  • 基于CNKI的论文下载频次和被引频次的相关性分析——以《西南交通大学学报》为例

    Abstract:目的:为《西南交通大学学报》学术影响力的提高提供理论依据。方法:利用中国知网引文数据库,以西南交通大学学报2014—2018年发表的818篇文献为统计数据源,分别对文献下载频次与被引频次进行数据相关性分析,计算出两者的线性相关系数,并进行了分析和探讨,讨论利用下载频次预测被引频次的可行性。结果:被引频次TOP50论文主要集中在2014—2015年(论文发表后的4~5年),其中,以2014年居首(27篇,占比54%);2015年发表的论文数其次(15篇,占比30%);2017年和2018年(论文发表后的1~2年)发表的论文都没有进入TOP50。下载频次TOP50的论文集中在2014—2016年(论文发表后的3~5年),分别占比32%。结论:下载频次在500~1000次时和被引频次拟合度好,高于1000次时分布比较分散;被引频次20次左右时和下载频次拟合度好,大于20次时分布比较分散,拟合度差。在特定范围内利用下载频次预测被引频次是可行的。

    Abstract:免疫疗法已被成功应用于多种肿瘤的治疗,显著提高患者的生存质量。免疫细胞疗法是当前免疫疗法研发的重点方向之一。免疫细胞疗法发展历经了由非特异性免疫到无差别化特异性免疫,再到差别化特异性免疫的发展阶段。免疫细胞疗法已有多个产品获批上市,产业体系初步成型,主要包括疗法/药物研发和相关服务/器材供应。通过梳理国内外免疫细胞疗法产业发展态势,分析免疫细胞疗法发展的技术瓶颈,找出我国发展该产业存在的主要问题,并提出发展建议,为我国发展免疫细胞疗法产业提供参考。

  • 基因编辑技术发展态势分析与建议

    Abstract:基因编辑技术掀起了全球研发热潮,尤其是CRISPR技术成为最有发展前景的基因组编辑技术,迅速实现了在畜禽育种、生物医药研发等领域的应用,相关临床试验已经开展,其发展带动了生物产业发展的新方向,孕育了巨大的社会经济价值,目前产业格局已初步形成。我国对基因编辑一直高度重视,在科研上也紧跟国际发展步伐,取得了一系列突破性成果。同时,在大动物模型构建、疾病治疗临床试验等基因编辑的应用领域,我国已经进入国际第一阵营。未来,我国仍需进一步推进技术源头创新,抢占在该领域的国际话语权;并优化政策环境,保证我国基因编辑技术下游应用的快速健康有序发展。

  • Research on the Construction of University Data Literacy Curriculum Group in the Era of Big Data

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In the era of big data, the management of scientific data has received more and more attention from all walks of life. Therefore, the cultivation of data literacy talents in colleges and universities is becoming more and more important. The data literacy curriculum is an important basis for the data literacy training of college students.[Method/process] Using the questionnaire survey and Pearson correlation analysis method in SPSS.22 software, the article analyzed the relationship between information literacy curriculum which is closely related to data literacy and data literacy, and then refined the data literacy curriculum collection. Finally, clustering analysis was used to classify the data literacy curriculum.[Result/conclusion] The research results show that courses related to information literacy can be used as the basis for data literacy. On this basis, by supplementing and perfecting the corresponding data literacy courses, the article constructs the data literacy course group, including data awareness and ethics course module, data acquisition and data processing course module and data analysis and utilization course module.

  • 煤热解气中汞连续测量方法及应用

    Abstract: Hydrocarbons in coal pyrolysis gas can interferes the continuous mercury analyzer. A pretreatment method with high temperature oxygen carrier was proposed to eliminate the interference. The results showed that hydrocarbons have a big impact on continuous mercury analyzer. After being treated by the high temperature oxygen carrier, the mercury concentration in coal pyrolysis gas can be accurately continuous measured. The XRD analysis of oxygen carrier also verified this result.

  • 安徽省粮食安全及现代农业发展战略

    Abstract:安徽省从一个灾害频发的穷省, 经过60 多年的艰苦奋斗, 目前具有350 亿kg 的粮食生产能力, 是解放初期63.9 亿kg 的5.5 倍, 已经成为我国五大粮食调出大省之一, 粮食总产到2020 年有望达到400 亿kg, 在我国农业区域发展和粮食安全保障中占有重要地位。但安徽省农田水利建设薄弱、多数地区靠雨养农业, 中 低产田面积占耕地面积的60%左右; 农业机械化发展缓慢, 农业管理粗放, 单产普遍较低; 远远没有发挥其自然资源禀赋的生产潜力, 是我国未来中低产田重点改造的地区。本文提出安徽省粮食安全和现代农业的发展战略是: 在绿色提质增产增效的总体方针指导下, 在区域治理方面, 重点改造淮北砂姜黑土中低产田面积, 扩大建设淮河流域吨粮县市; 在区域发展模式方面, 主抓沿江淮(水稻-小麦)和淮北平原(小麦-玉米)粮食生产及深加工主体功能区农业现代化建设, 拓展江淮丘陵发展经济林果业和特色养殖业, 加快发展皖南及皖西大别山区绿色生态产业; 在农业基础建设方面, 突出农田水利工程建设, 加快投资大中型农业机械化普及, 创建绿色提质增效防灾减灾体系; 在种植业结构调整方面, 继续坚持水稻提升, 小麦高产、玉米振兴, 兼顾油料作物(油菜、大豆)调节; 在作物品种优化布局方面, 淮南地区减籼稻扩粳稻稳定油菜, 沿淮和淮北地区是减弱冬小麦扩半冬性优质小麦, 改中晚熟玉米为中早熟籽粒脱水快优质品种。创建出具有安徽省特色、水热资源高效利用(800~1 000 mm 降水)、投入少、快速改造大面积中低产田、延伸绿色优质高效农产品产业链, 是保障粮食安全的现代农业发展之路。

  • 关于加强我国高等级生物安全实验室体系规划的思考

    Abstract:近年来,随着禽流感、结核病、埃博拉等疫情的不断发生,全球越来越多的医务工作者和科研人员从事危险病原微生物相关的诊断、检测、研究、开发、生产和教学等活动,而这些活动必须在高等级生物安全实验室内进行。文章通过比较国内外高等级生物安全实验室体系发展现状及特点,分析了我国高等级生物安全实验室体系在整体布局、经费投入、管理和支撑体系建设等方面所存在的问题,提出了完善实验室建设布局、加大资金投入、加强管理和支撑体系建设、强化信息和资源共享等建议以推动我国高等级生物安全实验室体系建设,为我国应对新发和突发传染病疫情提供支持。

  • Title Quantitative Evaluation of China's central family doctor contract service Policy

    Abstract: Background Signing the situation of population aging in our country is becoming increasingly serious, the family doctor service for booster grading diagnosis system construction, establish a reasonable and orderly order has played an important role, the scholars to the family doctor service contract to policy research mainly focused on qualitative evaluation, no scholars use tools on specific policy articles for quantitative evaluation of each policy. Objective This study evaluated 6 policies related to family doctor contract service at the central level of China one by one, objectively analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the policies by quantitative research method, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of family doctor contract service, and help the strategic construction of healthy China. Methods In this study, 32 policy texts are mined, and 6 policy texts are quantitatively evaluated by using PMC index model to construct quantitative evaluation index system. Results The policy ranking was P1>P3>P2>P6>P4>P5. 3 policies are rated as excellent, and 3 policies are rated as qualified. Policy content, policy nature, policy evaluation, policy field, and mode of action scored higher. Conclusion The coverage of family doctor contract service policy in China is more extensive and mature. It is suggested to pay attention to the organic combination of long-term, medium-term and short-term policy prescription, improve incentive methods from multiple perspectives, enhance the professional sense of honor of family doctors, and use a variety of policy tools and policy action modes.

  • Reliability and Validation of a Chinese version of the Sleep Disturbance Scale for Children (SDSC) in preschoolers

    Abstract: Background  The research on sleep disorders in preschool children is less and have some limitations in China, and there is a lack of more validated scales for screening and assessment.Objective  The objective of the current study was therefore to adapt and validate the the sleep disturbance scale for children (SDSC) for Chinese preschoolers,to provide an effective psychological assessment instrument for clinicians.Method: From April to November 2021, parents of preschoolers from Fuzhou, Quanzhou, Longyan, Sanming and Nanping in Fujian Province filled out the SDSC. The reliability and validity of the scales were assessed by item analysis, standard Cronbach's ɑ coefficient, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factorial analyses (CFA) and other measurement characteristics.Results: 370 out of 402 samples were valid.Cronbach's α coefficient of the full scale was 0.86, for the 6 dimensions were within 0.58-0.84.Bartlett's test of sphericity of χ2 value of the scale was 3013.297,and the KMO value was 0.845.Principal component analysis revealed that the factor loading of items ranged from 0.328-0.849, with 7 factors of eigenvalue >1, which could explain 65.125% of the total variance.However,a six-factor solution (i.e. six types of sleep disorder) based on parent-reported sleep disorder symptoms in our study indicated the factor loading of items ranged from 0.340-0.846, which could explain 60.539% of the total variance.The results of the confirmatory factor analysis showed: χ2/DF was 2.66, CFI was 0.835, TLI was 0.806,SRMR was 0.075,and RMSEA was 0.079.Conclusion: This study revealed that the Chinese version of SDSC in preschoolers is a valid and reliable scale that can provide a comprehensive and detailed assessment of sleep disorders in preschool children, which is beneficial to clinicians for early screening and assessment of sleep-related problems and deserves further promotion.

  • 黄淮南片粮仓现代农业发展战略

    Abstract:皖北、苏北、鲁西南和豫东南的4 省交界地区, 有以淮北平原为主的砂姜黑土、黄泛区为主的风沙盐碱地等易旱易涝中低产田面积400 万hm2 以上, 虽然处于南北过渡带的黄淮南片, 温热降水等自然资源条件较好, 但因地理偏远、交通不便, 科技文化和社会经济发展相对落后, 农业高产潜力还未发挥。加快黄淮南片中低产田改造, 建设黄淮南片第二粮仓, 可以新增粮食50 亿kg, 在区域现代农业发展和保障我国粮食安全中具有重要作用。根据气候变暖和绿色提质增产增效的现代农业发展态势, 提出以下黄淮南片粮仓现代农业发展战略: 在种植业方面, 第1 是培育抗赤霉病的小麦品种, 利用综合防治措施减轻小麦赤霉病的危害; 第2 是培育耐旱耐涝、脱水快适合机械化粒收的玉米新品种并快速示范推广; 第3 是扩大吨粮田建设, 确保黄淮南片和国家粮食安全。在区域治理方面, 重点改造淮北砂姜黑土、黄泛区的风沙盐碱地等易旱易涝区的中低产田, 加强农田排灌系统基础投入, 建设旱涝保收、林网路、渠井电配套的高标准农田。在现代科技装备方面, 要加大农机补贴, 增加大中型农机的数量, 加强深翻深松农机的示范推广, 普及农作全程机械化。在绿色提质增效方面, 积极推行化肥农药减施, 扩大环境友好型的绿色生物肥料制剂等应用, 加强秸秆还田和生物资源等循环高效利用。在科技教育方面, 要扩大职业教育规模, 培养知识农民, 专业服务工人, 打造社会化服务的专业队伍。在区域经济发展方面, 在皖北做强做大粮食品牌化生产, 在苏北做大粮食规模化生产和培育现代新型产业,在鲁西南做好农林牧协同高效发展, 在豫东南打造中国食品深加工的旗舰。在农业信息化建设方面, 加大“互联网+”农业的普及, 带动订单农业、外销农业、观光农业等的快速发展。建议国家及早启动黄淮南片第二粮仓重点科技专项, 将黄淮南片粮食主产区和经济塌陷区建设成为国家主体粮仓和农业经济新兴区及环境优美的可持续发展区。

  • 建设微生物组大数据中心 发挥长期科学影响

    Abstract:宏基因组研究的思想与技术推动了微生物组的兴起,积累了丰富的微生物基因组以及健康、动植物和环境相关的微生物宏基因组数据,形成了具备一定规模和影响力的数据库、标准化方法与分析工具。大多数平台聚焦于为项目或特定类型的微生物菌群提供数据支撑,难以满足更深入全面的微生物生物学研究需求。文章建议采用综合聚焦微生物分类单元总和的微生物系统组与聚焦特定生态位微生物种群总和的微生物组的思路,建设综合性的微生物组数据仓库,整合微生物分类、进化、生态以及相关“组学”数据与信息。在此基础上,进一步综合生命科学基础研究和系统合成生物学研究的数据,支撑经高水平质控的综合性参考数据库、标准化的拼接与注释以及一流的数据汇交、搜索分享、深度学习和分析挖掘方法的研究开发。由此,亦将进一步集成大型微生物组项目的元数据及数据,形成数据综合完整、管理安全高效,服务功能完备的微生物组大数据中心。
