  • Relationship Between Cardiovascular Health Score of Life's Essential 8 and New-onset Atrial Fibrillation

    Abstract: Background The prevalence of atrial fibrillation(AF)has continued to rise globally in recent years,and AF increases the risk of stroke,heart failure,myocardial infarction,chronic kidney disease,and other diseases. Studies have identified hypertension,diabetes,smoking,obstructive sleep apnea,obesity and sedentary lifestyle as risk factors for AF. And most of these factors are within the scope of the "Life's Essential 8"(LE8)proposed by the American Heart Association. Objective To investigate the relationship between cardiovascular health(CVH)score based on the LE8 and AF. Methods A prospective cohort study was conducted in which 91 131 employees of Kailuan Group in Tangshan,Hebei Province were selected for physical examination from June 2006 to October 2007,and the LE8 score was evaluated according to the algorithm developed by the American Heart Association,and combined with the actual situation of the Kailuan study to form the Kailuan study version of LE8,including 4 health behaviors(diet,physical activity,tobacco exposure,and sleep)and 4 health factors(BMI,blood lipids,blood glucose,and blood pressure). The study subjects were divided into the three groups of the low CVH group(n=8 407)with a LE8 score less than 50,the medium CVH group(n=73 493)with a LE8 score of 50 or more but less than 80,and the high CVH group(n=9 231)with a LE8 score of 80 or more. The follow-up visit was performed per year with the time of the study subject's first Kailuan physical examination as the starting point,the occurrence of AF as the endpoint event,the end of AF and follow-up(2020-12-31)as the endpoint time. Kaplan Meier survival curve was used to analyze the cumulative incidence of new-onset AF in different groups,and log rank test was used to compare the differences between groups;Cox proportional hazards regression analysis was used to investigate the impact of different LE8 score groups and single factor scores on the risk of new-onset AF. Results There were significant differences in age,gender,education level,family income,history of alcohol consumption,and LE8 scores among the three groups of subjects(P<0.001). During follow-up,1088 cases of new-onset AF were identified,including 133 cases(1.58%)in the low CVH group,882 cases(1.20%)in the medium CVH group,and 72 cases(0.78%)in the high CVH group. The median follow-up time was 15.0(14.7,15.2)years;there was statistically significant difference in the comparison of cumulative incidence rate of new-onset AF in the three groups (P<0.001). Cox proportional hazards regression analysis after adjusting for age,gender,education level,household income,and history of alcohol consumption showed that,compared with the low CVH group,both the medium CVH group(HR=0.697,95%CI=0.579-0.841,P<0.001)and the high CVH group(HR=0.609,95%CI=0.454-0.816,P=0.001)reduced the risk of new-onset AF. An increase in LE8 score could reduce the risk of new-onset AF(HR=0.859,95%CI=0.804-0.918,P<0.001). The individual factors of LE8,including BMI score(HR=0.762,95%CI=0.717-0.809,P<0.001)and blood pressure score(HR=0.824,95%CI=0.776-0.876,P<0.001),were negatively correlated with the risk of new-onset AF. Conclusion The LE8 score of CVH is negatively correlated with the risk of new-onset AF,and the individual factors of LE8,including BMI score and blood pressure score,are negatively correlated with the risk of new-onset AF.

    Abstract:【目的】新媒体技术的迅速发展为高校图书馆的创新和服务带来新的机遇和挑战。结合新媒体的特点,对高校图书馆新媒体服务现状进行分析并提出优化建议。【方法】以河北工业大学图书馆为例,运用问卷调研的方式,采取线上线下相结合的方法面向读者开展调研。【结果】高校图书馆在新媒体服务工作方面存在新媒体平台内容丰富性有待增强、平台与读者互动的有效性不足、不同新媒体之间缺乏有效的融合性等问题。【结论】文章提出了从丰富平台类型、提升平台互动的有效性、建立校际新媒体平台共享机制3个方面优化高校图书馆新媒体服务。

  • 施氮深度和水分胁迫对藜麦幼苗生理及产量的影响

    Abstract: To explore the response mechanism of Chenopodium quinoa to fertilization depth and water stress. Quinoa in pots were used as materials to set three fertilizer treatments [D1, placement of controlled-release urea (CRU) at 0-8 cm depth; D2, placement of CRU at 8-16 cm depth; D3, placement of CRU at 16-24 cm depth] and three kinds of water treatments (W1, normal moisture; W2, moderate drought; W3, severe drought) to discuss the effects of quinoa seedling physiological characteristics and yield. The results were as follows: (1) Under the same water condition, with the increase of fertilization depth, the growth indexes (plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, biomass above ground, length of main root, surface area of root, root volume), physiological indexes [superoxide(SOD) activity, peroxidase(POD) activity, catalase (CAT) activity, soluble sugar, soluble protein, and the total chlorophyll content and yield index tended to increase initially and then decrease D2 treatment (appropriate deep application of nitrogen) was higher than D1 (shallow nitrogen) and D3 treatment (bottom nitrogen application). (2) Under the same nitrogen application depth, with the increase of drought stress, the growth indexes and yield index of quinoa decreased gradually, and the physiological indexes were both rising first and then decreasing. It is suggested that the water demand of quinoa seedlings is obvious, which can adapt to drought to some extent by increasing antioxidant enzyme activities and osmotic regulating substances. In practice, attention should be paid to the supply of water in seedling stage to promote the formation of yield in the later stage of growth. In conclusion, suitable water and nitrogen management (D2W1) can promote the growth and physiological characteristics of quinoa, enhance the drought resistance of quinoa and improve the yield of quinoa. The results of this study provide a reference for further study on water and fertilizer management and high yield cultivation of quinoa.

  • 基于神经网络的玛纳斯河流域植被地上生物量反演

    Abstract:植被生物量反映了生态系统获取能量的能力,分析其分布特征对了解生态系统结构和功能具有十分重要的意义。传统的反演植被地上生物量的方法往往由于样本的缺少,以及影响因子的不确定性而导致预估精度不高。本文选用ELM对105块实测样本的遥感因子(TM影像灰度值和植被因子等10个因子)进行训练,用余下34块样地进行验证,结果表明:ELM反演植被地上生物量,可以获得较高的精度,模型预测结果与实测结果的曲线拟合决定系数R2达0.89。此外,对2010—2015年玛纳斯河流域的植被地上生物量进行反演,认为流域内上游山区生物量大部分较为稳定,中游平原区生物量呈现增加趋势,下游荒漠区生物量则呈现退化趋势。

  • Effects of Meta-Stereotype Threat on Aggressive Behavior among Migrant Children and the Mediating Effect of Frustration

    Abstract: Meta-stereotype threat refers to an unbalanced cognition state when a person’s negative beliefs regarding the stereotype that out-group members hold about their own group are activated. Previous research has shown that the activation of negative meta-stereotype contributes to social behavior, but the mechanism of the meta-stereotype threat effects on aggressive behavior remains unclear. Moreover, compared with dominant groups, migrant children are more susceptible to meta-stereotype. However, the influence of negative meta-stereotype on migrant children’s aggressive behavior has not been thoroughly investigated. Therefore, the current study aimed to explore the meta-stereotype threat effects on aggressive behavior among migrant children, and the mediated role of the frustration between meta-stereotype threat and aggressive behavior. Finally, we attempted to use imagined intergroup contact to intervene frustration in order to relieve the negative effects of meta-stereotype threat. As an exploratory study, 60 migrant children participated in study 1. Participants were instructed to write adjectives to arouse negative meta-stereotype or not according to different instructions. Then, participants were assigned to complete the distribution of balsam pear juice which represented aggressive behavior against local children. The study 2 was improved on the basis of study 1. This study was organized into a 2 (meta-stereotype threat condition: activate meta-stereotype threat or not) ×2(attacked aim: local children and migrant children) mixed design. A total of 60 migrant children participated in study 2. After writing adjectives based on different instructions, participants were assigned to complete a test to make sure meta-stereotype was evoked. Then the frustration questionnaire and the balsam pear juice task against local children and migrant children were completed and measured. Study 3 was organized into a 3(type of imagination: imagined intergroup contact, imagined scenery and non-imagination) ×2(attacked aim: local children and migrant children) mixed design. Firstly, 95 migrant children were asked to arouse meta-stereotype and complete the meta-stereotype test. Next, the non-imagination group completed frustration questionnaire and the balsam pear juice task directly, while the migrant children of imagined intergroup contact group imagined the positive interaction with local children, and imagined scenery group imagined the outdoor scenery. After that, the two groups completed frustration questionnaire and the balsam pear juice task. T test, ANOVA and mediation analysis were used to analyze all data. The following results were observed: (1) The frustration and aggressive behavior under the meta-stereotype threat (MST) condition was higher than the non-MST condition. (2) The relationship between the meta-stereotype threat and the aggressive behavior against local children was partly mediated by the frustration. (3) The mediated role of frustration was further supported by the results of study 3. Imagined intergroup contact could reduce the aggressive behavior against local children by controlling frustration. In sum, the results proved that the effects of meta-stereotype threat on frustration among migrant children contributed to the explanation of the increase of aggressive behavior against local children.   • 超声造影评价右美托咪定对兔肾缺血/再灌注损伤时微循环灌注的影响

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine on renal microcirculatory perfusion in rabbits with renal ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury rabbit by quantitative analysis of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS). Methods Twentyfour New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups (8 in each), including a control group, renal I/R injury group and dexmedetomidine group. In the latter two groups, the right kidney of the rabbits was resected and I/R injury was induced in the left kidney. In dexmedetomidine group, the rabbits received an intraperitoneal dose of 10 μg/kg dexmedetomidine 30 min before renal ischemia, and 24 h after reperfusion, the renal size and renal artery resistance (RI) were measured, and renal cortex perfusion was observed by CEUS. The time-to-peak intensity (TTP), peak signal intensity (PSI), gradient between start frame to peak frame (Grad) and area under the curve (AUC) were quantitatively analyzed using the time-intensity curves. Pathological changes of the kidney were also observed. Results Compared with the control group, the rabbits in I/R and dexmedetomidine groups showed distinct changes of the renal size with obvious renal pathologies. RI, PPT and AUC all increased, and PSI and Grad decreased significantly in I/R and dexmedetomidine groups (P<0.05). Compared with I/R group, obvious improvement of the renal size and renal pathologies were observed in dexmedetomidine group, which showed significantly decreased RI, PPT and AUC and increased PSI and Grad (P<0.05). Conclusion CEUS combined with the time-intensity curve parameters allows quantitative and dynamic analysis of the protective effects of dexmedetomidine on microcirculatory perfusion in rabbits with renal I/R injury .

    Abstract:目的:针对目前检测领域缺乏诺如病毒(Norovirus, NoV)核酸标准样品这一瓶颈,本研究基于Qbeta噬菌体装甲RNA技术构建内含GII型NoV检测靶标RNA的病毒样颗粒(Virus like particles, VLPs)标准参考样品。方法:人工合成包含Qbeta噬菌体成熟酶编码基因、衣壳蛋白编码基因、包装位点、ISO/T15216-2 2012中规定的GII型NoV检测靶标对应的cDNA序列及辅助多克隆位点的DNA片段QINVGII,将其克隆到pET-28a(+)载体中,构建重组质粒pET-QINVGII。将pET-QINVGII转化大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)感受态细胞并诱导表达。表达产物经SDS-PAGE和透射电镜分析后,利用氯化铯密度梯度离心,制备纯化VLPs,并对纯化后的VLPs开展均匀性、稳定性及定值研究。结果:SDS-PAGE结果证实重组大肠杆菌在14.1 kDa左右有目的条带表达;透射电镜下可观察到大量结构完整,直径约为25 nm的VLPs。定值结果显示,本研究制备的VLPs样品中GII型NoV检测靶标RNA的含量为(1.06±0.06)×107 copies/μl;均匀性分析结果表明样品均匀性良好,即F =2.24<F0.05(9,20);稳定性结果表明,本研究制备的VLPs在37℃可保存12天、室温(20-25℃)可保存24天、4℃至少可保存90天、-20℃至少可保存200天、-80℃至少可保存300天。结论:本研究基于Qbeta噬菌体制备的NoV装甲RNA均匀性和稳定性良好,拷贝数高,为NoV分子检测提供了良好的标准参考样品。
