  • Development of a Short Version of the Health Literacy Scale Based on Classical Test Theory and Item Response Theory

    Abstract: Background  Health literacy is closely associated with health status,most domestic studies tend to use multidimensional and multi-item tools for assessing health literacy,lacking simple and effective assessment methods. Objective  To simplify health literacy scale and conduct psychometric test within the Chinese population. Methods  Adults aged 18 years and above were selected from the "China Family Health Index Survey (2021)" for this investigation. Based on inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 7 449 participants were selected and randomly divided into two sample sets,including 3 680 cases in sample set 1 and 3 769 cases in sample set 2. The general information questionnaire,short-form health literacy questionnaire(HLS-SF12),perception social support scale(PSSS),and family health scale short-form(FHS-SF) were administered to the respondents. Classical test theory(CTT) and the Mokken model in item response theory(IRT) were used to screen the original items,and validation analyses such as reliability and validity of the simplified scales were also conducted. Results  A 9-item version (HLS-SF9) and a 4-item version(HLS-SF4) were simplified by using CTT and the Mokken model,respectively. Both the HLS-SF9 and the HLS-SF4 had no ceiling effect or floor effect,and the Cronbach's α coefficients for both were 0.913 and 0.842,with split-half reliabilities of 0.871 and 0.815,respectively. The exploratory factor analysis of HLS-SF4 revealed one common factor,accounting for 67.813% of the cumulative variance,with factor loadings exceeding 0.81 for each item. The confirmatory factor analysis of HLS-SF9 showed that χ2 /df was 10.844,goodness of fit index(GFI) was 0.985,adjusted goodness of fit index(AGFI) was 0.971,normative fit index(NFI) was 0.986,comparative fit index(CFI) was 0.987,and root mean squared error of approximation (RMSEA) was 0.051. The correlation analysis demonstrated positive correlation of HLS-SF9 and HLS-SF4 with PSSS(r=0.367,0.292,P<0.001),as well as FHS-SF(r=0.340,0.237,P<0.001),respectively. The intraclass correlation coefficients(ICC)(95%CI) for the criterion validity of HLS-SF9 against HLS-SF12 was 0.989 (0.988,0.999),while for HLS-SF4 against HLS-SF12 was 0.892(0.886,0.899). Conclusion  The simplified health literacy scales have good reliability and validity,which are reliable and effective tools for assessing the health literacy of the Chinese population. Researchers can choose the scale according to the needs of research precision(HLS-SF9) or assessment time(HLS-SF4).

This paper considers the results of the joint action of multiple indicators , taking the dis-placement of the concrete gravily dam crest relative to the heel direction , the overall damage index ,and thecumulative sliding displacement of the dam base as the single response indicators ,using nonlinear dynamictime hislory analysis and calculation according to the efficiency coefficient method. For the efficiency scoreof each single response index , the variable weight model is used to obtain the comprehensive damage indexof the dam. We analyze the correlation between the comprehensive damage index and other response inde-xes , propose the four-level earthquake damage classification standard based on the comprehensive damageindex, and comparatively study the seismic vulnerability curve of the concrele gravity dam based on thesingle response index and the comprehensive damage index.   • Fabrication of a Three-dimensional Nanoporous Cu-Ti Alloy with Excellent Electrochemical Capacitance Performance

    Abstract: Thin film of nanoporous Cu-Ti alloy as a promising electrode material for electrochemical capacitors was prepared by a two-step process, i.e. a thin film of Cu35Ti65 was firstly deposited on silicon substrate by magnetron sputtering process with Cu40Ti60 alloy as target , and then the sputtered film of Cu35Ti65 alloy was dealloyed in 0.13 mol/L HF solution for 12 h to prepair the isolated thin film of nanoporous Cu-Ti alloy. Electrodes made of the nanoporous Cu-Ti alloy exhibited excellent electrochemical capacitance performance with a specific capacitance of 8.96 mF穋m- 2 in 1 mol/L Na2SO4 solution. Furthermore, the nanoporous Cu-Ti alloy electrode showed remarkable chemical stability by cyclically charging and discharging. The excellent electrochemical performance of the nanoporous Cu-Ti alloy can be ascribed to the high specific surface area of the nanoporous structure.

    Abstract:

    Stroke prevention and treatment has been the focus of the global medical community,and the unique advantages of acupuncture for stroke treatment are becoming increasingly prominent,the Chinese guidelines for acute ischemic stroke 2018 recommend acupuncture for acute cerebral infarction patients (grade II recommendation, B evidence). Therefore, the research group developed the data element and definition of this project based on the key research and development project "Research on the Case Registration of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of stroke disease",in order to optimize the clinical research paradigm of acupuncture and moxibustion for the prevention and treatment of stroke disease.

  • Development of a Short Version of the Health Literacy Scale Short-Form: Based on Classical Test Theory and Item Response Theory

    Abstract:

    Objective Simplify health literacy scales and conduct psychometric tests in Chinese cohorts. Methods  A total of 7449 residents were included in the evaluation of the scale, and the data were randomly generated into 2 data sets for de Results A 9-item version of the scale (HLS-SF9) and a 4-item version of the scale (HLS-SF4) were simplified using CTT and the Mokken model, respectively.The Cronbach’s α coefficients of HLS-SF9 and HLS-SF4 were 0.913 and 0.842, HLS-SF4 was tested for one common factor by exploratory factor analysis(EFA), and the results of the confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) of HLS-SF9 showed that all the fitness indicators of its three-dimension model were excellent. And there was a significant positive correlation between the Perceived Social Support Scale and the Family Health Scale Short-Form as the calibration scale (r=0.367, p<0.001; r=0.292, p<0.001) (r=0.340, p<0.001; r=0.266, p<0.001), indicating good empirical validity. At the same time, HLS-SF9 and HLS-SF4 are highly consistent with the content measured by the original version of the scale. Conclusions The simplified Health Literacy Scales have good reliability and validity, and are reliable and effective tools for quickly assessing the health literacy of Chinese people.   

  • Design and development of scales within the primary care domain: practical steps and statistical methods

    Abstract:

    This study outlines statistical methods and practical steps for the design and development of valid and reliable questionnaires within the primary health care domain. A series of studies on questionnaire development and scale design are reviewed and a standard process for scale design within the primary care domain is developed. The process addresses key practical steps in the scale design process as well as statistical methods, and is illustrated by examples from previous relevant studies within the field. We suggest the following seven-step approach to primary health care questionnaire development: (1) defining the conceptions to be measured; (2) generating the pool of items; (3) selecting the scoring system and response format; (4) pretesting (assessing content validity and face validity, etc.); (5) eliminating items by item analysis; (6) initial evaluation of the scale, including reliability evaluation of the scale, and factor analysis or Rasch analysis; (7) re-evaluation of the scale, which reexamines the nature of the scale, including retest reliability and construct validity. In general, scale design type of studies should strictly follow the standard steps of scale development, and the integrated use of Rasch model and factor analysis will make the results of measurement more objective.

  • Analysis of correlation between time in range(TIR)and diabetic kidney disease

    Abstract:

    Background Time in range (TIR) is a new indicator of glucose management in diabetes mellitus. Studies have confirmed that TIR is closely associated with chronic complications of diabetes. At present, the studies on TIR and diabetic kidney disease (DKD) mainly focus on proteinuria, but often ignore the role of glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) in it, and there are few studies on the cut-off point of TIR in evaluating blood glucose control.Objective To explore the correlation between TIR and DKD, and further analyze the appropriate cutting point for TIR to evaluate the glucose control of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Method A total of 214 T2DM patients hospitalized in The Department of Endocrinology, Xinhua Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from July 2021 to December 2021 were enrolled. Based on the results of urinary albumin/creatinine ratio (UACR) and estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR), The subjects were divided into T2DM group (n=156) and DKD group (n=58), and the data differences among each group were compared and analyzed. The independent correlation between TIR and DKD was analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression analysis method, and TIR was further divided into 4 groups with 40%, 70% and 85% as cut points. The distribution trend of clinical data among 4 groups was compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the T2DM group,the DKD group had longer duration of diabetes, higher prevalence of hypertension, higher SBP, higher UA and TG levels, worse blood glucose control, higher blood glucose fluctuation, and higher proportion of ARB/ACEI drugs use, insulin and GLP-1RA drugs (ALL P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that TIR was independently correlated with DKD after correction of covariates (P=0.042). Further grouping according to different cutting points of TIR showed that with the increase of TIR, the higher HDL-C, the lower HbA1c, TAR and MG, and the smaller blood glucose fluctuation,the higher the proportion of insulin use and GLP-1RA use (P<0.05), the detection rate of DKD increased with the decrease of TIR (P<0.001). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that after adjusting covariants, the risk of DKD in the TIR2 group was 1.962 times as great as that in the TIR1 group (P=0.206), that in the TIR3 group was 5.287 times as great as that in the TIR1 group (P=0.001), and that in the TIR4 group was 4.712 times as great as that in the TIR1 group (P=0.032).

  • 民勤荒漠植物叶片水分吸收性状研究

    Abstract:在水分输入以小量级降水和凝结水为主导的干旱区,植物叶片吸收水分策略具有尤为重要的生态意义。以民勤地区20种荒漠植物为研究对象,测定叶片单位面积吸水量(LWUC)、含水量增加率(RW)、水分饱和亏(WSD)、比叶面积(SLA)、干物质含量(LDMC),分析植物各叶片性状的分布规律及其相互关系,并比较不同功能群植物叶片水分吸收性状的变异特征。结果表明:(1)叶片可以吸收水分,具有利用小量级降水的能力;叶片性状存在较大的种间差异。(2)叶片LWUC与LDMC呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),RW与WSD呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。(3)不同生长型植物叶片LWUC、RW、WSD差异不显著(P>0.05)。(4)不同质地植物叶片LWUC差异极显著(P<0.01),其中,肉质多汁类型植物显著(P<0.05)高于草质、革质类型植物,肉质多汁和叶片退化类型植物差异不显著(P>0.05)。(5)不同叶面性状植物叶片LWUC差异不显著(P>0.05),但覆毛类型植物叶片RW、WSD极显著(P<0.01)高于光滑叶面平均值。总之,本研究可以加深对荒漠生态系统不同功能型植物利用水资源方式和策略的理解,增强对荒漠植物生态适应对策和荒漠植被格局变化的认识,并为其保护和恢复提供科学依据。

  • 近59 a锡林河流域潜在蒸散发及地表干湿状况变化趋势分析

    Abstract:利用1960—2018年锡林河流域周边13个气象站的逐日气象资料,采用世界粮农组织(Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations,FAO)推荐的Penman-Monteith公式计算各气象站多年潜在蒸散发量及相对湿润度指数。通过利用主成分分析、相关分析和偏相关分析,探讨了锡林河流域潜在蒸散发、地表干湿状况多年变化规律;分析了影响潜在蒸散发的主要气象因子及各气象要素间的相互作用;着重讨论了锡林河流域潜在蒸散发的周期变化及其与相对湿润度指数、各气象要素的相互作用。结果表明:流域近59 a潜在蒸散发整体呈现增长趋势,且上升趋势显著,存在显著增加—减小交替的多尺度时频变化特征和多主周期变化规律;各气象要素中潜在蒸散发对温度的响应较大,平均风速次之;平均相对湿度受到潜在蒸散发的影响较大,降水次之。整个流域环境有不显著的变湿润趋势。

  • 基于SPEI的锡林河流域干旱演化特征分析

    Abstract:以锡林河流域内及周边13个国家气象站逐日气象观测数据为基础,采用标准化降水蒸散指数(SPEI),借助Mann-Kendall与Mann Whitney Pettitt突变检验、非参数统计检验以及重标极差R/S分析法,深入剖析锡林河地区多年干旱演变趋势及未来干旱预测。结果表明;锡林河地区干旱突变开始于20世纪90年代;近60 a来,SPEI表现出显著减小趋势,上游减小趋势较中下游段小,中下游段为旱情多发带,下游西北端是干旱存在的危险区域。在未来,流域旱情将有所缓解,但冬季旱情有持续加重的可能,应加强干旱监测。

    Abstract: " This paper introduced the origin, formation and development of the discipline of chemical processing engineering of forest products by analyzing the effect of the fundamental disciplines of chemistry, chemical engineering and biology on the scientific theory and technology development in the area of chemical utilization of forestry plant resources in terms of the basic concepts of discipline science in the past more than 100 years. On these basis, we proposed the idea of the modern discipline of chemical processing engineering of forest products, and elucidated that this modern discipline is concerned with a scientific system of theories and technologies on utilization of forest plant resources by two main approaches of chemistry and bio-chemistry aiming to synthesize and prepare biomass-based energy source, chemicals and functional materials. Finally, we discussed the scientific and technological challenges that the modern discipline of chemical processing engineering of forest products is predominantly faced with in the future.

  • SRM融雪径流模型在锡林河流域的应用

    Abstract:为了验证SRM(snowmelt-runoff model)融雪径流模型在寒旱区草原流域的适用性,在阐述模型结构、参数意义的基础上,结合锡林河流域上游2014—2016年融雪期(3—5月)的MODIS积雪覆盖数据及实测气象、水文资料,采用WinSRM 1.10版本对2014—2016年锡林河上游年融雪期的径流进行模拟,结果发现:SRM模型可以较好地反映锡林河融雪期径流变化趋势,有效捕捉融雪径流洪峰到达日期及洪峰流量。对模型进行精度评价,得出3 a模拟值的拟合优度确定系数(R2)与体积差(DV)均优于世界气象组织公布的模型模拟精度均值。所以,SRM融雪径流模型在锡林河流域上游具有较好的适用性,这对合理利用草原冰雪水资源具有重要意义。

    Abstract:随着测序技术的飞速发展,临床上积累了大量的个体化用药案例,相应的循证医学数据日益丰富,促进了药物基因组的快速发展,然而只有在临床上进行规范合理的部署,才能发挥其价值。药物基因组的临床部署目前主要有被动执行和预先执行两种策略。具体的实施流程包含电子病历整合、基因-药物对的选择、成本效益、教育培训等多种因素。本文主要对药物基因组学的临床部署策略及实施流程进行综述,并对面临的挑战进行讨论,以期为我国药物基因组学的临床部署提供指导。

  • 黄土高原植被恢复引发区域气温下降

    Abstract:黄土高原退耕还林(草)等生态恢复工程促进了地表植被覆盖增加,进而通过影响地表-大气之间热量交换影响区域气候过程。基于黄土高原1998-2000年和2008-2010年SPOT卫星反演的植被覆盖资料、54个地面气象站气温资料及EIN-Interim地表热通量数据,采用空间分析交叉验证及地表热量平衡分析的方法,从站点尺度探讨了退耕还林(草)工程初期和10年后黄土高原植被变化与气温和地表热通量变化之间的关系。研究表明,退耕还林(草)工程开展10年后,黄土高原气温最小值、最大值与平均值均有下降,植被覆盖增加与气温变量降低在空间上呈正相关。同时,植被覆盖增加与潜热通量增加、感热通量与大气下行长波辐射下降在空间上也呈正相关关系。这些结果表明,植被恢复可通过增加地表蒸散发作用对区域气候产生降温效应,会减缓气温升高对黄土高原生态系统的影响。

  • 北京昌平农业景观传粉服务供给和需求评估研究

    Abstract: The diversity of bees has declined in recent years around the world. This has raised concerns about pollination service, which is closely linked with sustainable agricultural production. To understand the supply and demand of regional pollination service and laid the basis for developing a regional pollination management strategy, we investigated seven common habitat types, which were forest, woodland, grassland, orchard, greenhouse, road boundary, field margin, and one non-habitat land in Changping District of Beijing in 2016. The data including bee (species, flying distance, nesting preference and active season), vegetation (vegetation composition, flowering season, nectar/pollen resources), nesting suitability (soil compaction) and crop area were collected. The supply of pollination service in the study area was evaluated by using the InVEST model, which was based on species composition, flight distance, nesting preference and activity season of wild bees. The model also used data of plant resources and nesting suitability in the habitat to estimate the dependent degree of crops on pollination. The demand for pollination service was evaluated based on planting area and dependence on pollination service of crops. Furthermore, the match between pollination service supply and demand was studies by stacking the levels of supply and demand. The results showed that natural forests were the most suitable habitat for wild bee production, followed by woodlands, grasslands and border habitats. Orchards too were wild bee habitats and also had high demand for pollination service. Greenhouse barely provided pollination service, but had a high demand for it. The supply and demand match results showed that in Changping area, pollination service supply exceeded demand. The areas where supply level was higher than demand level accounted for 34.17%, mostly distributed in mountain areas. The areas with the highest supply and lower demand for pollination service was worthy for protection. The areas with lower supply than demand accounted for 27.76% and were distributed in plain regions near mountains. Although such areas had a relatively high supply, demand was the highest. Areas with the same supply-demand accounted for 47.27%, distributed in plain areas far from mountains. In these areas, the supply and demand for pollination service were basically in balanced match because of the high proportion of semi-natural habitats. Finally, some management strategies were suggested to improve pollination service in the study area. For the areas with higher supply and medium/lower demand (key protected region), it was suggested to develop organic agricultural with less management to protect habitat. For medium/lower supply and higher demand areas (key improved and generally improved regions), it was necessary to improve pollination service by breeding bee and increase natural/semi-natural habitat, and strengthen connectivity among habitats through ecological corridor construction. For the area with balanced supply and demand, (key maintained, and generally maintained regions), decreasing management intensity of agricultural area and increasing connectivity among habitats were important for keeping sustainable pollination service supply.
