  • Status and Influencing Factors of Dyslipidemia,Hypertension and Diabetes Comorbidities among Kazakhs in Xinjiang

    Abstract: Background  Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death among Chinese residents,hypertension,hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia are important risk factors for cardiovascular disease. Therefore,China proposes to implement the co-management of these three diseases. At present,there is a lack of relevant research on the three diseases comorbidities of the Kazakhs in Xinjiang. Objective  To describe the prevalence and status of dyslipidemia,hypertension and diabetes comorbidities among Kazakhs,and explore the related factors. Methods  Kazakh residents over 18 years old from Dure Town and Tuerhong Township with large populations mainly consist of Kazakh in Fuyun County,Altay Prefecture,Xinjiang from March to June in 2022 were selected to conduct the cross-sectional study. Patient information was collected through questionnaires(general information,history of smoking,alcohol consumption,and diseases),physical examination(waist circumference,hip circumference,height,weight,blood pressure,heart rate,etc.),and laboratory tests(total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,triacylglycerol,and fasting blood glucose,etc.). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the factors related to dyslipidemia,hypertension and diabetes comorbidities among Kazakhs. Results  A total of 4 835 Kazakh residents were included,48.2%(2231/4835)and 51.8%(2504/4835)were male and female respectively,with an average age of(45.8±12.7)years. The standardized prevalence of dyslipidemia,hypertension and diabetes mellitus were 37.9%,21.1% and 4.0%,respectively. The standardized prevalence of hypercholesterolemia,high low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and hypertriacylglycerolemia in the dyslipidemic population was 24.1%,24.8%,10.0% and 7.3%,respectively. The standardized prevalence of comorbidities was 11.8%. Univariate Logistic regression analysis showed that gender,age,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,heart rate,marital status,and education level were correlated with the comorbidities(P<0.05). After adjusting for gender,age,marital status,education level,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,waist-hip ratio and heart rate,smoking,and alcohol consumption,gender,age,marital status,BMI and heart rate were correlated with three diseases comorbidities(P<0.05). Conclusions  The prevalence of dyslipidemia is higher than that of hypertension and diabetes,and dyslipidemia is dominated by hypercholesterolemia. The comorbidities of dyslipidemia and hypertension are the most common among the three diseases comorbidities,and the elderly,males and people with high BMI should be prioritized for the three diseases co-management.

  • BDSBAS时间基准互操作方法研究与性能测试

    Abstract:卫星导航星基增强系统(SBAS)由不同国家建设,所增强卫星星座和参考时间系统不尽相同,因此SBAS时间基准之间的兼容互操作一直是国际民航组织(ICAO)SBAS标准研究中的重要技术问题。本文介绍了SBAS网络时间(SNT)概念和研究现状,结合ICAO SBAS标准与建议措施(SAPRs)制定,对SNT兼容互操作问题进行了分析和研究,并给出了目前最新的联合解决方案。在此基础上,对北斗星基增强系统(BDSBAS)地面状态进行了升级,并开展了服务性能初步测试。结果表明,BDSBAS单频(SF)SNT和双频多星座(DFMC)SNT与参考GNSS时间基准之间的最大偏差分别为37 ns、0.17 s,满足ICAO标准要求;服务性能基本符合APV-I等级要求,证明了BDSBAS时间基准互操作的可行性和可靠性。

  • 基于SRAP标记的紫溪山华山松种子园无性系遗传多样性分析

    Abstract: In order to clear genetic background of different provenance Pinus armandii colnes from seed orchard in Zixishan Mountain of Chuxiong City, Yunnan Province, the needles of 60 clones were taken from six provenances which was used to extract total DNA by modified CTAB method, and the genetic diversity was analyzed by SRAP molecular markers. The results showed that 15 pairs of polymorphic SRAP primers were screened from 100 pairs of primer combinations. After SRAP-PCR were amplified, a total of 194 loci were obtained, and the percentage of polymorphic loci PPB=85.05%, Nei's gene diversity index H=0.233 7, Shannon's information index I=0.341 9, genetic differentiation coefficient between population Gst=0.355 5. The genetic diversity of 6 provenances of P. armandii was high, and the genetic variation was mainly existed within provenance of P. armandii. The genetic distance between the Huize (HZ) provenance and the Weishan (WS) provenance was the closest (D=0.050 1), that the Huize (HZ) provenance and Yiliang (YL) provenance was the farthest (D =0.361 8). The cluster analysis showed that six P. armandii provenances there were into three categories: Huize (HZ) provenance and Weishan (WS) provenance were in one category; Chuxiong (CX), Nanhua (NH) and Yiliang (YL) provenance were in the second category; Tengchong (TC) provenance is a separate category. The results indicated that genetic differentiation in P. armandii clones from seed orchard in Zixishan Mountain of Chuxiong City had a high level, and it could provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the parents selection during the cross breeding and evaluation of germplasm resources of P. armandii as well.

  • Chirp信号多径时延估计算法研究

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of the fractional Fourier transform(FRFT)in estimating the multipath delay for Chirp signal, this study proposed an improved FRFT multipath delay estimation algorithm based on the energy of each multipath component. The algorithm sequentially returns the estimated values of multipath components by iteration according to the energy magnitude of multipath components. In each iteration, there are a sub-iteration to accurately estimate the parameter and location of the current component, and then generates a time domain copy of the sounding signal, which is subtracted from the residual signal to reach separation of the multipath signal. This paper made some experiments which use channel model based on the characteristics of power delay distribution. and the results show that the improved algorithm can estimate the multipath delay more accurately than the other three delay estimation approaches.

  • 卫星轨道误差对定位精度影响的摄动分析方法

    Abstract: 卫星导航系统定位精度受伪距测量误差、大气时延误差、卫星原子钟钟差及卫星轨道误差等多方面因素综合影响。传统通常采用基于精度因子与用户等效伪距误差的方法对定位误差进行评估,但在其精度表征公式推导过程中需对测量方程组系数矩阵H及用户等效伪距误差误差分布做若干假设条件,因此它实际上是一个近似评估公式。此外,各类误差源中的卫星轨道误差属于三维误差,需经过坐标转换,并利用经验参数模型才能换算至用户等效伪距误差。为此,提出采用矩阵摄动数学理论研究卫星轨道误差对定位方程组解的影响,利用谱范数条件数对方程组形态进行刻画。仿真结果表明,方法能够直接反映卫星轨道误差对定位精度的影响,无需进行轨道坐标及用户等效伪距误差换算,能够更加直接和准确地评估卫星轨道误差对定位解精度的影响。

  • 一种速度平滑高程的增强定位方法

    Abstract:为提高全球导航卫星系统定位精度与连续性,提出结合使用高程坐标分量与速度分量,设计构成一种组合滤波器。利用速度测量值不断对用户高程进行平滑与修正,获得高精度的高程坐标值,并由此对测量方程组形成高程约束条件,进而提高全球导航卫星系统三维定位精度及接收机钟差解算精度。同时,由于滤波器处理后的高程值序列具有较高的精度和良好的平滑性,因此特别适于拟合与外推,从而更好地辅助卫星信号缺失的非完备星座情况,实现连续三维定位。最后,通过全球定位系统实测实验对方法进行了分析,验证了其可行性与实用性。

    Abstract:本文提出了一种应用于 L 波段的锁相频率合成电路的设计方案。给出了基于 PE3236 芯片的锁相 环电路设计方案。通过仿真验证和实验结果重点论述锁相环环路带宽与环路输出相位噪声和环路捕获时间 之间的关系。实验结果表明,该方案可以被应用于导航接收机射频前端,该频率合成器电路性能稳定,满 足实际应用需求。
