utilization as OFDM technology with spread spectrum gain of 0dB. For the case that the number of source groups of MMCM is J and the time-bandwidth product is P, the system processing gain is P / J.

  • 基于虚拟机迁移的DoS攻击防御方法

    Abstract: By utilizing the characteristics of resource sharing in cloud computing, attackers can launch DoS attack by constantly consuming bandwidth resources so that other users on the same physical host can not receive normal services. This attack mode is different from the DoS attack in traditional network system, so it is difficult to apply traditional defense method to solve it. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a DoS attack defense method based on virtual machine migration. By selecting the migration target, designing the triggering mechanism and selecting the migration destination, a virtual machine migration strategy is proposed to mitigate the impact of DoS attacks. The experimental results demonstrate that this method can effectively defend DoS attack and ensure the normal operation of cloud service whatever different attack methods that attackers may use. Compared with other methods, the proposed strategy leads a litter more migration cost, however, it’s better in defense effect and feasibility.

  • 断奶日龄对肉兔肠道发育的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究断奶日龄对肉兔肠道发育的影响。试验选择初生肉兔120窝,随机分成4个处理,每个处理30窝,分别在出生后21、25、28和35日龄断奶,试验期56 d。结果表明:1)断奶日龄对肉兔28和35日龄胃、小肠和盲肠重有显著或极显著影响(P<0.05或P<0.01),随着断奶日龄延后呈增加趋势,断奶日龄对49和56日龄各消化器官重和各日龄小肠长度无显著影响(P>0.05);2)断奶日龄对十二指肠(28、35和49日龄)、空肠(28、35、42和49日龄)和回肠绒毛高度(28、35、42和49日龄)有显著或极显著影响(P<0.05或P<0.01),随着断奶日龄延后呈先增加后降低趋势,而对56日龄各肠段绒毛高度无显著影响(P>0.05),肉兔断奶后绒毛高度需要2~3周才能恢复,21日龄断奶组恢复最慢,35日龄断奶组恢复最快;3)断奶日龄对十二指肠(28和35日龄)、空肠(28、35和42日龄)和回肠隐窝深度(35日龄)有显著影响(P<0.05),随着断奶日龄延后呈降低趋势,而对49和56日龄各肠段隐窝深度无显著影响(P>0.05);4)断奶日龄对28和35日龄十二指肠、空肠和回肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度有极显著影响(P<0.01),随着断奶日龄延后呈增加趋势,而对56日龄各肠段空肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度无显著影响(P>0.05)。由此可见,断奶日龄对肉兔肠道49日龄前发育影响较大,对49日龄后影响变小;早期断奶降低了小肠黏膜绒毛高度,增加了隐窝深度;随断奶日龄延后,断奶造成的肉兔小肠黏膜受损程度减轻,断奶后一般需要2~3周才能恢复小肠黏膜结构。

  • 7B04铝合金薄板的搅拌摩擦焊接及接头低温超塑性研究

    Abstract:在三组参数下(1600-200、800-200、400-400,转速(rpm)-焊速(mm/min))对2 mm厚的退火态7B04铝合金薄板进行搅拌摩擦焊接,研究了焊接参数对焊缝质量及微观组织的影响,并分析了焊核区的低温超塑性变形行为。结果表明,通过控制焊接参数,可获得良好的焊接质量,接头强度系数达100%。焊核区发生动态再结晶,生成细小等轴晶,且晶粒尺寸随转速的降低而显著减小(母材晶粒尺寸为~300 μm,1600 rpm下为2 μm,800 rpm 下为1 μm,400 rpm下为 0.6 μm)。这种细晶组织有利于焊核区超塑变形,在300 oC,焊核区在1×10-3 s-1、3×10-4 s-1下获得了160~590%的延伸率,在350 oC、1×10-3 s-1条件下获得高达790%的最大延伸率,在~400oC时超塑性变形行为消失。

  • 添加双氧水对高强度低合金钢在海水中腐蚀影响研究

    Abstract:本文通过动电位极化、激光拉曼光谱、X射线衍射(XRD)和旋转环盘电极实验研究了高强度低合金钢在天然海水和含有0.01mol/L H2O2的海水中的腐蚀规律,探讨了高强度低合金钢在加速体系与天然海水中的腐蚀机理。结果表明,添加H2O2使高强度低合金钢的自腐蚀电位正移、析氢电位负移、极限扩散电流密度增大,但锈层的相组成与天然海水中锈层中相同;同时在两种体系中,试验用钢的氧还原过程均为二电子反应控制过程。上述结果表明,H2O2的添加基本不改变材料腐蚀机理,同时明显加快了高强度低合金钢的腐蚀速度。
