    Abstract:自媒体自诞生之日起,就以前所未有的发展速度渗透到人们的日常生活中,成为一支不容小觑的媒体力量,对当下的新闻传播产生了深刻的影响。自媒体有其得天独厚的优势和广泛的受众群体,与此同时,自媒体独特的及时性和互动性支撑它成为了当下新闻传播现实中的重要力量。与之相对应的传统媒体,应该如何应对自媒体势如破竹的发展,如何在自媒体时代与之合作共赢,融合互补成为探索新闻传播发展的必由之路。

  • Curative effect of auricular copper scraping combined with auricular acupoint pressing on insomnia after Methylprednisolone pulse therapy for thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the curative effect of auricular copper scraping combined with auricular acupoint pressing on insomnia after Methylprednisolone pulse therapy for thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy. Methods Totally 82 patients diagnosed with thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy who needed hormone pulse therapy were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to numerical method, with 41 cases in each group. Patients in both groups were given methylprednisolone pulse therapy. The control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment, and the observation group was given auricular copper acupuncture scraping and auricular acupoint pressing treatment on the basis of the control group. The sleep condition, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) of the two groups were compared. Results Two patients dropped out of the study. The effective rate of sleep improvement in observation group was 87.18%(34/39), which was significantly higher than 41.46%(17/41) in control group (P < 0.05). The PSQI of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The score of SAS scale in the control group was (54.95±2.30), and was (51.16±4.35) in the observation group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Auricular copper scraping combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy is potentially effective to improve the sleep quality, prevent the occurrence of complications, and promote the recovery of patients with insomnia after Methylprednisolone pulse therapy for thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy.

  • 北豆根化学成分及其抗炎活性研究

    Abstract: Bei-dou-gen, the rhizome of Menispermum dauricum. from the Menispermaceae family, is an important Chinese medicinal material. In order to provide an effective reference for the study on the pharmacological substance basis and the rational utilization of medicinal plant resources, the methanol extract of the rhizome of M. dauricum was systematically isolated and purified using various chromatographic methods and the structures of isolated compounds were identified. And thre potential anti-inflammatory effect of obtained compounds from M. dauricum DC.was messured in vitro. In this study, the chemical constituents were separated via silica gel column chromatography, macroporous adsorption resin, and preparative HPLC and their structures were determined on the basis of MS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and other spectroscopic data analysis, as well as comparison with relevant literatures. Meanwhile, the anti-inflammatory activities of against NO and IL-6 production from LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells of the chemical components were evaluated in vitro. The results were as follows: (1) Fifteen compounds were isolated from the rhizome of Menispermum dauricum DC., and identified as p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (1), vanilic acid (2), syringaldehyde (3), 2-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanone (4), methyl 4-hydroxyphenylacetate (5), 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-nitroethane (6), 4-hydroxyphenylacetonitrile (7), dibutyl phthalate (8), fragransin B2 (9), 7-hydroxy-3,6-dimethoxy-1,4-phenanthraquinone (10), palmitic acid (11), arachidic acid (12), β-sitosterol (13), β-stigmasterol (14), and daucosterol (15). Among them, compounds 4-7, 9, and 12 were isolated from Menispermaceae for the first time, while compounds 1, 3-11, and 14 were first reported from Menispermum genus. The above compounds were all non-alkaloids components, including phenols, lignans, phenoquiones, fatty acids, and sterols, which enlarged the types of compounds and enriched the phytochemical information of the rhizome of M. dauricum DC. (2) Anti-inflammatory assays in vitro showed that compound 12 could significantly inhibited releases of NO and IL-6 induced by LPS from RAW 264.7 cells at the concentrations of 25 and 50 μg·mL﹣1, indicating potential anti-inflammatory effect.

  • 美洲大蠊内生菌几丁质酶基因的克隆、表达及其活性研究

    Abstract:摘要【目的】对美洲大蠊内生粘质沙雷氏菌几丁质酶ChiA基因进行克隆、可溶性表达及功能验证。【方法】PCR扩增ChiA基因,TA亚克隆,构建重组表达载体ChiA/pET21b,生物信息学分析和低温诱导表达、SDS-PAGE、Western-Blot鉴定,打孔法对几丁质酶活性检测。【结果】PCR成功扩增了ChiA基因序列,该序列与Gen Bank上的S.marcescens ChiA基因序列同源性达99%;该序列编码571个氨基酸,并能够在原核系统中稳定表达。可溶性表达分析显示:通过低温诱导表达,获得可溶性的目的蛋白;活性试验发现:含目的蛋白的表达产物可分解几丁质,且活性强于美洲大蠊内生粘质沙雷氏菌。【结论】从美洲大蠊内生粘质沙雷氏菌基因组中成功克隆了几丁质酶ChiA基因,通过原核表达系统获得了具有较强活性的可溶性几丁质酶ChiA,为其应用奠定了基础。

    Abstract: Aiming at the intrusion of untrusted users in remote sensing cloud platform, this paper designed a user behavior authentication scheme based on the characteristics of remote sensing cloud user behavior and Bayesian network algorithm. The scheme discussed the users' behavior authentication mechanism of remote sensing cloud platform, and according to the users' behavior characteristics, the scheme established an authentication set on users’ behavior. Combining with the predictive characteristics of bayesian network algorithm and user behavior properties to set up a Bayesian network model for authentication grade prediction. The weight information of user behavior attributes analyzed in this model is applied to the user grade prediction algorithm, which made the algorithm more secure and accurate for remote sensing cloud user authentication safer accurately, so as to realize the prediction of user behavior authentication level. Simulation examples show that the model is effective to identify untrusted users accurately, and can ensure the security of remote sensing cloud platform.
