  • 采煤沉陷区模拟土壤侵蚀胁迫对黑沙蒿 生理生长特性的影响

    Abstract: To reveal the survival strategy of plants in semi- arid coal mining subsidence areas faced with soil erosion stress, 2-3-year-old Artemisia ordosica plants were used as the test materials and in- situ root structure destruction tests were carried out at four levels: severe stress (P1), moderate stress (P2), mild stress (P3), and control (CK). The changes in growth indices, photosynthetic characteristics, and physiological traits of A. ordosica were measured. The results showed that soil erosion stress significantly inhibited the growth rate of A. ordosica, and that the greater the degree of simulated damage, the more significant the growth inhibition. After severe stress, the growth rates of plant height, crown width, branch length, and branch diameter of A. ordosica decreased by an average of 36.91%, 43.90%, 69.76%, and 66.76 %, respectively, compared to control plants. Soil erosion stress also conferred a significant negative effect on the photosynthesis of A. ordosica, and the greater the degree of damage, the stronger the negative effect. After severe stress, the net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular carbon dioxide concentration, transpiration rate, and chlorophyll content of A. ordosica decreased by 39.86%, 59.26%, 7.82%, 51.55%, and 12.33%, respectively, compared to control plants. After 70 days of erosion stress, the activities of superoside dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), and oxidoreductase (CAT) in A. ordosica initially increased and later decreased, and tended to be stable when compared with the control. The malondialdehyde (MDA) content fluctuated within a certain range. Redundancy analysis showed that the level of SOD activity had the most significant effect on the photosynthetic characteristics of A. ordosica. Comprehensive analysis showed that the root fracture of A. ordosica caused by soil erosion in coal mining subsidence areas will reduce its growth rate and inhibit photosynthesis. However, A. ordosica can maintain its growth by regulating the activity of its antioxidase systems and can therefore be considered to be an ecological restoration plant species due to its excellent resistance and adaptability in erosive areas

  • Practice and Revelation of Digital Literacy Training in the Libraries of White Rose University Consortium

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The paper investigates and discusses the core elements, training systems and training methods of digital literacy training in Libraries of White Rose University Consortium and accordingly puts forward some suggestions for domestic university libraries.[Method/process] Firstly, by the method of online survey, this paper investigated the digital literacy training in the libraries of White Rose University Consortium members, which include the library of York university, Leeds university and Sheffield university. Then, combined with the first-hand information, we summarized the core elements, training system and training mode of digital literacy training for students.[Result/conclusion] The training system in the libraries of White Rose University Consortium are characterized by spiral, and these libraries provide hierarchical and individualized training methods for users. Besides, three libraries all have clear and definite strategic plans for digital literacy training, providing direction for users to integrate into the digital environment and guidance for the implementation and promotion of digital literacy.

  • Prediction of Critical Pitting Temperature of 316L Stainless Steel in Gas Field Environments by Artificial Neutral Network

    Abstract: 316L stainless steel is widely used for enhancing the pitting resistance of pipelines in gas field. The corrosion environment is complex and diversified in different working districts of gas field. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a model for predicting the pitting resistance of pipelines serving in different corrosive environments. Critical pitting temperature (CPT) is considered as a criterion for evaluating the pitting resistance of stainless steel. Based on a survey on the operation situations of gas field, the relevant data of CPT for 316L stainless steel is acquired by potentiodynamic polarization method in solutions with various Cl- concentrations and pH values, which are selected to correspond with the real environments in operation. Then, an artificial neutral network (ANN) model is developed to predict the CPT, and therewith to compare with the measured data. The results show that the CPT decreases with the increase of Cl- concentration, but on which pH value has little influence. The developed ANN model has good ability to predict the CPT of 316L stainless steel, and can be used for the prediction of CPT in complex environments in gas field. It is also revealed that there is no interactive effect between Cl- concentration and pH value, and Cl- concentration was the main influencing factor on the CPT. Therefore, Cl- concentration will be peculiarly concerned with for the implementation of a corrosion control project in gas field.

  • Effect of H2S Corrosion Product Film on Hydrogen Permeation Kinetics of MS X65 Pipeline Steel

    Abstract: Corrosion product film on the surface of MS X65 pipeline steel was prepared in a H2S containing acidic medium by electrochemical cyclic voltammetry (CV) technique, and then the influence of the corrosion product film on hydrogen permeation kinetics of the steel was investigated with an improved Davanathan-Stachurski double cell. The results indicated that, the steady current (i∞), apparent diffusivity (Dapp) and apparent hydrogen solubility (capp) for the steel without corrosion product film increased with the increasing H2S content by a desired pH value, but decreased with the increasing pH value by a desired H2S concentration. The corrosion product film composed of a mixture of crystalline FeS and tetragonal phase pyrite could be very effective in suppression of the hydrogen permeation for MS X65 pipeline steel.

    Abstract: Filial piety is an essential variable influencing the intergenerational interaction in the context of Chinese culture. Filial piety is a model of China’s refined traditional culture which guides family interactions based on blood relationships. It is, therefore, a social moral and normative behavior standard. Filial piety plays a vital role in older adults’ lives. However, conclusions from previous studies concerning the relationship between filial responsibility expectation and older adults’ quality of life are not consistent. This is partly because the studies did not consider filial support behaviors from adult children and filial discrepancy. Few studies have investigated whether older adults’ filial responsibility expectations match filial support from children and the effects of filial discrepancy on their life satisfaction and loneliness. To bridge this gap, the present study aimed to test whether filial discrepancy affects older adults’ life satisfaction and loneliness using a quadratic polynomial regression with response surface analysis. Our results showed that older adults’ life satisfaction was higher when emotional expectation and support, as well as contact expectation and support matched compared with when these expectations and supports did not match. The slope of the matching line was significantly positive (β = 3.23, p < 0.001). Specifically, a good match between emotional expectation and support linearly increased life satisfaction. Life satisfaction was higher when contact expectation and support matched than when they did not match. Moreover, the slope of the matching line was significantly positive (β = 1.74, p = 0.010). Specifically, when the contact expectation and support matched, life satisfaction increased with the increase in these two variables. Notably, older adults’ high life satisfaction was associated with children’s high instrumental support, but not the instrumental expectation. It was found that when emotional expectation and emotional support were mismatched, older adults felt lonelier when the emotional expectation was higher than emotional support compared with when the emotional expectation was lower than emotional support. Low loneliness was associated with high contact support and information support. However, loneliness was not related to contact expectation, information expectation, instrumental expectation, or instrumental support. In summary, our study found significant differences in the impact of filial discrepancy on the positive indicator of happiness in older adults (life satisfaction) and the negative indicator (loneliness). For life satisfaction, matching emotional expectation and emotional support, as well as contact expectation and contact support, are critical factors which improve older adults’ life satisfaction. In terms of loneliness, higher emotional expectation compared with emotional support increases older adults’ loneliness.

  • Using healthcare failure mode and effect analysis to improve adequacy of maintenance hemodialysis

    Abstract: Objective To explore the adequacy of maintenance hemodialysis by using the Healthcare Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (HFMEA) method, so as to improve the dialysis quality and prognosis of hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 78 patients who underwent maintenance hemodialysis in Zhongshan Hospital Fudan University (Xiamen Branch) from January 2021 to December 2021 were enrolled. The adequacy of hemodialysis was measured by using single-pool urea clearance (spKt/V). Patients were divided into the standard group (spKt/V≥1.2) and the non-standard group (spKt/V <1.2).HFMEA was used to measure and analyze the causes of hemodialysis insufficiency, and to formulate improvement measures. Results The healthcare failure mode and effect analysis (HFMEA) significantly improved dialysis adequacy in hemodialysis patients, the proportion of non-standard patients were reduced from 19.23% to 2.56% (P=0.002). Conclusion Management using the HFMEA approach could improve dialysis adequacy in hemodialysis patients, reduce dialysis complications, improve patients'' quality of life.

    Abstract:世纬苣苔是中国特有珍稀植物,然而在植物志记载的模式产地贵州省“平伐”从来没有找到过该植物。模式产地考证信息的缺失,必然在世纬苣苔的鉴定和相关科学研究中产生一定混乱。作者从产地记载、标本形态、分子证据三个方面进行了考证,确认了世纬苣苔模式产地是贵州省“平坝”(安顺市),而植物志所记载的模式产地是对模式标本原始记录的错误翻译。考证结果提供了正确的模式产地,使世纬苣苔的鉴定、保护、研究具有了切实可靠的依据

  • 折力损伤自修复对干旱矿区小叶锦鸡儿 根系固土的影响

    Abstract:为明确干旱矿区侵蚀发生后折力损伤对植物根系力学特性的影响及其受损后的自修复机制,利用HG100数显式推拉力计和自制便携式试验机台,对小叶锦鸡儿1~4 mm径级直根和侧根分支处未受损及受损自修复后的抗折力学特性进行研究。结果表明: 生长季初期,未受损小叶锦鸡儿根系极限抗折力与根径呈幂函数正相关,抗折强度与根径幂函数负相关,直根极限抗折力和抗折强度均大于侧根分支处; 折力损伤会明显抑制根系正常生长,小叶锦鸡儿根系受损自修复后,活性、生长量和保存率均低于平行对照,根径和根型均是影响这种抑制作用的重要因素,侧根分支处活性和保存率在受损后的减少程度显著大于直根; 小叶锦鸡儿根系受损自修复后,极限抗折力与抗折强度相比,生长季初期有所增加,但外力损伤会显著阻碍这种增长,导致其增长率显著低于平行对照,3个月后极限抗折力修复率为48.91%,抗折强度修复率为57.59%,说明根系受损后不会彻底丧失固土能力,通过自修复可以逐步恢复原有功能,但短期内自修复程度有限。直根极限抗折力修复率为60.55%,侧根分支处仅为36.34%,说明在同等外力荷载条件下,小叶锦鸡儿直根受损自修复能力显著大于侧根分支处,具备更强的再次抵御外力破坏的能力。

  • ‘宁杞 8 号’体细胞胚胎发生体系建立

    Abstract: In order to establish a high-frequency regeneration system for Lycium barbarum. The leaf of Lycium barbarum ‘Ningqi 8’ was selected as materials, to explore the crucial effects of hormone combinations and additives on the induction of somatic embryogenesis, germination and regeneration. The results showed that By orthogonal analysis of 6-BA, 2,4-D and IAA, the optimal hormone combination of ‘Ningqi 8’ somatic embryos was 6-BA 1.0 mg・L-1+2,4-D 0.3 mg・L-1+IAA 0.4 mg・L-1, the highest induction rate could get to 88.67%. Range analysis showed that 6-BA had the most significant effect on somatic embryogenesis. Using suitable proportion of hormone combination was possible to induce somatic embryogenesis of ‘Ningqi 8’, which had a large number of normal morphology. In the culture of somatic embryos, the high concentration of 6-BA was easy to cause vitrification, which was not conducive to the growth and proliferation of ‘Ningqi 8’ somatic embryos. The proliferation rate of somatic embryos increased with the increase of hormone concentration, but the vitrification rate increased too. Then the most efficient proliferation medium for ‘Ningqi 8’ was 6-BA 0.4 mg・L-1+NAA 0.6 mg・L-1, and the highest germination rate of ‘Ningqi 8’ somatic embryo was obtained when IBA 0.3 mg・L-1+GA3 0.4 mg・L-1+ sucrose 10g・L-1 was added. The highest germination rate could get to 89.17%, and the degree of influence on the germination of ‘Ningqi 8’ was IBA > sucrose > GA3. Under the condition of adding GA3 and low concentration sucrose could promote the mature somatic embryos germination. Activated carbon could effectively improve the regeneration rate of ‘Ningqi 8’ somatic embryo, and simultaneously promote the development of the root of germination embryo. The IBA 0.1 mg・L-1+KT 0.4 mg・L-1+ activated carbon 1g・L-1 was found to be suitable medium for regeneration in which ‘Ningqi 8’ demonstrated a highest multiplying capacity, and the regeneration rate could get to 91.67%. The research provides a new avenue for the improvement of Lycium barbarum varieties and breeding of new varieties.

  • MS X70酸性环境用管线钢焊接接头氢致开裂敏感性及氢捕获效率研究

    Abstract:摘 要: 依据NACE TM0284-2011标准对MS X70管线钢母材及其焊接接头氢致开裂(HIC)敏感性进行了评估;运用金相显微镜(OM),场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)和电子背散射衍射(EBSD)对其显微组织、HIC裂纹及周围的晶界结构进行了观察和分析,并通过计算渗透通量(J∞L)和氢有效扩散系数(Deff)对母材及焊接接头的氢捕获效率进行了比较研究。结果表明:MS X70管线钢母材及其焊接接头的HIC敏感性均不能达到欧标要求,且焊接接头比母材具有更高的HIC敏感性。焊接接头较高的HIC敏感性主要归结于:(1)以条状贝氏体为主的焊缝组织对氢原子的捕获效率高于母材,(2)焊接接头中较多作为氢通道的小角度晶界可通过提高大角度晶界氢捕获效率从而增加其裂纹敏感率,(3)焊接接头中较少量低能CSL晶界和Σ13b、Σ29b重位晶界降低了大角度晶界裂纹扩展抗力从而使其具有更高的HIC敏感性

  • 地基光电望远镜对GEO空间碎片探测能力分析

    Abstract:空间碎片的持续增加已严重威胁人类航天活动的安全。为了规避空间碎片对在轨航天器的威胁,需要通过观测获取空间碎片与航天器的位置等信息进行碰撞预警,为航天器采取规避措施提供参考。地基光电望远镜在高轨空间碎片观测方面有绝对优势,根据探测信噪比公式,计算望远镜最小可探测空间碎片的尺寸,并通过观测实验对尺寸计算公式进行验证,分析设备探测能力的影响因素,对两种观测模式下设备探测地球静止轨道空间碎片的能力进行分析,得到口径和曝光时间对探测能力影响的定量关系,可以为观测空间碎片设备建设等提供参考。

  • 中国大陆海岸线开发利用的生态环境影响与政策建议

    Abstract:长期以来,东部沿海区域在我国经济社会快速发展过程中扮演了“动力引擎”的角色,与此相应,中国大陆海岸线的开发利用广泛而深刻,尤其是最近几十年来自然岸线消失和破坏的速度惊人、程度严重,围填海愈演愈烈,急剧的岸线开发和扰动过程导致了一系列的资源、环境、生态和灾害问题,对中国当前及未来的海岸带综合管理乃至沿海经济社会可持续发展形成了极为严峻的挑战。文章概述了过去近70年中国大陆海岸线开发利用的过程特征,总结了存在的问题及其对海岸带的影响,在此基础上,指出当前及未来时期中国海岸带综合管理的重点和策略,包括:加强以海岸线为重点的海岸带监测、观测和科学研究;加强自然岸线的保护力度,优化人工岸线的开发利用;开展“恢复中国的河口”行动,维持和强化河口的水文与生态连通性;以海湾为重要抓手,通过实施海湾分类管理促进大陆海岸线的保护;建立健全法律法规,推进海岸带综合管理的多部门协同和区域协同。
