  • Empirical Study of Library in Reducing Public Information Seeking Anxiety

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper analyzes the mechanism of library in helping people effectively reduce information seeking anxiety from users' perspective, and evaluates the actual effect of library in providing cultural services for people in the process of information socialization from bottom to top.[Method/process] Through a questionnaire survey of 708 library users, the interaction mechanisms among individual characteristics, library user behavior, library user experience and information seeking anxiety are tested by using structural equation model (SEM).[Result/conclusion] Individual education and economic differences have significant impacts on information seeking anxiety through the intermediary variable, which shows that two groups with lower education level or higher economic income have a stronger sense of anxiety. The better the library experience users have, the more helpful it is to reduce the anxiety caused by the users' daily information seeking activities. Library user behavior has no significant influence on information seeking anxiety, but it has indirect negative influence on cognitive impairment and information utilization barrier.

  • Visions and Scenarios of People and Science and Technology Development to 2030

    Abstract: In the next 10 to 15 years, scientific and technological progress will change the industrial structure and global economic growth, and will profoundly change people’s needs for food, clothing, housing, transportation and their forms of the needs to meet. Based on the foresight analysis data of economic, social, and technological development from major countries and international organizations or big enterprises, with the method of information and knowledge element analysis, this study describes human#2;based vision from the following five aspects, life, work, health, information, and safety. For each aspect, we put forward some social development trends, visions, specific scenarios, and key future technology groups. All of these provide references for drawing up China's future development vision and technological innovation demands.

  • International Cooperation Management Practice of Space Science Missions in China and Related Thinkings—Case Study on Strategic Priority Research Program on Space Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences

    Abstract: International cooperation is an objective need for space science development, and also a necessary path for China to approach the stage center of the world space science. The scientific mission series under China’s Strategic Priority Program on Space Science (SPP) involve comprehensive, extensive, all-round, and multi-level international cooperation in the whole life cycle of mission innovation chain. International cooperation partners include ESA and major European space countries, as well as the United States, Russia, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, etc. To ensure the originality and significance of the scientific objectives of the SPP missions, a swath of measures have been applied, including establishing bilateral meeting mechanism, co-establishing international research institutions, promoting international exchanges and cooperation, deepening the mission international study, and optimizing the advanced detection payloads configuration. To facilitate the output of high impact scientific achievements, the engineering management and science management of the cooperative missions are strengthened by implementing the mechanism of Co-Principal Investigators both at the mission level and the payload level. This paper reviews the international cooperation activities and management practice of the Chinese space science missions, and offers some suggestions for the future work, in a bid to provide reference for the follow-up management of international cooperation missions.

    Abstract: It is pointed out that the core characteristic of China’s space science mission is science driven, which is embodied in “four science” characteristics, namely, scientific objective, chief scientist, scientific payload, and scientific research institute. This paper expounds the management practice aiming at the characteristics of the “four science”, that is, to persist in taking the scientific objective as the traction, the chief scientist as the scientific direction, the scientific payload as the grasp, scientific research institute as the support; to promote the organic integration of science and technology, science and engineering; to ensure the progress and quality of the project; and to strive to promote the maximize output of the mission. By examining the characteristics of space science missions, combing management practices and countermeasures and putting forward suggestions for follow-up mission management, it is helpful to further enhance management capabilities and to the long-term sustainable development of space science in China.

  • 基于FDS和元胞自动机动态耦合的火灾疏散模型

    Abstract: To study the influence of disaster factors such as temperature, smoke, and CO concentration on evacuation at the fire scene, established a fire evacuation model based on the dynamic coupling of FDS and cellular automata. Mapped the grid of FDS and the cell of cellular automata one by one, and loaded the disaster data obtained from the operation of FDS into the cell in real-time through Python and other technical means, so that the disaster data can continuously affect the pedestrian transfer probability, to realize the dynamic coupling between disaster and evacuation; Taking the single-story teaching building as the simulation scene for simulation analysis, discussed the factors such as fire source location and heat release rate, and obtained the influence law of these factors on pedestrian evacuation process; Compared the model with traditional software and similar schemes to compare their similarities and differences. The research shows that the high temperature and smoke caused by fire will affect the choice of pedestrian evacuation path and emergency exit; The greater the heat release rate, the earlier pedestrians are in danger, and the more pedestrians are in danger at the same time; Compared with the traditional evacuation software, the model can not only consider the dynamic impact of the disaster causing factors caused by fire on pedestrian evacuation but also determine the location and time of pedestrians in the first dangerous state, which can be displayed visually.

  • 糖尿病患者中特发性膜性肾病的不同治疗方案比较

    Abstract:目的:对于2型糖尿病合并特发性膜性肾病(IMN)患者,比较不同治疗的疗效及预后。方法:本回顾性研究连续纳入89例2型糖尿病合并IMN患者,按初始治疗分为钙调磷酸酶抑制剂(CNIs)、环磷酰胺(CTX)及其它治疗三组,以总体缓解(TR)及完全缓解(CR)、估算肾小球滤过率(eGFR)下降≥30%或进入终末期肾病(ESRD)作为结局,采用生存分析比较不同治疗方案在上述结局事件方面的差异。结果:对于2型糖尿病合并IMN者,CNIs组和CTX组在CR(P=0.68)或TR(P=0.20)方面无统计学差异,但前者出现肾功能损害风险较高(P=0.010),上述趋势在多因素COX回归中仍存在。结论:在2型糖尿病合并IMN中,CNIs治疗的蛋白尿缓解与CTX相似,但发生肾功能下降的风险更高。

  • 基于改进人工蜂群算法与MapReduce的大数据聚类算法

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low computational efficiency and low clustering performance of clustering algorithms for big data, a clustering algorithm of big data based on the improved artificial bee colony algorithm and MapReduce is presented. The grey wolf optimizer algorithm and artificial bee colony algorithm are combined, in order to improve the exploration and exploitation of the artificial bee colony algorithm simultaneously, this strategy helps to improve the clustering performance effectively. The chaotic map and backward learning are utilized as the initial strategy of ABC colony to improve the solution quality of search procedure. The clustering algorithm is realized based on MapReduce programming model, and the clustering process for big data is realized by minimizing the quadratic sum of inner class distances. Experimental results demonstrated that the proposed algorithm improves the clustering quality of big data, and it speedups the clustering procedure.

  • 虚拟切片技术在肾内科临床、科研和教学的应用及其前景

    Abstract:虚拟切片(Virtual slide)又称数字病理(digital pathology),利用线性扫描技术对整个玻璃切片全方位快速扫描,将传统的载玻片转化为全景切片图像(whole slide images, WSI)。WSI 扫描系统则由光学显微镜、切片扫描、图像采集等硬件设备和图像获取软件共同组成。WSI 通过数字切片扫描装置采集高分辨数字图像,并由软件将图像自动进行无缝拼接处理制作而成。WSI 通过放大操作可还原原始的高分辨率图像,与普通的静态图像通过浏览软件缩放只改变尺寸而无法提高分辨率的操作有着本质的不同(图 1)。WSI 图像软件还可以让使用者旋转、编辑、标记、测量分析图像。近年来,交互技术的应用,使得虚拟切片的易用性进一步提升。以 virtual slide、digital pathology、whole slide image作为检索词在 Pubmed 检索发现,其相关研究数量呈现逐年增长趋势

  • 体外法研究pH与脂多糖或组胺的交互作用对奶山羊瘤胃上皮细胞紧密连接蛋白mRNA表达量的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在采用体外法研究pH与脂多糖(LPS)或组胺(HIS)的交互作用对奶山羊瘤胃上皮细胞紧密连接蛋白mRNA表达量的影响。选用8只体况良好,体重、泌乳量相近的萨能奶山羊作为瘤胃上皮供体。采用3×3双因素试验设计,山羊屠宰后采集瘤胃上皮,插入到尤斯灌流仪器(Ussing chamber)半室中央,在浆膜侧半室加入5 mL缓冲液,黏膜侧加入配制好的不同处理的培养液5 mL,每个处理3个重复。试验1,因素1为pH,分别为7.4、5.5、5.2;因素2为LPS浓度,分别为0、30、60 kEU/mL LPS。试验2,因素1为pH,分别为7.4、5.5、5.2;因素2为HIS浓度,分别为0、0.5、10.0 ng/mL HIS。采集培养80 min后的瘤胃上皮,测定其紧密连接蛋白Claudin-1、Claudin-4、Claudin-7、Occludin、Zonula occludens-1(ZO-1) mRNA表达量。结果显示:1)pH与LPS的交互作用对Claudin-1、Claudin-7、ZO-1 mRNA表达量影响显著(P0.05)。pH 7.4×10.0 ng/mL HIS组Claudin-7 mRNA表达量显著低于pH 7.4×0 ng/mL HIS组(P0.05)。与pH 7.4×0 ng/mL HIS组相比,降低pH或添加LPS有提高ZO-1 mRNA表达量的趋势,且pH 5.2×10.0 ng/mL HIS组显著提高(P<0.05)。结果提示,亚急性瘤胃酸中毒(SARA)发生后,pH与LPS或HIS交互作用于瘤胃上皮,降低瘤胃上皮紧密连接蛋白mRNA表达量,进而增大瘤胃上皮黏膜通透性

  • Self-prioritization is modulated by arousal

    Abstract: Stimuli related to the self are processed more efficiently in a variety of cognitive tasks. Recent studies have shown that this self-referential bias is modulated by one’s emotional states; however, it remains unclear whether the impact of emotion is primarily attributable to valence or arousal. Experiment 1 measured the self-prioritization effect with a label-shape matching task under four mood states. The results revealed a stronger self-prioritization effect in moods of higher arousal level, and a significant correlation between the arousal ratings and the self-prioritization effect. Experiment 2 further showed that alerting cues, which have been known to elevate the arousal level, boosted the self-prioritization effect measured in a similar label-shape matching task. These results provide clear evidence that arousal modulates self-referential processing

  • 皆伐火烧对亚热带森林不同深度土壤CO<sub>2</sub>通量的影响

    Abstract:评估不同深度土壤的CO2通量是研究土壤碳动态的重要手段。目前有关皆伐火烧对森林土壤碳排放的影响研究仅局限于表层土壤,而对不同深度土壤碳排放影响鲜见报道。以米槠(Castanopsis carlesii)次生林(对照)及其皆伐火烧后林地为研究对象,利用非红外散射CO2探头测定土壤CO2浓度,并结合Fick第一扩散法则估算不同深度(0-80 cm)土壤CO2通量。结果表明:(1)皆伐火烧改变土壤向大气排放的表观CO2通量,在皆伐火烧后的2个月内土壤表观CO2通量显著高于对照68%;2个月后,土壤表观CO2通量低于对照37%。(2)皆伐火烧后,除10-20 cm的CO2通量提高外,其余各深度(0-10、20-40、40-60 cm和60-80 cm)的CO2通量均降低。同时,皆伐火烧改变不同土层对土壤呼吸的贡献率,降低0-10 cm土层的贡献率,提高10-20 cm土层的贡献率。(3)对照样地仅0-10 cm土壤CO2通量与温度呈显著指数相关,10-40 cm深度CO2通量则与土壤含水率呈显著线性相关。皆伐火烧后0-10 cm和10-20 cm处土壤的CO2通量均与温度呈指数相关。说明皆伐火烧改变了不同深度土壤CO2通量对于环境因子的响应。因此为准确评估和预测皆伐火烧对土壤与大气间碳交换的影响,应考虑皆伐火烧后不同时期土壤CO2通量的变化,以及不同深度土壤CO2通量对皆伐火烧的响应。
