    Abstract:随着信息技术的不断发展,全媒体时代终于到来,对媒体行业造成了巨大冲击。传统媒体编辑的工作职能已经不能满足全媒体时代的需求,因此,媒体编辑要紧随时代发展的步伐,对工作方式进行创新,提升自身的能力,提高媒体编辑的核心竞争力。在全媒体时代的影响下,传统媒体编辑要采取合理的措施为自身寻求更好的发展机会。本文先阐述了全媒体时代的发展概况,然后列举了全媒体环境下对媒体编辑的要求,最后给出全媒体时代媒介话语新秩序建立的策略,希望能为媒体编辑提供一定的帮助。

    Abstract: Purpose/significance  Provide new ideas for the smart transformation and efficient service of today's libraries. Method/Process Explored the relationship between the metaverse and smart libraries, and elaborated on the basic framework, technical applications, equipment and facilities, user application scenarios, standard specifications, data resource management, user management, and other contents of smart library scenario construction in the metaverse environment. Result/Conclusion Introduced the implementation case of smart scenarios under technology empowerment, and summarized the four characteristics that the innovative development of future smart libraries has.

  • The Online Identity Characteristics and Digital Footprint of Social Readers and Its Enlightenment

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In the trend of social reading, combining the online identity of the social reading subject with the library's future digital reading service,make clear the reason that library develops social reading service, explore the construction channels of the social reading platform, in order to provide relevant suggestions for the future library reading services.[Method/process] The paper pointed out the characteristics of the online identity of social reading subject and the following reading problems, distinguished the types of digital footprint, and discusseed the influence of social reading on reading environment, reading behavior and reading ability.[Result/conclusion] In the future, libraries should build social reading channels through online Websites, retrieval platforms, mobile reading APP and third-party software, and further optimize information push through data aggregation. We should sign a data usage agreement, strengthen the supervision of network publishing content, carry out offline reading activities, carry out digital literacy training, and set up the information quantity recommendation limit to avoid the risk of social reading.

  • Effect of Aluminum Phosphate Sealing Treatment on Corrosion Resistance of Anodic Oxide Films on Al-alloys

    Abstract: Anodic oxide films on Al-alloys were sealed by aluminum phosphate to further improve their corrosion resistance. Electrochemical impedance spectroscope (EIS) was used to study the effect of the sealing treatment on corrosion resistance of the anodic oxide films in comparison with those sealed with boiling water and cerium salt solution respectively. The results showed that, the aluminum phosphate coating was formed on the anodic oxide film sealed with aluminum phosphate, and it could provide the anodic oxide film the best corrosion resistance superior to those sealed with boiling water and cerium salt solution. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the aluminum phosphate treatment could last longer than that of sealing treatmants with boling water and cerium salt solution. This method could be a new sealing treatment for anodic oxide film on Al-alloys.

    Abstract: The extant literature suggests that employees' perception of being trusted by their supervisors is important in the workplace, as such perception can lead to many positive work-related outcomes. Although we have understood how and why feeling trusted has consequences, little is known about its development. Overlooking how feeling trusted develops may limit its effective application to managerial practices, because it is only when felt trust is successfully triggered that it could lead to the establishment of trust relationship and ultimately affect employee behavior. As a perception derived from the processing of trust-related information, employees’ feeling trusted by their supervisors may not necessarily fit the supervisors' actual trust. Therefore, to better manage employees by making them feel trusted, supervisors as the trustors, should not only take the initiative to engage in trusting behaviors, but also consider how to make employees perceive their trust accurately. Drawing on the symbolic interactionist view and social information processing theory, we develop a conceptual model about the development of employees’ feeling trusted by their supervisors. According to the model, delegation and coaching are identified as two of the critical factors that influence employees’ feeling trusted by their supervisors. The effects of delegation and coaching on feeling trusted depend on the employee’s goal orientation, on the supervisor’s trustworthiness, and on the level of team anxiety. While employees’ perception of being trusted influences their loyalty and dedication, the amount of influence exerted is conditional on the management risks faced by their supervisors. By delineating how and when supervisory trusting behavior can make employees feel trusted and accordingly influence their work behaviors, the current research makes three important contributions both theoretically and practically. First, feeling trusted is not determined by the trustor or the trustee alone, but develops through interactions between the two parties. Although previous studies have examined the influence of leadership on feeling trusted by supervisors, they have not explained it from the perspective of trust interaction. We identify delegation and coaching as two types of supervisory trusting behaviors, through which supervisors can convey symbolic trust cues. By doing so, our study, theoretically, extends the understanding about the antecedents of feeling trusted by supervisors and, practically, offers new insights into what supervisors can do to make employees feel trusted. Second, although the development of feeling trusted by supervisors relies on social information processing, few studies have explored its internal mechanism. Based on social information processing theory, our research initiates a new dialogue on the mechanisms and boundary conditions regarding the development of feeling trusted by supervisors. We do not only focus on potentially positive and negative paths regarding trust information processing but also explore how information relevance (employee goal orientations) and credibility (supervisor trustworthiness) moderate those paths. The study of employee goal orientations is conducive to identifying the target employees for whom supervisory trusting behaviors are more likely to be effective, while the study of supervisor trustworthiness further clarifies the positive or negative influence that supervisors may have in trust information delivery and processing. Practically, this study provides important guidance for supervisors to manage the target employees by facilitating their feeling trusted in an effective manner. Third, by exploring the moderating effects of two negative team-level factors (team anxiety and management risk), our study enriches the understanding about the contexts of trust interactions between supervisors and subordinates. Practically, we provide implications for how supervisors can adopt trust management strategies in an environment full of high uncertainty and challenges.

  • 不同产地川乌炮制前后差异性成分研究

    Abstract: To evaluate the differences from 3 different regions by chemometrics and principal component content determinations, we established HPLC fingerprints of Aconiti Radix and its processed product, which provided a scientific basis for the quality control of Aconiti Radix from different regions before and after processing. The HPLC method was established on a Waters SunFire C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm). Acetonitrile-glacial acetic acid (0.2%) solution (triethylamine adjusted pH to 6.20) was adopted as the mobile phase for gradient elution. The flow rate was set at 1.0 mL·min-1, and with the detection wavelength of 235 nm. The fingerprints wereanalyzed by the software of “Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine”. The discriminant analysis of hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA), principal component analysis (PCA), orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA) and partial least squares-discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) were employed, and combined with chemometrics and the determination results of principal components. The results were as follows: (1) HPLC fingerprints of 15 batches of Aconiti Radix and its processed product from 3 areas were established, 25 and 14 common fingerprint peaks were calibrated in 15 batches of raw and processed, 6 peaks were identified by the mixed reference product. They were benzoylmesaconitine (peak 16), benzoylaconitine (peak 17), benzoylhypaconitine (peak 18), mesaconitine (peak 21), hypaconitine (peak 22), aconitine (peak 23). (2) Chemometrics showed that 30 batches of samples were clustered into two categories, 15 batches of raw products were classified into 3 classes, 15 batches of processed products were classified into 3 classes. Six components containing mesaconitine and hypaconitine may be the markers of the quality difference between them. (3) The content determination results of principal components changed in varying degrees before and after processing, and the determination results of some principal components in Sichuan Jiangyou producing area before and after processing were significantly higher than those in the other two producing areas. The fingerprint method which established in the study is accurate, repeatable, and reliable. Furthermore, combined with chemical pattern recognition, it could be used for the quality control of Aconiti Radix and its processed product from different regions.

  • 新疆地区多源降水融合试验

    Abstract:利用新疆地区2016年夏季(6—8月)近2000个区域自动站小时降水数据,以最新一代GPM(Global Precipi⁃tation Measurement Mission,全球降水测量计划)IMERG(Integrated Multi-satellite Retrievals for GPM)卫星降水产品为初始场,运用概率密度匹配与最优插值两步融合校正方法(probability density function-optimal interpolation, PDFOI),开展干旱区多源降水融合试验。首先,通过将实况观测与卫星反演降水进行概率密度函数(PDF)匹配,从而实现对IMERG降水的偏差订正;然后以偏差订正后的IMERG降水为初估场,实况降水为观测场,通过最优插值(OI)将偏差订正后的IMERG降水量估计值与雨量计实况相结合,最终得到经过两步校正后的新疆地区小时雨量数据。交叉验证结果表明,与雨量计实况和原始卫星降水数据相比,PDF-OI两步校正方法构建的融合降水不仅大大消除了系统误差,而且显著提高了数据精度。

  • 黄精根际及药用部位内生真菌群落组成和生态功能分析

    Abstract:为寻找促进药用植物活性代谢产物合成的微生物,以黄精为研究对象,利用高通量测序技术和生态功能预测平台,测定根际土真菌、根茎和根内生真菌的􀀁ITS 序列,分析其真菌多样性和群落组成,并预测根茎内生真菌的生态功能。结果表明:(1)测序得到􀀁1 023个可操作分类单元(OTUs),根际、根茎和根真菌􀀁OTU 数分别为􀀁703、128 和􀀁141,三种部位真菌群落组成差异显著,根际土存在特有的真菌类群,即壶菌门。(2)根际土、根茎及根共有􀀁OTU 41 个,子囊菌门占共有真菌的􀀁58.15%,丰度最大。(3)根茎内生真菌被划分􀀁6 个生态功能群,包括未定义腐生菌、菌寄生真菌、动物病原菌、植物病原菌、丛枝菌根真菌和地衣共生真菌,37 个􀀁Undefined 种类(34.91%)在􀀁FUNGuild 数据库中没有参考信息。该文认为根茎中优势菌属􀀁Setophoma、新赤壳属等内生真菌可能与活性代谢产物密切相关,为黄精药用功能菌群的发掘提供数据参考。

  • 新疆暴雨洪涝灾害损失的时空特征及其影响因素

    Abstract:根据1984—2016年新疆暴雨洪涝灾情资料,采用趋势分析、线性回归和相关性分析方法,对新疆暴雨洪涝灾害损失的时空特征进行分析。以年降水量和GDP为指标,探究新疆暴雨洪涝灾害格局的影响因素。结果表明:① 新疆暴雨洪涝灾害部分地区呈加重趋势,其年内分布差异大,多集中在夏季;② 空间上,新疆暴雨洪涝灾害年均频次最高的县市与年均损失最高的县市并不完全对应,说明新疆暴雨洪涝灾害年均频次与年均损失相关性不高;③ 从全疆来看,损失与年降水量、GDP均具有显著性正相关,〖WTBX〗R2〖WTBZ〗分别为0.56和0.57;④ 在一定程度上降水量的增多,使得新疆部分地区暴雨洪涝灾害损失呈上升趋势,发生暴雨洪涝灾害时经济发达地区损失较高。

  • 基于SPEI指数的新疆天山草地近55 a干旱特征

    Abstract:标准化降水蒸散指数(SPEI)通过标准化潜在蒸散与降水的差值,表征一个地区干湿状况偏离常年的程度,是分析干旱演变趋势的新的理想指标,目前已经广泛应用于干旱评估、水资源管理等领域。利用SPEI和1961—2015年新疆天山山区8个代表站点的月降水量及月平均气温资料,对天山山区55 a以来气温和降水的变化特征、不同时间尺度的干旱变化特征、草地生长季干旱特征及变化趋势进行了分析,结果表明:近55 a,天山山区气温呈现显著的上升趋势;降水量总体呈略微上升的趋势,但年际变化较大,变化趋势不显著;天山山区月、季、半年尺度以及年尺度的干旱事件分别为42个、25个、16个和7个;天山山区草地生长季发生轻度、中度和重度干旱的频率分别为37.5%、7.1%和1.8%;近55 a,天山山区草地生长季降水量有所增加,但由于气温升高带来的蒸散作用加强,气候仍呈变干的趋势。近55 a来,天山山区草地生长季气候存在变干的倾向,且年际间的干旱程度变化剧烈,对草地的年际间生长状况差异存在较大的影响。

  • The process whereby organizational identification promotes and prohibits employees’ innovative behavior

    Abstract: One of the key elements for firms to develop stably is a high level of employees’ identification with their organizations. Employees’ innovative behavior is the cornerstone of firms’ innovation. However, there are inconsistent research findings about the influence of organizational identification on employees’ innovative behavior. The normative conflict model provides a theoretical lens for deep understandings of their relationship. According to this model, organizational identification has a dual impact (i.e. promotive and prohibitive) on innovative behavior through two disparate paths (i.e. dissatisfaction of the status quo and conforming to the status quo); employees’ perceptions of normative conflict is a crucial condition to trigger their dissatisfaction of and conforming to the status quo; leaders’ expectations and support for employees’ innovative behavior play moderating roles in the process whereby organizational identification promotes and prohibits employees’ innovative behavior.   • 外泌体作为肿瘤标志物的研究进展

    Abstract:外泌体是细胞内源性囊泡样生物纳米级膜结构,直径大小在40-100 nm之间,可由各种类型的细胞分泌释放。外泌体具有许多功能,如蛋白质、mRNA、miRNA和脂类的细胞间运输和传递,以及抗原递呈,还可能具有致癌的能力。肿瘤细胞所分泌释放的外泌体在肿瘤的发生、发展以及迁移等生理和病理过程中发挥重要的作用。目前从肿瘤外泌体中寻找特异性标志物已成为肿瘤研究者重点关注的方向,对肿瘤早期诊断、疗效评价和预后分析具有重要的意义。本文作者就近年来外泌体在肿瘤研究和诊断中研究进展进行综述。

    Abstract:真核细胞内膜系统由细胞内相互联系的膜状细胞器组成,包括外泌体的生成和自噬过程,对应激反应和维持细胞内稳态起着重要作用。外泌体是含有蛋白质与核酸内容物的多泡体分泌到体外形成的胞外囊泡,而自噬是溶酶体依赖性的降解和循环再利用的过程。研究发现,外泌体的生成和自噬之间有着共同的分子机制,二者存在实质性的交互通讯。本文对外泌体的生成和自噬的过程,包括二者与溶酶体之间的关系进行综述。

  • CeO2对超音速火焰喷涂WC-12Co涂层腐蚀行为影响研究

    Abstract:采用超音速火焰喷涂在Q345基体上制备了微米WC-12Co、纳米改性WC-12Co和CeO2改性WC-12Co涂层,利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、显微硬度计和共聚焦显微镜分析涂层的微观组织,通过极化试验和浸泡腐蚀试验等试验方法研究涂层在1mol/L H2SO4溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:纳米CeO2的加入可以显著降低涂层的孔隙率,能有效的减少点蚀的发生;添加纳米CeO2可以使涂层电极电位发生正移,降低腐蚀电流密度,生成稳定的钝化膜,降低涂层的维钝电流密度,提高涂层的耐腐蚀性能;纳米CeO2改性WC-12Co涂层的腐蚀机制为由孔隙诱发的点蚀,其他区域并没有被腐蚀,而微米WC-12Co涂层和纳米改性WC-12Co涂层不仅Co粘结相被全面腐蚀,而且在孔隙处也发生了严重的点蚀。
