  • 基于大数据的文化心理分析

    Abstract: With the further development of computers and big data technology, human society and its cultural forms are undergoing profound changes. The production and interaction of cultural symbols have become increasingly complex, and cultural members and their social networks have left numerous texts and behavior footprints, which makes it necessary to describe, predict, and even change the culture, so that computable cultural symbols and their interaction process have gradually become the research object of cultural psychology. In this vein, Computational Cultural Psychology (CCP), which employs big data and computation tools to understand cultural symbols and their interaction processes, has emerges rapidly, making large-scale or even full sample cultural analysis possible. The key variables of CCP are mainly about individualism and collectivism, and the analysis technologies include feature dictionaries, machine learning, social networks analysis, and simulation.New research avenues of CCP involve the cultural change effect from the temporal perspective and cultural geography effect from the spatial perspective. For the former, Google Ngram Viewer, Google News, Google Search, name archives, pop songs, and micro-blogs were used to analyze the cultural changes after the long-term historical development and the short-term economic transformation. For the latter, both social media (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, and Weibo) and large-scale survey were used to analyze the cultural differences of various countries or regions in different geographic spaces, as well as the relationship between culture and environment, such as cultural diversity along the "Belt and Road", person - environment fit and cultural value mismatch across different regions in a country or all over the world.It should be noted that there are several limitations in CCP, including decoding distortion, sample bias, semasiological variation, and privacy risk, although new methods and paradigms are provided. In future directions, theoretical interpretation of variables, cultural dynamics, interdisciplinary integration, and ecological validity should be seriously concerned. In particular, accurate definition and theoretical interpretation of big data measurement are needed; a variety of big data corpus (e.g., historical archives) should be used for the evolutionary analysis of dynamic cultures; deep integration, but not conflict, should be encouraged between culture psychology and the sciences of computer, communication, and history; and the "scenarios" of big data should be considered in promoting the ecological validity of cultural psychology.Taken together, a review of the emergence of CCP, as well as the empirical research on the big data analysis of cultural change and cultural geography, is helpful in understanding the advantages, limitations, and future direction of this new field, which sheds light on theoretical and methodological innovation of cultural psychology.

    Abstract: With the integrated development of big data technology and cultural psychology, computational cultural psychology came into being as a novel interdisciplinary research field, which makes large-scale cultural analysis possible.   • Physiological response characteristics of Hippophae rhamnoides seedlings under interaction of Mn stress and sex-specific competition

    Abstract: Sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides) is an important dioecious tree species of protective plantation with insufficiently documented on the sexual responses difference to environmental stress as well as the interaction between sexual competition and heavy metal stress. In order to provide the practical guidance for repairing heavy metal pollution in soil, the physiological responses and tolerance of male and female sea buckthorn plants under Mn stress and different gender interaction patterns were discussed. The physiological responses of sea buckthorn under Mn stress ( 4 000 mg·kg-1 ) and three different gender combinations ( female× female, male×male, female × male) were determined, including the contents of chlorophyll, peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), total phenols, free proline (Pro), soluble sugar (SS), betaine and manganese in male and female leaves. The results were as follows: (1) Under Mn stress, the SOD of male plants (M/FM) was the highest in all competition combinations, while the MDA content was not significantly increased compared with the controls, indicating that the male plants had better antioxidant capacity and less membrane oxidative damage. (2) M/FM accumulated more proline and showed better osmotic adjustment ability under Mn stress, indicating that male plants under sexual competition showed better tolerance to Mn stress. (3) The study indicated that male-female interaction and Mn stress interaction significantly affected the physiological response characteristics of sea buckthorn leaves, such as chlorophyll content, antioxidant enzyme activity and osmotic adjustment. Principal component analysis showed that the contents of SOD, POD, MDA, chlorophyll b (Chlb), SS and Pro in leaves could be used as the main physiological response indicators. The results can be used as a reference for the remediation of soil heavy metal pollution by sea buckthorn plants.

  • 乳酸链球菌素对腹泻小鼠盲肠菌群结构及脂代谢的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究乳酸链球菌素(Nisin)对腹泻小鼠盲肠菌群结构和脂代谢的影响。选择7~9周龄无特定病原体(SPF)级50只小鼠(雌雄各占1/2),随机分成5组,分别为空白对照组、阴性对照组、环丙沙星组、氨苄青霉素组及Nisin组。除空白对照组小鼠腹腔注射等量灭菌生理盐水外,其余各组小鼠连续3 d腹腔注射致病性大肠杆菌(E.coli)O1悬液(2.50×1011 CFU/mL)0.2 mL/只构建小鼠腹泻模型。连续注射3 d后,空白对照组和阴性对照组灌胃灭菌生理盐水,其他组灌胃对应物质,每天2次,每次0.3 mL,连续灌胃15 d。第15天灌胃2 h后采样,采用高通量测序技术对小鼠盲肠内容物中细菌结构测序分析,通过酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法对小鼠血清、空肠、回肠和脑组织中金属肽酶含血小板反应蛋白1(ADAMTS1)、总胆固醇(TC)和胰岛素(INS)的含量进行检测。结果显示:与阴性对照组相比,Nisin使小鼠血清、回肠和脑组织中ADAMTS1的含量和回肠中INS的含量显著降低(P<0.05),血清、空肠和脑组织中TC的含量显著增加(P<0.05),并使小鼠各阶段的体重显著增加(P<0.05)。Nisin组小鼠盲肠菌群丰富度最高(ACE指数=2 469.54、Chao1指数=3 340.29)且多样性最高(Shannon指数=7.56),而阴性对照组则最低。Nisin组中疣微菌门(Verrucomicrobia)、蓝细菌门(Cyanobacteria)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)及厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)为优势菌门。阴性对照组中放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、芽单胞菌门(Gemmatimonadetes)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)及拟杆菌门为优势菌门。由此得出,Nisin可提高盲肠菌群多样性,降低血清、回肠和脑组织中ADAMTS1的含量和回肠中INS的含量,增加血清、空肠和脑组织中TC的含量,从而影响腹泻小鼠盲肠菌群结构及脂代谢。

  • SIMECK密码代数故障攻击研究

    Abstract: This paper evaluated the security of SIMECK using the algebraic fault analysis. Firstly, given the method of creating equivalent algebraic equations of SIMECK encryption round function and key generation strategy. Secondly, it designed the known fault model and stochastic fault model respectively, and proposed two strategies based on the differential value of fault injected and the fault index determined by differential value of ciphertext to create equivalent equations of fault information under the unknown model. Finally, solved equations based on the SAT problem. Experimental results show that after injecting single-bit fault to the 24th round of SIMECK32/64, the fault known model and the fault unknown model based on differential value of the fault injection, only 2 injections can recover the full 64-bit master keys. And 9 injections needed for the fault unknown model based on the differential value of ciphertext after injecting single-bit fault to the 27th round. The method’s complexity of searching key is simpler and its fault injection sample required is less compared with the previous research.

  • LongMan:一个哺乳类直系同源长链非编码RNA数据库

    Abstract: Objective To predict orthologous sequences of the GENCODE-identified 13 562 human long non-coding RNAs (lncRNA) in 16 mammalian genomes and construct a lncRNA database LongMan for lncRNA studies. Methods The exon structures of a total of 13 562 human lncRNAs were analyzed using RNAfold, and their orthologous sequences were searched against 16 mammalian genomes using Infernal. The potential orthologous genes, transposons and splicing signals of human lncRNAs were predicted to construct a lncRNA database with a updating mechanism. Results and Conclusion The lncRNA database LongMan we constructed, which currently contains 133 646 orthologous lncRNAs, provides information of the sequences, alignments, transposons, and species-specific insertions and deletions and allows database search on combinatorial conditions, graphic display and data download. As the first large-scale mammalian orthologous lncRNA database, LongMan has important values in future comparative and functional studies of lncRNAs.

  • 过表达RIP140的肿瘤相关巨噬细胞抑制肝癌细胞的侵袭和增殖

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the role of receptor-interacting protein 140 (RIP140) in tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) in the invasion and proliferation of hepatoma cells in vitro. Methods Western blotting, qRT-PCR and flow cytometry were performed to examine the effects of lentivirus-mediated RIP140 over-expression in mouse peritoneal macrophages (PMs). Western blotting, qRT-PCR and immunofluorescence staining were used to detect the expression of RIP140 in TAMs following stimulation of the PMs with hepatocellular carcinoma conditioned medium (HCM) for 24 h. The polarization index and the expression of NF-κB and IL-6 were detected using qRT-PCR in TAMs in HCM-stimulated PMs with or without RIP140 over-expression. Transwell assay and flow cytometry were used to estimate the cell invasion and apoptosis. HE staining and immunohistochemical staining were used to analyze the effects of RIP140-over-expressing macrophages on the growth and tumor formation of H22 cells in BALB/c nude mice. Results The lentivirus vector efficiently mediated RIP140 over-expression in mouse PMs. HCM stimulation significantly inhibited RIP140 expression in the TAMs and promoted their M2-like polarization. Over-expression of RIP140 in PMs suppressed the invasion and induced apoptosis of HCC cells. RIP140 over-expression inhibited HCM-induced M2 polarization and the activation of NF-κB/IL-6 axis in the TAMs, and RIP140-overexpressing TAMs obviously suppressed the growth of H22 cell xenograft in nude mice. Conclusion Over-expression of RIP140 in TAMs suppresses the growth and proliferation of hepatoma cells possibly by inhibiting M2 polarization of the TAMs.

  • 饲粮添加苹果果胶寡糖对断奶大鼠生长性能、抗氧化能力和肠道健康的影响

    Abstract:本研究旨在探讨饲粮添加苹果果胶寡糖(apple pectic oligosaccharide,APOS)对断奶大鼠生长性能、抗氧化能力和肠道健康的影响。试验选取24只健康的断奶Wistar大鼠,按照体重相近的原则分为2个处理,分别饲喂基础饲粮和添加800 mg/kg APOS的饲粮,试验期为14 d。结果表明:饲粮添加APOS显著提高了断奶大鼠平均日增重和平均日采食量(P<0.05),显著降低了料重比(P<0.05);饲粮添加APOS可显著提高断奶大鼠血清总抗氧化能力(P<0.05),降低血清中丙二醛的含量(P<0.05);饲粮添加APOS还可显著提高空肠黏膜绒毛高度/隐窝深度值(P<0.05);此外,饲粮添加APOS也提高了盲肠食糜中乳酸菌和双歧杆菌的数量(P<0.05),降低了盲肠食糜中大肠杆菌的数量(P<0.05)。综上所述,在断奶大鼠的饲粮中添加APOS可以提高其生长性能,而这可能源于其改善了大鼠抗氧化能力、空肠黏膜形态和肠道菌群结构。
