  • 附面层位移厚度对沙障防风效益评价的适用性研究——以聚乳酸(PLA)沙障为例

    Abstract:地表粗糙度作为风蚀防护中常用的传统指标,在防护林、沙障等工程措施的防护效益评价中发挥了重要作用。但在实际应用中发现,地表粗糙度存在不完全准确的现象。针对这一问题,引入新的参考指标附面层位移厚度,借助风洞模拟实验的方法,通过测定不同边长聚乳酸沙袋沙障中的风速频数、拟合风速流场、计算防风效能等来验证地表粗糙度和附面层位移厚度这2个指标的准确性。结果表明:随着聚乳酸沙袋沙障障格边长的增大,平均风速呈现出上升的趋势,其中障格边长为1.5 m和2.0 m沙障内的平均风速分别是1.0 m沙障的1.13和1.24倍;防风效能则呈现出下降的趋势,其中障格边长为1.0 m沙障内各处均大于0.6,1.5 m沙障内各处均大于0.5,2.0 m沙障内各处均大于0.4;风速流场高速区的面积呈现出增大的趋势。这表明随着沙障障格边长的增大,沙障的防护作用逐渐下降。与此同时,随着沙障障格边长的增大,附面层位移厚度呈现出减小的趋势,而地表粗糙度则呈现出先减小后增大的趋势。综上,附面层位移厚度在评价沙障防护作用时的准确性更高,可作为新的补充参考指标。

  • Effect and Mechanism of Optimized Kuijie Decoction in Ulcerative Colitis Rats with TCM Syndrome Differentiation of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis

    Abstract: Background Experiential effective prescription optimized Kuijie decoction can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with ulcerative colitis(UC),promote the intestinal mucosal healing and clinical remission,but its mechanism remains unclear now. Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of optimized Kuijie decoction in UC rats with TCM syndrome differentiation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis. Methods From September to October 2023,70 SPF#2;grade male SD rats were randomly divided into the blank-control,model,salicylazosulfapyridine,low-dose,standard-dose, Qi-enhancing and Blood-activating groups,with 10 rats in each group. UC model with TCM syndrome differentiation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis was established by trinitrobenzenesulfonic acid(TNBS)/ethanol secondary inflammation combined with restraint method. Rats in the blank-control group were enucleated with 0.9% sodium chloride solution at the time of modeling and were grasped and fixed synchronously with the rats in the other groups,and were given an equal volume of water by gavage once per day after the establishing for 14 days;rats in the model group were given an equal volume of water by gavage once per day after the establishing for 14 days;rats in the salicylazosulfapyridine,low-dose,standard-dose,Qi-enhancing and Blood-activating groups were given intragastric administration with salicylazosulfapyridine suspension(0.54 g/kg),low-dose optimized Kuijie decoction(0.837 g/kg),standard-dose optimized Kuijie decoction(1.674 g/kg),Astragalus suspension (1.8 g/kg)and Safflower suspension(0.9 g/kg)once per day after the establishing for 14 days,respectively. High-precision transmission electron microscope was used to observe the ultrastructural changes in the colonic tissues of the seven groups of rats after intervention,the expression levels of CXCR4,VEGFA,and TAK1 were compared among the seven groups of rats after intervention. Results The ultrastructure of colonic tissue of rats in the low-dose and standard-dose groups tended to be normal after intervention. The gray ratios of proteins and relative mRNA expression quality of CXCR4,VEGFA and TAK1 in colonic tissues of rats in the model group were higher than the blank-control after intervention(P<0.05);the gray ratios of proteins and relative mRNA expression quality of CXCR4,VEGFA and TAK1 in the salicylazosulfapyridine,low-dose, standard-dose,Qi-enhancing and Blood-activating groups were significantly lower than those in the model group(P<0.05); the gray ratios of proteins of CXCR4,VEGFA and TAK1 in the standard-dose group were significantly lower than those in the salicylazosulfapyridine group(P<0.05). Conclusion Optimized Kuijie decoction and its Qi-enhancing and Blood-activating components can effectively reduce the expression of CXCR4,VEGFA and TAK1 in colonic tissue in UC rats with TCM syndrome differentiation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis,its therapeutic effect may act through the coordinate regulating of the expression of CXCR4,VEGFA and TAK1 in colonic tissue by Qi-enhancing component and Blood-activating component.

    Abstract:音频媒体在中国共产党百年传播事业中意义非凡,梳理其进阶史是应有之义。文章尝试以科技为切入口,为其理出发展分期。20世纪20年代,广播电台问世,制作与传播技术几经变革,不变的是其始终扮演着党群联系的纽带、知识教化的载体、文化传播的桥梁等角色。20世纪末期,网络音频兴起,其社交属性贴合用户需求,跨终端传输提升效率,"视频化"延伸音频样态,AoIP技术改善广播模式,数字信号广播逐渐发展成数字多媒体广播,车载网络音频逐渐普及并成为收听主阵地。21世纪,智能音频凸显优势,机器基于深度学习赋能声音传播,车载音频系统日渐开放式与场景化,5G技术加速智能音频多领域传播。智能音频的易用是首要标准,内容是制胜之道,伴随是根本需要,分发是关键法宝。然而,智能音频可能造成的信息茧房、隐私泄露等问题仍需引起警觉。

  • The Mechanism of Users Social Insufficiency in Academic Social Networking Sites: Based on the Exploration of Qualitative Method

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Exploring the factors influencing the social insufficiency of users in academic social networking sites can provide some theoretical guidance for users to optimize academic social behavior and some reference for exploring and developing social functions of social network platform. [Method/process] In this paper, we use NVivo 11 qualitative data analysis software to analyze the content of the 41 research literatures, sort out nine keyinfluencingfactors of users social insufficiency in academic social networking sites and focus on three main influencing factors. On this basis, a theoretical model of social insufficiency for users in social networks is constructed. [Result/conclusion] The research shows that theindividual intention factor is the direct influence factor and the internal driving factor of the user's social insufficiency in academic social networking sites, and the platform objective condition and the information factor are the indirect influence factors and the external situational factors. Among them, the individual intention factor includes academic capital, subjective norm, sharing consciousness, and time energy; the platform objective condition includes academic reputation mechanism and backwardness; information factor includes information efficiency, privacy information and professional knowledge.

  • Analysis on the Driving Factors of College Students' Health Information Avoidance Behavior and the Construction of the Theoretical Model

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance]Exploring the factors influencing college students' health information avoidance behavior under the electronic health environment, and constructing the related conceptual framework model can not only provide theoretical support for the social understanding of college students' health information avoidance behavior, but also provide some references for optimizing the college students' health information avoidance behavior. [Method/process]In this paper, we used the semi-structured interview method to collect the data of 28 college students' health information avoidance behavior, followed the steps of the research method of the grounded theory. We encoded and analyzed the data with the qualitative analysis software NVivo 11. The main influencing factors of college students' health information avoidance behavior were summed up, and the influencing factors model of the health information avoidance behavior was constructed. [Result/conclusion]It is found that psychological factors are the internal driving factors of college students' health information avoidance behavior, and the situational factors and the information factors are the external driving factors. Among them, the psychological factors are the most important driving factors of college students' health information avoidance behavior, and the situational factors are important driving factors, and the information factors are the key factors to drive the college students' health information avoidance behavior.

  • Research on the Law of Information Exchange Among Interdisciplinary Teams: Based on the Case of UW-Madison

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Taking the interdisciplinary project of University of Wisconsin-Madison as a case, this paper analyzes the laws and influencing factors of interdisciplinary team member information exchange from the perspective of informatics, and reveals inter-disciplinary teams' institutional cooperation and discipline cooperation rules. It contributes to the research of peer interdisciplinary teams and the promotion of cross-disciplinary team building and interdisciplinary cooperation. [Method/process] The paper obtained the first-hand data of team members in the aspects of information exchanges, institutions and disciplines from the case, analyzed the impact of the number of information exchanges on team cooperation by the statistical method, and analyzed the organization cooperation and subject cooperation through the complex network analysis technique. [Result/conclusion] Information exchange has a significant impact on the team cooperation. The number of team members is not the only key factor affecting the number of team communications, it is also influenced by the diversity of the disciplines and the complexity of the research content. We suggest to build an information contact system and an effective interdisciplinary research entity, and allocate rationally the discipline proportions of team members.

  • A Prospective Cohort Study of Solid Fuels Use and Risk of Hypertension in Chinese Older Adults

    Abstract: Background The prevalence of hypertension in Chinese population is still increasing by year,and the significant increase in the prevalence of chronic diseases caused by aging of the population results in a serious medical burden. There are still about 450 million people in China who use solid fuels for cooking or heating,causing indoor air pollution as an important public health problem in China. At present,several domestic and foreign studies have confirmed the correlation of solid fuels use with the increased risk of hypertension in adults,while the relationship between solid fuels use and the risk ofhypertension in Chinese older adults still remains unclear. Objectives To analyze the association between solid fuels use and the risk of hypertension in older adults in urban and rural areas of China through a prospective cohort study,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of hypertension in the elderly. Methods This study is a prospective cohort study. Data were obtained from the 2011 to 2018 China Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey(CLHLS)by using baseline questionnaire and physical examination. A total of 1 453 non-hypertensive older adults aged 65 years and above in the 2011 cohort were included in the study,and the occurrence of hypertension during follow-up was considered as the outcome indicator. The included subjects were divided into the clean fuel(electrical appliances such as induction cooker,pipeline natural gas,solar energy)group(n=654)and solid fuel(charcoal,kerosene,coal,firewood)group(n=799). Multivariate Cox proportional hazard regression model was used to analyze the association between cooking with solid fuels and the risk of hypertension. ResultsA total of 1 453 non-hypertensive older adults at baseline with an average age of(77.6±8.8)years and a median follow-up of 7 years,and a total of 838 people developed hypertension at the outcome. The results of this study showed that the proportion of cooking with solid fuels in rural areas was significantly higher than that in urban areas(70.3% vs.1.1%,P<0.05). Multivariate Cox proportional hazard regression model showed that cooking with solid fuels significantly increased the risk of hypertension〔HR=1.20,95%CI(1.05,1.38),P=0.01〕,and the adjustment for covariates still indicated that it increased the risk of hypertension〔HR=1.21,95%CI(1.04,1.41),P=0.01〕. In addition,cooking with solid fuels was positively associated with abnormal mean arterial pressure(MAP)〔HR=1.26,95%CI(1.02,1.55),P=0.03〕;and the adjustment for covariates still showed positive association of it with abnormal MAP〔HR=1.28,95%CI(1.02,1.60),P=0.03〕. Conclusion Cooking with solid fuels in urban and rural areas of China significantly increases the risk of hypertension in the elderly,as well as affects the mean arterial pressure. Reducing the use of solid fuels for cooking and promoting the use of clean fuels is a simple and effective measure in the prevention and control of hypertension.

  • Study on the Construction of College Students' Health Information Avoidance Evaluation Scale

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In this paper, a robust and practical health information avoidance (HIA) scale for college students is constructed, with a view to providing an early basis for effectively measuring the HIA tendency of college students and HIA-related research, and providing useful reference for health service institutions and college students to reasonably respond to HIA. [Method/process] Using the theoretical integration approach and previous research, the preliminary scale of HIA of college students was developed; 277 college students were tested using the preliminary scale, and EFA and CFA were performed on the empirical data obtained, the formal scale of HIA of college students was formed through the reliability and validity test. [Result/conclusion] The HIA evaluation scale of college students has three dimensions of negative emotion, cognitive dissonance and behavior change, the retest reliability of the total scale is 0.951, and the retest reliability of the three dimensions is 0.871~0.919, specifically involving 10 measurement items.

  • Study on Feature Identification of False Health Information on Social Media

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This study identifies the features of false health information on social media and construct a list of false health information characteristics on social media, in order to provide certain theoretical support for the measurement of false health information features on social media, and also provide a useful reference for users and social media service platforms to distinguish false health information.[Method/process] 1 004 pieces of empirical data from social media were collected, and the key features of false health information were extracted by programmatic coding. Then the chi-square test and analysis of variance were adopted to identify significant features of health misinformation. In addition, this study developed a list of features to identify health misinformation on social media.[Result/conclusion] It was shown that the features of false health information on social media had three dimensions:surface features, semantic features, and source features. There were 11 main features and 29 sub-features. It was found that the features of "term packaging" on food safety topic was more notable than other topics; "exaggerated facts" on common diseases topic was more significant than other topics; the features of "lack of meta-information" and "fake authority" on healthcare topic were more prominent than other topics.

  • Investigation and Research on Triangular Citation Motivation Based on Content Annotation

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Triangular citation in literature is a citation structure that integrates direct citation, co-citation and literature coupling. It has high research value and application expansion significance. In order to understand and dig out the triangular citation from a deeper level, tries to dig deeper into the hidden citation motivation through content annotation. [Method/process] Firstly, by sorting out the existing literature, summarized a set of motivational annotation framework that included functionality and emotion; secondly, constructed the steps for obtaining triangular citation data, and obtained 9 442 triangular citation relationship data in the CNKI database; finally, according to the preset motivation framework, professionals marked the citation motivation for each citation relationship in the triangular citation data. [Result/conclusion] The experimental results found that the citing behavior in the triangular citation structure tended to contain multiple functional citation motives, while the emotional citation motives were mostly unique; the distribution of the number of citation motivations for the two citation relationships of B→A and C→A were basically the same, but it was different from C→B; original literature A was a relatively important and high-impact document of related research topics, fields or disciplines, and tended to provide some new, pioneering and basic ideas, concepts, opinions or methods.

  • 融合双重注意力网络的儿童骨龄评估方法

    Abstract: Bone age assessment is a common method to detect endocrine and growth abnormalities in children. But in deep learning methods, low-quality hand X-ray images reduce the final evaluation accuracy. To solve this problem, this paper proposed an alignment network that increases the area of interest in hand X-ray images. This network uses the Swin Transformer structure as the backbone network to learn image hand similarity and obtain affine coefficients and does not require large-scale hand annotation during the training process. In the bone age assessment network, for the improvement of efficient channel attention and spatial attention mechanism. This paper proposed dual-pool efficient channel attention and asymmetric convolution spatial attention method and combines these two methods in the form of dual attention and Xception network proposes DA-Xception. This paper tested the RSNA dataset, which achieved a mean absolute error of 5.37 months for this bone age assessment method. Compared with other deep learning methods, this method can fully extract features and optimize the evaluation results.

  • 塔里木河生态输水条件下土地利用/覆被变化 对生态系统服务价值的影响

    Abstract: 基于 2000—2020 年土地利用数据,采用修正后的单位面积价值当量法、生态系统服务变化 指数与探索性空间分析手段,分析了塔里木河下游自生态输水以来生态系统服务功能的时空变化特征。结果表明:(1)自 2000 年生态输水以来,塔里木河下游耕地、林地和草地面积分别增长了18.6 km2、54.7 km2 和 76.7 km2,裸地面积减少了 104.0 km2;其中耕地和林地增长面积主要分布在大西海子水库—英苏段,草地增长面积主要分布在英苏—阿拉干段和阿拉干—台特玛湖段。(2)塔里木河下游生态系统服务价值由 2000 年的42.66×109 元增长到了 2020 年的 45.86×109 元,增长了3.20×109 元,且生态系统服务价值低值土地利用类型向高值土地利用类型转化频繁。(3)塔里木河下游生态系统服务价值 Global Moran’s I 由 2000 年的 0.7552 增长到 2020 年的 0.7639,该地区生态 系统服务价值存在明显的正向空间自相关关系,且增值区主要集中分布在大西海子水库—英苏段,损失区主要分布在英苏—阿拉干段和阿拉干—台特玛湖段。塔里木河下游生态输水对该地区 生态环境修复起到了积极的作用,有效提升了该区域的生态系统服务价值。

  • 有机锌和有机锰对蛋种母鸡生产性能、蛋品质、抗氧化能力和免疫功能的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加有机锌和有机锰对蛋种母鸡生产性能、蛋品质、抗氧化能力和免疫功能的影响。选取23周龄、体重相近的健康海兰褐D系祖代蛋种母鸡576只,随机分为3个组,每组12个重复,每个重复16只鸡。对照组(A组)在基础饲粮中添加80 mg/kg的硫酸锌、硫酸锰,等量添加组(B组)分别用40 mg/kg的有机锌、有机锰替换对照组饲粮40 mg/kg的硫酸锌、硫酸锰,额外添加组(C组)在对照组饲粮的基础上额外添加40 mg/kg的有机锌、有机锰。试验期32周。结果表明:1)试验第32周和1~32周时,B组蛋种母鸡的平均蛋重显著高于对照组(P0.05)。由此可知,饲粮中添加有机锌和有机锰能够提高蛋种母鸡的平均蛋重和产蛋率,降低破蛋率,增加蛋壳强度,提高蛋品质,增加蛋黄中锰的沉积量。在本试验条件下,有机锌和有机锰与无机锌和无机锰等量添加效果最佳。

  • 巴氏杀菌β-内酰胺类抗奶对犊牛生长和胃肠道发育的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究饲喂巴氏杀菌β-内酰胺类抗奶对犊牛生长和胃肠道发育的影响。选用18头3日龄、体重相近的健康荷斯坦公犊,随机分为2组,对照组犊牛饲喂β-内酰胺类抗奶,试验组犊牛饲喂巴氏杀菌β-内酰胺类抗奶。试验抗奶巴氏杀菌的条件为:63~65 ℃加热30 min,犊牛60日龄断奶,试验期为180 d。结果表明:1)与β-内酰胺类抗奶相比,巴氏杀菌β-内酰胺类抗奶中总细菌、大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌数量均极显著降低(P0.05);与对照组相比,试验组犊牛在60日龄时的十二指肠绒毛高度和绒毛高度/隐窝深度显著提高(P0.05)。由此可见,饲喂巴氏杀菌β-内酰胺类抗奶提高了犊牛哺乳期的生长发育,且在一定程度上能够促进犊牛的胃肠道发育,主要体现在促进小肠形态学的发育。

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究饲喂巴氏杀菌β-内酰胺类有抗奶对犊牛生长发育和血清免疫指标的影响。选用18头3日龄、体重相近的健康荷斯坦奶公犊牛,随机分为2组,对照组犊牛饲喂β-内酰胺类有抗奶,试验组犊牛饲喂巴氏杀菌β-内酰胺类有抗奶,每组9头。巴氏杀菌条件为63~65 ℃加热30 min,犊牛61日龄断奶,试验期为180 d。结果表明:1)与β-内酰胺类有抗奶相比,巴氏杀菌β-内酰胺类有抗奶中总细菌、大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌数量均极显著降低(P<0.01);2)与对照组相比,试验组犊牛在3~60日龄期间的平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05);3)与对照组相比,试验组犊牛30日龄血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量、15和30日龄血清免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量均显著升高(P<0.05),30日龄血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著降低(P<0.05),15日龄血清白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)含量显著升高(P<0.05),7日龄血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结果提示,饲喂经过巴氏杀菌的β-内酰胺类有抗奶提高了哺乳期犊牛的生长发育,且在一定程度上影响犊牛免疫系统,但无法确定有增强或抑制作用

  • 数据管理:实现高效片上众核处理器的关键

    Abstract:随着高性能计算需求的日益增加,片上众核(many-core)成为未来处理器结构的发展方向。目前,大多数众核处理器原型均采用分块的拓扑结构,通过片上网络相连。在面向通信密集型的应用时,片上网络的吞吐量(throughput)或者延迟(latency)通常成为制约系统性能的瓶颈。我们通过对片上数据存储和通信管理提供系统结构的支持,在众核处理器上实现了高效的片上数据通信。本文的主要贡献包括:(1)实现基于分块的众核处理器结构,支持程序可控的片上数据存储管理和数据传输管理;(2)提出异步数据块传输机制是一种容忍二维Mesh 片上网络延迟的有效方法。最后,我们在众核处理器上对快速傅立叶变换(FFT)进行了评估,在获得43.9Gflops 计算性能的同时,计算效率达到22.9%。
