    Abstract: This article summarized the rehabilitation treatment and nursing experience of one case of cerebral infarction in convalescent stage, including general evaluation, specialized evaluation, syndrome differentiation of TCM, nursing diagnosis and measures, etc. , according to the evaluation results, a rehabilitation treatment and nursing program of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was established. Appropriate rehabilitation treatment and nursing could improve the patients' limb movement function, balance function and psychological state, and enhance their ability of daily living, to control the disease and improve the quality of life.

    Abstract: [PurposelSignificance] Muti-modal feafure analysis and service efficiency improvement of digital community consumers willhelp to provide a new vision for the construction of digital intelligent online ccmmunifies and provide new impetus for relevantdepartments to make decisions. In addition, although the curent research on digital consumption inchudes the relevant content of useranalysis, it mainly aims at the fomulation of detailed operation plans, and lacks the analysis of service efficiency improvement of digitalconmunities. On the other hand, the research on user value orientation for online service quality optimization is mostly based on profletechnology, which only considers the difference characterstics of a single target user, and lacks the horizontal comparison and differenceattribution research of omulti-modal features among groups.Based on this, this paper, from the perspective of vatue discovery, achievesclustering by aggregating user profles, analyzes the nulti-modal characteristics of consumer groups in digital communities, andproposes a serice efficiency improvement scheme.[Methodprocess] First, this paper analyzed the target consumers in the dgita1conmunity and established a cluster indicator system Then, users were grouped, and the muli-modal infcrmaticn profile of the targetgroup was restored based on group characteristics and inter-group interaction characterstics.Finally, it proposed the path to improve theefficiency of digital community services.In tems of technical implementation , the data related to consumer activities were extractedfrom the digital community, integrated, cleaned, and distributed to the storage bucket. The clustering indicator system was built throughfeafure mining and existing indicators, and the indicators were mapped to aims, and DBSCAN clustering was canried out on the basis ofusing AP to realize the image. After grouping and naming the characteristics analysis, interaction analysis, and dift and penetrationphenomenon analysis were carried out according to the characteristics of various groups. We extracted various parameters of the designof digital community consumption activities, and buit a decision variable finction to find the optimal behavior equifitrium conditions ofthe digital product supplier, consumer and digital community.Based on this, we built an efficiency improvement tree, and proposedcommunity service efficiency inmprovement stategies at the initial, middle and later stages of consumption activities.[Resuts/Conclusions] The empirical analysis results show that the model in this paper can first generate reascnable and efectiveclustering results, and then realize the classication of group characteristics and the analysis of inter-group infitration and dift. Theclustering results show six types of consumer groups: focus, center, special, sleeping. loss and general groups.Most groups wil haveuser penetraticn, and only general user groups will have inter-group drift. The service efficiency improvement model shows that the mostvaued group is the center and key group. The inadequacy of this study is that the applicatbility of the model to muti-souceheterogeneous data needs to be tested and there is still room for improvement in clustering granularity.

  • A Study on the Topic of WeChat Platform’s Reading Promotion Contents in Public Libraries by Using LDA Model in China

    Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] This paper aims to identify the content themes and evolutionary characteristics of reading promotion by using WeChat public platform in domestic public libraries. [Method/Process] This paper defined and selected the reading promotion contents by obtaining the tweets of 31 provincial public libraries on WeChat in China, and used the LDA theme model to realize the theme recognition, and analysis of evolution and reading times of reading promotion contents. [Result/Conclusion] It is found that the topics of reading promotion carried out by public libraries with WeChat can be divided into nine categories, covering a wide range, each topic shows different evolutionary trends over time and the amount of reading for each topic also reflects a different degree of popularity. Finally, from the perspectives of scientific planning and matching of the promotion contents, the reversal of the subordinate status of the promotion contents, the promotion content setting of special groups, the innovative design of the promotion contents and its forms, and the creation of brand promotion contents, suggestions on the future WeChat reading promotion work of public libraries are provided.

  • Comparative Study on Corrosion Resistance of Micro Arc Oxidation Ceramic Coatings on Mg-Mn-RE Alloy

    Abstract: A series of micro-arc oxidation (MAO) films were prepared on Mg-Mn-RE alloy by an alternating current with symmetric voltage in different alkaline solutions containing aluminate, phosphate or silicate and then the MAO films were characterized by SEM and XRD. The corrosion resistance of MAO films was evaluated by EIS potentiodynamic polarization. The results indicated that the MAO films prepared in phosphate or silicate systems have low thickness with obvious cracks, leading to poor corrosion resistance. In the contrast, the MAO films prepared in aluminate system exhibit the better corrosion resistance due to the compactness and higher surface quality, which shows a good prospect for the application.

    Abstract: Thriving at work is a psychological state in which individuals experience both the sense of vitality and learning at work. The contextual enablers, such as leadership, organizational support and fairness, job characteristics, and peers, can facilitate thriving at work. Drawing from the Trait Activation Theory and Self-Determination Theory, the model of “psychological mechanism of organizational context affecting thriving at work” is built: “omnibus” and “discrete” contextual factors can either directly affect the satisfaction of basic psychological needs, or activate traits, then affect the satisfaction of basic psychological needs and subsequently influence thriving at work. Future studies are suggested to pay more attention to the “omnibus” context and its intermediary mechanism; to conduct the multi-level research that simultaneously examines individual and contextual variables, or articulates the social and task levels; and to utilized the dynamic research method to study the relationship between organizational context and thriving at work, and hence to predict thriving at work.

  • Quality nursing work in outpatient blood draw rooms for nursing studies

    Abstract:

    Objective: To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing on the improvement of outpatient blood collection quality and nursing quality. Methods: A total of 130 patients who received blood collection in the blood collection room from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects, and the random number table method was used to divide them into observation group (65 cases) and control group (65 cases), and the quality nursing care and routine nursing were implemented respectively, and the application effects of the two nursing modes were compared. Results: The success rate of blood collection in the observation group (98.5%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (89.2%), the sample pass rate (96.9%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (87.7%), the incidence of nursing disputes (0) was significantly lower than that of the control group (6.2%), the degree of puncture pain was lower than that of the control group, and the satisfaction scores of various care care were higher than those of the control group <0.05)。 Conclusion: The application of high-quality nursing services in the outpatient blood collection room can help improve the success rate of blood collection and sample pass rate, and reduce nursing disputes, alleviate patient puncture pain, and improve their nursing satisfaction.

  • 抗菌肽Sublancin对肉鸡生长性能、养分利用及盲肠菌群的影响

    Abstract:通过2个试验研究抗菌肽Sublancin对肉鸡生长性能、养分利用和盲肠菌群的影响。试验1:选取432只1日龄爱拔益加肉公鸡,随机分为4组(每组6个重复,每个重复18只鸡),分别为对照组(饲喂不含抗生素的基础饲粮)、抗生素组(饲喂基础饲粮+20 mg/kg硫酸黏杆菌素)、低剂量抗菌肽组(饲喂基础饲粮+150 mg/kg Sublancin)和低剂量抗菌肽组(饲喂基础饲粮+300 mg/kg Sublancin),试验持续42 d。于试验第1天、第21天和第42天时,对肉鸡称重、结料,计算平均日采食量、平均日增重和饲料转化率;于试验第21和第42天时,每个重复随机抽取1只鸡,收集盲肠食糜用于分析盲肠菌群。试验2:选取288只1日龄爱拔益加肉公鸡,随机分成3组(每组8个重复,每个重复12只鸡),分别为对照组(饲喂不含抗生素的基础饲粮)、抗生素组(饲喂基础饲粮+80 mg/kg金霉素)和抗菌肽组(饲喂基础饲粮+300 mg/kg Sublancin),试验持续28 d。于试验第1天和第21天,对肉鸡称重、结料,计算平均日采食量、平均日增重和饲料转化率;试验第19~21天收集粪尿,测定养分表观代谢率和氮沉积;于试验第22天,每只肉鸡灌服1 mL大肠杆菌K88菌悬液(109 CFU/mL),第28天时每个重复选取1只鸡,收集盲肠食糜用于分析盲肠菌群。结果显示:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加300 mg/kg抗菌肽Sublancin或20 mg/kg硫酸黏杆菌素显著提高试验前期(1~21 d)、后期(22~42 d)以及全期(1~42 d)肉鸡的平均日增重和饲料转化率(P0.05)。与对照组相比,饲粮添加300 mg/kg抗菌肽Sublancin或80 mg/kg抗生素金霉素显著提高了粗蛋白质表观代谢率和氮沉积率(P0.05)。抗菌肽组肉鸡的氮沉积量显著高于对照组和抗生素组(P0.05)。由此得出,抗菌肽Sublancin用于肉鸡饲粮中抗生素替代物具有潜在的价值。饲粮中添加300 mg/kg抗菌肽Sublancin可通过提高养分利用率,减少肠道有害细菌数量来提高肉鸡的生长性能。

  • 抗菌肽sublancin与黄芪多糖对小鼠免疫调节作用的比较研究

    Abstract:本试验旨在比较抗菌肽Sublancin与黄芪多糖对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。选用4~6周龄健康雌性BALB/c小鼠60只,随机分成6组,每组10只。各组小鼠先连续灌胃7 d、每天1次、每只0.2 mL的下列物质:空白对照组,灌胃生理盐水;攻毒组,灌胃生理盐水;12.0 mg/kg BW黄芪多糖组,灌胃12.0 mg/kg BW的黄芪多糖溶液;48.0 mg/kg BW黄芪多糖组,灌胃48.0 mg/kg BW的黄芪多糖溶液;1.0 mg/kg BW sublancin组,灌胃1.0 mg/kg BW的sublancin溶液;2.0 mg/kg BW sublancin组,灌胃2.0 mg/kg BW的sublancin溶液。除空白对照组外,其余5组在灌胃结束24 h后均以200 μL/只的剂量灌胃浓度为1×109 CFU/mL的鼠伤寒沙门氏菌进行攻毒。分别在攻毒3和24 h后从每组随机取5只小鼠采集外周血、脾脏以及盲肠内容物,检测血清中细胞因子含量,脾细胞中T淋巴细胞亚群CD4+、CD8+数量以及肠道内容物中沙门氏菌数量等指标。结果表明:沙门氏菌攻毒3 h后,与攻毒组相比,12.0和48.0 mg/kg BW黄芪多糖组以及2.0 mg/kg BW sublancin组血清中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的含量均显著降低(P0.05);48.0 mg/kg BW黄芪多糖组和2.0 mg/kg BW sublancin组血清中单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)的含量均显著降低(P0.05),但是存在降低趋势。沙门氏菌攻毒24 h后,与攻毒组相比,2.0 mg/kg BW sublancin组血清中IL-6的含量显著降低(P<0.05);48.0 mg/kg BW黄芪多糖组和2.0 mg/kg BW sublancin组血清中TNF-α的含量显著降低(P<0.05);12.0和48.0 mg/kg BW黄芪多糖组以及2.0 mg/kg BW sublancin组血清中MCP-1的含量显著降低(P<0.05)。此外,沙门氏菌攻毒24 h后,与空白对照组相比,2.0和48.0 mg/kg BW黄芪多糖组以及1.0和2.0 mg/kg BW sublancin组血清中IL-10的含量均显著提高(P<0.05)。综合上述结果可得出,适宜剂量的抗菌肽sublancin和黄芪多糖对小鼠免疫功能均有良好的调节作用;与黄芪多糖相比,抗菌肽sublancin对感染沙门氏菌小鼠免疫功能的调节更加全面。

  • 抗菌肽Sublancin增强小鼠获得性免疫的研究

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究抗菌肽Sublancin灌胃对卵清白蛋白(OVA)免疫小鼠获得性免疫反应的影响。试验选用6周龄雌性BALA/c小鼠60只,随机分为5个组,每组12只小鼠。空白对照组小鼠灌胃生理盐水,阳性对照组小鼠灌胃2.5 mg/kg体重的左旋咪唑溶液,抗菌肽Sublancin组小鼠灌胃0.5、1.0和2.0 mg/kg体重的抗菌肽Sublancin溶液。各组小鼠连续灌胃14 d。在灌胃结束24 h后用模式抗原OVA皮下注射对各组小鼠进行免疫,14 d后加强免疫1次,第2次免疫7 d后采血和取脾脏,用间接酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法对血清OVA特异性免疫球蛋白G(IgG)及其亚类IgG1、IgG2a和细胞因子含量进行检测。结果表明:1)与空白对照组相比,0.5、1.0和2.0 mg/kg抗菌肽Sublancin组和阳性对照组小鼠血清OVA特异性IgG含量均显著或极显著提高(P0.05)。本试验结果表明,抗菌肽Sublancin可以诱导OVA免疫小鼠产生Th1和Th2混合型免疫反应,增强其体液免疫和细胞免疫功能。

    Abstract: The traditional matrix decomposition model can not fully explored the intrinsic relationship between the user and the object in the mean, bias and characteristics. This paper proposed a fitting matrix model to improve the prediction performance by constructing the user and the item matrix to represent the characteristics of the user and the item respectively. The matrix decomposition model had the advantage of accuracy in the field of recommender system, but the gradient descent method, which was the most popular method to train parameters of model, had a slow convergence speed. Considering the above defects, this paper considered to accelerate the convergence speed using the convergence of quasi Newton method. We named the proposed algorithm as fitting matrix and two orders fusion iterative (FAST) algorithm. The experimental results showed that the FAST algorithm was better than the traditional non negative matrix decomposition (NMF) , singular value matrix decomposition (SVD) , and the regularized singular value matrix decomposition (RSVD) . FAST algorithm had a decrease with regard to the mean absolute error (MAE) and the root mean square error (RMSE) , and had a significant improvement in the iterative efficiency, which alleviated the problem that the accuracy was difficult to balance with the efficiency of the iteration.

  • 1962—2015年宁夏平均气温和极端气温的变化特征

    Abstract:气候环境是生态健康、社会持续发展中不可控因素,而温度是维持气候系统稳定,提供人类宜居环境的重要条件。为明确宁夏地区平均气温与极端气温事件的变化特征,运用线性倾向、小波分析、相关分析等,对宁夏1962—2015年平均气温和极端气温事件进行了分析。结果表明:1962年以来宁夏全区、北部、中部干旱带及南部山区以0.38 ℃·(10a)-1、0.42 ℃·(10a)-1、0.36 ℃·(10a)-1、0.38 ℃·(10a)-1速度增温;冷暖气温主要存在20~32 a、8~19 a、2~7 a的周期,主周期13 a和32 a分别有8 a与20 a的次周期;极端低温事件频率、持续时长低于高温事件,低温四季增幅大于高温,且冬季变幅更为突出。平均气温和极端高温的升高会加大宁夏地区的干旱程度,加剧全区气候的不平衡性,极端低温指数的减少会增加农田、森林等的病虫害,使生态系统进一步恶化,应做好相应防御措施。

  • 热处理对3Cr13MoCu马氏体不锈钢抗菌性能的影响研究

    Abstract:利用抗菌性能检测、硬度测试、透射电镜观察、激光共聚焦显微镜观察和扫描电镜观察等手段研究了时效处理对3Cr13MoCu马氏体不锈钢抗菌性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着时效温度的升高,3Cr13MoCu马氏体不锈钢中的富Cu相不断长大,对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率不断提高,但其硬度迅速下降。而在500 ℃进行时效处理时,延长时效时间至10~14 h后,钢中富Cu相含量不断增加,其抗菌性能和硬度均不断提高。结合抗菌性能和硬度测试结果,确定3Cr13MoCu不锈钢的优化热处理制度为:1080 ℃固溶30 min,水冷 + 500 ℃时效10~14 h,空冷。在此抗菌热处理工艺下,3Cr13MoCu不锈钢表现出了非常优异的抗菌性能,在杀灭游离态细菌的同时,还可以有效地抑制表面细菌生物膜的形成。
