    Abstract: In the process of project implementation, data management is an important task. From the perspective of data managers, this paper takes data as the research object and data governance as the research core, discusses the scientific management of data, and builds a simple data governance model. This model includes six systems: security system, organization system, standards system, resource system, sharing system, and docking system. The model provides guidance for data governance of project data and South China Sea ocean data. The article briefly discusses security system, standards system, and resource system.

    Abstract: The South China Sea is core interest of China. Since the 1950s, dozens of large-scale comprehensive marine scientific surveys of the South China Sea and its affiliated islands have been organized. Such as the comprehensive survey of the Xisha and Zhongsha Islands and their adjacent waters, and the comprehensive surveys of Nansha Islands and its adjacent waters. A large number of important raw data have been obtained. The “Reorganization of historical data from scientific investigations of the South China Sea and its affiliated islands and reefs” is collecting, rescuing, sorting out and reorganizing the historical data for more than 400 scientific investigations in the South China Sea since the 1950s. First realize the digitization of scientific investigations voyage data, Second, build a comprehensive database and geographic information system, Finally, it integrates 5-6 professional databases such as hydrometeorology, biological ecology, chemistry, fishery, geology, islands and reefs, 4-6 galleries, 1-2 episodes of visualization products, 3-5 research reports, and 6-8 series of monographs. Its data collection and standardized compilation are of great significance for promoting the open sharing of marine scientific data in the South China Sea, exerting the greatest value of data resources, and realizing the greatest benefits of national science and technology investment. This series of articles is divided into three parts. First part, it clarifies the specific content and implementation steps of the project data collection and standardized reorganization, and proposes corresponding practical strategies for technical difficulties. Second part,it explores the scientific management of data and build a simple data governance model. The last part, it discusses the design and construction of the comprehensive database and data sharing platform. It is hoped that the research and practice of this series of articles will provide technical and application references for the data collection and standardized compilation of the relevant data compilation project of the national scientific and technological basic resources survey.

    Abstract: Nowadays, many geo-distributed nearby edges have been deployed for providing high quality services to end users, which continuously produce large volume of user data. In order to minimize the average latency for a series of geo-distributed data analytical jobs, this paper first introduced online randomized algorithm ranTA. ranTA actually showed the preference on the task assignment under the consideration of both computing capacity of edges and the network bandwidth. Furthermore, in order to avoid overloading those edges with low computing capacities, this paper proposed data redistribution mechanism ranTA-data based on ranTA by redistributing some data to the central data center along with the tasks. The result of ranTA-data could be proved concentrated on its optimum with high probability. Extensive simulations show that ranTA-data gains nearly 30% improvement compared with current scheduling algorithms.

  • 黄精多糖对种鹌鹑生产性能、蛋品质、孵化性能及血清抗氧化指标的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究黄精多糖对种鹌鹑生产性能、蛋品质、孵化性能及血清抗氧化指标的影响。选取4 000只产蛋鹌鹑、500只雄性鹌鹑,随机分为5组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲料中分别添加0.4%黄芪多糖及0.1%、0.4%和0.8%黄精多糖的试验饲粮,每组4个重复,每个重复200只产蛋鹌鹑、25只雄性鹌鹑。预试期15 d,正试期30 d。结果表明:1)0.4%黄精多糖组和0.4%黄芪多糖组的产蛋率及平均蛋重均显著大于对照组和0.1%黄精多糖组(P<0.05),0.4%黄精多糖组、0.8%黄精多糖组、0.4%黄芪多糖组平均日采食量、料蛋比均显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。2)各试验组蛋黄色泽均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),0.4%黄精多糖组、0.8%黄精多糖组和0.4%黄芪多糖组哈氏单位显著高于0.1%黄精多糖组和对照组(P<0.05)。3)0.4%黄精多糖组、0.8%黄精多糖组及0.4%黄芪多糖组的受精率、受精蛋孵化率和入孵蛋孵化率都显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。4)0.4%黄精多糖组、0.8%黄精多糖组以及0.4%黄芪多糖组血清总超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性以及总抗氧化能力均显著大于对照组(P<0.05),血清丙二醛含量均显著小于对照组和0.1%黄精多糖组(P<0.05)。结果提示,饲粮中添加0.4%和0.8%黄精多糖均能提高种鹌鹑生产性能,增加蛋黄色泽和哈氏单位,提高孵化性能,提高血清抗氧化性能,其中以0.4%黄精多糖的效果最佳。

  • 电力大数据驱动的新能源项目投资效益评价研究——以Y 市电网公司SG-ERP 系统为例

    Abstract:【目的】为满足电网公司针对新能源项目投资进行管控的需要, 尝试基于电网公司内部大数据, 建立面向新能源项目投资效益评价的数据抽取方法和评价指标体系。【方法】基于电网公司SG-ERP 系统架构, 构建面向大数据应用的数据管理体系, 提出基于Golden Gate 的评价数据抽取方法, 建立覆盖项目经济、社会、环境效益,及项目决策期、建设期和运营期的全过程评价指标体系, 并辅以Delphi 法进行验证。【结果】通过实证得到指标变异系数权重和Y 市电网公司2015 年新能源项目投资的经济、社会和环境效益得分。【局限】量化评价指标时采取的分类标准可进一步细化。【结论】本研究方案可实现电力新能源项目投资效益全过程的评价, 数据抽取方法、评价指标体系和权重算法具有一定的推广价值。

  • 舍饲与林地放养混合模式下寿光鸡、固始鸡和罗曼蛋鸡蛋品质及肉品质的比较

    Abstract:本试验旨在比较寿光鸡、固始鸡和罗曼蛋鸡在舍饲与林地放养混合模式下蛋品质及肉品质的差异。选取90日龄寿光鸡、固始鸡和罗曼蛋鸡母鸡各120只,每个品种鸡设4个重复,每个重复30只,在舍饲与林地放养混合模式下采用常规基础饲粮饲喂至180日龄。结果表明:罗曼蛋鸡与寿光鸡、固始鸡相比,蛋重显著升高(P<0.05),而蛋黄颜色、蛋白高度和哈氏单位显著降低(P<0.05)。寿光鸡和固始鸡的蛋中锌、硒、钙、蛋白质和脂肪含量较罗曼蛋鸡显著升高(P<0.05),肌肉中脂肪和蛋白质含量也较罗曼蛋鸡显著升高(P<0.05)。寿光鸡、固始鸡肌肉的滴水损失率、剪切力显著低于罗曼蛋鸡(P<0.05),肉色显著高于罗曼蛋鸡(P<0.05)。寿光鸡和固始鸡肌肉中甘氨酸、谷氨酸、异亮氨酸和鲜味氨基酸含量显著高于罗曼蛋鸡(P<0.05)。总之,寿光鸡和固始鸡的蛋具有大蛋黄、高蛋白,且营养元素丰富,而罗曼蛋鸡的蛋含水量较高,蛋白质品质较差;寿光鸡和固始鸡的肌肉较罗曼蛋鸡具有较长货架期,且肌苷酸和氨基酸含量高,肉质鲜嫩,营养丰富;3个品种鸡中,寿光鸡和固始鸡的蛋品质和肉品质更佳。

  • 不同料水比的湿拌料对育成期银狐采食量、营养物质消化率、氮代谢及体重的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在探讨不同料水比的湿拌料对育成期银狐采食量、营养物质消化率、氮代谢及体重的影响。试验选用平均体重为(3.44±0.19) kg的12周龄左右的健康银狐30只,随机分为3个组,每组10只,公母各占1/2。3组银狐分别饲喂料水比为1.0:2.5(Ⅰ组)、1.0:3.5(Ⅱ组)和1.0:4.5(Ⅲ组)的湿拌料,预试期7 d,正试期48 d。结果表明:1)随着湿拌料添加水分比例的升高,各周龄银狐的干物质平均日采食量均有不同程度的增加,其中Ⅲ组银狐干物质平均日采食量在14、15、17、18、19周龄时极显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P0.05)。2)Ⅰ组干物质消化率显著高于Ⅲ组(P0.05),但Ⅰ组较Ⅱ组升高4.62%,Ⅱ组较Ⅲ组升高5.42%;脂肪消化率各组间差异不显著(P>0.05),但Ⅰ组较Ⅲ组升高4.03%,Ⅱ组较Ⅲ组升高4.46%。3)食入氮表现为Ⅲ组极显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P0.05);尿液量随着湿拌料添加水分比例的升高显著或极显著升高(P0.05);随着湿拌料添加水分比例的升高,粪氮和尿氮排出量有升高的趋势,而净蛋白质利用率有降低的趋势,但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅰ组蛋白质生物学价值显著高于Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组(P0.05);对于料重比,Ⅱ组较Ⅲ组降低4.30%,Ⅰ组较Ⅱ组降低1.21%,但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合各项指标,从降低环境污染和饲料成本以及保证银狐体增重的角度出发,育成期银狐湿拌料中料水比以1.0:2.5为宜。
