  • Applicability of 3D RBSM on evaluation of size effect for RC deep beam loaded in shear

    Abstract: This paper validates the ability of three dimensional rigid-body-spring-method(3D RBSM)to simulate the shear failure behaviors of large crossse-ctional RC deep beams with and without stirrups.The numerical results prove that 3D RBSM not only can accurately reproduce the diagonal cracking load,normalized shear strength and the reinforcing effect of stirrups but also can simulate the deformation process and shear failure mode for RC deep beam.Compared with finite element analysis(FEA),3D RBSM has evident advantages:significantly improve the accuracy of normalized shear strength calculation,visualize the dispersed distribution of crack and quantitatively estimate crack width; has the capacity of reproducing the post-peak softening behavior.Therefore,it is concluded that 3D RBSM can be used to simulate the shear performance of large crossse-ctional RC deep beam,clarify the mechanism of size effect for shear strength and improve the shear design for large size RC members.

  • Incentive Mechanisms for Cohesive and Outreach Operation of College Think Tank Alliance in China

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper aims to strengthen the concept of knowledge contribution within the college think tank alliance, enhance information communication between alliance and users, and improve the service effectiveness of college think tank alliance.[Method/process] The paper points out breaking thinking set of original management mode of council system of college think tank alliance in China, analyses the essence and train of thoughts of the design of cohesive and outreach incentive mechanism, the process of designing the incentive mechanisms of the college think tank alliance were planned, alliance goals matching member needs, the incentive mode according with the motivation of resources co-construction, stage and year-end evaluation jointing incentive effect, tightening comparative exchange and organizational assimilation and so on.[Result/conclusion] On this basis, the incentive paths and mechanisms for cohesive and outreach operation of college think tank alliance in China were pointed,such as work incentive mechanism, reward incentive mechanism, spiritual honor incentive mechanism and effective communication incentive mechanism.

  • 高质量发展视域下的公共图书馆绿色发展策略探析

    Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] Based on the research of library transformation from the mode of "high-speed growth" to "high-quality development", this paper addressed the green development as one of the key routes for the transformation of public libraries and provides a multifaceted definition of green development and sustainability from home and abroad as applied to public libraries. [Method/Process] By investigating the transformation and development of domestic libraries in recent years and drawing on the experience from a range of international projects, this paper found out how dedication to be sustainable and green action has become more central and widespread in the library sector worldwide. Successful examples were drawn from IFLA Green Library Award as well as other innovative programs, services, buildings and projects based on increasing consciousness around the green development. This paper integrated an overview of various efforts to define the green library and arguements for sustainable libraries. At the same time, some typical examples of libraries' environmental awareness and sustainability have been presented. [Results/Conclusions] This paper puts foreword the key areas to implement the concept of green development in libraries, including library buildings, facilities and equipment, collections, information services, operational management as well as library strategic development plan, thus incorporating the library development in the scope of environmental, economic and social sustainability. Libraries should take into account the environmental impact of their building as well as their own activities. They should also consider their specific features, not just the criteria for green buildings and offices. Besides, they can promote recycling and sharing in the community in various ways. These actions can raise environmental friendliness as a value and signals the importance of environmental issues to the community. In the aspect of resource development, the basic task of libraries is to ensure open and easy access to reliable information, which includes environmental information. With the provision of information, libraries should also promote the information retrieval skills of the community in order to improve the information literacy of the public with regard to environmentally sustainable awareness. In conclusion, libraries should create an environmental strategy that defines the means and objectives of the environmental work. It is important to raise awareness of the role public libraries can play in the near future, showing proof of their contribution to UN 2030 Agenda and SDGs by measuring and gathering evidence o f their performance, namely the access to information and knowledge, access to information infrastructures as well as literacy competences development.

    Abstract: Relational aggression in romantic relationship refers to behaviors intended to hurt or harm one’s romantic partner through the damage or manipulation of relationships, including direct and indirect aggression, as well as proactive and reactive aggression. Relational aggression in romantic relationship, targeting at the relationship, can be seen as a kind of conflict resolution strategy and is usually reciprocal. Researchers usually use questionnaires to assess relational aggression in romantic relationship. Relational aggression in romantic relationship can decrease relationship quality and mental health level, and induce physical aggression and intimate partner violence. It can be influenced by sex, attachment, power in romantic relationship, and relational aggression in peer relationship. In the future, the researchers should pay attention to the motivation of relational aggression in romantic relationship, clarify the relation between the perpetration and victimization of relational aggression, and strengthen the researches on theorization and targeted intervention.

  • Clinical observation and nursing care of the treatment of dry eye caused by deficiency of liver and kidney yin with traditional Chinese medicine "Re Yan Bao" and tarsal gland massage

    Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Hefeibao combined with meibomian gland massage on relieving the uncomfortable symptoms of dry eye by treating the patients with dry eye of liver-kidney yin deficiency type with Chinese medicine Hefeibao combined with meibomian gland massage. Methods From January 2020 to August 2020, a total of 100 patients with dry eye due to yin deficiency of liver and kidney in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this investigation. 100 patients were randomly divided into test group and control group, with 50 patients in each group. The test group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine, heat therapy, tarsal gland massage and routine treatment, while the control group was only treated with routine treatment. The patients in both groups were treated for 3 courses. The treatment effect and efficacy score of the two groups were compared. Results By comparing the treatment effect rate and score of the two groups with and without the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine and meibomian gland massage, the treatment effect of the test group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the curative effect score was higher, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) 05)。 Conclusion: When relieving the pain and other uncomfortable symptoms of patients with dry eye due to yin deficiency of liver and kidney, the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine "hot bag" combined with tarsal gland massage can effectively improve the curative effect, help the patients to improve their eye conditions and quickly recover their health.

  • 1967—2017年甘肃省小麦需水量和缺水量时空特征

    Abstract:基于甘肃省28个气象站点1967—2017年的逐日气象数据,采用Penman-Monteith 公式和作物系数计算了小麦的需水量,结合美国农业部土壤保持局推荐的方法计算了有效降水量,进一步得出小麦缺水量,并分析了小麦需水量与缺水量的变化趋势和空间分布特征,探讨了小麦需水量影响因子重要程度。结果表明:1967—2017年甘肃省春、冬小麦全生育期的年平均需水量分别为517.03 mm和436.70 mm,年平均缺水量分别为468.24 mm和301.54 mm;在时间上,51 a来春小麦种植区内的需水量与缺水量整体上无明显的趋势变化,而冬小麦种植区内的需水量与缺水量整体上呈明显上升趋势;在空间上,春小麦种植区内需水量和缺水量大致由西北向东南递减,冬小麦种植区内的需水量和缺水量大致由西向东递减。甘肃省小麦生育期内日照时数和日平均气温是影响小麦需水量的主要因素。

  • 砒砂岩区不同立地下沙棘根系分形特征

    Abstract:基于分形理论,对砒砂岩区内人工种植在不同坡向和坡度下的3 a生沙棘的全根、一级侧根及二级侧根的分形特征,以及沙棘根系生长发育与不同立地下土壤含水率之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明:① 分形维数变化为D东坡>D北坡>D南坡>D西坡,D50°>D40°,不同立地下D1(二级侧根分形维数)>D(全根分形维数)>D2(一级侧根分形维数),且D1与细根根长呈显著正相关。②南坡与西坡土壤表层含水率低于4%,不利于根系发育,北坡与东坡含水率较高,所以,北坡与东坡分形维数较大;与北坡(西坡)生长的沙棘相比,东坡(南坡)坡面适度的缺水条件刺激了细根向深土层生长,利用深土层水分。③ 沙棘在水分不足时能够通过调节根系分形适应环境,但是生长状况不如水分充足时好,因此沙棘的生长状况为北坡>东坡>西坡>南坡,40°坡面>50°坡面。在砒砂岩区不同立地下,种植沙棘建议优先选择北坡与东坡,次选西坡与南坡,而50°坡不利于沙棘生长

  • 陕北白绒山羊断奶羔羊微量元素需求量

    Abstract:本试验旨在探究不同水平的微量元素对陕北白绒山羊断奶羔羊生产性能、营养物质消化代谢和组织中微量元素沉积量的影响。选择6月龄、体重约为20 kg的陕北白绒山羊24只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复2只羊。各组分别添加不同水平的微量元素,Ⅰ组饲粮铁、铜、锌、锰、钴含量分别为279.30、15.35、63.41、68.51、0.22 mg/kg,Ⅱ组分别为290.14、18.19、81.62、94.10 mg/kg,Ⅲ组分别为302.23、28.20、103.28、133.85、0.43 mg/kg,Ⅳ组分别为319.74、31.60、126.64、167.07、0.67 mg/kg。饲养试验共65 d,其中预试期5 d,正试期60 d。饲养试验正试期第30天,从每个重复中随机挑选1只羊,共12只,分别放入单独的代谢笼中进行消化代谢试验。预试期7 d,正试期7 d。饲养试验最后1 d,将剩余的12只羊屠宰,采集羊的心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肾脏及背最长肌,测定微量元素沉积量。结果表明:1)Ⅱ组平均日增重、料重比分别显著高于、低于Ⅰ组(P0.05);Ⅱ组干物质采食量显著高于其他组(P0.05)。4)各微量元素表观代谢率随微量元素添加水平升高呈先增加后减少趋势,Ⅱ组铜、铁、锰、锌、钴表观代谢率最高。5)Ⅱ组背最长肌、心脏的锰沉积量最高,肝脏铁、碘、铜、锰沉积量最高;在脾脏中,Ⅱ组铁沉积量最高,Ⅳ组碘沉积量最高;在肾脏中,Ⅱ组锌沉积量最高,Ⅰ组碘沉积量最高。在本试验条件下,陕北白绒山羊微量元素需要量的最佳组合为:铁290.14 mg/kg、铜18.19 mg/kg、锌81.62 mg/kg、锰94.10 mg/kg、钴0.31 mg/kg。

    Abstract: Sarcoidosis is a multi-system inflammatory disorder with the characteristic of non - caseating granulomas, which is most common involved in lung, heart, eyes, skin and other organs. Symptomatic cardiac involvement is found in about 2% ~ 5% patients. However, autopsy studies have detected that approximately 25% ~ 50% of sarcoidosis patients have asymptomatic cardiac involvement with a delayed diagnosis and poor prognosis. We report the clinical manifestations, laboratory examinations, diagnostic methods and treatment of one sarcoidosis patient with latent cardiac involvement.

  • 饲粮胆碱和裂殖壶菌油联合添加促进二十二碳六烯酸在鸡蛋卵黄中的富集

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究饲粮添加胆碱与裂殖壶菌油(Schizochytrium oil,SO)对鸡蛋卵黄脂质及二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)富集的影响。选取26周龄京红蛋鸡288只,分4组(每组6个重复,每重复12只鸡)。采用2×2因子试验设计,饲粮添加胆碱(500和1 000 mg/kg)和SO(0和0.5%)为2个主效应,共配制4种等氮等能饲粮。预试期1周,正试期8周。结果表明:1)试验期内,各组生产性能和蛋品质均无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)各组卵黄中干物质、粗脂肪、胆固醇及甘油三酯含量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。1 000 mg/kg胆碱组卵黄总磷脂含量显著高于500 mg/kg胆碱组(P<0.05)。胆碱和SO对卵黄总磷脂含量有显著交互作用(P=0.04),1 000 mg/kg胆碱+0.5%SO组卵黄总磷脂含量最高。3)0.5%SO显著提高卵黄n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)和DHA含量(P<0.05),显著降低n-6 PUFA含量及n-6 PUFA/n-3 PUFA值(P<0.05)。胆碱和SO对卵黄中n-3 PUFA(P<0.001)、n-6 PUFA(P=0.01)及DHA(P<0.001)含量和n-6 PUFA/n-3 PUFA值(P=0.01)有显著交互作用,1 000 mg/kg胆碱+0.5%SO组卵黄中n-3 PUFA和DHA含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05),且n-6 PUFA含量及n-6 PUFA/n-3 PUFA值显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。综上,本试验条件下,饲粮中1 000 mg/kg胆碱和0.5%SO联合添加可促进卵黄DHA富集,且对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质无显著影响。
