  • Topic analysis and optimization strategy of new media tweets in laboratory medical journals

    Abstract: Purposes : This paper analyzes the topic of highly read tweets in new media of laboratory medical journals, in order to reveal the hot spots and preferences of users, and guide the formulation of tweet topic optimization strategies, aiming at improving the communication power and influence of new media of laboratory medical journals. Methods : Taking the wechat public account of Laboratory Medicine (referred to as Laboratory Medicine ) as an example, Python programming was used to screen out the top 100 most-read tweets published on its platform from January 1, 2018 to May 31, 2023. Based on Latent dirichlet allocation (LDA) model, 100 tweets were identified and analyzed, and then the new media tweet topic optimization strategy was proposed. Findings : The topic of the highly read tweets of Laboratory Medicine are nucleic acid testing policy document for COVID-19 prevention and control , medical industry code of conduct , and vocational qualification examination and continuing education . Based on the topic identification and analysis, the topic optimization strategy of multi-voice polyphony (serial sub-topic development, new perspective topic deduction and case topic collection) is proposed. To stretch the narrative tension of the topic of tweets, from text to text, so as to enhance the depth and breadth of the topic of new media tweets in laboratory medical journals. Conclusions By identifying and analyzing the research topic of the highly read tweets of Laboratory medicine , it is helpful to formulate more accurate optimization strategies for the topic of tweets, and provides a basis for the research innovation and spatial expansion of the future topic of the highly read tweets of new media in laboratory medical journals.

  • Investigation and Analysis on the Influence Factors of Organizational Climate Formation in Libraries from the Perspective of Librarians

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper explores the librarians' cognition of academic libraries' organizational climate and the influence factors of organizational climate, which can provide reference for constructing Chinese localized organizational climate assessment of libraries. [Method/process] Based on the questionnaire survey of librarians and the literature research, the article explores how the influence factors effect on libraries' organizational climate. On this basis, the influence factors system of libraries' organizational climate is formed. [Result/conclusion] The influence factors of libraries' organizational climate mainly include the internal environment of libraries, the social external environment, the nature of the library and the librarians' values and behavior. The result especially shows that Chinese traditional culture such as interpersonal harmony, collectivism, senses of hierarchy and the doctrine of the mean have positive or negative impacts on librarians. Besides, the paper shows that the importance of libraries' organizational climate construction has not been widely recognized, which should be strengthened.

  • Analysis on the Data Literacy Education on Postgraduate of Library-Information-Archival Science in the Big Data Environment

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper investigates and analyzes the status of postgraduate data literacy courses of library-information-archival science in 10 top-ranking universities in Double First-Class line, in order to promote data literacy education on postgraduate, and optimize the data literacy ecology of teaching at the present stage.[Method/process] Using online survey and content analysis methods, and selecting 10 top-ranking universities of library-information-archival science in Double First-Class line, this paper analyzes the characteristics of their data literacy courses, including curriculum analysis and course content analysis. Based on this, the characteristics and shortcomings of data literacy education on postgraduate of library-information-archival science in 10 top-ranking universities in Double First-Class line were expounded.[Result/conclusion] The data literacy education on postgraduate of library-information-archival science in 10 top-ranking universities in Double First-Class line has been initially explored. The relevant data literacy courses are also embedded and guaranteed in the number of courses. However, The data literacy education has a dilemma with uneven distribution of content and slight imbalance in structure from the perspective of content setting. This paper puts forward to corresponding suggestions on the data literacy education of postgraduate in line with three aspects including the demand-driven, subject construction and resource empowerment.

    Abstract: Recently, educational psychologists have paid much attention to the effect of emotional factors on multimedia learning, especially the induction of emotions which belongs to one of instructional designs. The effect of positive emotions in the learning process was mainly investigated through external mood induction and internal emotional design in previous studies which indicated that these two emotional induction methods both can induce positive emotions successfully. Nevertheless, the facilitation of positive emotions on multimedia learning performance had very small effect due to the diversity of the emotional induction method and the complexity of the multimedia learning process. In this article, results showed that the median effect sizes related to the effect of external mood induction on learning outcomes were dretention = -0.25, dcomprehension = 0.04, dtransfer = 0.30, respectively; the median effect sizes related to the effect of internal emotional design on learning outcomes were dretention = 0.27, dcomprehension = 0.36, dtransfer = 0.29, respectively. Induced emotions had little effect on subjective learning experience. According to cognitive affective theory of learning with media, the induction of positive emotions can improve learning through motivation. Cognitive load theory, however, predicts an opposite result of learning for the reason that the induction of positive emotions might bring about an increase of the learner’s extraneous cognitive load. Future studies should focus on the experimental manipulation and the effect evaluation of emotion itself, as well as the effect of the undiscovered moderator variables, etc.

  • FINITE ELEMENT SIMULATION OF HOT ROLLING PROCESS FOR SiCp/Al COMPOSITES

    Abstract: In this work, the hot rolling process of SiCp/2009Al composites is simulated using the fully coupled thermal-stress analysis in Abaqus/Explicit. By the investigation of formation process for rolling along with different fields of temperature, strain rate, strain and stress and their evolutionary history, the hot rolling mechanisms under complicated stress states is achieved. The results show that the maximum principal stress changes from compressive stress to tensile stress at the stage of rolling entrance and a reverse trend replaces it at the exit, and that the compressive stress is dominant in the deformation zone at the steady rolling stage. The temperature drop effect due to heat transfer is far greater than the temperature rise effect due to friction on the plate surface while the temperature rise is embodied in the center due to plastic deformation. Besides, the effect of strain rate on flow stress plays a leading role at the entrance and exit stage, and the flow stress on the plate surface in the deformation region is mainly determined by strain and temperature except the stick zone which is controlled by strain rate, however, the center flow stress in deformation is mainly affected by temperature.

  • Social deficits in autism spectrum disorder: A perspective from the social motivation theory

    Abstract: " Social deficits are core symptoms of autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Previous studies, from a social cognition perspective, proposed that a deficit in theory of mind is the cause of social impairment. However, individuals with ASD already exhibited social motivation deficit traits prior to acquiring theory of mind. Furthermore, some individuals who were able to pass theory-of-mind tests continued to show decreased motivation when engaging in social interactions. Social motivation theory suggests that social motivation is an important internal force promoting human evolution and motivating and sustaining an individual’s social activities. This theory also highlights that social impairments in ASD may be etiologically related to deficits in neural mechanisms of social motivation and provides a new interpretation of social deficits in terms of behavioral performance, neuroscience, and biology. It is important to further refine research on the neural mechanisms of social motivation, to clarify the scope of application of social motivation theory in individuals with ASD, and to investigate the value of social motivation theory in assessment diagnosis and clinical rehabilitation.

  • 云南德宏傣族传统村落植物景观及应用研究

    Abstract:传统村落的植物景观,反应了一个民族在长期实践中积累的植物认知和应用经验,兼具地域自然性与文化性,从而对村落生态环境建设及民族植物的可持续性利用具有重要参考意义。该研究对云南省德宏州大盈江、瑞丽江流域的19个傣族传统村落进行植物景观及应用调查。结果表明:德宏傣族传统村落植物景观水平分布为寨外(山林绿块+农田绿块+护堤绿带)——寨边(防护绿环+高山榕绿块)——寨内(绿点+绿线)的格局;垂直分布有5个景观层次;村寨内常见植物共181种,73科;村寨内植物多为人工栽培,具较强实用性,主要应用功能集中在食用、药用、观赏、防护隔离、香薰调味等方面;傣寨植物人文景观具宗教色彩。建议加强植物水平分布的空间联系,建立稳定的绿地系统格局;保持植物垂直景观层次,推广植物的建造功能应用;充分利用植物资源,形成产业优势;传承优秀的植物文化景观。最终,推广植物在村落建设中的传统应用经验,促进民族村落与植物的可持续保护与发展。该研究成果对德宏傣族人居环境建设与民族植物学应用提供了科学依据。

  • γ-TiAl 金属间化合物铣削加工实验与有限元模拟

    Abstract: 运用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了γ-TiAl 金属间化合物铣削加工的细观模型,分析了不同材料模型的加工表面形貌及边缘断裂形成机理。 结果表明,由于片层之间的材料特性不同,加工过程中片层与片层之间更容易出现裂纹或凹坑。同时,由于其较低的延展性, γ-TiAl 金属间化合物加工出口处形成较大的负剪切平面, 从而导致边缘断裂。 通过与实验结果比较,发现γ-TiAl 金属间化合物铣削加工表面粗糙度和边缘断口尺寸均小于由正六边形片层细观模型所得的模拟值,且略高于由矩形片层细观模型所得的模拟值。同时,加工表面粗糙度和边缘断口尺寸随切削深度的增加而逐渐增大,而切削速率的影响较小。因此, 为了得到更好的加工表面质量, γ-TiAl 金属间化合物加工中应尽可能地采用较高的切削速率,而不是切削深度。
