  • Analysis of Exploratory Factors of Entrepreneurial Fitness in the Recognition of Technological Opportunity

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Enterprise opportunity recognition is one of the key factors affecting enterprise production and innovation. In the process of technology opportunity identification, the fitness between enterprise and technological opportunity affects whether technological opportunity can enter the utilization stage from the cognitive stage. Analyzing the influential factors of entrepreneurial fitness will help companies achieve technical opportunity recognition. [Method/process] This paper adopted the method of literature review and focused on group interviews. It designed the survey scale and the questionnaire on the entrepreneurial fitness in technology opportunity identification. Then, by using the SPSS 21.0, it analyzed collected data. [Result/conclusion] The results show that the entrepreneurial fitness can be analyzed from two dimensions of enterprise innovation ability and enterprise knowledge sharing ability in the technology opportunity recognition process. After the principal component analysis, four first-order variables are created in the category of enterprise innovation ability and three first-order variables were created in the category of the enterprise knowledge sharing ability. In summary, the factor structure of entrepreneurial fitness in the enterprise opportunity recognition is obtained.

  • An Empirical Study of the Influential Factors on Users' Adoption Willingness of Academic App

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The large supply of mobile applications (APP) and the scarcity of users' attention have led to a fierce survival competition for APP. For academic apps necessary to be developed, it is of great importance to study the main influential factors of the users' willingness to adopt and to use them.[Method/process]Based on the theoretical models of classic user behaviors, such as technology acceptance model and expectation confirmation model, combined with the characteristics of academic APP, a model of academic app users' willingness to adopt was constructed. A questionnaire survey was used to collect data and perform statistical analysis and empirical research on the data to verify the applicability of the model.[Result/conclusion]Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, satisfaction, perceived authority, and social influence have a significant positive effect on academic app users' willingness to adopt. Academic APP developers should increase the availability of resources and improve user perception of usefulness and ease of use, strengthen APP attributes, and improve user satisfaction, strictly control the professionalism of resources and maintain users' perception of authority, and expand the social impact of academic apps.

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] It provides the inspiration and reference for domestic journals to carry out scientific data management, and puts forward journal scientific data management framework as well as reasonable development suggestions based on the domestic situation.[Method/process] This article selects 15 foreign journals that are good at scientific data management as research objects, and analyzes their characteristics in four aspects, including scientific data management related policies, scientific data submission, repository platform and open access.[Result/conclusion] The enlightenments are as follows: to formulate a complete scientific data management policy; establishing a detailed scientific data submission process; relating professional scientific data repository platform; promoting open access to scientific data actively.

  • Research on Subject Scientific Data Management Services of Special Libraries Based on Supply and Demand Matching

    Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] This paper researched the subject scientific data management services of special libraries, analyzed the demand side and supply side of scientific data management services, and explored the subject service system and service model of special libraries for scientific data management. [Method/Process] This paper researched the demand environment and demand subjects of scientific data management services, as well as the trend and service contents of subject scientific data management services in special libraries. Then, based on the scientific data lifecycle, this paper constructed a supply and demand matching "butterfly" system for scientific data management services, and finally proposed a "target-centric" subject scientific data management service model of special libraries. [Result/Conclusion] The paper constructed a subject scientific data management service system from the perspective of supply and demand matching, and introducted the " target-centric " theory to explore the scientific data management service model, aiming to strengthen the collaboration between the demand sides and supply sides of scientific data management, and enhance the service capacity and effectiveness of subject scientific data management services in special libraries.

  • Research on the Construction of Scientific Data Quality Evaluation System Based on Scientific Data Lifecycle Management Phases

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The evaluation indexes of scientific data quality from 15 scientific data centers at home and abroad are mainly selected in order to screen the common indexes that can objectively reflect the quality of scientific data and build a universal evaluation index model of scientific data quality. [Method/process] By using the methods of document investigation, web survey and content analysis, the evaluation indexes of scientific data of 15 scientific data centers were sorted out, and the evaluation indexes of existing scientific data institutions were understood. [Result/conclusion] It structures a scientific data quality evaluation index framework based on 5 phases of data lifecycle management, which comprise data management plan, data collection management, data analysis and processing management, data storage management, data sharing and utilization management, and then provides a reference for the establishment of decision-oriented evaluation system of scientific data center in China and local scientific data centers.

  • 全球单克隆抗体药物研发现状及发展趋势

    Abstract:单克隆抗体药物以其独特的作用机制及高效性,在恶性肿瘤和自身免疫疾病的治疗中发挥了不可估量的重要作用,成为全球的研发热点。基于科睿唯安旗下的Cortellis数据库,采用定量分析和专家智慧相结合的方法,从总体研发和商业化现状、主要国家/地区、技术和种类、靶点及作用机制、市场份额、产品交易多个维度展现出全球单克隆抗体药物的研发和商业化全景。分析结果显示:全球已上市的单克隆抗体药物有133个,其中已上市的人源化单克隆抗体药物占已上市的单克隆抗体药物总数的37.6%。作用靶点主要集中在HER、TNF、CD20、PD-1/L1、VEGF以及CD3,其中作为HER2酪氨酸激酶受体抑制剂的药物数量最多。美国在单克隆抗体药物研发和商业化方面遥遥领先,中国在研和上市的单抗隆抗体药物总数排名第二,但中国上市的单抗隆抗体药物数量仅8个。2017年销售额高于10亿美元的单克隆抗体药物有22个。全球单克隆抗体药物的交易数量共有1408次,药物开发与商业化许可是最主要的交易方式。未来,单克隆抗体药物的发展趋势将朝着新靶点、新适应症和新用药方案的方向发展,将会产生更多“重磅炸弹药物”。

    Abstract: [目的/意义] 为国内高校图书馆开展智库支撑服务提供借鉴,并结合国内智库发展特点提出相应的发展建议。[方法/过程]本文通过调研选取国外为智库建设提供支撑服务较好的部分高校图书馆,发现调研对象在专业的资源支撑、网络平台构建和智库馆员配备方面的特点。[结果/结论]得到如下启示:深入以智库服务为核心的高校图书馆研究;充分利用高校图书馆的学科智库资源;继续完善网络平台建设;开展馆员嵌入智库服务等建议。
