    Abstract: Since the emergence of the Internet, the issue of anonymity has been a matter of public concern. From ensuring the fairness of electronic elections to protecting user privacy, anonymity has become increasingly important. With the emergence of anonymous networks, the public has the assurance of anonymity. However, with the continuous development of anti-anonymity technology, anonymity faces threats. This paper summarizes the development of anonymity and its protection and countermeasures in anonymous networks. The paper mainly discusses the development of website fingerprinting technology and the application of artificial intelligence technology in anonymous networks by analyzing the effect of anonymity on the Internet.

    Abstract: Soil salinization seriously impacts wheat (Triticum aestivum L. ) production. Improving salinity tolerance is one of the main biological approaches responding to the problem. The germination stage is also sensitive to salt, and the salt tolerance at the germination stage is very important for wheat planting in saline-alkali land. In order to explore the feasibility of using physiological indexes of leaves to evaluate salt tolerance of wheat at germination stage, CM6005 and its 73 sodium azide mutagenesis families were used as experimental materials. The contents of proline, soluble sugar, total protein and soluble protein, as well as the activities of peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the leaves were measured under the conditions of ultra-pure water and 40% artificial sea water, and principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used to evaluate the salt tolerance of the wheats. The results were as follows: (1) Under 40% artificial sea water salt stress, the contents of proline and soluble sugar increased, but the contents of total protein and soluble protein decreased. The activity of peroxidase(POD) increased, and the catalase(CAT) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity decreased. (2) In principal component analysis, the first and the fourth principal components were two factors of the response of salt-tolerant enzyme system, and the second and third principal components were mainly two factors of osmotic adjustment of salt tolerance in wheat leaves at the stage of germination. (3) In the evaluation of salt tolerance, the salt tolerance grade of CM6005 was 2(salt tolerance) , and the salt tolerance grade of the lines was 1(high salt tolerance), which were SAM1, SAM49 and SAM59. On the whole, the activity of peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) as well as the content of proline and soluble sugar could be used as physiological indexes to evaluate the salt tolerance of wheat at germination stage. These results can be used as a reference for the evaluation of salt tolerance in wheat based on physiological indexes of leaves at the germination stage.

  • 磷脂影响日本沼虾对饲料中脂肪的需要量

    Abstract:本试验旨在探讨饲料中磷脂对日本沼虾(Macrobrachium nipponense)脂肪需要量的影响。选取初始体重为(0.075±0.001) g的日本沼虾为试验对象,在室内养殖缸中进行为期8周的生长试验。将鱼油和豆油等比例混合均匀,再与大豆磷脂分别按2:1和1:2混合,使得大豆磷脂分别占脂类混合物的33.3%(低磷脂组)和66.7%(高磷脂组)。将2种脂类混合物分别按3%(低脂肪组)、6%(中脂肪组)、9%(高脂肪组)的比例添加到饲料中,配制出6种等氮等能的试验饲料。根据试验饲料中脂类混合物添加量和大豆磷脂添加量,将6种试验饲料分别命名为L3P1、L3P2、L6P2、L6P4、L9P3、L9P6,实测试验饲料中脂肪水平分别为7%、7%、10%、10%、13%、13%。每种试验饲料投喂4缸试验虾,每缸放养150尾。结果表明:6组日本沼虾的成活率在47.8%~66.9%,以L6P4组成活率最高,其次是L3P2组,以L9P3组最差。高脂肪组的终末体重、增重率、特定生长率和成活率显著低于中、低脂肪组(P0.05),但脂类混合物添加量和大豆磷脂比例对肝胰腺T-AOC有显著的交互作用(P<0.05)。上述结果提示,日本沼虾饲料中磷脂应与脂肪保持一定的比例。根据本试验结果,饲料中脂肪水平为10%、大豆磷脂添加量为4%时对日本沼虾比较适宜。

  • 槽式集热器聚光过程误差因素耦合研究

    Abstract:在实际运行过程中,槽式太阳能集热器的聚光过程可能受到太阳光入射角、安装误差、镜面误差和跟踪误差等各种实际因素的影响。本文用空间坐标变换的方法结合蒙特卡罗光线追踪法,分别计算出了各种实际因素单独存在时和多种实际因素耦合时的槽式集热器热流分布。结果显示,安装误差和跟踪误差使聚焦热流的不均匀性增大,镜面误差使聚焦热流的不均匀性减小;计算出的实际因素耦合热流分布,可以为槽式集热器光学性能和热性能的分析提供依据。

  • 高应变速率下Mg-3Zn-1Y镁合金的各向异性及变形机制

    Abstract:采用分离式霍普金森压杆装置,研究了挤压态Mg-3Zn-1Y镁合金高速冲击变形下的动态力学行为及各向异性。从微观变形机制的角度探讨了具有强烈初始基面织构的挤压态镁合金产生各向异性的原因。分析结果表明:在高速变形条件下,由于加载方向不同挤压态Mg-3Zn-1Y镁合金的压缩行为表现出一定的各向异性。挤压态Mg-3Zn-1Y镁合金宏观上的各向异性是由于不同的微观变形机制所引起的,沿挤压方向压缩时,当应变量较小时变形机制主要为拉伸孪晶,当应变量增加时会有柱面滑移参与变形,当应变量达到一定值时滑移成为其主要的变形方式。而沿挤压横向压缩时,随着应变速率增加变形方式由压缩孪生为主变为基面滑移和柱面滑移以及二次锥面滑移等多种滑移方式协同变形。

  • 槽式集热器聚光过程误差因素耦合研究

    Abstract: The concentration process of a parabolic trough collector can be affected by incidence angle, installation error, reflector slope error and tracking error in operation. The coordinate transformation method and the Monte Carlo Ray Trace method are integrated to compute heat flux distributions under individual and coupled optical errors respectively in this study. It is shown that installation error and tracking error increase the non-uniformity of the heat flux distribution while reflector slope error tends to decrease it. Besides, the heat flux distribution under coupled optical errors can provide foundations for thermal and optical analysis of parabolic trough collectors.

  • 鲁氏酵母胞内海藻糖积累过程的代谢特征分析

    Abstract:摘要:海藻糖合成是微生物对抗环境逆境的一种重要途径。本文研究10 L发酵罐中的分批、分批补料及分批补料控温三种不同的海藻糖发酵调控策略下酱油风味形成微生物鲁氏酵母CCTCC M2013310的代谢特征。色谱结果表明,乳酸、丙酮酸和α-酮戊二酸受到不同发酵调控模式的显著影响,但谷氨酸和谷氨酰胺总含量在三种发酵调控模式间却无显著差异。这些结果表明细胞还原力平衡途径和碳氮调控代谢均对胞内海藻糖的积累产生影响。本研究结果为鲁氏酵母CCTCC M2013310的高浓度内源性海藻糖细胞代谢工程改造提供了新思路。
