  • 企业社会责任与员工绩效的关系:一项元分析

    Abstract: Despite the recent proliferation of research on the relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and employee performance, the results is still inconsistent. Based on a review of 35 empirical studies, a meta-analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between CSR and employee performance by using 140 effect sizes from 11690 participants. Overall, the results show that CSR manifested a moderate and positive correlation with employee performance (r = 0.38) in general, task performance (r = 0.45) and contextual performance (r = 0.37). Uncertainty avoidance and individualistic tendency did not make any significant differences in the relationship between CSR and employee performance. While industry characteristics and economic level make significant differences: the relationship is stronger in rich areas than in poor areas, and for manufacturing industry than for service ones.

  • Association between air pollutant exposure and dyslipidemia in middle-aged and elderly people in western mining area of Hunan province

    Abstract:

    Background Dyslipidemia has become one of the global public health events. However, the relationship between air pollution and dyslipidemia has been rarely reported.� Objective To explore the relationship between air pollutants燼nd hyperlipidemia in the middle-aged and elderly in western mining area of Hunan province. Methods A total of 1965 people over 45 years old in western mining area in Hunan Province, were randomly sampled from a community or village, from 2018 to 2019. The general demographic characteristics, life style, disease history, and the Indicators of Hyperlipidemia [total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-c), and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-c)] were obtained by using questionnaire, physical examination and laboratory test. The air pollution data of monitoring stations for the first two years of the survey released by Meteorological Department were collected, the air pollution data of the mining area were calculated by inverse distance weighted (IDW) method,and the average daily dose (ADDtotal) of air pollutants is calculated based on the Air Quality Comprehensive Index (AQCI). Logistic regression was used to analyze the relationship between ADDtotal and hyperlipidemia. Results There were 498 cases of hyperlipidemia among the 1,965 people studied,the prevalence rate was 25.3%. The prevalence of abnormal rates of TC, TG, HDL-c and LDL-c were 12.9%,10.6%, 5.4%, 8.8%, respectively. The range of ADDtotal is 0.53~1.83(m3/kg/day). After adjusting for sex, age, smoking, drinking, education, income, body mass index (BMI), hypertension, diabetes and other factors, it was found that Q2, Q3 and Q4 group had a greater risk of abnormal TG [OR (95%CI) values were 2.61(1.38, 4.93),3.42(1.51,7.73) and 5.12(1.77,14.85), respectively], Q4 group had a greater risk of abnormal TC [OR(95%CI)= 2.62(1.02,6.75)]�,燾ompared with Q1 group(the lowest concentration of ADDtotal). Conclusion Air pollutants is associated with abnormal TC and TG.�

  • 细叶十大功劳叶中总生物碱大孔树脂纯化及抗氧化研究

    Abstract: In order to determine the optimum conditions and antioxidant activity of total alkaloids from leaves Mahonia fortunei by macroporous resins, the best resins were selected by comparing the static adsorption and desorption effects of six kinds of macroporous adsorption resins on total alkaloids. The process conditions for the dynamic purification of total alkaloids were investigated, and the anti-oxidation performance of total alkaloids before and after purification was evaluated by DPPH method. The results were as follows: (1) AB-8 macroporous adsorption resins had the best purification effects. The optimum process conditions were crude herbal dose of 50 mg·mL-1, sample volume of 26 BV, sample flow rate of 2 BV·h-1, eluted successively with 3 BV water and 4 BV 50% ethanol. Under these optimized conditons, the content of total alkaloids was increased from 13.33% to 56.64%. ( 2 ) The total alkaloids had good scavenging effects on DPPH· before and after purification. The scavenging rate of DPPH· was Vc (IC50=10.39 μg·mL-1) > purified total alkaloids (IC50=39.08 μg·mL-1) > crude total alkaloids (IC50=55.28 μg·mL-1). AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin can effectively enrich the effective parts of total alkaloids from leaves of Mahonia fortunei, and the total alkaloids have certain antioxidant activities.

    Abstract: Aiming at the task of object recognition under resource constrained condition, this paper proposed a method of object recognition based on light weight depth network. By optimizing the design method of the network structure such as convolution operation, model parameter compression and enhancement of feature expression depth, this paper designed and implemented the lightweight network model structure named Se-DResNet for embedded platform. So that the depth network model can reduce the parameters of the model and the resources needed for operation under the condition of guaranteeing the precision. The experimental results show that the lightweight depth model has better performance than that of the basic model proposed by ILSVRC-15 champion ResNet, and it can achieve the model accuracy of 93.5% under the condition that the model with 10x fewer parameters on IMAGENET-67 data set.

    Abstract: After years of observation, Xinjiang Astronomical Observatory(XAO) Nanshan 26 meters radio telescope (referred to as NSRT) had accumulated massive scientific data. A remote backup system was established for the online data storage of NSRT, this redundant storage system contains two storage clusters, one cluster was in XAO headquarters and another one located in Nanshan station, the real-time synchronization of NSRT data can be realized between two storage clusters. Based on the object storage technology, centralized Luster storage system was created for storage clusters, and the I/O performance test of luster systems was finished. Redundant storage system solved the online archive and data safety issue for NSRT data.

  • 在肾脏高效导入miR-483-5p的方法

    Abstract: Objective To establish a method for gene delivery in murine renal tissue using lentivirus vector encoding miR-483-5p. Methods Thirty-five C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into control group, low-dose treatment group (5 μL each kidney) , and high-dose treatment group (20 μL each kidney), and in the latter two groups, the lentivirus vector encoding miR-483-5p were injected in the renal cortex. The tissue samples were collected at 7 and 21 days after the injection. A transgenic mouse model with inducible systemic overexpression of miR-483-5p was established in TG483 mice. The Cre-loxp system was used to create a mouse model with renal tubule-specific expression of miR-483-5p. The levels of BUN in the mice were detected and HE staining and fluorometric TUNEL assay were used to observe the morphological changes of the kidneys; real-time qPCR was used to detect miR-483-5p expression in the renal cortex. Results The mice with overexpression of miR-483-5p had normal renal function without obvious pathological changes or apoptosis in the renal tissue. Renal cortex injection of 20 μL lentivirus resulted in obviously increased level of miR-483-5p at 21 days (1.2 ± 0.43 vs 8.6 ± 1.09, P<0.001). miR-483-5p showed a low expression (0.9±0.09 vs 1.7±0.19, P<0.05) in TG483 mice and a high expression in the kidney of the transgenic mice established using the Cre-loxp system (1.6±1.13 vs 12.36±3.89, P<0.05). Conclusion The transgenic mice with renal tubule-specific expression of miR-483-5p show normal renal function, and this model facilitates further study of the role of miR-483-5p in the kidney.

    Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical value of screening the serum markers during the second trimester of pregnancy in preventing congenital birth defect and predicting the pregnancy outcome. Methods Between November, 2011 and October, 2013, a total of 25 520 pregnant women (15-20 + 6 gestational weeks) underwent a screening test of triple serum markers including free beta-human chorionic gonadotrophin (free β-hCG), alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), and unconjugated estriol (µE3) during the second semester of pregnancy. The women identified by the screening test to have high risks were referred to invasive prenatal diagnosis by amniocentesis, or to color Doppler ultrasound examination for suspected patent neural tube defect (NTD), and their pregnancy outcomes were followed up. Results High-risk pregnancies were identified by the screening test in 4.91% (1254/25520) of the total cohort. Of the 818 patients receiving invasive prenatal diagnosis, the abnormal rate was 5.75% (47/818). The high-risk pregnancies identified by the screening test was associated with a significantly higher rate of abnormal outcomes compared with the low-risk pregnancies (1.91% vs 0.1%, P<0.01). Of the 210 high-risk cases of NTD, a definite diagnosis was established in 34 cases. We also found that pregnancies at an advanced age (>35 years) was associated with increased risks for trisomy 21 compared with those at younger ages (15% vs 1.65% , P<0.01). The detection rate of abnormal karyotypes in pregnancies with an abnormal MoM value of a single marker was 3.17% (6/189). Conclusion Screening tests of serum markers during the second trimester of pregnancy can be helpful in identifying fetal chromosomal and anatomical anomalies, predicting unfavorable pregnancy outcomes, and preventing birth defects in pregnancies at an advanced age. The MoM value of a single marker in the second trimester can be indicative of potential chromosomal abnormalities.

    Abstract:因病原微生物侵染导致的植物病害对农作物的产量和质量造成了巨大损失,也对我国的粮食安全构成重大威胁。化学农药能够较有效地控制农作物病害,但其大量施用也给环境带来了巨大污染。植物和病原微生物在漫长的相互作用过程中形成了互相识别、共同进化的机制。深刻理解农作物与病原微生物间的识别与互作分子机制,可以加快农作物抗性品种分子育种,从而减少化学农药的施用。近十多年来,植物免疫识别和病原微生物致病性的分子机理研究取得了显著进展,并逐渐形成了植物与病原微生物分子互作的进化模型,这些成果为农作物的抗病性研究和病原微生物的致病功能解析奠定了基础,也为利用现代生物技术改良植物抗病性提供了新的策略和思路。文章综述了植物先天免疫研究的重要进展,并探讨了未来的重要研究方向。

  • 叶顶间隙影响高负荷扩压叶栅气动性能实验研究

    Abstract:针对高负荷扩压叶栅,实验测试了叶顶间隙尺寸变化对叶栅气动特性的影响规律。结果表明,在马赫数和冲角固定时,随着间隙尺寸的增加,由于间隙泄漏流动与横向压力梯度的相互作用,近端壁附面层低能流体的聚集和发展受到影响,叶栅损失呈现先减小后增大的趋势,存在最佳间隙尺寸使得损失最小。本文研究的高负荷扩压叶栅中实验测的最佳间隙为1%相对叶高。
