  • The Idea of Kidney Tonifying Therapy for Spermatogenesis Disorder in Type 2 Diabetes Based on the Hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal Axis

    Abstract: Diabetic hyperglycemia in males is a significant contributing factor to the development of spermatogenesis disorder. The hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal(HPG) axis serves as a crucial center for autonomic sexual function and the neuroendocrine network within the human body. It dominates physiological prominence in human reproduction,growth,and development,while also being susceptible to hyperglycemia,which is one of the key mechanisms in the development of spermatogenic disorder in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). This mechanism involves kidney deficiency,which is a common etiology and pathogenesis of both spermatogenesis disorder and T2DM. The kidney storing essence,which encompasses the functions of "dominating reproduction,manufacturing marrow to fill up the brain," bears similarities to the HPG axis. Kidney tonifying therapy can regulate and improve the function of HPG axis,thereby establishing a theoretical basis for the use of kidney tonification therapy in the treatment of spermatogenesis disorder in T2DM. The traditional formula of tonifying the kidney can serve as a complementary treatment for both DM and spermatogenesis disorder. This approach offers a conceptual framework and methodology for the prevention and treatment of T2DM-induced infertility through kidney tonification.

  • Research on Selection of Innovative Solutions Based on SAO Structure: A Case Study on Air Purification Technology

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Facing the increasingly competitive social environment, innovation is the foundation and the way of existence for enterprises. The scope of the innovation not only includes creating new products, technologies, etc. in the target research field, but also includes introducing new technologies, products, etc. from other research filed into the target field. The latter one is much easier to be accomplished. However, with the increasingly high degree of specialization in every disciplinary field, researchers have little time to grasp the knowledge besides their own research field. So it is needed to use scientific method and technology to explore the deep relationships between knowledge from different research fields. [Method/process] Using the analytical process of LRDI methodology, the paper proposes the research on selection of innovative solutions based on SAO structure, seeking for the potential solutions in whole research field based on the specific problems from target research field. The paper evaluates these potential solutions from the aspects of the technical feasibility and expected results and gives priority to recommend the solutions as innovative solutions for target research field. An exploratory study is conducted on air purification technology for this systematic process. [Result/conclusion] The research shows that some of the selected innovative solutions have been effectively used in air purification field, which also verify the proposed research method is feasible and valid.

  • Multi Agent System Model Construction and Service Mechanism Design of Emergency Intelligence Collaborative Service

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In order to solve the problem of agent system structure and business process of how to organize distributed intelligence services to work together, promote the transformation of intelligence services from "node service" to "process service".[Method/process] Using the methods of participatory observation, semi-structured interview and reasoning deduction, this study researches the constructed principle and operation mechanism of the multi-agent system of emergency intelligence service in the cross-organization cooperation scenario.[Result/conclusion] According to the case analysis with process deduction, the extended BDI multi-agent model and intelligence service mapping mechanism are proposed to provide a theoretical basis for the technical framework of emergency intelligence collaborative service.

    Abstract: It is a consensus worldwide that COVID-19 has made far-reaching impact on education. As one of the essential topics of discussion for Education 4.0, science education has been paid lots of attention focusing on its further development especially under the background of the fourth industrial revolution and Post-COVID-19 era. This research proposes developing strategies of science education in the Post-COVID-19 era with a globalized vision. The strategies, proposed on the basis of worldwide research outcome of science education and the analysis of China’s actual conditions, include developing the top layer design for science education from national security perspectives, establishing a training system of science and technology talent reserve, building-up a systematic competency evaluation standard, enhancing the professionalism of science teachers, and promoting the socialization of science education supply. They aim to ensure the firm and effective development of science education in the Post-COVID-19 era in China.

  • 认知诊断Q矩阵估计(修正)方法

    Abstract: The Q-matrix, which represents important item characteristics by mapping attributes to items has been proved to be the core factor affecting the accuracy of cognitive diagnostic classification. It is of great value to study the methods of Q-matrix estimation (validation). First, the existing methods of Q-matrix estimation and validation are classified into 1) parameterized methods in the CDM perspective, including item differentiation, model-data fit index and parameter estimation; and 2) non-parametric methods in the statistical perspective, including the distance between observed and expected response vector, abnormal responses index and factor analysis. Then, these methods are introduced in terms of differences and relations, characteristics and performance. The advantages and disadvantages of each method are commented. At last, several future research directions are proposed. It is necessary to compare the Q-matrix estimation (validation) methods systematically under complex test conditions. It is also of vital importance to propose Q-matrix estimation (validation) methods by combining multiple thoughts and ways based on the calibration of knowledge state and parameter estimation error. It is meaningful to further study the Q-matrix estimation (validation) methods for polytomous scoring items, mixed test models, polytomous scoring attributes, unknown number of attributes and even continuous Q-matrix.

  • 一种简单有效的Q矩阵修正新方法

    Abstract: Cognitive diagnostic theory (CDT) can provide fine-grained and multidimensional process assessment results, which has important research and practical values. The Q-matrix that represents the relationship between items and attributes, is the basis of CDT. The accuracy of the Q-matrix is an important factor that affects the accuracy of items parameter estimation and participants’ diagnosis. Therefore, it is of great significance to check the correctness of the Q-matrix or to validate it. A lot of studies have been carried out on the estimation or validation of Q-matrix, and a variety of methods have been proposed from different perspectives, each having their advantages and disadvantages. The methods based on model-data fit can provide rich test information without the need of complex parameter estimation and time-consuming and tedious calculation. Following this line of thinking, this study used Gini coefficient to express the purity of expected numbers proportion distribution, and constructed a simple and efficient Q-matrix validation method, called the optimization of response distribution purity (ORDP) method, which is suitable for both simplified model and saturated model. Residual index (R), root mean square error approximate (RMSEA) and hamming distance (HD) were compared to evaluate the performances with varied influencing factors, under the conditions of two different distribution of knowledge states (KS) (uniform distribution, multidimensional normal distribution), two different sample sizes (300, 1000), two different test lengths (20, 30), Q-matrix error rates (20%, 40%), item qualities ([0.05, 0.25], [0.05, 0.24]) and attribute hierarchical structures (independent structure, linear structure, convergent structure, and branched structure). The specific algorithm of Q-matrix validation is as follows. Firstly, the initial Q-matrix is represented by Q0. When validating the first item j, the initial q-vector of item j in Q0 is replaced with one of all possible q-vectors, leaving the rest of the items intact. Then, the EM algorithm is used to estimate the item parameters and the knowledge states of the participants. Lastly, the q-vector that minimizes ORDP, R, RMSEA, or HD for the q-vector of the item is selected. Simulation results demonstrate that: (1) The distribution of KS affects the performance of each method. Specifically, when the KS is uniformly distributed, ORDP method is superior to other methods, HD method is the next, followed by RMSEA and R methods; When the KS follows multivariate normal distribution, there is no significant difference between RMSEA and ORDP. RMSEA method is slightly better than ORDP method except independent structure, followed by HD and R method; (2) The validation effect of these methods under multivariate normal distribution is not as good as that under uniform distribution; (3) The validation rates of the four methods all affected by sample sizes, test lengths, Q-matrix error rates, item qualities and attribute hierarchical structures. If the smaller the number of respondents, the shorter the test length, the higher the Q-matrix error rates, or the lower the item quality, the worse the performance of each method will be, and vice versa; (4) The validation results based on the fractional subtraction data of Tatsuoka (1984) show that the Q-matrix modified by ORDP method has the best model-data fit. In this study, the ORDP index representing the purity of the expected numbers proportion distribution was constructed based on the Gini coefficient. Simulation and empirical studies show that this method has a high validation rate for Q-matrices under different conditions. On the whole, the new method proposed in this study validates the Q-matrix through data analysis, which can reduce the workload of experts and thus improve the correctness of the Q-matrix.

  • 基于高亚洲精细再分析数据模拟普若岗日冰原2012—2014 年表面能量-物质平衡

    Abstract:采用高亚洲精细再分析数据(High Asia Refined analysis,HAR)以及Coupled Snowpack and Ice Surface En⁃ergy and Mass balance Model(COSIMA)模拟了青藏高原最大冰原——普若岗日2012-04-23—2014-05-11的能量-物质平衡,并分析了普若岗日冰原消融机理。模拟的2012-04-23—2013-05-23与2013-05-23—2014-05-11的物质平衡分别为-0.18 m w.e.、-0.36 m w.e.。在整个研究时段内,冰原西部、中北部等海拔低于5800 m的区域处于物质亏损状态,最大达到-2.69 m w.e.;冰原北部区域因为海拔较高的原因,处于物质积累状态,在东北部区域最高值达到0.85 m w.e.。2013-05-23—2014-05-11用于消融的能量相比2012-04-23—2013-05-23减少,冰川表面消融减速,但普若岗日冰原上空2013-05-23—2014-05-11的固态降水量少于2012-04-23—2013-05-23,因此冰川在2013-05-23—2014-05-11日的表面净物质平衡反而减少。

  • Online calibration based on computerized adaptive testing: Design and method

    Abstract: Item replenishment is essential for item bank development and maintenance, where new items’ parameter calibration plays a significant role. Two core techniques of item replenishment under the circumstances of computerized adaptive testing (CAT) are: 1) online calibration design; 2) online calibration method. The former investigates the administration way of new items, while the later explores parameter estimation methods. This paper aims to clarify the development ideas and contexts of online calibration design and online calibration method. Additionally, their characteristics, relations and performance were illustrated and evaluated in details. At the end, several future research directions were pointed out. It is important to further study online calibration design based on different information indicators and online calibration methods based on joint estimations and error corrections. Moreover, future study could explore the online calibration technique in cognitive diagnostic CAT(CD-CAT) and multidimensional CAT(MCAT), as well as the empirical applications of item replenishment. "

  • 苜蓿皂苷对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及抗氧化能力的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究苜蓿皂苷对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及抗氧化能力的影响。选取150只190日龄的海蓝褐壳蛋鸡,随机分为5个组,每组5个重复,每个重复6只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅰ~Ⅳ组分别在基础饲粮中添加60、120、240、480 mg/kg的苜蓿皂苷。试验期77 d。结果表明:1)Ⅱ组的平均日采食量和料蛋比显著低于对照组(P0.05)。综合分析各项指标,本试验条件下,饲粮中添加120 mg/kg的苜蓿皂苷效果较好。

    Abstract: How to schedule data-intensive workflow efficiently and reasonable has become one of the key issue in cloud computing. To address this issue, first, we build a directed hypergraph model for data-intensive workflow. And proposing a concept data supportive ability to help the presentation of data-intensive workflow application and provide the merge operation details considering the data supportive ability. By optimizing the hypergraph multi-level partitioning algorithm, proposing a data reduced scheduling policy HEFT-P for data-intensive workflow. Through simulation, the classical HEFT, CPOP and MCP scheduling policies was compared with HEFT-P. The results indicate that HEFT-P could obtain reduced data scheduling and reduce the makespan of executing data-intensive workflows.

  • 嗜蜡菌对含蜡原油除蜡降粘作用的影响

    Abstract:含蜡原油因其蜡组分的存在而导致原油在低温环境中粘度变大、流动性变差,而在管输的过程中,蜡晶的析出会降低管道的输送能力、甚至有堵塞管道的威胁。本文利用已发现的一株嗜蜡菌,利用其发酵液降解含蜡原油中的蜡组分,实验证明处理5天后的原油含蜡量降低、表观粘度下降,偏光显微镜观察油中蜡晶结构明显变小而分散。软件工mageJ对显微镜照片处理后测量得到:最大蜡晶粒径从609.1 wm下降至72.1 wm;平均费雷特径大小从79.1 wm下降到50.3 wm.

  • 磺化聚苯醚膜质子扩散的分子动力学模拟研究

    Abstract:为了探究磺化聚苯醚}SPPO)用于质子交换膜燃料电池(}PEMFOs)的性质,我们研究了SPPO膜内部水和水合氢离子的分子扩散特性。构建含水量不同的SPPO膜的分子结构模型,采用分子动力学(IVID)研究了平衡态模型的静态结构,发现元胞的密度随着含水量的增加而降低;同时通过分析径向分布函数(RDF),发现在SPPO链上的磺酸根上的硫原子周围有水分子聚集,起到吸水和传导的作用,水合氢离子也更趋向于聚集在磺酸根附近。通过对分子运动轨迹的分析,计算了水和水合氢离子在SPPO膜内的扩散系数D和电导率。,研究结果表明,SPPO膜的电导率随着膜内水含量的增加而增加,得到了与实验符合较好的结果。
