  • The Impact of Mobile Reading User’s Perceived Value on Willingness to Pay

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Mobile reading has become a new trend of national reading, while the willingness of users to pay for reading is generally not high. In order to promote the long-term healthy development of the mobile reading industry and improve users’ willingness to pay, it is necessary to study the factors that affect users’ willingness to pay. [Method/process] Based on the theory of VAM, this paper drew lessons from flow theory, perceived trust theory and perceived risk theory, combined with the characteristics of mobile reading, added social impact variables and user copyright awareness variables, then this paper used questionnaire survey to understand users’ willingness to pay for mobile reading, and the collected data were analyzed to find out the main factors that influence the mobile reading users’ payment. [Result/conclusion] The research conclusions of this paper are as follows: perceived interest and perceived usefulness have a positive impact on perceived value, while perceived cost has a negative impact on perceived value, thus influencing users’ willingness to pay. Perceived value is the main factor influencing users’ willingness to pay, and perceived usefulness, perceived risk, social influence and copyright awareness all have a direct impact on users’ willingness to pay for mobile reading.

  • Understanding User Behavior of Social Networking Service from the Persepective of Uses and Gratifications: A Content Analysis of 54 Empirical Studies

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Employing the uses and gratifications framework and using a mixed method, this study conducted a systematic review on user behavior of social networking service (SNS), aiming to provide a reference for related research in China. [Method/process] Following two-stage review methods by Webster and Watson, this study got 54 empirical studies. Furthermore, this study analyzed these articles and mainly focused on research topics, theoretical background, dependent and independent variables as well as the findings. [Result/conclusion] Results show that, researchers integrate multiple theories to develop research models to reveal SNS user behavior; in addition, factors related to cognitive needs, personal integrative needs and social integrative needs are the most explored to explain various SNS user behavior; moreover, factors related to affective needs and tension-release needs has attracted increasingly attention. Future studies could focus on the following research areas:the effects of different gratifications on SNS user behavior, SNS user behavior of different user types, and user behavior of SNS addiction.

  • Key Scientific and Technical Issues in Earth System Science Towards Achieving Carbon Neutrality in China

    Abstract: The carbon neutrality strategy will be the largest orderly human activity in this century, which requires strong scientific supports. This study introduces some key scientific questions and remaining knowledge gaps in earth system science (i.e. atmosphere, land, ocean science), and also discusses some key techniques and the associated challenges, including Earth System Model, climate metrics, greenhouse gasses monitoring techniques, carbon inventories from regional to global scales. On this basis, this study recommends to construct climate monitoring system and platform in China, better describe and understand the earth system coupling processes and mechanisms. To consolidate the techniques for carbon neutrality, this study also suggests to build carbon monitoring and inventory assessment platform and to improve the Earth System Model.

  • 不同亚硒酸钠浓度对党参生长、生理特性和品质的影响

    Abstract: To comprehensively understand the effects of selenium (Se) supplementation on Codonopsis pilosula, effects of sodium selenite levels on Se accumulation, growth, physiology and quality were explored by using hydroponic experiments. The results were as follows: (1)Treatment with 0.2 mg∙L-1 Se promoted leaf size, plant height and biomass of C. pilosula, while treatment with 10 mg∙L-1 Se suppressed them. (2)Both increasing Se level and exposure time to C. pilosula seedlings could raise its Se content in roots and leaves, and Se was distributed in organs with an order of root>leaf>stem. (3)Treatment with 0.2 mg∙L-1 Se increased photosynthetic pigment contents and root activity, and reduced malondialdehyde, proline and hydrogen peroxide content, while treatment with 10 mg∙L-1 Se had opposite effects. (4)Treatment with 0.2 mg∙L-1 Se had positive effects on accumulations of lobetyolin, polysaccharides, and soluble protein, while treatment with 10 mg∙L-1 Se had negative effects on the accumulations of polysaccharides and soluble protein. Collectively, sodium selenite had dual effects on C. pilosula; Application of appropriate Se was beneficial to its growth, plant physiology and quality, and 0.2 mg·L-1 Se level was the optimum. This work may improve our understanding the effect of selenite level on the biology effect of C. pilosula, which would be useful for the basic research and cultivation of Se-enriched C. pilosula.

  • 黔中喀斯特次生林群落结构动态

    Abstract:喀斯特地区群落结构动态研究,是生态重建和石漠化治理中需解决的关键问题。基于黔中普定县6 块永久监测样地在􀀁2013 年、2015 年和􀀁2019 年的监测资料,分析􀀁7 年间喀斯特次生林重要值、物种消长结构、物种多样性、径级结构和垂直结构的动态特征。结果表明:(1)刺楸(Kalopanax septemlobus)、朴树(Celtis sinensis)等乔木种的优势度增大,更新率较高,竹叶椒(Zanthoxylum armatum)、杭子梢(Campylotropis macrocarpa)和火棘(Pyracantha fortuneana)等先锋种的重要值减少,且死亡率较高。(2)物种多样性指数各年间无显著差异,物种丰富度和􀀁Margalef 丰富度指数呈先增加后减少的趋势,􀀁Shannon-Wiener 多样性指数基本稳定,均匀度指数呈先减少后增加趋势,其在􀀁2013 年和􀀁2019 年之间差异显著。(3)径级和树高结构呈“倒􀀁J 型”和“左偏正态”分布,各年间差异不显著,乔木层大径级(DBH≥10 cm)个体数增加,但高大乔木(H≥9 m)个体数和种数减少,灌木层中火棘、杭子梢和小冻绿树(Rhamnus rosthornii)等灌木种在􀀁0 m≤H<3 m 和􀀁0 cm≤DBH<2.5 cm 的个体数减少,而刺楸、朴树等乔木种个体数增加。喀斯特次生林的自然演替过程较缓慢且复杂多样,层次结构不明显,群落总体􀀁处于演替进􀀁展􀀁的􀀁中前期,群落更新良好,􀀁将进一步以􀀁乔木占优势的方向发展。

  • 不同浓度硒酸钠对茶树的生长和生理指标的影响

    Abstract:本研究旨在探索硒酸钠浓度对茶树的生长和生理的影响,为富硒茶栽培的基础研究提供参考。以一年生扦插苗为材料,采用水培试验,研究不同浓度的硒酸钠(0、0.15、0.3、1.5、.3、5、8 mg‧L-1)对茶苗的硒积累、植株生长、生理指标和根尖显微结构等参数的影响。结果表明:茶苗的根和新梢中的硒含量与营养液中的硒浓度正相关;随着硒浓度升高,茶苗的鲜重、侧根数量、根系生物量、光合色素含量、根系活力等生长指标,茶多酚、可溶性糖等茶叶质量指标均呈现先升后降趋势,而丙二醛、过氧化氢、脯氨酸含量等抗逆生理指标则呈现先降后升趋势。显微结构分析显示在不同硒浓度处理条件下根尖的显微构造存在差异。低硒浓度(0.15、0.3、1.5 mg‧L-1)处理的茶苗根尖的皮层薄壁细胞饱满、完好,表皮细胞较小;高硒浓度(Se≥3 mg‧L-1)处理的茶苗根尖的皮层薄壁细胞变形或受损,表皮细胞增厚,表现出胁迫反应。上述结果说明硒对茶树具有双重效应:合适浓度(0.3 mg‧L-1)硒对茶树生长和茶叶品质有益,表现为光合作用和根系活力增强,过氧化物和脯氨酸含量降低,生物量增加,茶叶茶多酚含量增加;硒浓度过高(≥3 mg‧L-1)对茶苗的生长和茶叶品质有害,表现为茶苗出现胁迫反应,茶多酚降低。本工作为进一步研究茶硒对茶树的双重作用机制和富硒茶的栽培提供有益参考。

  • 蕉肥间作下微喷灌对蕉园土壤水氮动态及香蕉产量的影响

    Abstract:为研究香蕉-粮肥兼用绿豆间作模式(简称蕉肥间作)下微喷灌对蕉园土壤水氮动态及香蕉产量的影响,试验设置4种不同灌溉定额处理:MSI2(900 m3·hm-2)、MSI3(1 350 m3·hm-2)、MSI4(1 800 m3·hm-2)、MSI5(2 250 m3·hm-2),以不灌溉和清耕栽培为对照。结果发现:蕉肥间作下绿豆生长期间各灌溉处理土壤棵间蒸发量均呈不同程度的下降,香蕉清耕栽培MSI0土壤棵间蒸发量呈上升趋势。随着灌水量的增加,香蕉棵间蒸发量逐渐增高,MSI5棵间累积蒸发量最高达385.6 mm,分别比MSI2、MSI3、MSI4高12.2%、7.6%、4.9%,导致灌溉水利用效率降低。微喷灌处理提高表层土壤含水量,MSI2、MSI3、MSI4和MSI5处理0-30 cm土层含水量显著高于MSI0和 MSI1,在30 cm以下,土壤含水量开始递减。微喷灌还改善土壤耕层结构,提高土壤有效氮。以MSI2处理土壤三相比(2:1:1)较为理想,MSI3处理表土层有效氮含量最高。MSI4处理产量高达48 218 kg·hm-2,MSI3处理蕉果含糖量高达25.67%。因此,蕉肥间作下通过微喷灌方式,适量灌溉有利于提高香蕉产量和改善品质。

  • MiR-200b在高糖环境下对视网膜血管内皮细胞功能的影响及机制

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of MiR-200b on human retinal endothelial cells (hRECs) cultured in high glucose and explore the mechanism. Methods hRECs cultured in high glucose or in normal media were examined for MiR-200b mRNA expression using real-time PCR. The effect of MiR-200b transfection on hREC proliferation in high-glucose culture was evaluated with MTT assay, and real-time PCR and Western blotting were performed to determine vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and transforming growth factor β1 (TGFβ1) expression in the transfected cells. Results The cells in high-glucose culture showed significantly decreased MiR-200b expression and active proliferation. Compared with those in normal control cells, VEGF and TGFβ1 mRNA and protein expressions increased markedly in cells cultured in high glucose (P<0.05). MiR-200b transfection of the cells caused significantly increased cellular expression of MiR-200b but decreased expression levels of VEGF and TGFβ1 mRNA and protein, and suppressed hREC proliferation in high glucose culture (P<0.05). Conclusion MiR-200b can regulate REC growth and proliferation by changing VEGF and TGFβ1 expressions and thus play a role in the pathogenesis and progression of diabetic retinopathy.

  • 部分智库网站的信息交流结构研究——基于URL互引网络分析

    Abstract:[目的/意义]URL引用是链接分析发展遇阻后,网络计量学中一种新的研究方法。研究智库网站之间的URL互引关系可以了解智库之间在网络上的亲疏关系,探讨不同智库网站的角色与地位。[方法/过程] 借用Webometric Analyst 2.0获取全球45个智库网站的互引数据,将其与智库排名进行相关性分析,验证数据的可靠性;并构建45个智库网站间的URL互引网络,运用社会网络分析法对其进行分析,旨在揭示URL互引网络的主要特征,探究45个智库之间网络信息的交流情况。[结果/结论] 研究表明,我国三所智库与其他智库网络交流较少,效率较低。最后,为我国智库网站的建设提出建议。
