  • Insights on further deepening carbon peaking and carbon neutrality strategy and pathways

    Abstract: The low carbon transition pathway is a series of goals, technologies, fundings, policies, and other integrated driven system action roadmap. With the deepening of society’s understanding of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, China’s dual-carbon faces the challenge of systemic advancement of comprehensive deepening implementation. The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China once again emphasized that achieving the dual-carbon goal will bring about extensive and profound economic and social systemic changes, and pointed out that based on China’s energy endowment, we should adhere to first establishment and then phaseout and implement the carbon peaking actions in a planned and step-by-step manner. China’s low-carbon transition has made a series of new progress, and the planning for carbon peaking and carbon neutrality “1+N” policy framework, which aims to implement the tasks of the dual-carbon target in a comprehensive manner, has been basically completed. At the same time, it is necessary to recognize the long-term and arduous nature of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, for which the pathway and policies need to be constantly and dynamically adjusted according to the domestic and international situation. The study summarizes the new achievements of lowcarbon transition under the guidance of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality target and the “1+N” policy framework, and analyzes the transition needs and challenges faced. Finally, it puts forward several suggestions for systematically promoting the deepening implementation of the dual-carbon strategy in terms of economic system, energy system, territorial spatial pattern, building and transportation system, consumption pattern, technological innovation, financial system, trade and supply chain, governance system, and international cooperation.

  • Problems and suggestions of building scientific decision-making and advisory mechanism of national parks—Governance-based perspective

    Abstract: National parks are multi-factor, multi-functional and multi-dimensional complexes, which makes them difficult to follow the traditional administration and management modes, and need to explore the construction of a modernized governance system. An important step in enhancing the effectiveness of governance is to establish a reasonable, and efficient scientific decision-making and consultation mechanism. China has made remarkable progress in scientific decision-making and consultation in national parks. However, there are still some problems with the national parks’ decision-making process and effectiveness due to vague definition of authority and responsibility, dependence on departmentalized management paths, and inadequate upward and downward transmission of information between decision-making and consultation, etc. This study draws on the operational experience of decision-making advisory mechanisms of national parks in the United States and France under different systems of centralized governance and polycentric governance, and analyzes the key components of clarifying the boundaries of authority and responsibility of decisionmaking advisory bodies of national parks in China. According to the degree of potential ecological and environmental impact, the degree of potential social impact and the realistic constraints of decision implementation, this study proposes that 26 decision contents, such as the formulation of national park laws and regulations and administrative regulations, need to give scientific experts the right to support the decision making in depth or even a veto, while 19 decision contents, such as the establishment of the boundary between central and local authority and responsibility, need to initiate a multi-party demonstration mechanism. This study also proposes countermeasures for disciplinary coordination, linkage and coordination, and institutional regulation of decision-making consultation.

  • Investigation and Analysis on the Development Categories of Cultural and Creative Products in Public Libraries

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance]This paper puts forward the suitable development ideas of cultural and creative products for Chinese public libraries.[Method/process]By methods of network investigation, this article selects ten representative gift shops of public library in foreign countries as the research objects. Then, it browses, analyzes, reviews and records all of the cultural and creative products included in the website, and analyzes the categories of cultural and creative products of foreign public libraries from the viewpoint of product carrier type and content.[Result/conclusion]This paper provides new methods to develop cultural and creative products of Chinese public library:taking library collection and historical inheritance as developing route (extract library characteristic element; show the implication of classic collection;inherit library history culture), taking literature reading and characteristic culture as developing route (merge the theme of reading literature; enrich regional characteristic culture; memorize the culture of the festival),taking user requirements and creative service as developing route(cultivate the curiosity of young children; customize the suitable products for different groups;invite users experience design; create distinctive brand cultural and creative products).

  • The Responsibilities and Roles of Stakeholders in the Open Sharing of Scientific Data: An Analysis Based on Policies of Open Sharing of Scientific Data in International Organizations

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] By analyzing the responsibilities and roles of different stakeholders defined by the open sharing policies of scientific data in international organizations, this paper provides a reference for perfecting the scientific data management method and implementing the open sharing of scientific data in China.[Method/process] Based on the network survey and text analysis, this paper discusses the responsibilities and roles of different stakeholders in open sharing of scientific data defined by the open sharing policies of scientific data in international organizations.[Result/conclusion] The open sharing policies of scientific data in international organizations defines a wide range of stakeholders including governments, researchers, research institutions, research funding institutions, libraries or archives, data centers, publishers, professional associations or institutes, users and enterprises, who have different responsibilities and roles in open sharing of scientific data. We should draw lessons from these experiences to formulate the open sharing policies of domestic scientific data, and further improve the level of open sharing of scientific data in China.

  • 云南三个地区马铃薯内生真菌多样性研究

    Abstract: Plant endophytic fungal is an important biological resource and have shown significant applications in medicine and in the biological control of agricultural pests and diseases. This study focused on the diversity of endophytic fungi of potato (Solanum tuberosum) samples from three regions of Yunnan Province, namely, Mangshi City in Dehong Prefecture, Xizhou County in Dali Prefecture, and Shuangjiang County in Lincang City. The tissue blocks of prepared potato roots, stems and tubers were isolated and cultured using the method of tissue block isolation. Well-grown colonies were purified using the method of tip mycelium selection. The endophytic fungi were identified by morphological methods and ITS sequence analysis. Then, the colonization rate, isolation rate and diversity index of the endophytic fungi were calculated and analyzed. The results were as follows: (1) A total of 98 endophytic fungi were isolated, including 40 strains samples from Mangshi City in Dehong Prefecture, 27 strains from Xizhou County in Dali Prefecture and 31 strains from Shuangjiang County in Lincang City. (2) The endophytic fungi isolated from potatoes were identified to include 10 orders, 10 families and 13 genera, mostly of the Ascomycota and Basidiomycota, with Fusarium and Penicillium as the dominant fungi. Five species of fungi, Emericella rugulosa, Fusarium sambucinum, Stereum hirsutum, Psathyrella sulcatotuberculosa and Epicoccum catenisporum were first reported to be isolated from potato plants. (3) Potato tubers had the highest colonization rate of endophytic fungi and roots had the lowest; while the isolation rate of endophytic fungi was highest in potato roots and lowest in stems. The trend of diversity index of endophytic fungi in different tissues were H'root > H'tuber > H'stem. In conclusion, the endophytic fungi in Yunnan potato plants are highly diverse, with different endophytic fungal dominants in potato samples among the three localities. Potato roots have the richest endophytic fungal populations and the highest isolation rate, and are therefore the most suitable material for endophytic fungal isolation. The above results provide a basis for later investigation of the antagonistic effect of endophytic fungi on pathogens in potato.

  • Research on User Portrait of Digital Cultural Resource Service in Public Library

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper identified and described different user groups of digital cultural resource services in public libraries by building user portraits, moreover, the function optimization and differential service strategies that meet the expectations of target users are put forward accurately.[Method/process] By means of questionnaire survey and user interview, this paper used quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to analyze users' goals, behaviors and attitudes in the use of digital cultural resources services in public libraries, and then user classification was clustering and user portraits were constructed.[Result/conclusion] Four types of user portraits are formed:"self-study type", "engraving research type", "life recreation type" and "information preference type". By explaining and analyzing the group characteristics and key differences existing in different user portrait models, this paper designed the specific and suitable optimization strategies for the digital cultural resources service of public libraries.

    Abstract: Various kinds of cultural resources collected in libraries, archives and museums (LAMs) are an important part of the profound and splendid culture that has been created in the development process of China's civilization. Relying on the cultural resources in the collections of LAMs, the creative development of resources is conducive to promoting the creative transformation and innovative development of the excellent traditional Chinese culture. Similarly, it is also the important means to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the people and to meet the diversified consumer needs. Moreover, it is the inevitable requirement to enhance the service capacity of institutions, improve the service level and enrich the service content. In order to better promote the integration and reference of theory and practice in the creative development of cultural resources in LAMs, and improve the theoretical level and experience of creative cultural research, 7 experts were invited to attend the seminar on relevant theory and practice: (1) To construct cultural creativity with Chinese characteristics: it is suggested that the development of cultural creativity be elevated to the height of serving the national strategy, so that the theoretical research of cultural creativity could be further strengthened, and the relevant research of cultural creativity could be developed as an important interdisciplinary field. (2) Creative development of cultural resources and reproduction of social memory: social memory is not only the core of cultural elements, but also the meaning framework or conceptual framework for understanding the value of cultural creative products. The article puts forward some suggestions and strategies, such as establishing the dialogue and communication mechanism of LAMs, expanding cultural and creative ways of thinking around the reproduction of the form of memory-content-meaning, and focusing on digital humanities to promote the transformation and development of cultural and creative products in LAMs. (3) The creative development of literature resources under the national culture digitization strategy: institutions such as libraries and archives begin to strive for the digital creative transformation of cultural resources, which provides reference for the digital upgrading of the development of creative products of literature resources in our country. (4) Thinking on the development of cultural creative products in museums: museums inherit and disseminate excellent traditional culture through innovative cultural products as the medium, help these products reach consumers and gain wide popularity through various means. This article summarizes the problems in the practice of cultural innovation in museums, and thinks about the road to sustainable development in the future while people are rejoicing in the cultural innovation craze in museums. (5) The practice and thinking of cultural innovation in libraries: based on the analysis of the similarities and differences between libraries and museums in cultural innovation, the paper summarizes the problems in practice and puts forward a new path of cultural innovation in libraries. (6) It is a successful case that the National Library of China conducts cultural and creative development in the way of enterprise operation. Not only does it start innovate ways of protecting and inheriting classics, make classic works come alive, improve the level of utilize classics and realize leapfrog development of cultural and creative works, but also it is of great significance to innovate the ways of library services and enhance the influence and competitiveness of library services. (7) Thinking on the creative development of "Library Gifts" series: the paper summarizes the cases and experiences of "Library Gifts" series' cultural and creative development in the National Library of China, and puts forward some opinions on the development of cultural and creative products by libraries.

  • Progress, Problems and Countermeasures of Promoting Construction of “Zero-waste City” in China

    Abstract: Developing “Zero-waste City” is a powerful starting point for deepening solid waste comprehensive management reform from the overall city level, and is an important measure to promote ecological civilization and build a beautiful China. In 2019, the State Council issued the Working Plan for the Pilot Construction of “Zero-waste City”. In order to implement this plan, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment selected “11+5” cities and regions to carry out the first batch of pilot projects. On the basis of in-depth investigations, the progress of the pilot construction is summarized and the outstanding problems and challenges are analyzed. Studies have shown that in the past two years, the pilots have achieved preliminary results, and formed a number of typical experience models that can be replicated and promoted. Nevertheless, there still are many challenges such as lack of strategic planning and top-level design, poor management system operation, imperfect law and regulation systems, imperfect economic incentives and marketization mechanisms, insufficient technological innovation, etc. In order to systematically promote “Zero-waste City” in the future, on one hand, it is necessary to strengthen top-level design and overall coordination, pay attention to the synergistic effect of resource conservation, waste reduction, and carbon reduction, and develop circular economy as an important path. On the other hand, in order to accelerate the formation of a long-term mechanism, it is necessary to strengthen the establishment of a system of laws, regulations and standards for front-end reduction and resource management, comprehensively use price mechanisms, fiscal and tax policies, and financial means to establish a market-oriented mechanism, and strengthen technological innovation and application transformation to form a sustainable business model.

    Abstract: Machine learning is a promising approach for mental disorders. In recent years, machine learning based on T1 weighted imaging and Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) data has been used to investigate the psychopathology and underlying mechanisms of schizophrenia patients and high-risk population. The findings from the previous literature suggest that structural features of frontal lobe and temporal lobe can improve classification performance. In addition, the combination of behavioural performances and the features of brain structure is superior to the single-modality structural images on classification accuracy. However, the existing empirical studies classifying schizophrenia patients or high-risk population from controls are limited in sample size and generalization ability.

  • 认知和情感共情与负性情绪:情绪调节的作用机制

    Abstract: Empathy refers to understanding, inferring and sharing others’ emotional states, which can be divided into affective and cognitive components. Although empathy contributes to prosocial behaviors and harmonious interpersonal relationships, it also increases an individual’s negative emotional experiences and affect distress. Emotion regulation, the psychological process of managing one’s own emotions, has been found to be closely associated with empathy. Cognitive reappraisal and expressive suppression are two commonly used strategies to regulate emotions, of which cognitive reappraisal is effective in reducing negative emotional experiences while expressive suppression is usually correlated with more affective distress. However, the roles of emotion regulation strategies in the empathic response are still unclear. We conducted two studies to investigate the roles of emotion regulation on the negative affect related to empathy using self-report questionnaires and experimental task respectively. Study 1 administered the Questionnaire of Cognitive and Affective Empathy (QCAE), the Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI), the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ), and the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS-21) to 442 college students. The moderating effects of cognitive reappraisal and expressive suppression on the association between empathy and negative affect were examined separately. Study 2 adopted the Chinese version of the Empathic Accuracy Task (EAT) to further examine the effect of emotion regulation (i.e. cognitive reappraisal) on cognitive empathy and affective responses. The EAT requires participants to continuously rate targets’ emotional valence in video clips as a second person and rate emotional valence and arousal of both targets and themselves after each video. Seventy-five participants (33 for experiment 1 and 42 for experiment 2) were recruited to perform the EAT under two conditions, i.e., naturally viewing without any instructions and applying cognitive reappraisal while viewing the scenarios. Paired sample t tests and repeated-measure ANOVA were performed to examine the effect of cognitive reappraisal on task performance. Findings from Study 1 showed that affective empathy was significantly correlated with higher levels of anxiety and stress, while empathic concern was correlated with less anxiety, stress and depression. However, when participants endorsed cognitive reappraisal more frequently, such positive association between affective empathy and stress was reduced, while the negative association between empathic concern and anxiety was strengthened. Cognitive empathy was significantly correlated with reduced depression. Expressive suppression strengthened the negative association between cognitive empathy and depression. Moreover, negative correlations between cognitive empathy and anxiety as well as stress emerged for participants endorsing cognitive reappraisal more frequently. Findings from Study 2 showed that task performances of the EAT were significantly improved when participants endorsed cognitive reappraisal strategy compared to the condition of naturally viewing. Specifically, under the cognitive reappraisal condition participants scored higher empathic accuracy, experienced less negative affect in reaction to others’ affect distress, and experienced more positive affect in reaction to others’ positive emotions. Taken together, the findings from these two studies suggested that both cognitive reappraisal and expressive suppression play a protective role in the associations between empathy and negative affect, and the endorsement of cognitive reappraisal would improve task performance on both cognitive and affective empathy. Our findings shed light on the psychological mechanisms of empathy and provide new approach for improving individuals’ social cognitive ability, especially for early intervention in clinical and subclinical populations.

  • Strategic Approach on Promoting Reform of China’s Natural Protected Areas System with National Parks as Backbone

    Abstract: China has formed a natural protected areas system with various types and functions, which has played an important role in protecting important natural ecosystems and biodiversity. However, for a long time, China basically implemented a “rescue” conservation strategy, focused on protected area expansion, and ignored the improvement of management quality and ability. The construction and management of protected area cannot keep China’s pace of promoting ecological civilization construction. The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to establish a natural protected areas system with national parks as the main backbone, which poses urgent demands on promoting the revolution of the natural protected areas system in China. Firstly, this study deeply analyzed a series of outstanding problems facing China’s natural protected areas system, which included the lack of top-level design and system planning, weak legal system, insufficient multi-participation, shortage of funds, unclear land ownership, fierce conflict between conservation and development, weak management capacity, etc. On this basis, the study proposes to promote a systematic reform of China’s natural protected areas system. First, promote the top-level design, system planning, and legislative arrangements on the natural protected areas system. Second, improve the property right system of protected areas. Third, build governance system and promote multi-governing of protected areas. Then, expand the scope of space governance of protected areas, and facilitate coordinated development between protected areas and surrounding areas. Finally, establish a mechanism for realizing the value of ecological products in and around protected areas.

  • Associations between Empathy and Negative Affect: Effect of Emotion Regulation

    Abstract:

  • 油橄榄AP2/ERF 转录因子鉴定及水胁迫表达分析

    Abstract: In order to explore the response mechanism of AP2/ERF gene family in the water stress of Olea europaea, this study performed transcriptome sequencing on the roots and leaves of two cultivars 'Frantoio' and 'TYZ-1' that were under drought and flooding stress. And based on the whole genome data, the protein physicochemical properties, gene structure and system evolution of AP2/ERF transcription factor in O. europaea were analyzed. At the same time, the difference in gene expression of AP2/ERF transcription factor related to water stress in the two O. europaea cultivars was analyzed by transcriptome sequencing data and verified by fluorescence quantitative PCR. The results were as follows: (1) A total of 110 AP2/ERF gene family members were identified in O. europaea. The amino acid size of the 110 proteins is 173-717bp, there is no signal peptide and it is a non-secreted protein. The phylogenetic tree was constructed between O. europaea AP2/ERF and model plant Arabidopsis AP2/ERF protein. It was found that O. europaea AP2/ERF protein was divided into four categories: AP2, RAV, ERF and Solosist. Among them, ERF is divided into two subtypes: ERF and DREB. ERF includes six subtypes of ERF B1 to ERF B6, and DREB includes six subtypes of DREB A1 to DREB A6, which is consistent with the classification of the model plant Arabidopsis AP2/ERF. Each subfamily contains AP2/ERF proteins of O. europaea and Arabidopsis at the same time, indicating that the AP2/ERF family of Arabidopsis and O. europaea are similar in evolution. (2) The analysis of gene structure and conserved elements found that the proteins of the same subfamily of O. europaea AP2/ERF have the same gene structure and conserved elements. Combining gene expression with genes with known water regulation functions in the evolutionary tree, it is preliminarily speculated that OeAP2-75, OeAP2-97, OeAP2-101, OeAP2-23, OeAP2-13 are closely related to the water regulation of O. europaea, OeAP2-13, OeAP2-28, OeAP2-104, OeAP2-75, OeAP2-80, OeAP2-50 have different expression levels in the two varieties. It is speculated that this may be the reason for the different resistance of 'Frantoio' and 'TYZ-1'. The RT-qPCR technique was used to detect the expression changes of O. europaea AP2/ERF gene under different stresses. The results showed that OeAP2-101, OeAP2-28, and OeAP2-42 were significantly up-regulated by water stress, which was consistent with the results of transcriptome analysis. The results of this study can lay a foundation for the research on the stress resistance expression and gene function of the AP2/ERF family genes of O. europaea, and provide a method and theoretical basis for the selection of drought-resistant and flood-tolerant rootstock varieties of O. europaea.

    Abstract:为了解降香黄檀叶绿体基因组密码子使用模式,本研究利用Codon W 1.4.2和在线软件CUSP对降香黄檀叶绿体基因组中的52条基因编码序列密码子进行中性绘图、ENC-plot和PR2-plot分析。结果表明:降香黄檀叶绿体基因组密码子的3个位置上GC含量依次为GC1 (46.01%) >GC2 (38.98%) >GC3 (27.80%);有效密码子数(ENC)范围为37.66 ~ 54.43,及ENC值>45的有37个;RSCU >1的密码子有29个,其中16个以U结尾、12个以A结尾;这些说明其偏好以AT结尾,且偏性较弱。中性绘图分析显示GC12与GC3的相关系数0.250,相关性不显著,回归系数为0.394;ENC-plot分析显示ENC比值位于-0.05 ~ 0.15区间的基因有39个;且PR2-plot分析在碱基的使用频率方面,U > A、G > C;说明降香黄檀叶绿体基因组密码子偏好性主要受选择的影响;19个密码子被确定最优密码子。本研究为降香黄檀叶绿体基因工程、遗传多样性分析等研究提供了科学参考依据。

    Abstract: Machine learning is a promising approach for mental disorders. In recent years, machine learning based on T1 weighted imaging and Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) data has been used to investigate the psychopathology and underlying mechanisms of schizophrenia patients and high-risk population. The findings from the previous literature suggest that structural features of frontal lobe and temporal lobe can improve classification performance. In addition, the combination of behavioural performances and the features of brain structure is superior to the single-modality structural images on classification accuracy. However, the existing empirical studies classifying schizophrenia patients or high-risk population from controls are limited in sample size and generalization ability. " "

    Abstract:针对目前电压暂降检测时存在的由于噪声和谐波等干扰导致的分析精度差、 实时性不高等问题,提出一种基于双小波变换的电压暂降检测方法。该方法首先采用 db20 小波对信号进行多尺度分解,提取含暂降信息的基波信号。然后采用 db10 小波 对基波信号进行单尺度分解,检测高频分量的模极大值对电压暂降实现定位,从而降 低了噪声和谐波等干扰信号的影响,提高了小波分析的检测性能。

    Abstract:最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)控制可以使光伏模块最大程度地输出功率,因此 成为增强光伏发电系统输出功率的一个研究热点。本文提出一种基于二进制蚁群模糊 神经网络的光伏系统最大功率点跟踪控制策略,利用模糊神经网络代替传统的 BP 神 经网络对最大功率点进行预测,解决了恒压控制法误差较大的问题;利用二进制蚁群 算法对模糊神经网络权值进行优化,克服了其搜索速度慢、易陷入局部极小值的缺点; 将得到的最大功率点电压输入恒电压控制算法中,然后通过恒压法对最大功率点进行 跟踪。在所构建的仿真模型中模拟了不同光照强度和环境温度的仿真环境,结果表明 所提出的 MPPT 控制策略准确性高、适应性强

  • 蒜头果中CYP71基因克隆与果实不同发育时期的表达分析

    Abstract:由氨基酸衍生的氰苷是由植物细胞色素 P450 单加氧酶(CYP)催化氨基酸生成的次生代谢产物,与植物的防御和抗逆境胁迫相关。本研究通过分析蒜头果转录组数据,从中分离并克隆得到 1 条细胞色素 P450 基因(命名为 MoCYP71,GenBank 登录号 MK172858),并对其进行生物信息学分析及检测该基因在果实不同发育时期的表达情况。结果显示,MoCYP71基因含 1 572 bp,编码 523 个氨基酸,该基因的 cDNA 序列与咖啡(Coffea eugenioides,XM_027319282)、小果咖啡(Coffea arabica,XM_027213456)中的 CYP71 基因的 mRNA 序列均有 88 %的一致性 ;该蛋白的相对分子质量为 58 976.54,理论等电点 pI 为 8.10,分子式为 C2675H4184N704O744S27,不稳定系数(Ⅱ)为 40.84,是一种不稳定蛋白;该蛋白不存在信号肽,存在于分泌途径,含有两个跨膜结构,分别位于 20~37 和 311~333 位氨基酸为跨膜疏水螺旋,锚定于细胞器上;MoCYP71 蛋白含有 CYP 家族的保守结构域,包括脯氨酸富集区(PPSPPRLP)、K 螺旋(KETFR)、I 螺旋(GGIDTS)、PERF 域(PERF)和识别结构域血红素结合域(FGAGRRICPG),与可可、榴莲、高粱等的 CYP71E 家族的蛋白(GenBank 登录号分别为 EOX92908.1、XP_022773875.1 和 AAC39318.1)聚为一支;在花谢后,MoCYP71 基因表达量逐渐降低, 花谢后 1 个月>2 个月>3 个月,但在花谢后 4 个月的表达量急剧增加。本研究对研究蒜头果的对虫害的防御、组织成熟及蒜头果中有效次生代谢产物的发掘具有重要的意义。

  • 蒜头果内生真菌次生代谢产物抑制人类致病菌活性的研究

    Abstract:蒜头果是我国特有的单种属稀有树种。本研究对来自蒜头果的植物内生真菌(白黄笋顶孢霉、哈茨木霉、大棘黑团孢、枝状枝孢菌、斑污拟盘多毛孢、赭绿青霉、淡紫紫孢菌、朱黄青霉、Xenoacremonium recifei、Xylaria feejeensis)进行液体培养,10 d后回收培养液并用乙酸乙酯萃取获得初提物,采用抑菌圈法检测蒜头果内生真菌初提物抑菌活性,同时测定了最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果表明:白黄笋顶孢霉、大棘黑团孢、枝状枝孢菌、斑污拟盘多毛孢、赭绿青霉、淡紫紫孢菌均有抑菌活性,大棘黑团孢、斑污拟盘多毛孢、淡紫紫孢菌的初提物均对缓慢芽孢杆菌、无乳链球菌和藤黄微球菌有明显抗菌活性,最低抑菌浓度在1.5625 ~ 6.25 mg·mL-1之间。研究表明蒜头果树皮内生真菌的次生代谢产物具有抗菌活性,各内生真菌次生代谢产物的抗菌效果不同。该研究结果为蒜头果树皮内生真菌的抗菌活性化合物的开发利用奠定了基础。

    Abstract:全球变暖会对人类和生态系统造成严重、普遍和不可逆转的影响。从《京都议定书》到《巴黎协定》,关于碳减排的多方会谈一直在艰难中前行。2017年6月初,美国宣布退出《巴黎协定》,给不容乐观的全球减排前景又添加了一层阴影。我国作为全球最大的发展中国家,人口众多,地形地貌复杂多样,极易遭受气候变化不利影响,气候变暖带来的社会系统风险不断增加。当前,我国处于国内经济转型和践行“一带一路”倡议的重大历史时期,应当从维护国家安全的高度看待应对气候变化问题,充分发挥我国在全球气候治理体系中的领导力。这既是我国广泛参与全球治理、构建人类命运共同体的责任担当,更是实现可持续发展,推动绿色低碳转型,提高我国综合竞争力的内在要求。
