  • Socioeconomic Status and Consumer Guilt of College Students: The Role of Family and Social Value

    Abstract: Consumer guilt refers to negative feelings caused by consumer’s behavior that violates social norms or individual values. Consumer guilt exists universally in college students who are not economically independent yet but have a strong willingness to consume. However, few studies have systematically examined what caused consumer guilt in college students. Related research showed that people with different socioeconomic status (SES) had different psychological experience during consuming. Therefore, the level of consumer guilt may vary in college students with different SES. College students’ parents bring them up and also provide them financial support. As main factors of parent-child relationship, Parenting styles and parent-child communication probably moderate the relationship between SES and consumer guilt. Materialism is a value emphasizing the importance of material wealth in individual life. Individuals with high materialism are more likely to engage in irrational consumption, which leads to consumer guilt. That means different level of materialism probably influences the relationship between SES and consumer guilt. Therefore, the current study aims to explore the relationship between SES and consumer guilt. Furthermore, the current study also explores the moderating effects of parenting styles, parent-child communication, and materialism on the relationship between SES and consumer guilt. The current study recruited 560 college students online, who were from different Chinese universities(Mage = 20.94±1.99 years, 266 females). 560 participants completed questionnaires on anticipated and reactive consumer guilt, objective and subjective socioeconomic status, parenting styles, parent-child communication, and materialism. SPSS 26.0 and PROCESS 4.1 were used to analyze data. The results showed that:(1) Objective SES significantly negatively predicted both anticipated consumer guilt and reactive consumer guilt, but subjective SES had no significant effect on anticipated and reactive consumer guilt. (2) Parenting styles and parent-child communication moderated the relationship between objective SES and consumer guilt. When parenting styles(high parents’ emotional warmth、low parents’ rejection and low father’s over protection) and parent-child communication (high conversation、low conformity) were positive, objective SES could significantly negatively predict consumer guilt; when parenting styles and parent-child communication were negative, objective SES had no significant effect on consumer guilt. (3) Materialism had no significant moderating effect on the relationship between objective SES and consumer guilt. The results indicate that objective SES may influence college students’ consumer guilt, and the protective role of family factors on the influence is more reflected in high objective SES college students.

    Abstract: The decline in seedling growth of Malania oleifera as the age increases is often observed in the absence of host plants. A better knowledge of nutrient dynamics in terms of concentration and distribution patterns in different parts of the declining seedlings can provide valuable information for evaluating seedling growth vigor and offer scientific guidance for rational fertilization in M. oleifera nurseries. In this study, the concentrations of N, P, and K were comparatively analyzed in various organs of unattached M. oleifera seedlings grown for half a year, two years, and three years. Additionally, the starch content and distribution patterns in the roots and stems of seedlings with different vigor levels were qualitatively assessed by staining cross-sections. The results were as follows: (1) As the growth vigor of M. oleifera seedlings declined, the concentrations of N, P, and K in most organs decreased, except for a significant increase in K concentration in lateral roots. The leaf N/P ratios of the declining seedlings became increasingly imbalanced, indicating different nutrient deficiency types among the seedlings with varying decline degrees. Unattached M. oleifera seedlings grown for half a year were primarily limited by insufficient N supply (with an average N/P ratio of 11.33) and subsequently by P limitation after two years (average N/P ratio 17.81). The leaf N/P ratio of unattached M. oleifera seedlings grown for three years was remarkably imbalanced (with an average value of 52.46). As the growth vigor of unattached three-year seedlings is considerably low, they are deemed unsuitable for afforestation. (2) A decrease in starch content was observed in declining seedlings, as evidenced by the reduced staining intensity of cross-sections. After three years, the starch content of unattached M. oleifera seedlings was found to have decreased to an extremely low level. Significant differences in starch content were observed at various locations, including the connecting point of the stems and roots, the basal swelling top of the root, the main root, and lateral roots, among seedlings with different degrees of decline. These findings suggest that starch content levels can serve as crucial criteria for evaluating the growth vigor of seedlings. Specifically, lateral roots were identified as optimal sampling materials for assessing seedling growth vigor through a minimally invasive method.

  • "Cluster" management measures of Novel Coronavirus in emergency Department of Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine

    Abstract: Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2019, the severe situation of the epidemic has drawn wide attention from people around the world. The emergency department, as an important gateway of epidemic prevention and control in hospitals, bears important prevention and control responsibilities and is the sentinel of hospitals. Our hospital emergency department attaches great importance since the outbreak of epidemic prevention and control work, according to COVID - 19 related system and the prevention and control guidelines released by the national health committee and bureau of TCM. Combined with our hospitals epidemic prevention and control work reality and geographical characteristics of the emergency department, we always implement the policy of prevention first and strengthen prevention and control management, and especially design the emergency department "cluster" management measures. The prevention of novel coronavirus by means of reforming the diagnosis and treatment environment, formulation of the prevention and control system and procedures, pre-screening, personnel training, cleaning and disinfection, and supervision of prevention and control has certain reference value for the prevention and control of the new coronavirus.

  • A comparative study on the quality evaluation and recommendations of clinical guidelines and consensus on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

    Abstract:

    Objective To evaluate the methodological quality and reporting quality of guidance documents for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease using the AGREE II and RIGHT tools, summarize and compare the recommendations,and provide a reference for the development and reporting of future guidelines for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods PubMed, CNKI and other Chinese and English databases were searched by computer,with a search time frame of 1 September 2012 - 1 September 2022.Two trained evaluators independently evaluated the methodological and reporting quality of the included guidance documents using AGREE II and RIGHT respectively, and collated and compared the recommendations of the higher quality guidance documents.Results A total of 19 publications were included, including 12 guidelines and 7 consensus; 6 in Chinese and 13 in English; and 10 are developed using an evidence-based approach. The mean scores for each domain of AGREE II are 42.84% for scope and purpose, 31.43% for participants, 31.25% for rigour, 60.67% for clarity, 32.68% for application and 37.5% for independence. The average scores of RIGHT in each area are: basic information (59.65%), background (66.12%), evidence (42.11%), recommendations (39.85), review and quality assurance (17.11%), funding and conflict of interest statement and management (18.42%), and other aspects (47.37%).Evidence-based guidance documents has higher mean scores in AGREE II and higher quality of reporting in RIGHT than non-evidence-based guidance documents.Foreign guidance documents has higher mean scores in AGREE II and higher quality of reporting in RIGHT than domestic guidance documents.The main recommendations relate to screening and diagnosis, assessment, management (non-pharmacological and pharmacological treatment) and surgical treatment. Conclusion The methodological quality and reporting quality of the published guidance documents for NAFLD still need to be improved, and there are still gaps between domestic guidance documents and international guidance documents.The development of TCM guidance documents should follow an evidence-based approach.Further reference should be made to international standards such as AGREE II and RIGHT in the process of guideline development and reporting.Screening awareness for high-risk groups of NAFLD and a sound early non-invasive diagnosis and evaluation system should be established.Multi-dimensional treatment plans for lifestyle, liver function and metabolic disorders should be provided for patients NAFLD .

  • Chemical constituents from Potentilla kleiniana and their anti-inflammatory activity

    Abstract:

    The purpose of this paper is to investigate the chemical constituents of Potentilla kleiniana and their anti-inflammatory activity. The 60% ethanol extract of P. kleiniana were isolated by D-101 macroporous adsorptive resins, silica gel, Toyopearl HW-40F and other methods, and their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of NMR and HR-ESI-MS analysis. Meanwhile, the anti-inflammatory activity of the compounds was evaluated by mouse macrophage (RAW 264.7) inflammatory model induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in vitro. The results were as follows: (1) Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified from P. kleiniana as 2- (heptadecanoyloxy)propane-1,3-diyl distearate (1), 9,12,13-trihydroxy-10,15-octadecadienoic acid (2), methyl-9,12,13-trihydroxyoctadeca-10,15-dienoate (3), 2,2'-oxybis(1,4-di-tert-butylbenzene) (4), emodin (5), chrysophanol (6), (6R,9R)-3-oxo-α-ionol-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7), neoandrographolide (8), methyl-α-D-fructofuranosides (9), 1-O-β-D-fructofuranosyl-α-D-allopyranos (10), p-coumaric acid (11), cesternosides A (12), koaburaside (13), orientin (14), isoorientin (15). Compounds 1-15 were obtained from Potentilla genus for the first time. (2) The anti-inflammatory test results showed that compounds 1-3, 8, and 11-15 had moderate inhibitory activities on NO production, and the inhibition rate of 8 was 72.5% at the concentrations of 25 μmol·L-1. In conclusion, the study enriches the phytochemical information of P. kleiniana, and clarifies that fatty acid derivatives, phenolic components and diterpenoids are anti-inflammatory active components, which provide a theoretical basis for further exploitation of P. kleiniana.

  • 基于FY-3D/MERSI-Ⅱ归一化积雪指数和MOD10A1的精度对比分析

    Abstract: 风云三号D星(FY-3 D)是我国新一代极轨气象卫星,中分辨率光谱成像仪II ( MERSI- II )是其携带的核心传感器之一,MERSI- }实现了云、气溶胶、水汽、陆地表面特性、海洋水色等大气、陆地、海洋参量的高精度定量反演。选取2018年大8月无云时相的FY-3 D/MERSI- II数据对天山中段终年积雪进行归一化积雪指数(vDSI)的计算。结合高分辨率Landsat-8影像,利用混淆矩阵对FY-3D/MERSI- II数据计算结果与同期MODIS日积雪产品数据MOD10A1进行精度对比分析。结果表明:FY-3 D/MERSI- II图像平均总体精度为0. 855 , MOD10A1图像平均总体精度为0. 820 ,FY-3 D/MERSI- }积雪覆盖提取平均总体精度比MOD10A1积雪覆盖提取平均总体精度高0. 035FY-3 D/MERSI- II的K内>pa系数平均值为0. 659 , MOD10A1的K句>pa系数平均值为0. 558 , FY-3 D/MERSI- II的K内>pa系数平均值大于MOD10A1的K内>pa系数平均值。故FY-3 D/MERSI- II数据提取积雪覆盖面积精度更高,更接近高分辨率Landsat-8影像目视解译结果。

    Abstract: Considering the performance deterioration of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing communication (OFDM) system due to narrowband interference (NBI) , this paper employed deep learning into NBI mitigation of OFDM systems and proposed two structures with convolutional neural network (CNN) . These two structures firstly pre-processed the received data in receiver, then adopted CNN to exploit the interference estimation in time domain. Finally the impact of NBI was removed from received signal. The simulation results demonstrate that the two systems can learn the interference effectively and improve system performance.

  • 笼养和散养蛋鸡小肠细菌菌群区系的聚合酶链式反应–变性梯度凝胶电泳分析

    Abstract:本试验对笼养和散养蛋雏鸡和成年蛋鸡的小肠中细菌种类进行分析。取8周龄雏鸡和30周龄产蛋鸡整个小肠内容物,进行聚合酶链式反应–变性梯度凝胶电泳(PCR-DGGE)分析,结合指纹克隆,研究鸡小肠细菌菌群的DNA指纹图谱。结果显示,共从蛋鸡的肠内容物中分离出39株细菌,有4个菌门,包括变形菌(2株,5.1%),拟杆菌(4株,10.2%),放线菌(5株,12.8%)和厚壁菌门(21株,53.8%),以及7个环境样品(不可培养细菌)。不同阶段蛋鸡不同肠段存在不同的细菌种类,在成年母鸡和自由放养鸡肠道中的细菌种类比雏鸡和笼养鸡丰富。所有分离细菌中,共分离得到10株乳酸菌,除陪伴粪球菌外,其余9株乳杆菌作为微生态制剂后备菌保存。结果提示,饲养模式和饲养阶段对蛋鸡肠道中细菌群落种类分布有很大影响,散养模式细菌群落更丰富,成年鸡较雏鸡肠道细菌多。

  • 早期断奶对仔猪空肠和回肠兴奋性氨基酸载体1表达的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究仔猪出生后10~20 d,早期断奶仔猪小肠谷氨酸转运载体基因表达情况与哺乳仔猪的差异。试验分别从40头不同母猪的仔猪中各选出体重相近,10日龄的“杜×长×大”三元杂交仔猪1头,共40头仔猪,随机不配对分为2组,每组20头仔猪,对照组(哺乳组)为哺乳仔猪,随母猪喂养;试验组(断奶组)为断奶仔猪,隔离断奶饲养;试验期10 d。饲养结束,每组随机取12只仔猪,宰杀取空肠和回肠,测定谷氨酸转运载体兴奋性氨基酸转运载体1(EAAC1)蛋白质表达情况和游离氨基酸含量。结果显示,断奶显著降低了仔猪空肠和回肠EAAC1(57和73 ku)及其相关蛋白谷氨酸转运联合蛋白(GTRAP3-18)(50 ku)的蛋白质和基因表达量(P<0.05)。断奶提高了仔猪空肠游离谷氨酸和总氨基酸含量,却降低了仔猪回肠游离谷氨酸和总氨基酸含量,差异显著(P<0.05)。结果提示,早期断奶降低EAAC1和GTRAP3-18的蛋白质含量,这可能与早期断奶仔猪遭受营养谷氨酸缺乏导致的肠道氨基酸吸收转运障碍有关。
