  • A Qualitative Study of Community-Dwelling Elderly People' Experience of Multimorbidity

    Abstract: Background In the face of the serious challenges posed by the high prevalence of chronic diseases among the elderly and the coexistence of multiple chronic diseases,the health problems of community-dwelling elderly people' with multimorbidity require urgent attention. The comorbidity management model is being explored and practiced. Disease experience,as self-reported health information from patients,is expected to become a key component of the patient-centered community multimorbidity management model. Objective This study aimed to gain a deeper understanding of the real disease experience of community-dwelling elderly people with multimorbidity and provide a basis for personalized health management and supportive strategies of the group. Methods This study used purposive sampling and maximum difference sampling to select eligible interviewees from four communities under the jurisdiction of a community health service center in Zhengzhou City from August to September in 2022. Based on the principle of information saturation,20 subjects were ultimately included. Based on the research objective,literature review,and expert consultation results,the preliminary interview outline was formulated, and the final interview outline was determined after interviewing 2 patients. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with the study participants,guided by the phenomenological research methodology. Golaizzi analysis was used to analyse the data. Results Four themes and eleven sub-themes had been extracted from this study,including mainly long-standing symptomatic distress(physical dysfunction,fatigue,sleep disorders,and pain),negative psychological experiences (feelings of helplessness and worry about future life,reduced sense of social value and self-identity,and loneliness with altered social activities), positive mindset of coexisting harmoniously with multimorbidity(being grateful for being satisfied,and positively adapting), and aspirations in times of adversity(hoping for improvement in functioning,and seeking multi-directional social support). Conclusion Physical dysfunction,sleep disturbances,fatigue,and pain are the most concerning health disturbances for community-dwelling elderly people with multimorbidity. The symptom management and multiple social support of the multimorbidity need to be strengthened. In the future,it is expected that multidimensional data would be used for dynamic health assessment to explore the common and individual patterns of multimorbidity,and to achieve precise management and intervention of elderly multimorbidity in the community.

  • Hotspot analysis and future prospects of library reader recommendation research

    Abstract: To explore the research hotspots of reader recommendation services in libraries both domestically and internationally in recent years, analyze the pain points and challenges of existing reader recommendation services, and propose ideas for future innovation in recommendation management models and the construction of recommendation systems, in order to improve the quality of library reader recommendation services and promote the transformation of traditional library services to intelligence.Using bibliometric methods, this study sorted out the research on reader recommendation in domestic and foreign libraries, analyzed the latest research results on reader recommendation at home and abroad, and provided an overview and analysis of the publishing body. Using the SWOT method to analyze the reader recommendation model and explore the advantages and disadvantages of the current recommendation management model.Research has found that the traditional recommendation model can no longer fully meet the requirements of smart library construction. Libraries should focus on utilizing resource advantages to build intelligent and personalized recommendation platforms based on user needs, and apply information technology to reader recommendation service scenarios.

  • Research on Exploration and Enlightenment of Compound Cooperative Management Mode of University Library

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Under the background of building "double first-class", it is imperative to innovate the management mode and reform the management system and mechanism of university library.[Method/process] Based on the vertical administrative management model and the matrix business management model, this paper built a composite collaborative management model. It introduced the practical results of the institutional reform of Northeast Normal University Library with reference to the composite collaborative management model.[Result/conclusion] Firstly, it put forward some suggestions and enlightenments such as implementing innovation to drive development, paying attention to team culture construction, and following objective development rules.

  • Analysis and Enlightenment of EU Open Science Practice System

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Open science is a practical system consisting of a series of strategic plans and measures. To investigate the implementation of open science in EU and provide practical reference for the development of open science movement in our country. [Method/process] Through network survey and content analysis, this paper investigates and analyses the EU open scientific practice system from two aspects which are strategic planning and implementation path. [Result/conclusion] The EU’s open scientific practice system embodies the holistic view of open science, is highly integrated and flexible, and is constantly optimized and improved. We should raise the open science plan to the national level, take strategic planning and policy as guidance, build a unified digital infrastructure, develop open scientific skills training, and establish a next-generation scientometrics system and collaborative working mechanism to ensure the integrity and coordination of the open scientific practice system.

  • Discussion on the Construction of a Joint Training Base for Professional Degree Postgraduates of Library and Information: Taking Northeast Normal University as an Example

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The construction of a joint training base is a bottleneck of developing professional degree graduate education in the country. In order to improve the quality of education, professional degree postgraduates of library and information must break through this bottleneck. [Method/process] The paper reviewed the professional degree system personnel training documents, analyzed the Professional Degree Graduate Education Development Plan (2020-2025), and investigated and analyzed the problems existing in the training of professional degree postgraduates, such as the function of the joint training base was weakened, the dual tutorial system was a mere formality and the professional master training modes were replaced by the academic master training modes; The paper discussed the measures of the joint training base which was established by Northeast Normal University library and the library and information, including institutional mechanisms, development plans, guarantees of advanced nature of the base, and the training of instructors, and explained the mode of integrating the library service development with the construction of the joint training base. [Result/conclusion] The results show the construction of joint training bases is conducive to the development of libraries and is also a way to improve the quality and increment of library and information professional degree education.

  • Effect of Aluminum Phosphate Sealing Treatment on Corrosion Resistance of Anodic Oxide Films on Al-alloys

    Abstract: Anodic oxide films on Al-alloys were sealed by aluminum phosphate to further improve their corrosion resistance. Electrochemical impedance spectroscope (EIS) was used to study the effect of the sealing treatment on corrosion resistance of the anodic oxide films in comparison with those sealed with boiling water and cerium salt solution respectively. The results showed that, the aluminum phosphate coating was formed on the anodic oxide film sealed with aluminum phosphate, and it could provide the anodic oxide film the best corrosion resistance superior to those sealed with boiling water and cerium salt solution. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the aluminum phosphate treatment could last longer than that of sealing treatmants with boling water and cerium salt solution. This method could be a new sealing treatment for anodic oxide film on Al-alloys.

  • Influence of Nanocrystallization on Adsorption Behavior of Cl- on Fe20Cr Alloy in 0.1 mol/L Cl- Borate Buffer Solution

    Abstract: The effect of nanocrystallization on the adsorption of Cl- on Fe20Cr alloy in [Cl-] =0.1 mol/L borate buffer solution was investigated by means of X-ray photoelectron spectrum(XPS) and calculations per the first-principles. The results show that the influence of Cr on Cl- adsorption behavior could be described as the following two aspects : the one, in view of the calculation per the first-principles, is that the adsorption energy decrease with the increasing Cr content at the interface of passive film/alloy, which is conducive to the adsorption of Cl-; the other is that the Cr enrichment may also facilitate the formation of passivation film, which inhibit the Cl- adsorption. Nanocrystallization may enhance the diffusivity of Cr, which leads to the enrichment of Cr within the passive fil as well as at the interface of passive film/alloy. Thus, nanocrystallization can inhibit the adsorption and the inward migration of Cl- , and finally enhance the corrosion resistance of the alloy.

  • FORMATION OFA GRADIENT NANOSTRUCTURED SURFACE LAYER ON AMARTENSITIC STAINLESS STEELAND ITS EFFECTS ON THE ELECTROCHEMICAL CORROSION BEHAVIOR

    Abstract: A gradient nanostructured (GNS) surface layer was fabricated on a Z5CND16-4 martensitic stainless steel by means of surface mechanical rolling treatment (SMRT). The microstructure in the GNS surface layer was characterized by using SEM and TEM. The results showed that the mean grain size increases with depth, from about 25 nm at the topmost surface layer to the initial value in the matrix. The total thickness of the grain-refined layer is about 150 mm. The electrochemical corrosion property of the SMRT sample was compared with that of the as-received sample in a 3.5%NaCl aqueous solution. It is shown that the pitting corrosion potential increases from about 0.179 V in the as-received sample to about 0.313 V in the SMRT sample, and the self-corrosion potential also increases evidently. The formation of nanostructures, the increased structural homogeneity, and the introduction of compressive residual stresses in the GNS surface layer, as well as the decreased surface roughness, were discussed to promote the pitting corrosion resistance of the SMRT sample.

  • Effects of light quality and photoperiod on the growth and physiology of Paramichelia baillonii seedlings

    Abstract:

    In order to explore an efficient artificial light environment for improving the quality of Paramichelia baillonii and shortening its cultivation cycle, the annual seedlings of P. baillonii were exposed to five composite lights, red+ blue (8R1B, 6R1B), red+blue+purple+green (8R1B1P1G, 6R1B1P1G), and white light (W) with two photoperiods (12 h穌-1,16 h穌-1), Two-factor experiment with randomized block design and subordinate function were uesd to explore the response pattern of the growth, photosynthetic pigments and endogenous hormones of P. baillonii seedlings to different light qualities and photoperiods. The results were as follows: (1) Light quality, photoperiod, and their interaction had significant effects on height growth, leaf area, chlorophyll a, zeatin (ZR), abscisic acid (ABA) content, endogenous hormone ratio (IAA/ABA, (IAA+GA3+ZR)/ABA), etc. (P<0.05) (2) 16 h穌-1 photoperiod was conducive to the improvement of height growth, leaf area, seedling quality index, biomass, chlorophyll a, auxin (IAA), ZR content, and endogenous hormones ratio. (3) Under 16 h穌-1, height growth, leaf area, and seedling quality index under 8R1B treatment reached the maximum value, which were 21.84 cm, 158.39 cm2 and 2.43 respectively; Compared with the 6R1B treatment, the 8R1B had higher chlorophyll a/b and ZR content; Compared with the 6R1B1P1G treatment, the 8R1B1P1G had higher chlorophyll a, a/b, carotenoids, IAA, gibberellin (GA3) and endogenous hormones ratio. In conclusion, Red-blue composite light quality with higher red ratio and proper extension of photoperiod are conducive to improving the quelity of P. baillonii, and the addition of purple-green light cannot promote its growth, 16�8R1B is the most suitable light condition for the growth of P. baillonii seedlings.

    Abstract:

    Inpatient hyperglycemia is common in clinical practice, and is associated with various adverse outcomes in hospital,increased mortality in critically ill patients, and prolonged爃ospital stay in non-critically ill patients.牋Currently, guidelines in China and abroad all recommend aggressive and comprehensive management of inpatient hyperglycemia. Glycemic targets should be individualized based on patient characteristics. This paper reviewed the management and target of inpatient hyperglycemia in China and other countries, and discussed the research progress of inpatient hyperglycemia management.

  • microRNA-107在肝癌中的表达及临床意义

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of microRNA-107 (miR-107) and its functional role in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods The gene chip data of HCC obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database and the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database were used to analyze the expression levels of miR-107 in liver cancer. Twenty-two pairs of fresh surgical specimens of HCC and adjacent tissues and 53 paraffin-embedded specimens of HCC were examined for miR-107 expression by qRT-PCR. The correlation of the expression levels of miR-107 with the clinicopathologic characteristics of the patients were analyzed. The role of miR-107 in regulating the proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma cells were determined by MTT assay in Huh7 cells transfected with a miR-107 mimic or inhibitor. Results The expression levels of miR-107 were significantly up-regulated in HCC tissues as compared to the adjacent tissues (P<0.05) in positive correlation with the tumor size (P<0.032). Transfection with miR-107 mimics significantly promoted the cell proliferation (P< 0.0001) while miR-107 inhibitor inhibited the cell proliferation (P<0.0001). Conclusion The expression of miR-107 is upregulated in HCC tissues and its expression levels are correlated with HCC cell proliferation, suggesting its role as a potential oncogene in liver cancer.

  • C3H8O3含量对AZ91D镁合金微弧氧化过程及膜层特性的影响

    Abstract:在含有不同C3H8O3含量的硅铝复合电解液中,利用交流脉冲电源在AZ91D镁合金基体上制备了一系列微弧氧化膜。利用扫描电镜、膜层测厚仪分别研究了陶瓷膜层的微观形貌特征及厚度;采用全浸泡试验和电化学阻抗谱测试了膜层在3.5%NaCl中性溶液中的耐蚀性能。结果表明,微弧氧化过程中的起弧电压和终止电压均随C3H8O3含量的增加而呈上升的变化趋势;随着C3H8O3含量的增加,膜层耐蚀性先提高后降低,膜厚的变化趋势基本与耐蚀性一致,但膜厚变化幅度不大。EIS测试结果表明,膜层的耐蚀性主要取决于内部致密层,当C3H8O3含量为5mL/L时,膜层相对较致密,因而表现出良好的耐蚀性能。
