  • The matter’s inertia and interaction in an isolated system

    Abstract:

    The intrinsic inertia and interaction of matters with unchanged density in an isolated system are studied. It is shown that the matters have a proved inertia of spin with the angular velocity wn=dtn=∇×u of isolated system. The conclusive proof can reinforce Newton’s the first law, taking into account the non-zero volume of point close to zero without limitation, and can explain the matter wave and seismic waves. A fundamental isolated system with two coupling matters has studied further. The revealed coupling characterizations have been used to explain the DNA structure, Time Cone and topological sphere of moving trace. The proven interaction within two matters is the coupling result of uniform rectilinear motion and spin of isolated system, which may be helpful to uniform the gravitation and electromagnetic force.

    Abstract: Objective:To analyze the current situation and fairness of the allocation of primary health resources in Tibet, and to provide a scientific basis for optimizing the allocation of primary health resources in Tibet. Methods:To descriptively analyze the allocation of primary health resources in Tibet from 2015 to 2020, and use Gini coefficient and agglomeration to evaluate the fairness of primary health resource allocation in Tibet in 2020. Results:The number of grass-roots beds in Tibet and the number of various types of health technicians are on the rise in general, but still lower than the national level; the utilization rate of grass-roots hospital beds and the work efficiency of grass-roots doctors in Tibet are on the decline; in 2020, the Gini allocation of grass-roots health resources in Tibet according to population distribution The coefficients are all greater than 0.3, which is better than the allocation by geography; the agglomeration degree of primary health resources in northwestern Tibet is lower than that in southeastern Tibet, and the availability of primary health resource allocation is poor. Conclusion:Primary health workers in Tibet show a trend of "low growth, low quality and low efficiency", and lack the allocation and distribution of human resources and infrastructure in line with the characteristics of vast territory and sparse population. It is suggested to pay attention to the important impact of geographical factors on the fairness of grass-roots health resource allocation, break the grass-roots employment mechanism, establish a new mode of financial investment, innovate the system and mechanism of aid to Tibet, and reform the health human resource management system.

    Abstract: Background Although clinical and basic experiments have paid attention to the role and mechanism of calcium-sensing receptors in hypertensive diseases, there is still a lack of relevant research on its role and mechanism in hypertensive retinal diseases. Objective To investigate the expression levels of calcium-sensitive receptors (CaSR) in the hypertensive retina and the relationship with myocardial remodeling and retinal vascular changes in hypertension. Methods Fifteen 8-week-old homologous healthy normotensive rats (WKY) were selected as the normotensive (WKY) group, and 30 same-week-old spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) were randomly divided into the hypertensive (SHR) group and the inhibitor (SHR+NPS2143) group. the SHR+NPS2143 group was injected intraperitoneally with the CaSR inhibitor NPS2143. Blood pressure were monitored by non-invasive blood pressure monitor. Retinal pathological changes were detected by hematoxylin and eosin staining (HE). Myocardial collagen deposition was observed by Masson staining. The distribution and expression of CaSR and vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGFA) in the retina were observed by immunohistochemical staining and quantitative real-time fluorescence PCR (qRT-PCR). Results Compared with 8W and 24W WKY, the SHR group at the same week of age had increased blood pressure (P < 0.05), retinal structural disorder, increased thickness (P < 0.01), and reduced levels of CaSR expression and increased levels of VEGFA expression in the retina (P < 0.01), NPS2143 intervention up to 24W significantly increased SHR blood pressure (P < 0.05), retinal structural disorder aggravated with a significant increase in thickness (P < 0.01), and a further decrease in CaSR expression and a further increase in VEGFA expression in the retina (P < 0.01). Compared with the same week-old WKY, there was no statistical difference in HW/BW% and LVW/BW% in the 8W SHR group, and no significant increase in myocardial collagen accumulation was seen (P > 0.05), while HW/BW% and LVW/BW% were elevated and myocardial collagen accumulation was increased in the 24W SHR group, and NPS2143 intervention up to 24W significantly elevated HW/BW% and LVW/BW% in SHR. significantly increased the area of myocardial collagen accumulation in SHR (P < 0.05). Conclusion CaSR lowers blood pressure, improves myocardial remodeling, and delays the development of hypertension-induced retinal vasculopathy by inhibiting VEGFA expression.

  • 紧密型县域医共体建设试点典型地区乡镇卫生院效率变动分析

    Abstract: Background: The county medical community has helped improve the capacity and quality of primary medical services through various"strengthening primary health care" measures, and promoted the operational efficiency of primary medical and health institutions.Objectives: To evaluate the efficiency of service delivery and the total factor productivity (TFP) of township hospitals in typical areas of the National Pilot areas of Close County Medical Communities in China. Methods: Data based on health annual report of 143 township hospitals of 8 national pilot counties (districts, cities) from 2018 to 2019 were used to analyze the TFP. Results: Compared with 2018, the TFP of township hospitals increased by 4.50% in 2019. From 2018 to 2019, the total factor productivity were increased in 47.83%,72.23%, 58.06%, 59.26%, 80.00%, 72.73%, 85.71% and 66.67% of township hospitals in A1 county, A2 county, B1 city, B2 county, C1 county, C2 county, D1 county, and D2 county, respectively, West 4 counties higher. Conclusions: The "strengthening primary health care" measures among the reform of County Medical Communities have played a role in elevating the efficiency of township hospitals. To continuously improve the efficiency of township hospitals relies on both the leading hospital providing targeted assistance and mobilizing the productivities and enthusiasm of the township hospitals.

  • 基于三维生态足迹模型的天山北麓绿洲生态安全评价

    Abstract:运用改进三维生态足迹模型对2000—2016年天山北麓绿洲生态安全进行评价。结果表明:(1)17 a来天山北麓绿洲的整体生态环境处于不可持续的发展状况,生态占用面积持续增加,生态足迹广度由8.38×106 hm2上升到2.73×107 hm2,平均增速为1.11×106 hm2·a-1,生态安全受到严重威胁。(2)2002年后天山北麓绿洲不可持续状况的相对差异逐渐减小,内部各行政单元的人均生态赤字相对差异逐渐缩小。(3)天山北麓绿洲生态利用效率整体上呈现增加趋势,17 a间翻了三番,对于资源的利用程度日趋充分,单位资源创造的经济价值不断增加,但在各年份变化率波动较大,波动幅度在-18.23%~120.84%之间。(4)天山北麓绿洲生态适度人口虽呈现出波动增长趋势,但对于资源的需求和利用也在迅速增加,持续增加的人口规模给生态环境造成巨大压力。最后为缓解生态压力,减小生态赤字,促进天山北麓绿洲的可持续发展提出了建议和对策。

  • 新疆伊犁与哈萨克斯坦新疆野苹果〔Malus sieversii (Ledeb.) Roem.〕种群年龄结构

    Abstract:人类活动和自然环境的胁迫加速了中亚地区新疆野苹果〔Malus sieversii (Ledeb.)Roem.〕种群栖息环境的丧失,新疆野苹果种群面积和生存力趋于下降。本文以第三纪孑遗植物新疆野苹果为研究对象,野外系统调查新疆野苹果种群的生存现状,比较新疆伊犁和哈萨克斯坦分布的新疆野苹果种群年龄结构及果实产量,对两地当前新疆野苹果种群变化进行了分析。研究结果显示:当前伊犁地区和20世纪70年代哈萨克斯坦新疆野苹果种群的龄级结构主要以中龄(15~50 cm)树为主,而幼龄(0~15 cm)与老龄(50~75 cm)树较少。1969年和1970年哈萨克斯坦的新疆野苹果种群生存力最弱,种群为衰退型(Deevey Ⅲ),但其产量较高;2016年和2017年伊犁的新疆野苹果种群生存力相对较弱,种群趋于衰退(Deevey Ⅲ),产量较低;2013年哈萨克斯坦新疆野苹果种群生存力相对最强,种群最稳定(Deevey Ⅱ);幼龄个体的缺乏是新疆野苹果种群趋于衰退的关键因子。目前,在哈萨克斯坦新疆野苹果保护区内需进行适当放牧干扰,以扩大种子的传播,提高种子的萌发;新疆地区以建立保护区为主,杜绝新疆野苹果的采收和降低野果林内的割草强度,以保护幼苗的生存数量,提高新疆野苹果的种子库,加快新疆野苹果种群更新。

  • 干旱区不同类型盐碱土壤细菌群落多样性研究

    Abstract: 以玛纳斯河流域的硫酸盐―氯化物盐型、氯化物―硫酸盐型、碳酸盐型、硫酸盐型4种盐碱土壤为研究对象,利用高通量测序技术对细菌进行测序,研究表明:4种盐碱土壤样品共获得137 822条细菌基因序列,Shannon指数和Chao1指数表现为:碳酸盐型>硫酸盐型>硫酸盐―氯化物盐型>氯化物—硫酸盐型,说明碳酸盐型土壤细菌群落的多样性和丰度均显著高于其他3个样品。4种盐碱土壤细菌群落主要包括10个门类,其中变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、拟杆菌(Bacteroidetes)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)是硫酸―氯化物盐型、氯化―硫酸盐型、硫酸盐型土壤的优势菌门,碳酸盐型以厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)为优势菌门,而在属的水平上,各样品的群落组成差异较大。通过聚类分析将4个细菌群落分为3类,其中硫酸―氯化物盐型和氯化―硫酸盐型分为一类,硫酸盐型和碳酸盐型各为一类。环境因子中全盐、氯离子、硫酸根离子和硝酸根离子对物种分布影响显著(P<0.05)。玛纳斯河流域不同类型盐碱土壤中的细菌群落存在显著差异,存在较多类型的细菌群落,尤其在碳酸盐型土壤中。该研究结果揭示了干旱区不同类型盐碱土壤细菌群落组成及影响群落结构的主要环境因子,为挖掘盐碱土壤微生物资源和盐碱地改良提供科学依据。
